An overview of this role
As a Senior Developer Advocate at GitLab, you'll help technical audiences understand and use our intelligent orchestration platform where teams and their AI agents ship secure software faster. You'll go deep on the product, especially GitLab Duo Agent Platform and our newer capabilities, and continuously discover real-world workflows that teams care about. You'll turn that hands-on knowledge into demos, blog posts, videos, and presentations, and bring what you learn from customers and the developer community back to GitLab.
This role focuses on showing the product in action and building relationships with customers and the community. You'll help cover events and work across U.S. and Canadian time zones.
What you'll do
Deeply understand GitLab's platform, especially our AI agent capabilities, and continuously find productive, real-world use cases worth showing.
Create product content, including videos, blog posts, presentations, and social clips that show key use cases for GitLab in the user interface and terminal.
Produce video content end to end: script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demos, and collaborate with GitLab's video team on longer or higher-production pieces.
Deliver product demos and participate in analyst briefings.
Engage with customers through webinars, customer meetings, and other conversations.
Participate in the developer community by engaging on the GitLab forum and Discord, following the conversations happening on social platforms, in newsletters, and at events, and making sure GitLab has a voice in the ones that matter.
Answer technical questions that come through the sales team, and partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing educational content.
Use hands-on product experience to share feedback with product teams and test new features.
Contribute to technical research and analysis of the developer tools landscape.
Travel requirement up to 20% for events and customer meetings.
What you'll bring
Hands-on technical experience. You understand how software gets built, with a focus on everything that happens after code is written, and can talk about it credibly with engineers.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in software development, from coding all the way to production. You have built and operated agentic systems and infrastructure.
The ability to explain technical products clearly. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
Fluency in developer social platforms. You know what's interesting to the people we're trying to reach and can participate in the conversation with credibility.
Curiosity and self-direction. You're already finding the next thing worth talking about, following the right people, and noticing opportunities.
Experience engaging with customers, developers, or technical communities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
About the team
The Developer Advocacy team creates content that shows GitLab in use, engages with customers and the developer community, and brings hands-on product feedback to GitLab teams. The team also contributes technical research and analysis, while partnering with other groups to share its findings.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role overview
We're looking for a Staff Network Systems Engineer to help drive the transition of our global network infrastructure from manually managed and inconsistent configurations to a standardised, version-controlled and increasingly automated operating model.
This hands-on staff-level individual contributor will establish Infrastructure as Code practices, reusable automation, automated validation and safe delivery pipelines. The role will reduce configuration drift, make changes repeatable and auditable, and help the wider team adopt modern software-engineering practices.
Working across network engineering, security, architecture and platform teams, you'll help frame and influence technical direction, create practical standards and guardrails, and remain actively involved in enterprise network engineering and operational delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Assess the network estate, toolchain and operational workflows; identify sources of configuration variance, manual effort and change risk; and help define a phased modernisation roadmap.
Establish the Infrastructure as Code operating model, including the authoritative source of truth, configuration standards, source control, peer review, testing, release governance and secure handling of credentials.
Build reusable automation using object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), together with Terraform, Ansible, APIs and configuration-management tooling.
Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated linting, testing, intended-state validation, drift detection, policy checks, approvals, controlled rollout and reliable rollback patterns.
Partner with engineering, architecture and security teams to translate network intent into version-controlled implementations and influence reference architectures, standards, lifecycle plans and service roadmaps.
Lead the safe migration of existing services into the automated model while remaining hands-on during complex delivery, business-as-usual operations, critical changes, troubleshooting and major incidents.
Participate in technical authority and design-review forums, mentor engineers, and ensure automation becomes a sustainable team capability rather than knowledge held by a single specialist.
What we are looking for:
A strong track record of modernising network infrastructure through automation or Infrastructure as Code in a large, complex production environment.
Strong software-engineering skills in object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), including maintainable code, structured data, API integration, testing, error handling and documentation.
Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible or comparable tooling, including reusable, idempotent automation components and controlled infrastructure delivery.
Strong working knowledge of Git, pull-request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release controls, policy enforcement and secrets management.
Deep enterprise networking knowledge across routing, switching, wireless, resilient design, network access control and secure remote connectivity, together with advanced Juniper Mist, EX Series and Junos experience or equivalent platform expertise.
Expert troubleshooting and engineering judgement, with experience supporting operational delivery, complex changes, major incidents and root-cause improvement.
Staff-level influence and communication skills, including shaping technical direction across teams, building consensus, contributing to governance forums and developing other engineers.
Desirable Experience
Network APIs and data models, including REST, NETCONF, RESTCONF, JSON, YAML and YANG-based workflows.
GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, automated policy enforcement, artefact management and developer enablement.
Azure or AWS networking, enterprise authentication, Zero Trust principles and network observability platforms.
Architecture governance, technical authority panels, strategic vendor engagement and globally delivered service operations.
High-availability gaming, digital-media, creative or similarly demanding production environments.
Work Expectations and Measures of Success
This is a staff-level role combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership across a global network environment. You'll build production automation, guide others and remain engaged with operational delivery. The objective is to establish an engineering system the team can operate and improve over time while maintaining secure, resilient and supportable network services.
Success will be demonstrated through:
Increased coverage of network infrastructure managed through version-controlled automation.
Reduced configuration drift, manual intervention, operational toil and dependency on individual subject-matter experts.
Shorter and more predictable change lead times, with improved auditability, validation and rollback confidence.
Lower change-failure rates, maintained service reliability and faster recovery from configuration-related incidents.
Sustained adoption of automation standards, modules and delivery practices across the wider engineering team.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products. This role also may be eligible for a bonus package. Click

Base $109,400 - $164,000 + Bonus & Benefits.

- Department: Business Automation
- Reports to: Senior Engineering Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the architecture behind how customers discover, order, receive and pay for ICEYE's SAR imagery and monitoring insights.. You will decide how several existing backend systems become one platform, and you will see that migration through to production.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the platform at the heart of ICEYE's data business: it's how customers buy and receive our imagery and insights, and it will drive the Data business's revenue for years to come.
- Own the technical architecture and migration plan for bringing several existing backend systems together into one unified platform behind ICEYE's monitoring intelligence products.
- Make the key architecture and data-model decisions and hands-on drive them through execution across multiple engineering teams.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
Niantic Spatial makes the physical world computable, helping people and machines collaborate safely by aligning how they understand reality. One of the fundamental problems we're helping autonomy teams and engineers overcome is the sim-to-real gap for visual-spatial understanding. We're applying our team's decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is at Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
Niantic Spatial's R&D Team in London is seeking a Research Scientist to push the frontiers of Spatial AI, advancing our Large Geospatial Model as a dedicated member of the Embodied AI group. You will invent and develop algorithms and systems that sit at the cross-section of computer vision, machine learning, AI, graphics, and robotics.
We're passionate about discovery, so we're looking for scientists who want to learn, publish, teach, and deploy every new invention.
What You'll Do
- Develop New Spatial Representations - Develop new spatial representations that embodied AI can learn from, train in, and act on.
- Advance Real-to-Sim Pipelines - Advance real-to-sim pipelines connecting real-world observations, 3D reconstruction, simulation, and robotic policy learning.
- Solve Emerging Spatial Problems - Solve emerging problems that relate to spatial intelligence, 3D scene representation, training data, model efficiency, and interactive systems.
- Take Capabilities Through to Evidence - Take new capabilities through to evidence: what changed for the policy, not only what changed in the reconstruction.
- Build Prototypes - Build proof of concept prototypes, initially for internal use, where some will need to run at production scale on customer data.
- Collaborate Across Research and Product - Collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and product partners to bring novel models to production.
- Publish Your Work - Publish and present your work.
What You'll Bring
- A PhD in computer vision, robotics, graphics, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent research experience, with a publication record at top venues.
- Substantial expertise in robotics or embodied AI, including experience in sim-to-real transfer, domain randomization, policy evaluation, and simulation-based learning.
- Deep experience with 3D scene representations: Gaussian splatting, neural fields, meshes, point clouds, or implicit representations.
- You have applied generative or diffusion models to 3D data, such as scene completion, inpainting, relighting, or novel view synthesis from sparse capture.
- You have worked on 3D semantics, open-vocabulary scene understanding, or scene graphs.
- Proficiency in Python and Deep Learning libraries such as PyTorch.
- GPU or graphics programming experience, such as custom CUDA kernels, shaders, or differentiable rendering.
- A track record of contributing to widely used open-source research codebases.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in C++.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of £103,500 to £202,500. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our London office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE SECURITY PLATFORM TEAM
The Infrastructure Security team provides and supports the primitives that enable engineering to securely build applications and meet compliance obligations, while abstracting away the underlying complexity for the best possible developer experience.
Our work centers on workload identity and authorization: how internal applications authenticate to each other and to the services they depend on, and how that access is granted and enforced. We're replacing static secrets with short-lived identity credentials, bringing identity-based authentication to the services engineers use every day, and unifying how authorization is managed across the company.
We're a platform engineering team with a security mission. We measure success by the security outcomes we enable and by how much engineers enjoy building on what we ship — the secure path should be the easiest path.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A platform builder. You love building infrastructure that other engineers rely on every day, and you sweat the developer experience details that make adoption effortless.
- Fluent in service-to-service auth. You know authentication and authorization deeply: JWTs, X.509 certificates, and when to reach for each.
- A systems thinker. You reason carefully about bootstrapping, circular dependencies, availability, and failure modes, especially for infrastructure that everything else depends on.
- A pragmatic migrator. You know that shipping the primitive is half the job. You can drive adoption across many teams, meet them where they are, and retire the legacy path.
- A strong partner to engineering. You build trust with engineers by understanding their priorities and making security frictionless.
- Excited about AI. You're embracing AI and automation to scale platform work and reduce toil.
- Curious and humble. You ask the basic questions, enjoy untangling complex systems, and bring others along with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build workload identity infrastructure. Make short-lived identity credentials a default part of every application's runtime environment, in partnership with application platform owners.
- Bring identity-based authentication to internal services. Work with the owners of major internal dependencies to support identity certificates, make them the golden path for newly onboarding applications, and drive migration of existing ones.
- Eliminate static secrets. Replace all static passwords and service tokens with short-lived identity credentials, and build identity-authenticated egress proxies and API abstractions that inject and automatically rotate managed secrets for the external dependencies that still require them.
- Unify authorization. Build a single interface and framework through which authorization policies are centrally managed and enforced.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on security-related platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
- Strong working knowledge of secrets management, fine-grained authorization, and workload identity systems.
- Familiarity with the Kubernetes ecosystem and authentication/authorization technologies such as JWTs, X.509 certificates, PKI, cert-manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and OPA.
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure that other teams depend on, with attention to availability and failure modes.
- Proven ability to drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities or lead large-scale migrations.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.
- 401k matching
- Competitive Equity
- Healthcare, dental and vision coverage
- FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life
- Carrot fertility benefits

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.

Strategic Account Executives are experienced in high-stakes new business creation and deep account management. They establish trust and build long-term customer relationships within their target market, tailoring their sales approach to the specific economic drivers of the region and evangelizing Chainalysis solutions in a compelling, approachable way. In this role, you’ll:

- Build Executive Trust: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to build relationships with CXOs and Founders based on trust and transparency, positioning Chainalysis as a critical partner in their growth.
- Market Intelligence: Help us develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to LATAM market trends, such as the rise of DeFi, Web3 innovation, and regional enterprise adoption drivers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Solutions Architects, Product, and Marketing) to provide expert advice to prospects regarding technical concepts, product roadmaps, and solutions implementations.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting through disciplined use of enterprise sales methodologies.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Regional Expertise: A deep understanding of the LATAM business landscape and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of doing business across different Latin American countries.
- Bilingual/Trilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- Proven Sales Excellence: 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically selling complex software to large-scale enterprises or high-growth technology companies.

- Communication Skills: An articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communicator who can convey complex blockchain and technical concepts concisely to the CXO level.

- Mobility: The ability to travel throughout the LATAM region as needed to build face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders.
Nice to have experience:
- You don’t have to be a blockchain expert yet, but you are insatiably curious and a fast learner.
- Experience selling solutions related to data analytics, cybersecurity, risk management, or complex cloud infrastructure.
- An existing network of contacts within the innovation or technology departments of major LATAM-based enterprises.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.
- Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs.
- Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding
Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline.
Think like a territory owner, not just a closer
- Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to own one of our most important integration domains — either our
ad platform integrations
(Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta) or our
CRM integrations
(Salesforce, HubSpot, and the vertical systems our customers run their businesses on).
These integrations are where CallRail's data becomes real value for customers: closing the loop between a phone call and the ad that drove it, or pushing conversation intelligence into the system a sales team actually works in. You'll
lead the strategy for your domain
and own that surface end to end, and
partner with the other integrations PM on the shared patterns
— data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — so the portfolio stays coherent.
Your integrations are also the foundation other teams build on — including
Voice Assist
, where what our AI agents can do for a customer depends directly on what your integrations can read and write.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely
AI-fluent
— both in how they work and in what they build. The integration landscape is changing fast: platforms are exposing agent-accessible interfaces, customers expect setup and mapping to be intelligent rather than manual, and the PMs who move fastest are the ones using AI as a daily tool rather than a talking point. You don't need to be an ML engineer. You do need to reach for AI first and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't.
This role suits a self-motivated PM who thrives at both setting product direction and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results with engineering.
What You'll Do
Own your integration domain
Define and own some of our largest core integrations, aligning them with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.
Take the integrations customers already depend on past MVP — fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make them genuinely good rather than merely connected.
Own how customers experience your domain: how they discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot the integrations you're responsible for.
Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Lead the strategy
Lead the product strategy for your integration domain — synthesizing input from Partnerships, business strategy, and customer signal into a clear point of view, and driving alignment on it across the org.
Partner with the other integrations PM on the shared design patterns every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — and make sure the next integration is cheaper to build than the last.
Stay current with partner platform roadmaps and the shifting privacy and measurement landscape, and bring a point of view on what it means for our customers.
Bring AI into the product
Identify where AI meaningfully improves the integration experience — intelligent field mapping, automated setup and diagnostics, enriched data pushed into partner systems, self-healing syncs — and build the case for what's worth investing in.
Shape how CallRail's integration data is consumed by AI agents and assistants, as customers increasingly expect their systems to be queryable and actionable by AI rather than only by humans.
Know the difference between an AI feature that holds up in production and one that demos well, and be willing to say so.
Prioritize and measure
Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback, and use them to continuously refine your domain.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Keep the unglamorous half of integration work — bugs, migrations, reliability — visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Cross-functional
Partner with other product teams whose features depend on your integrations — most often
Voice Assist
, where the quality of a CRM or scheduling integration directly determines what our AI agents can actually do for a customer. Treat your domain as a platform other teams build on, and sequence your roadmap accordingly.
Work closely with
Product Design
on the integration experience — setup and authentication flows, field mapping, error and reconnection states — where most of the design difficulty is in making genuinely complex configuration feel simple.
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption of new integrations.
Close the loop with Support — turn ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them answers and workarounds in the meantime.
Represent the integrations domain in planning cycles, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
5+ years of product management experience
, with 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform-oriented work.
Demonstrated AI fluency in your day-to-day practice.
You use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping — and you can speak specifically about what you've changed in how you work, not just which tools you've tried.
A track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end—CRMs, ad platforms, marketing automation, analytics, or communication tools.
Martech experience is preferred.
Strong technical fluency.
You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, and scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator. Deep API design experience isn't required, but you need to know this territory well enough to make good calls about rate limits, sync behavior, and failure modes.
Proven ability to manage complex product surfaces across partner APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data syncing.
Experience building product surfaces that
other product teams depend on
— negotiating roadmaps with peer PMs, making commitments you can keep, and saying no in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers. We flex to optimize how the team works best together.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Integration decisions live or die by how well they're documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with
ad platform measurement
— offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, consent and privacy changes, and how signal loss affects attribution.
Hands-on experience with
CRM data models and lifecycle
— lead and contact objects, custom fields, activity logging, and the realities of syncing into a customer's existing workflow.
Experience shipping an AI-powered feature to production and owning its quality, cost, and evaluation over time.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Experience in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
Background working with public APIs and/or developer experience tools.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we're actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring integration data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail's platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you'll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We're looking for evidence that you've already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Customs Specialist, you’ll keep ICEYE’s goods moving compliantly across the world.
You'll drive the customs compliance and documentation that keeps ICEYE's satellites moving smoothly between Finland, the EU and our sites worldwide. That means classifying goods correctly, applying the right customs procedures, and making sure every shipment clears without unnecessary delay or cost.
You'll work closely with the Freight Forwarding Manager to plan how goods travel by road, air and sea, and use your knowledge of trade agreements and preferential origin rules to reduce duty and landed cost wherever possible.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
- Own day-to-day customs clearance across the EU: release for circulation, outward/inward processing, transit (T1, T2, TIR), customs warehousing, bonded storage and temporary admission.
- Maintain HS/Taric classification and customs valuation for both supplier-sourced and in-house manufactured goods.
- Spot risks in international shipments early and resolve them before they reach destinations.
- Understand and apply Incoterms with confidence, allocating cost, risk and responsibility correctly across every lane.
- Prepare for and take part in customs audits, and help strengthen the internal audit and control programme.
- Run Binding Tariff Information (BTI) applications regularly and keep the resulting rulings current.
- Write clear SOPs that colleagues can follow without you having to explain them.
- Pursue free trade agreement benefits (preferential origin, EUR.1, statements on origin, REX registration) and maintain the supplier declaration chain.
- Track and report the impact of your work: duty avoided, duty recovered and landed cost reduced.
- Contribute to Freight Forwarding strategy across road, air and sea, flagging where routing, mode or documentation choices affect customs treatment or cost.
- Recognise dangerous goods shipments (IATA DGR, ADR, IMDG) and check the required documentation.
- Support material flow between ICEYE's Espoo site and our sites worldwide, reconciling physical goods against ERP, WMS and TMS records.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (MUST HAVES):
- A track record of reducing duty and landed cost through preferential origin, free trade agreements, relief or suspension regimes, or classification and valuation work, with results you can point to.
- Working knowledge of rules of origin and the origin documentation regime, including supplier declarations.
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding across road, air and sea, including how transport is planned in each mode.
- Professional-level Finnish in addition to English.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn more and take full ownership over your scope of work
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with EU and US trade compliance (dual-use Regulation (EU) 2021/821, EAR and ITAR, denied party screening).
- Hands-on freight forwarding experience earlier in your career.
- Warehousing, inbound and outbound operations experience.
- IATA DGR, ADR or IMDG certification.

ABOUT OPENAI
OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company committed to ensuring that artificial general intelligence (AGI) benefits all of humanity. We push the boundaries of AI capabilities while prioritising safety, responsible use, and human needs. Our mission requires a team that represents a diversity of perspectives, voices, and experiences.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Like every team at OpenAI, the Marketing team contributes directly to our mission of responsible and widespread AI adoption.
The EMEA B2B Marketing team translates global priorities into regionally relevant programmes that drive awareness, consideration, pipeline, adoption, and long-term customer trust. We partner closely with Sales and GTM, Product Marketing, Developer Marketing and Relations, Field and Executive Marketing, Content, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Comms, Creative, Media, Marketing Operations, and regional leadership.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an FTC B2B Influencer Marketing Lead, EMEA to build and scale OpenAI’s influencer marketing capability across knowledge workers (KW), business decision-makers (BDMs), and developer audiences.
You will own the strategy and hands-on delivery across multiple European markets (working closely with in-market comms & marketing team), with the UK, France, and Germany as the first priorities. You will develop local creator networks, translate regional and global priorities into market-relevant programmes, and build a portfolio that balances sustained creator relationships with high-impact moments around products, campaigns, and events.
This is a zero-to-one builder role as much as an ecosystem and operating-model role. You will create the capability from the ground up: building on the early foundations we have in place, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, securing internal alignment, building the creator and agency network, establishing the operating model, and proving what works before scaling it. You will work with existing agencies, identify and onboard new specialist partners where we have capability or market gaps, partner with PHD to amplify the strongest influencer content, and create the goals, processes, reporting, and success measures needed to run the programme with speed, quality, and accountability. You will partner closely with the B2C influencer lead to define and evolve the measurement framework.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own the EMEA B2B influencer marketing strategy across KW, BDM, and developer audiences, setting clear audience, market, channel, investment, and outcome priorities.
- Build a credible bench of developer creators, technical educators, open-source voices, AI builders, and community leaders across Europe, and design programmes that genuinely help developers learn, evaluate, and build.
- Develop differentiated creator plans for the UK, France, and Germany, balancing regional consistency with local language, culture, platform behaviour, regulation, and audience expectations.
- Source, evaluate, and build durable relationships with creators who have genuine authority with our priority audiences. Own outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracting, content development, activation, and relationship management.
- Design curated creator programmes and high-value experiences that deepen relationships over time—such as briefings, product access, learning sessions, roundtables, community moments, and co-created formats—turning the strongest creators into long-term strategic partners rather than one-off campaign participants.
- Build an always-on creator portfolio alongside launch, event, and campaign activations, choosing the right mix of tutorials, product demonstrations, thought leadership, executive content, social posts, newsletters, podcasts, video, and community formats.
- Work with existing influencer and marketing agencies to raise the quality and pace of delivery. Identify capability gaps and lead the selection, onboarding, and management of new specialist agencies, including developer-native and market-specific partners.
- Partner closely with our media agency to build paid amplification strategies for high-performing creator content, including audience targeting, usage rights, creator whitelisting where appropriate, testing, optimisation, and clear organic-versus-paid performance readouts.
- Partner with our Performance Marketing and Growth teams to develop bespoke influencer content that drives measurable performance and business growth.
- Operationalise the end-to-end influencer process across intake, creator discovery, due diligence, brand-safety review, scopes of work, contracting, approvals, disclosure and compliance, content calendars, asset management, localisation, paid rights, and post-campaign learning.
- Set programme and campaign goals upfront. Build a measurement framework that connects creator activity to meaningful audience and business outcomes rather than relying on vanity metrics.
- Define and report a balanced scorecard by audience and objective, including qualified reach, audience relevance, engagement quality, content completion and saves, traffic, product education, developer activation, adoption signals, and pipeline influence where measurement is appropriate.
- Establish regular reporting and performance reviews with clear recommendations on which creators, formats, platforms, markets, and investments to scale, improve, or stop.
- Manage budgets, agency scopes, creator fees, usage rights, and production investment, making disciplined trade-offs and improving efficiency over time.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Developer Marketing and Relations, Comms, Creative, Legal, Privacy, Brand, Media, regional marketers, and GTM teams to ensure content is technically accurate, locally relevant, compliant, and useful to the audience.
- Bring creator and community insight back into OpenAI, helping teams understand emerging voices, platform shifts, audience questions, content opportunities, and risks across the European influencer ecosystem.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- OpenAI has a strong, trusted network of B2B and developer creators across Europe, with meaningful depth in the UK, France, and Germany.
- Priority creators progress from individual activations into sustained, mutually valuable partnerships, supported by curated programmes and experiences that increase trust, product understanding, and advocacy over time.
- Developer influencer marketing becomes a repeatable growth and education channel, supported by a healthy pipeline of credible creators and technically valuable content.
- Teams and agencies use a clear, efficient operating model with defined ownership, faster approvals, strong compliance, reusable tools, and fewer one-off processes.
- Organic creator programmes and PHD-led paid amplification work as one system, with transparent performance, learning, and investment decisions.
- Leadership has a reliable view of goals, spend, creator health, market coverage, results, and the programme’s contribution to audience and business outcomes.
YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, B2B content, developer marketing, or an adjacent discipline, including substantial ownership of influencer programmes.
- Are deeply plugged into the European creator economy and bring an existing network of relevant creators, agents, managers, platforms, and specialist agencies—particularly in technology, AI, SaaS, developer tools, or adjacent categories.
- Have a proven track record of building influencer programmes for developer or highly technical audiences. You understand the difference between broad technology reach and genuine developer credibility.
- Have taken an influencer or creator programme from zero to one, moving from an ambiguous brief to a working strategy, partner ecosystem, operating model, measurement framework, and repeatable programme.
- Have built curated creator programmes and experiences that develop long-term strategic partnerships, with evidence that sustained relationship-building improved content quality, creator loyalty, audience trust, or business impact.
- Can also develop effective creator strategies for knowledge workers and business decision-makers, matching the creator, message, format, and platform to the audience and commercial objective.
- Have operated across multiple European markets and understand how to adapt strategy and execution for the UK, France, and Germany. Fluent English is required; French and/or German is a strong advantage.
- Have directly managed agencies and creator partners, including selection, onboarding, briefing, negotiation, contracting, production, usage rights, paid amplification, and performance management.
- Understand the mechanics and economics of organic and paid creator distribution, and can partner effectively with a media agency to turn strong content into scaled, measurable campaigns.
- Are analytically strong and comfortable setting goals, designing measurement approaches, reading performance data, and making clear recommendations when attribution is imperfect.
- Combine strong editorial and technical judgement with operational rigour. You can protect creator authenticity while maintaining accuracy, brand safety, compliance, and message integrity.
- Are both strategic and hands-on: comfortable setting the direction, building the system, finding the creator, improving the brief, resolving an approval issue, and getting the programme live.
- Build trust quickly across creators, agencies, marketers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, and communicate clearly when priorities, evidence, or trade-offs are contested.
- Are energised by AI and motivated to help developers, businesses, and knowledge workers across Europe understand and adopt transformative technology responsibly.
WORKPLACE & LOCATION
This fixed-term role is based in London with three days per week in the office. Regular travel across Europe, particularly to France and Germany, will be required.
