Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, bilingual professional to join a fast-paced logistics team as an Account Manager / Client Success Manager. This is a unique, high-growth opportunity designed for individuals who want to move beyond basic tracking and tracing into a full-cycle commercial role. You will start by mastering the operational foundations of freight brokerage and rapidly transition into managing key accounts, quoting freight, and negotiating with carriers. If you are a natural problem-solver who thrives on ownership and clear communication, this role offers a direct path to professional advancement and significant commission-based earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Execution (Phase 1): Vet carriers, track and trace active shipments, maintain shipment visibility, and manage proactive communication with drivers regarding pickup and delivery status.
Problem Resolution: Identify potential service failures before they impact the client, managing shipment exceptions like late pickups or carrier fall-offs.
Commercial Development (Phase 2): Learn to research market rates using industry tools, source qualified carriers, and negotiate rates to balance service quality with profitability.
Account Management (Phase 3): Take full ownership of assigned customer accounts, managing the entire lifecycle from initial quote request to successful delivery and retention.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term trust with existing clients by providing rapid responses, accurate pricing, and consistent service reliability.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records within the Transportation Management System (TMS) and provide professional shipment updates via email and phone.
Requirements
Fluent professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong confidence in telephone communication and negotiation.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority shipments simultaneously.
A proactive, "ownership" mindset—noticing what needs to be done and acting without being told.
Ability to work a Thursday–Monday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) during the development phase.
High level of personal accountability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
1–2 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics coordination, or carrier sales.
Experience with industry tools such as DAT, Truckstop, or Tai Software.
Previous experience sourcing and negotiating with U.S. motor carriers.
Familiarity with specialized freight, including Produce, Reefer, Flatbed, or Oversize loads.
Benefits
💰 Competitive base salary with high-impact commission structure
🌎 100% Remote work environment (LATAM focus)
🚀 Accelerated career path to Account Management within 3–6 months
📈 Performance-based advancement and schedule flexibility upon promotion

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote in London, UK.
You will carry a book of 40-60 mid-market and emerging accounts - companies in the <$1B range, closing 25-40 deals a year at $40k-$100k and building toward larger standard deal sizes as our packaging moves upmarket. You work in a pod with a dedicated Mid-Market Engagement Manager on a shared book, with a comp plan designed to maximize earnings and customer value.
We are architecting the best GTM team in all of AI. If you want to grow, run fast, and sell with a leading-edge frontier AI company with room to grow your career, please apply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a high-velocity full-cycle motion: 25-40 closed deals a year across inbound and outbound
- Qualify hard and fast - your book is big, your calendar is the scarce resource, orientation to clear ROI and value orientation is a must
- Push deal size up: committed-volume, use-case expansion plays that turn $30k starts into $100k+ repeatable motions
- Turn product signals (usage spikes, team signups, credit burn) into pipeline
- Work with your pod's Engagement Manager so new customers hit consumption targets and your held-back commission unlocks
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS/AI with a quota record above 100%
- Velocity evidence: 20+ closed deals a year, multi-channel prospecting, disciplined qualification
- Native AI-tool fluency - you already sell with AI in your workflow, not despite it
- Writing and demo skills strong enough to carry a deal without a solutions engineer
- Coachability with a track record: name the coaching that changed your numbers
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Process and approve role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2-5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- SQL skills
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience.
Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline.
You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps.
You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers.
You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
AI DELIVERY
- Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan.
- Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release.
- Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments.
- Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements.
- Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments.
- Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation.
- Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
CHANGE READINESS
- Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release.
- Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features.
- Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act.
- Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process.
- Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process.
- You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities.
- You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes.
- You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through.
- You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear.
- You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution.
- You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership.
- Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects.
- A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change.
- Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained.
- Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps.
- Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through.
Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts.
- Partnering with product design to coordinate design and engineering work.
- Working with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure.
- Building developer tools or technical B2B products.
- Improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support.
Experience in every preferred area is not required.
TEAM PRINCIPLES
- Make work visible. Keep plans, ownership, decisions, and next steps clear and current.
- Raise risks early. Give teams time to respond before delivery is affected.
- Reduce friction. Build practices which help teams get work done.
- Respect ownership. Support informed decisions and help accountable owners resolve open questions.
- Keep partners informed. Communicate changes to scope, timing, and readiness before they affect others.

You’ll own AI-assisted coding within Sentry’s Platform Engineering organization, building the systems and workflows AI coding agents need to contribute reliably to our codebase. Your work will span engineering teams, with Developer Infrastructure as your home base.
Your first focus will be making internal developer systems accessible to agents. Many workflows currently depend on human interaction through a UI. You’ll identify the most valuable gaps, expose those capabilities through APIs, and connect tools such as Claude Code to complete development workflows.
From there, you’ll improve the quality of AI-generated pull requests and automate recurring engineering work, including dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and maintenance. You’ll build the context and execution environment agents need: relevant repository information, tools and permissions, state management, tests, logs, recovery mechanisms, and evaluations.
You’ll partner with engineers across Sentry to understand where agents succeed, where they fail, and which changes improve the development process. This role combines technical direction with hands-on implementation, from choosing the problems to solve through building, measuring, and improving the solutions.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with Platform teams and engineering leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set priorities for AI-assisted development at Sentry, using engineer feedback and workflow data to identify where agents would provide the most value.
- Make internal developer systems accessible through APIs and build integrations enabling agents to complete workflows across those systems.
- Build context systems and agent execution tooling, including tool access, permissions, checkpoints, retries, and logging.
- Develop automated checks, evaluations, and feedback loops to improve the correctness, maintainability, and review readiness of AI-generated pull requests.
- Automate recurring work such as security dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and routine maintenance.
- Improve supporting developer workflows, including issue triage and CI/CD, where they limit agent effectiveness or create repetitive work for engineers.
- Lead changes across engineering teams, build agreement on priorities, and measure whether the tools reduce manual work and improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You’ve used AI coding agents on real development work and have informed views on their strengths, limitations, and failure modes.
- You bring structure to ambiguous problems, choose a practical starting point, and follow through on delivery.
- You move comfortably between infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling.
- You know when to build, integrate an existing tool, involve another team, or stop work with limited value.
- You combine data with direct feedback from engineers to assess whether a solution improves their work.
- You explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build alignment across teams and senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on ownership of production systems.
- Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or automation used by engineering teams, such as CI/CD systems, internal APIs, code review tooling, or agent workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and agents, with an understanding of how context, tool access, and validation affect their output. Prior machine learning experience is not required.
- Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals, including experience building reliable integrations across systems.
- A track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical decisions and recommendations to senior engineering leaders.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building agent harnesses, context systems, evaluations, or automated pull request workflows.
- Experience with code review tooling, static analysis, or automated testing.
- Experience measuring and improving developer experience or engineering productivity.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or monolith decomposition.
- Public contributions to developer tooling or AI-assisted development projects.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
