THE MISSION OF THIS ROLE
To build a viable, right-sized security system for Scorewarrior — one that protects what actually matters without slowing the company down — and to own it end-to-end: from diagnosis and strategy to implementation, team, and culture.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Build a viable security system across the core domains: IAM (access management, MFA, SSO), infrastructure security (cloud, services, network), foundational SDLC/AppSec (security in the development process and in the code), and the processes and training around them. We expect you to start with a proper diagnosis of our landscape — and design the system for this company, rather than replaying a project from a previous job.
- Own security risks and speak both languages: business language with the CTO and CEO — risk, cost, and priorities; technology language with developers and infrastructure teams — architecture, trade-offs, and practical solutions.
- Make the right build-vs-buy calls: you know the security product market well enough to tell when a problem needs a tool, when a simpler method will do, and when the problem isn't in the tooling at all — it's in habits and heads.
- Introduce security as a partner, not a blocker: embed baseline practices so smoothly that teams barely notice them; for everything on top of that — inform, help when asked, and don't push when it's not the team's priority right now.
- Define how AI tools are used safely: own the policy and guardrails for the company-wide adoption of AI tools — what data can go where, and how teams can use them productively without creating new risks.
- Build the team: hire the first security engineers deliberately — knowing who you're hiring and why — and grow the function as the company's needs grow.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in security — real projects you designed, implemented, and stayed around long enough to see working. At the interview, we'll ask about specific cases, decisions, and their consequences — not about frameworks in theory.
- A background that gave you real systems experience. Two paths work equally well for us: a stable security engineering career from university onwards, or a transition into security from system administration, technical support, or network engineering. What matters is the result — you understand infrastructure and architecture from the inside, not from diagrams.
- Proven experience hiring and building a team — even a small one (2+ people). What matters is that it was deliberate: you can explain who you hired, why them, and how the team was structured around the actual problems.
- Experience building a security function, not just running one. You've taken security in an organization from an unclear state to a working system: assessed the landscape, set priorities, chose what to implement and what to skip — and can show what changed as a result.
- Strong awareness of the security product market. You can tell when a problem needs a tool, when a simpler method will do, and when the problem is in habits rather than tooling — and you have real examples of each call.
- A partner's operating style. You work through engineering teams, not above them: no separate authority demands, no blocking by default. Your practices get adopted because they make sense, not because they're mandatory.
- English and Russian language at least B2 level or higher.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in companies closest to our context: B2C products, SaaS platforms, gamedev, or mobile apps, with company size up to 1,000 people.
- Experience working with external security providers.
- Familiarity with common security frameworks.
- Experience being the first or founding security hire in a company.
WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR
We believe in being upfront about fit. This role is probably not for you if:
- Your recent years were mostly about policies, reports, and committees — and real systems are something you haven't touched in a long time.
- Your default operating mode is hierarchy: separate authority, mandatory sign-offs, and blocking by default.
- You have a proven security project you replay at every company, regardless of its actual context and needs.
- Building and leading a team is something you'd rather avoid — hiring is a core part of this role, not an add-on.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first months, success means a clear diagnosis: you understand our landscape, know where the real risks are, and have a plan the CTO believes in — built for this company, not imported from a previous one.
Further on, success means the security system is quietly working: baseline practices are embedded so smoothly that teams barely notice them, access and infrastructure are demonstrably better protected, and teams come to security for help rather than hide from it.
And success means the function is growing deliberately: the first security engineers are hired, you can explain why each of them, and the team is structured around our actual problems — not around an org chart.
WHY JOIN SCOREWARRIOR?
- A Great Place to Work. 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
- Live and work in sunny Cyprus. We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspace, and full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
- Shape a global hit. We’re the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10. Our top-50 mobile game has grown 25x in revenue and audience in the last five years.
- Grow fast in a company that’s already strong. We’re independent, financially rock-solid, and expanding at startup speed, and we have never had lay-offs.
- Work where ideas win. Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
- Earn industry-leading rewards. High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.
- Feel supported at every stage of life. Private family health insurance, plus a monthly allowance for children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
- Your growth is our priority. From specialized training and certifications to language courses and books, you’ll have everything you need to keep learning.

Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Search is being rebuilt in real time. Millions of people now start with a question to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and the answer they get decides which products they try. When someone asks how to build an app, a website, or a tool for their business, Replit needs to be the answer.
We're hiring an AEO/GEO/SEO Lead to own how Replit gets discovered, across AI-generated answers and traditional search. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll define the strategy, then execute it yourself with AI-leveraged production, agency partners, and cross-functional teams behind you. You'll work daily with our Web, Growth, Brand, Content, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
The fastest-growing AI-native companies have already turned AI answers into a primary acquisition channel. Your mandate is to do the same for Replit: grow AI referral traffic into one of our largest sources of new builders, keep our traditional search presence compounding, and make Replit the platform AI assistants recommend when anyone wants to build software.
Replit moves fast. We ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part operator, part scientist of a channel that changes every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AEO/GEO Strategy Define where Replit must show up across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, for which prompts and buyer intents, and build the playbook to win those answers. Set targets, sequence the roadmap, and defend the strategy with data.
- Win Citations Across the Open Web LLMs cite what they trust: Reddit threads, YouTube videos, high-authority publications, community content, and well-structured owned pages. Build durable programs on each of these surfaces, understand the half-life of an AI citation, and keep Replit ranked as models retrain and retrieval systems shift.
- Run SEO End to End Own keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth in partnership with our Head of Web. Protect and grow search equity through a major site relaunch, and coordinate with our paid search team on keyword coverage.
- Build the Content Engine Produce and direct content designed for two readers at once: LLM crawlers and humans. Blogs, comparison pages, videos, and structured resources, created at volume with AI-assisted workflows and held to a high quality bar. The durable human work here is judgment: strategy, editorial quality, and distribution.
- Stand Up Measurement Build reporting for a channel that lacks perfect attribution: AI referral traffic, share of voice in AI answers, citation tracking, and downstream signups and revenue. Run controlled experiments, isolate what actually moves citations, and teach the rest of the company what you learn.
- Direct Agencies and Tools Own our agency and vendor relationships across search and AI visibility, plus the tool stack that powers tracking and production. Write the briefs, hold the quality bar, and decide what stays in-house.
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, content, or technical marketing (SaaS, technology, or developer-focused businesses a plus)
- Have owned a channel end to end and can walk through what you built, what moved, and the numbers behind it
- Have taught yourself a new channel or skill from zero and turned it into shipped results
- Use AI daily as a builder (automations, agents, dashboards, small apps you can show) and are forming your own point of view on how AI assistants find and cite sources
- Have working technical SEO literacy (crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture) and the appetite to go much deeper
- Write clearly and quickly, and can direct people, agencies, and AI tools to produce content that earns citations
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, don't wait for someone else to define the playbook, and dig into the details with low ego\\
Bonus Points:
- Shipped AEO/GEO work with results you can show, especially if you helped make AI answers an acquisition channel
- Earned presence on surfaces you don't own: Reddit communities, YouTube, digital PR
- Hands-on with AI visibility and citation tracking tools (Profound, Peec, Ahrefs Brand Radar, or similar)
- Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale
- You've built with Replit or other AI building tools and understand our audience firsthand

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most.
We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers get the right answer quickly and delivering consistent results across quality, speed, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The role combines direct leadership of channel teams with close partnership across CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, CX AI Ops, and Product Operations. You will develop strong managers and frontline teams, create real accountability, and stay close enough to the work to understand where customers and teams are getting stuck. You will translate the department’s direction into clear priorities, stronger operating routines, and measurable improvements across Phone, Email, and Chat.
Because Ramp’s CX team sits within the Product organization, this role has close ties to the technical teams and products our customers use every day. That proximity gives CX a unique opportunity to turn frontline insight into better workflows, stronger product feedback loops, and an AI-powered way of working.
This role is a strong fit for a thoughtful, hands-on leader who learns quickly, raises the bar, and makes clear decisions in a fast-changing environment. You are comfortable owning the day-to-day, rolling up your sleeves to understand the work and the product deeply, developing people, setting high standards, and turning complex problems into clear plans that improve outcomes for customers and teams. You will help define how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where human judgment matters most, how channels work together, and how CX scales through Ramp’s next chapter.
If you love building high-performing teams, solving hard operational problems, and helping customers win through rapid product, business, and AI-driven change, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own day-to-day channel execution — lead Phone, Email, and Chat teams, stay close to the work, and drive frontline performance across customer satisfaction, quality, service levels, resolution quality, and productivity.
- Develop CX leadership — coach Managers, set clear expectations, and build accountability for team performance and customer outcomes.
- Serve as an escalation point — help resolve high-priority customer and internal escalations, bringing sound judgment, urgency, and clear communication to complex issues.
- Improve tools, workflows, and channel execution — use product knowledge, customer feedback, quality findings, and performance data to improve operating routines, resolve cross-channel trade-offs, and partner with CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, AI, Product Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk, and other stakeholders on better workflows and automation opportunities.
- Challenge how we operate — evaluate whether our metrics, workflows, team structures, training, and operating model meet today’s customer and business needs. Bring a founder mindset by questioning assumptions, testing new approaches, and helping the organization evolve.
- Shape the AI-powered future of CX — define how CX should evolve as Ramp grows, including how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where specialization improves the customer experience, and where human judgment should be elevated.
- Turn strategy and emerging opportunities into scalable operations — translate department priorities and new business areas into clear channel plans, repeatable processes, strong change management, and high adoption across Phone, Email, and Chat.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a leader who has managed large, complex operational teams in a fast-paced environment; traditional support experience is valuable but not required.
- Exceptional learning agility and horsepower, with startup or similarly high-ownership operating experience; you learn new domains quickly, move through ambiguity, and build structure without waiting for perfect information.
- A record of improving customer-facing operations through rigorous analysis, strategic problem solving, and strong execution, including finding practical solutions to complex problems others may miss.
- An empathetic, direct leadership style that develops people while holding a high personal and team bar for performance, quality, ownership, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to align teams and cross-functional partners around difficult decisions.
- A builder mentality around technology and operations, with experience using AI, automation, or workflow tooling to transform the customer and team experience and drive changes from idea to adoption.
- Curiosity about the business behind the support motion, with the ability to connect customer needs, product complexity, frontline workflows, and company priorities.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience leading multiple customer-facing channels, such as Phone, Email, Chat, or other real-time and asynchronous support operations.
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or another complex, highly regulated environment.
- Experience partnering with operations, product, or tooling teams to improve customer-facing workflows across multiple teams.
- Experience scaling customer operations at a high-growth startup.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading technology company specialising in innovative consumer products across multiple technology sectors. The company focuses on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) subscription products. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Facebook(Meta) for one of our core D2C subscription products. The funnel is simple: ad → quiz → trial → subscription (web-to-web). The scale is not: 40+ countries, 20+ languages, one of the largest Meta budgets in its category.
You will be measured on two numbers: daily subscriptions and cohort ROI — not clicks, not CTR, not platform-reported ROAS.
You'll operate with serious leverage: an API-driven build pipeline and AI tooling handle the mechanical work. Your job is judgment — what to scale, what to cut, where the next dollar goes. The bar is high and so is the upside: performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Channel Ownership: Own the Facebook account end to end — structure, budgets, bidding, geo mix — keeping subscription volume high at target CPA and ROI.
- Scaling & Stability: Scale winners without breaking CPA; keep delivery stable at high spend and catch problems before they cost money.
- Testing: Run a continuous testing pipeline — creatives, structures, bidding (highest volume / cost cap / bid cap), placements, geos and languages. Kill fast, scale what works.
- Creative Ideas: Own the creative direction for the channel — hooks, angles, formats — and brief the creative team with data-backed feedback.
- Working with Data: Make decisions on real cohort revenue from our BI, not on Ads Manager numbers. Break performance down to country × creative × bid level and build your own reports.
- Account Health: Protect ad accounts, pages and Business Managers — policy-safe copy and landings, appeals, backups.
- AI & Automation: Automate every repeatable part of your workflow with AI and keep manual work to a minimum.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years hands-on Facebook as the primary channel you personally owned.
- Personally owned $400K+/month on Meta with direct accountability for CPA / ROI targets — your budget, not your team's or agency's total.
- Subscription funnels: drove subscriptions or trials through web funnels (web-to-web) or subscription apps for D2C products.
- Multi-GEO: ran and scaled campaigns across many countries and languages at once.
- Analytics: comfortable with cohorts, LTV, payback and the gap between platform and BI numbers.
- AI in daily work: uses Claude, ChatGPT or equivalents daily for analysis, reporting and automation — not just aware of them.
- Working proficiency in English (B2+).
NOT A FIT
- Mostly agency experience (spread across many small clients)
- E-commerce / catalog-only background (DPA, Shopping, basket ROAS)
WHO YOU ARE
- Full owner of your zone — from diagnosis to result, no reminders needed
- Analytical — every scale or kill decision has a period, a threshold and a dollar amount behind it
- Plans ahead — runs the channel against a plan weeks and months out
- Fast under load — many campaigns and tests in parallel without quality slipping
- Ambitious — wants to grow fast and prove it with performance
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager
At Wolt, we create technology that brings local communities, merchants and customers closer together. What started with restaurant delivery has grown into a broader local commerce platform, helping customers discover and access more of what their cities have to offer.
As our Retail business continues to grow, we’re looking for a
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager
to expand our selection of high-value regional retail partners. You’ll join our Sales team and take ownership of some of the most important regional acquisition opportunities across priority retail verticals, helping shape what customers can find on Wolt in their cities.
This role can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich .
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll own the acquisition and development of high-value regional Enterprise retail partners in Germany, from identifying and engaging the right prospects through commercial negotiations, signing and initial rollout. You’ll combine strong commercial execution with a strategic view on which partners can have the greatest impact on Wolt’s selection, coverage and long-term growth.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty.
Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners’ businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt’s long-term business objectives.
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process.
Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches.
Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale.
Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach.
Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team.
Our humble expectations
You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers.
You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature.
You’re an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides.
You’re comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams.
You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact.
You’re highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You’re comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions.
You communicate clearly and persuasively and are fluent in German and English.
What we offer
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the next phase of Wolt’s Retail growth. You’ll have direct ownership of high-impact regional partnerships and the autonomy to take opportunities from first conversation all the way through to launch.
You’ll work at the intersection of sales, strategy and operations, collaborating with experienced colleagues across Wolt while building relationships with some of the most important retailers in the market. The role offers substantial commercial ownership and exposure while giving you the opportunity to develop further in Enterprise sales and contribute to how we scale our Retail business.
You’ll also join a fast-moving international environment where good ideas can quickly turn into action, with the tools, support and trust to take ownership of your work and make a visible impact.
Next steps
If this sounds like an opportunity you’d be excited about, we’d love to hear from you.
After you apply, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and get in touch with selected candidates for an initial conversation. The process will typically include interviews with the hiring team and relevant stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the role, team and business while we get to know your experience and approach.
Depending on the role and location, the process may also include a practical case or commercial exercise. We’ll share the exact interview steps and expectations with you as you progress through the process.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render is building a channel partnerships program from the ground up, and we're hiring our first Head of Revenue Partnerships to lead it — reporting to our VP of Revenue. You'll build Render's relationships with development agencies, PE firms, and — over time — systems integrators, to help Render customers who are migrating off competitive platforms, or who are pursuing new builds with Render.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map partner types — agencies, PE firms, SIs — and determine which are the best fit for Render's product and customer base.
- Build relationships with execs at partner firms to understand their priorities, pricing, and delivery models.
- Develop commercial agreements with partners to co-sell Render alongside their own services, to both existing and net-new customers.
- Develop Render-specific narrative and enablement materials: decks, pilot frameworks, ROI overviews.
- Design co-marketing models with partners — customer dinners, digital campaigns, conferences, and joint events.
- Work with our technology partner team to build a co-sell motion for large & enterprise accounts.
- For partners with a portfolio model, like PE firms, design scaled activation programs — webinars, cohorts, office hours — that drive Render adoption across many portfolio companies at once, without requiring 1:1 touch on every account.
- Drive the creation of new pipeline for both Render and the partner, and own the path from first engagement to partner-qualified referral to closed revenue.
- Set up the operating rhythm of each partnership: regular engagement cadences, co-sell activity, and a clear, repeatable path from first call to referral.
- Partner closely with Render's internal Sales and Delivery/CS leaders to align on how reps and partners work together, keep deal registration and pipeline hygiene clean, and avoid channel conflict with internal teams
- Define and report on success metrics for the channel, evolving from early engagement signals toward pipeline and revenue impact as the program matures.
- Build out a team of partner managers over time, dedicated to each partner type.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, GM/general management, or solutions engineering roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS, Infra or PLG company.
- A generalist with strong seller DNA — someone who is outcomes-obsessed and comfortable being measured on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue, not just relationship-building.
- Comfort building a program without a playbook: you can hypothesize, run small experiments, and iterate quickly rather than waiting for a fully-formed process.
- Real experience working with solutions partners, agencies, or SIs — ideally in co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue motions.
- A proven record of getting deals done — willingness to travel, get in front of partners in person, and find creative ways to keep partners engaged and motivated.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills — you'll work daily with Sales, Delivery/CS, Product Marketing, and Legal, and need to build trust and alignment across all of them.
- Comfort operating at the executive level, both with partner leadership and internally at Render.
- A technical enough orientation to credibly engage with developer-focused partners and speak to how AI is changing the questions partners are asking.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a channel program at an infrastructure, dev-tools, or other PLG-motion company.
- Familiarity with partner/ecosystem tooling such as Crossbeam, or experience running account mapping and pipeline reviews jointly with external partners.
- Experience navigating the emerging AI SI / AI consulting partner category.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.

WHY THIS ROLE?
We’re seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager with deep expertise in the UAE private sector enterprise landscape to lead our most strategic accounts across these dynamic markets. This role requires an individual who understands both the transformative potential of frontier AI and the unique requirements of private sector organizations in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

- Develop comprehensive success plans tailored to each organization’s mission, digital strategy, budget cycles, and unique constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and executive sponsor for your accounts, managing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Define and track success metrics aligned with private sector priorities: ROI, revenue growth, operational efficiency, cost savings, and innovation outcomes.
AI ADOPTION & IMPLEMENTATION LEADERSHIP
- Guide customers through the full lifecycle of AI adoption—from use case identification and pilot design through production deployment and scaling.
- Lead secure AI implementation projects in complex enterprise environments, including sensitive systems and on-premises deployments.
- Navigate the unique challenges of UAE private sector AI adoption: legacy system integration, data sensitivity, regulatory compliance (UAE Labour Law, Saudi business regulations), and cultural considerations.
- Create and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and value realization across diverse enterprise workforces.
- Conduct regular executive business reviews with senior stakeholders, demonstrating ROI, impact, and strategic value.
- Drive contract renewals and account growth by consistently delivering value and building trusted relationships.

- Provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering teams on requirements related to security, explainability, Arabic language support, and ethical AI.
- Contribute to the development of UAE-specific enterprise offerings, implementation playbooks, documentation, and best practices.
- Share customer insights to inform Cohere’s regional go-to-market strategy and positioning.
- Represent Cohere at regional business forums, industry events, and enterprise roundtables.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF

- Experience developing and executing customer success strategies, QBRs, and executive engagement programs.
- Deep understanding of how UAE enterprises evaluate, procure, and govern technology solutions.
