COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for Tennr’s most complex customers: large-scale health systems, national provider groups, and enterprise partners. This is a highly technical, strategic, and customer-facing role that demands deep domain fluency, executive presence, and strong systems thinking.
You’ll own enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end: from pre-sale discovery and business case alignment to go-live and expansion. You’ll act as both a trusted technical advisor and a project lead, working closely with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Tennr to ensure lasting success.
This role sits within a high-performance implementation pod and directly influences Tennr’s go-to-market and product strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live
- Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
- Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs
- Reimagine processes with automation best practices, not just replicate legacy systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope
- Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools
- Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence product roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
- A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers
- Skilled at communicating technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
- Experience navigating complex org structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutions
- Business acumen and domain fluency — ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industries
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practices
- High ownership mindset and urgency — proactive, resourceful, and impact-driven
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
- Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success
- Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions

- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Chelsea office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Product Marketing Manager at Tennr, you'll shape how we bring our products to market across the business. You'll work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate what we build into messaging that lands with healthcare buyers who've never heard of us and healthcare buyers who already have three vendors pitching them something similar.
You'll know you're right for this if you can move fluidly between big-picture, strategic positioning and the actual sentence-level writing that makes a sales deck or launch email land. You like owning things end to end, and you're comfortable in a fast-moving team working with a lot of stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positioning & Messaging: Own the day-to-day execution of Tennr's positioning and messaging across the business, delivering high performance narratives that cut through the noise and resonate with our target audience.
- Product Launches: Run point on launches for new products and features, in partnership with the Product team. Develop a deep understanding of our product value and how to communicate it to our audiences.
- Audience Understanding: Be an internal expert on our target audiences, including what they care about and how to talk to them.
- Sales Enablement: Build key sales assets (e.g., one-pagers, decks, battlecards) and train the Sales team to leverage them to help drive growth of the business.
- Competitive Intelligence: Track the competitive landscape and lead the development of guidance for how we compete.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, or equivalent experience in a GTM role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Strong writing that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can point to specific examples of short-form and long-form content you've written and can explain the thinking behind it.
- High agency and results-oriented. Able to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Like any startup job, this role’s priorities will shift as we grow. You should be energized by that, not unsettled by it.
- Cross-functional credibility. You've worked closely with Sales and/or Product before and can speak to a specific example of influencing what they did based on your input.
- Low ego, high energy. Willing to admit mistakes and work to fix them.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech industry experience.
- Have built AI automations to support product marketing responsibilities.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Senior CRO Manager to drive conversion growth for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for a continuous pipeline of A/B tests - from hypothesis and prioritisation through launch, analysis, and documented verdicts - working with the CRO Lead to grow the number of statistically validated winners across the funnel.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who treats experimentation as a system, not a list of ideas. Tests without a clear hypothesis, verdicts called before the evidence supports them, and results that are not documented are not acceptable. You are expected to know the funnel numbers, segment before you conclude, and work closely with the data team, product, and engineering. The bar is high and so is the upside - performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experiment Pipeline: Own the A/B test backlog from hypothesis to launch. Prioritise ideas by expected impact, confidence, and effort, and keep the pipeline full so live traffic is always being used to learn.
- Funnel Analysis: Analyse the funnel in Mixpanel to find drop-offs, friction points, and segment-specific opportunities across devices and locales, and turn them into testable hypotheses.
- Test Analysis & Verdicts: Read results with statistical rigour, separate winners from directional trends and noise, and prepare clear verdicts for sign-off with the data team.
- Test Specification & QA: Write test specs and variant briefs that developers can build without follow-up questions, and check every variant before and after launch.
- Conversion Copy & Layouts: Produce conversion-oriented copy and layout variants that stay within compliance constraints on product claims.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep every test documented in Notion with hypothesis, setup, result, and learning, and contribute to regular experimentation reporting for leadership.
- Mentoring: Support a junior CRO specialist on test design, analysis, and documentation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- CRO / Experimentation: 3+ years running A/B tests on a D2C subscription or consumer web product, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- Product Analytics: Hands-on proficiency in Mixpanel or a close equivalent - building funnels, segmenting by device and geography, and reading cohort behaviour without analyst support.
- Statistics: Working knowledge of significance, power, sample size, and common pitfalls such as peeking and sample ratio mismatch.
- Experimentation Platforms: Experience with a feature-flag or A/B testing platform (GrowthBook, Statsig, or close equivalents).
- Conversion Copy & UX: Ability to write and critique conversion copy and page layouts, grounded in behavioural psychology.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work.
- Compliance: Familiarity with consumer protection rules for subscription products and marketing claims is a bonus.
Leadership Attributes
- Holds a high bar for their own work and the team's - tests ship clean, documented, and correctly called
- Constantly learns and adopts new tools and methods
- Ambitious - driven to build large-scale products used by millions
- Explains decisions clearly in writing - a hypothesis, a verdict, or a prioritisation call can be understood without a meeting
- Communicates clearly and proactively in a remote, async environment
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. If we see a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:
- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)
- Technical Interview (60 minutes)

Responsibilities
Lead the IP workstream on acquisitions and strategic investments, from diligence through letters of intent, definitive agreements, closing, and integration, alongside our M&A counsel and outside counsel
Partner with commercial counsel on the IP aspects of complex enterprise, partnership, research collaboration, and vendor agreements, advising on and negotiating IP terms

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

(Hybrid, full time)
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead who makes quality visible to everyone who needs it - producers, developers, management and our platform partners. You will lead a highly skilled international QA team in a partly remote environment. As a lead you stay close enough to the work to make the hard calls yourself, and help shape what testing looks like in an AI-assisted world.
About CoolGames
At CoolGames, we’re proud to be a leading international HTML5 game studio, working with some of the world’s biggest ‘Big Tech’ game platforms, such as Netflix, Discord, Facebook and Microsoft Play. We also work with famous games IP such as Battleship, Angry Birds and Monopoly.
CoolGames is part of Keesing, the world’s largest Braintainment company. Keesing is a financially strong publisher of engaging sudokus, crosswords and many other puzzles & games with a presence in over 20 countries headquartered in The Netherlands.
With the CoolGames HQ in Amsterdam, supported by our global remote teams, we offer market-competitive salaries, the chance to contribute to successful casual games that are played by millions and work directly with some of the biggest brands in the world. We believe in creativity, collaboration and delivering world-class gaming experiences, while giving you the choice to either join our Amsterdam studio or become part of our remote teams.
If you want to grow your career in a profitable, internationally recognized company, work closely with world-famous partners and be part of a highly professional international team. CoolGames is the right place for you.
About the role
Our QA team is highly skilled, with real depth in test design, methodology and the theory behind them. We are rethinking how we test now that AI is part of the daily picture, and we want a lead who is curious about that shift.
You are the interface between QA and the rest of the company. The person who makes sure quality is understood, not just measured. That means staying hands-on, though not by taking over the routine work. You step in where your experience changes the outcome, a release under pressure, a problem nobody can pin down, an experimental approach worth trying, test cases that need a second pair of eyes. That is where we want you.
You will work closely with our QA Lead Specialist, who brings deep expertise in testing practices and techniques. You will each have your own lead role, bringing complementary expertise and perspectives to the team. Line management and reporting are split between you, and you cover each other’s blind spots. That is also what gives the team headroom: you can both stay close to the work instead of disappearing into management, we can scale with what the projects demand, and there is room to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Bridging QA, production, development and management. You turn test results into risk, status and clear go/no-go advice;
Being the voice of QA inside and out. Making sure other disciplines understand what we do and why, and holding our standards in front of external partners and platform holders;
Line management of the team - 1-on-1s, growth, workload and hiring;
Weighing quality risk against business objectives: backing a calculated risk when it is the right trade-off, putting your foot down when it is not;
Planning QA capacity across parallel projects and releases, and raising the flag early when quality is at risk;
Owning quality reporting: release readiness, coverage, bug trends and what they mean for the roadmap;
Challenging the team and finding the opportunities they are too close to the work to see;
Helping the team find where AI genuinely accelerates testing, and where it does not, without giving up the fundamentals that make our QA strong.
Requirements
About you
You are comfortable being the person who says out loud where a product actually stands. In the language of whoever is asking: producer, developer, partner or director.
