ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You’ll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer’s needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams’ roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp’s technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding integration, configuration, and system design
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions; particularly involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams (not run them), ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full range of integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. This includes when and how to use Ramp’s API
- Be a subject matter expert across our HRIS and Accounting integration partners, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp’s ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp’s upmarket motion

Strong judgement around performance, testing strategy, observability, release safety, incident response, and production reliability
Proven ability to deliver polished, design-precise consumer experiences and collaborate effectively across product, design, backend, protocol, and security teams
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly when explaining architecture, risk, priorities, and trade-offs
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE DESIGN TEAM
Experience Design at OnePay shapes how millions of people interact with their money. The product touches saving, spending, borrowing, and growing wealth – often for people the traditional financial system has underserved. That weight raises the bar on what we ship and how we ship it.
We’re a small, senior team with roots at Apple, Meta, Ford, Airbnb, and leading fintechs – low ego, high craft, and genuinely collaborative. AI is a baseline part of how we work, not a future we’re talking about.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Design Engineer to help define what modern design-to-code looks like at OnePay. This is a first-class engineering role with design fluency. You’ll generate production-ready components directly, use AI coding tools aggressively, and help push the team past traditional spec-based handoff. You’re not executing the current model – you’re shaping what comes next.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You ship in code. Figma is part of how you communicate, but you’re most fluent in the codebase. You generate production-ready work, not just specs.
- You’re AI-native at production velocity. Cursor, Claude Code, v0, similar tools – they’re already how you move. You ship more in a day than most teams do in a week.
- You’re rethinking handoff. The traditional model is breaking down, and you’re excited to define what replaces it.
- You translate fluently. You speak both languages. Designers trust you, engineers trust you, and you make the gap between them disappear.
- You sweat the implementation. A two-pixel drift in production matters to you. So does a token that doesn’t quite map. You catch what others miss.
- You operate in motion. Process is fluid here, and you help shape it as you ship.
TOOLS WE USE
We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS. On the client side, we build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native. We also embrace AI-assisted development, so engineers have their choice of Claude Code or Cursor to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
YOU BRING
- Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native or React).
- Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) at production velocity.
- Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and how design systems map to code.
- Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
- Strong communication across both disciplines.
- A track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define how teams work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
To build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Our Platform and Core Engineering teams build the systems that make Kraken secure, resilient, and scalable. Their impact isn’t measured by customer-facing features, but by the strength, correctness, and leverage of the foundations they create. These teams power Kraken systems behind the scenes — enabling product teams to move fast while meeting the highest standards for reliability, compliance, and security.
Engineers design shared services, internal platforms, and critical infrastructure that support company-wide initiatives. They optimize for safety, scalability, observability, auditability, and operational excellence — often operating in regulated, security-sensitive, and risk-heavy environments where precision matters.
We’re looking for engineers with deep systems ownership and an architecture-first mindset — builders who take pride in long-lived services, thrive in complex environments, and are motivated by strengthening the backbone of the crypto ecosystem.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and implement robust Rust services and foundational libraries that power Kraken’s core infrastructure, prioritizing correctness, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Write reusable, testable, and highly efficient code built for scale, observability, and operational resilience in production environments.
- Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture, shaping low-latency, fault-tolerant services that support global trading and internal platforms.
- Work alongside hundreds of experienced Rust engineers, contributing to a high-bar engineering culture grounded in ownership, rigor, and craftsmanship.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and scaling shared systems, internal platforms, and supporting multiple product roadmaps
- Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
- Have a security-first mindset during system design to ensure robustness
- Demonstrate the ability to autonomously debug issues across the stack (OS, network, application)
- Apply a solid understanding of distributed systems and technologies, including RPC protocols, Kafka, and Event-Driven Systems, to design scalable solutions
- Collaborate effectively with product teams to gather requirements and constraints for designing appropriate systems
- Take complete end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: Director of Product Management, Platform
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $190,000 to $220,000 base plus bonus and equity
About The Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to own a new team focused entirely on Security tooling for the Huntress SOC.
Our SOC is the cornerstone of the Huntress Security Platform, serving SMB and mid-market clients through MSP/MSSP and Reseller channels. It delivers premium, human+AI services at a scale most companies can't match — Rapid Response, Tactical Response, and Hypercare together accounted for roughly 150 engagements in a single recent month. Much of that delivery still runs on an internal SOC platform that does not match analysts' current needs - this includes spreadsheets, Slack threads, and per-engagement documents. Our analysts work on a surface that has never had a first-class experience.
You will own the internal security experience: the surface our SOC works in every day, the tooling that makes our response services repeatable, and the shared investigation and evidence model the rest of the SOC platform is built on. This is the delivery engine behind the margin thesis — the work that enables us to grow the business without growing SOC headcount linearly. It is also the foundation layer, so the interfaces you publish are consumed by our agentic automation team and our partner-facing product team.
Your users are professional security analysts, and they are down the hall. You will get direct, immediate, unfiltered feedback on everything you ship from people who do this work for a living.
You will work closely with SOC leadership, engineering leaders, support, and other Product Managers. To be successful in this position, you need real fluency in how a SOC actually operates — how analysts triage, investigate, escalate, and report — and the judgment to tell the difference between a workflow that needs product support versus not. You will be building internal-facing systems where the return is measured in analyst throughput and time-to-close rather than ARR, and you will need to make that case clearly to executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Director of Product, the Head of SOC, and other relevant stakeholders to set the SOC tooling vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Own the roadmap for analyst UX, Rapid Response and Tactical Response tooling, product support and operations, and SOC platform
Serve as the primary steward of the shared investigation and evidence model — canvas, queues, triage package — and publish the interface adjacent product teams build on
Partner with SOC leadership, analysts, and Tactical Response to turn manual, out-of-product processes into standardized, automation-first internal workflows
Take ownership of the Portal Enhancement Kit and drive analyst-built improvements into the native product so the best of internal tooling becomes the best of product
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous operator needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Protect a capacity floor for resiliency and technical debt, and hold the line on it against feature pressure
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new capability
Define and report operational metrics — time-to-close, throughput per analyst, repeatability of delivery — to track and evaluate the success of the strategy
What You Bring To The Team:
5+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for cybersecurity products; bonus for MDR or SOAR products
Direct experience working in a SOC and building SOC tools and products
Demonstrated experience building internal-facing or operator-facing tooling where the users are professionals doing skilled work, not consumers
Strong working knowledge of analyst workflows, incident response, and investigation lifecycles - Excellent UI/UX and design skills
Prior experience as a security analyst, incident responder, security engineer, or software engineer, or equivalent hands-on depth
Experience owning shared services or platform interfaces consumed by other product teams
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
Comfort with operational metrics and the ability to make an investment case that is not denominated in new revenue
Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
Mid-market and MSP or MSSP experience is a significant benefit
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance

Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list https://www.forbes.com/companies/clickhouse/?list=cloud100, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 4,000 customers and $250M ARR https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-tops-250m-arr-and-4000-customers, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.
The company's sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-raises-400-million-series-d-acquires-langfuse-launches-postgres. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.
We're on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
We're hiring a Product Manager to own partner integrations at ClickHouse. This role owns how ClickHouse shows up inside the platforms our customers already use: embedded, native experiences across the hyperscalers and developer platforms, and deeper technical integrations with strategic partners like dbt, Fivetran, Hex, and Sigma. There is a growing surface of partner work already in motion, and this role shapes where we invest in co-innovation opportunities.
This is one of the most cross-functional roles at ClickHouse. You'll work across multiple engineering teams, our partnerships and solutions teams, and the partners themselves to deliver meaningful co-innovation and integrations with complementary technologies. You'll own the technical side of our House Mates partner program and be the person who navigates the multi-org reality of getting an integration certified, listed, and live. This is a hands-on role: you'll write the specs, run the partner calls, drive certification processes, and coordinate across teams to get things over the line.
YOU WILL
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse's Cloud integrations with strategic partners
- Seek out complementary innovation opportunities with partners. Define what a "better together" integration looks like with each strategic partner, and drive it from joint roadmap through launch.
- Navigate the trade-offs of embedded integrations: billing and metering, identity and auth, security and data residency, and coordination across ClickHouse and partner teams.
- Project-manage complex, multi-org launches: marketplace listings, certification processes, partner co-marketing, and GA timelines across multiple organizations.
- Own the technical standards and certification criteria for integrations submitted through the House Mates partner program.
- Measure and communicate co-innovation business impact, adoption and product strategy to executive leadership.
- Represent ClickHouse externally at partner events and in joint content.
YOU BRING
- Experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms before: hyperscaler marketplaces, embedded or native integrations, ISV partnerships, or OEM/white-label work.
- An understanding of the trade-offs that make or break a partner integration, billing, auth, security, cross-team dependencies, and have made those decisions in the past.
- A strong project management lens and are comfortable owning a launch that depends on five teams across two companies.
- Patience and resilience with partners who are unresponsive or have their own competing priorities, and you find creative ways to keep things moving anyway.
- Technical ability to understand an integration end to end, from provisioning and auth to billing and data flow, and to hold a credible conversation with engineers about APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs.
- Energy and excitement for external-facing work: partner calls, customer conversations, and representing the product publicly.
- Hands-on and high ownership ability. You write the specs, run the partner calls, and stay close to the details.
- Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience building partner integrations with hyperscalers and modern technology companies.
- Experience running or supporting a technology partner program.
- Background at a database or data infrastructure company; familiarity with ClickHouse or peers like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience working in remote, multi-timezone environments.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a software engineer who ships fast without dropping quality. You'll own features end-to-end with support from senior engineers, learn how AI systems behave in production, and see your work reach customers within days rather than quarters. The Bengaluru team is product engineering, so everything you build is customer-facing.
What You'll Do
- Development & Implementation - Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered features using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Collaboration & Learning - Work closely with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical and architecture discussions.
- Product Integration - Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate requirements into robust, customer-facing solutions.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build and ship features end-to-end, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.
- Work on AI-powered workflows: prompt design, evaluation, and the systems that make LLMs reliable in production.
- Build integrations with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and third-party communication tools.
- Fix real customer problems, often with a short loop between report and fix going live.
- Write comprehensive tests, add monitoring, and take ownership of what you ship after it ships.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure system reliability.
- Take loosely defined problems, ask the right questions, and drive them to done with minimal hand-holding.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid, based in Bengaluru - regular office presence expected for collaboration and team coordination.
- Some overlap with US business hours may be needed for client coordination and project work.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack, including at least 1 year in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong programming skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and modern deployment practices.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and understanding of service-oriented architectures.
- Comfort working with SQL databases at scale.
- A track record of fast, high-quality execution - you move quickly and your work holds up.
- Self-driven: you unblock yourself, chase down context, and don't need work broken into small pieces.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements in a fast-moving startup.
- Curiosity about AI and LLMs - direct experience is a plus, appetite to learn is required.
- Low ego, high energy, and a bias toward shipping.
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, or conversational AI systems.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Previous startup experience or exposure to rapid scaling.
- Contributions to open source or active developer community participation.
- Experience with real-time systems, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker/containerization and orchestration tools.
Why Avoca
- Compensation in line with industry standards and above.
- Direct impact - your code powers thousands of businesses and millions of customer interactions.
- Accelerated learning - work on cutting-edge AI technology with experienced mentors.
- Clear paths for advancement as the company and team scale.
- A fast-moving, collaborative culture built for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.

ABOUT CLICKUP
ClickUp is the everything app for work, built to help teams plan, collaborate, and execute in one place. Our customers rely on ClickUp to simplify complexity, move faster, and build better operating systems for work across teams.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager, Strategic Services to partner with strategic customers as they implement, expand, and mature their use of ClickUp. This role sits within Professional Services and is ideal for someone who can blend customer leadership, workflow design, technical problem solving, and practical change management.
You’ll help customers move from fragmented processes to scalable ways of working in ClickUp. That means leading complex implementations, guiding adoption across multiple stakeholder groups, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and helping customers realize measurable business value from the platform.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
LEAD STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATIONS AND CUSTOMER TRANSFORMATIONS
- Own complex customer engagements from discovery through rollout, enablement, and ongoing optimization.
- Diagnose current-state workflows, identify friction points, and design scalable future-state solutions in ClickUp.
- Guide customers through governance, architecture, process design, and rollout planning across multiple teams or business units.
- Help customers recover momentum when implementations stall, priorities shift, or stakeholder alignment breaks down.
DRIVE ADOPTION, VALUE REALIZATION, AND ACCOUNT HEALTH
- Partner closely with customer stakeholders to define success measures, adoption milestones, and practical next steps.
- Translate customer goals into clear execution plans that improve adoption, stakeholder engagement, and long-term platform value.
- Use usage signals, customer feedback, and business context to identify risks early and build recovery or acceleration plans.
- Support strategic business reviews and customer conversations with a clear point of view on progress, opportunities, and priorities.
DESIGN SCALABLE SOLUTIONS, AUTOMATION, AND AI USE CASES
- Turn complex business needs into thoughtful ClickUp solutions using workflows, structure, automations, reporting, and process best practices.
- Recommend when to standardize, when to keep flexibility, and how to balance technical ambition with customer readiness.
- Identify practical automation and AI opportunities that improve customer outcomes instead of creating unnecessary complexity.
- Help customers operationalize new ways of working by pairing solution design with enablement, change management, and adoption support.
PARTNER ACROSS TEAMS TO SOLVE COMPLEX CUSTOMER PROBLEMS
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer admins, operators, and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and other internal partners to keep customer work moving.
- Escalate thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and maintain ownership even when multiple teams are involved.
- Bring customer feedback and recurring pain points back to internal teams to improve product usage, delivery patterns, and customer outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a customer-facing post-sale role such as Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or a closely related function.
- Proven success leading complex SaaS implementations, customer transformations, or strategic enablement programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong workflow and process design instincts, including the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent customer communication skills, including confidence with both hands-on operators and executive stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, with the ability to prioritize, simplify complexity, and keep momentum through change.
- A clear ownership mindset and track record of driving outcomes rather than operating reactively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with work management, workflow automation, collaboration, CRM, ITSM, or adjacent SaaS platforms.
- Comfort recommending or deploying automation, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships where adoption, governance, and value realization mattered as much as configuration.
- Exposure to change management, customer enablement, or consulting-style discovery and solutioning.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
LOCATION
- This role is approved for hiring in Ireland.
- Please confirm any remote, hybrid, travel, or time-zone expectations during the hiring process.
WHY THIS ROLE IS COMPELLING
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer strategy, technical solutioning, and execution. You’ll help strategic customers transform how they work, while shaping scalable delivery patterns inside a fast-moving environment where adoption, workflow design, automation, and AI all matter.
