Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on UK public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of UK Government and defence organisations. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government engagements.
Location: UK
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred; candidates with Active Secret clearance or those who are eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex government requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, and government leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior government officials and departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for government timelines, security review processes, and ministerial approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers (public sector, defence contractors).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with UK government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active UK government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Background in or strong familiarity with UK defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for UK government security clearance.
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active UK government Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold UK government Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of the UK’s most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how the UK leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.

We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join a cross‑functional group of app monetization subject matter experts who partner directly with RevenueCat customers and prospects. As part of the broader Customer Growth org, this team designs and implements high‑impact paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat’s no‑code builders and experimentation tools, then feeds learnings back into our product, templates, and educational content
You’ll also collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and advocacy teams to turn real‑world project outcomes into templates, case studies, webinars, and best‑practice guides for the broader app community
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior CRO Designer, Paywalls & Funnels, you’ll be the person RevenueCat customers trust when the question is: “How do we get more users to convert and stay subscribed?”
You will:
- Design & build high‑converting paywalls and funnels
- Use RevenueCat’s paywall and experiment builders to design, configure, and ship paywalls, onboarding flows, upgrade paths, and win‑back experiences for mobile apps across categories
- Translate brands and product value props into clear, compelling paywall layouts, messaging, and pricing presentations
- Lead conversion optimization projects for customers and prospects
- Run structured discovery with customers and prospects to understand their business model, audience, and constraints
- Propose experiment plans (e.g., value prop framing, pricing presentation, trial vs. no‑trial, placement and timing of paywalls)
- Partner with apps to launch multivariate tests and interpret results, using RevenueCat’s analytics and experimentation tooling
- Codify patterns into reusable assets
- Distill what’s working across projects into reusable templates, checklists, and patterns that can be implemented directly in RevenueCat’s builders
- Work with Product to inform our paywall components, presets, and default templates
- Create educational content with Advocacy & Marketing
- Collaborate with Growth Advocacy and Content teams to turn your project learnings into:
- Example paywalls and funnel templates
- Blog posts, guides, and best‑practice documentation
- Webinars, live reviews, and conference talks or workshops
- Participate in public‑facing sessions (e.g., teardown streams, office hours) as a visible expert on monetization UX
- Champion monetization UX best practices
- Advise Sales, Customer Success, and Support on paywall and funnel best practices they can bring into customer conversations
- Provide feedback to Product & Engineering on how practitioners use our builders in the wild, highlighting opportunities for new features, components, and workflows
ABOUT YOU
You’re a conversion‑focused designer who lives at the intersection of mobile product design, growth, and experimentation. You have a track record of shipping real paywalls and funnels that move business metrics, not just portfolios
You have:
- Deep hands‑on experience with paywalls & funnels
- 5–8+ years designing consumer mobile experiences, with a substantial portion spent on subscription or purchase flows (e.g., paywalls, onboarding, upgrade/upsell, win‑back, account limits)
- Experience either:
- At a mobile app studio / product team owning monetization UX, or
- At an agency/consultancy repeatedly designing and optimizing paywalls and funnels for multiple apps
- Strong conversion & experimentation mindset
- Comfort defining hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans (e.g., CVR, trial start rate, activation, LTV)
- Experience using analytics and experimentation tools to interpret results and iterate quickly
- Ability to balance conversion gains with long‑term user trust and platform guidelines
- Mobile‑first product design skills
- Excellent interaction and visual design chops for small screens and high‑stakes surfaces (like paywalls and purchase flows)
- Strong UX writing instincts for concise, value‑focused copy and pricing messaging
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and comfort translating designs into no‑code builder configurations
- Customer‑facing communication skills
- Confidence leading workshops, design reviews, and strategy sessions with customers and prospects
- Ability to present options, pros/cons, and trade‑offs to both designers and non‑design stakeholders (founders, PMs, marketers)
- Great written communication for async collaboration in a remote team
- Values & ways of working
- You’re energized by our mission to help developers make more money
- You work iteratively and ship value quickly rather than waiting for perfection
- You have an ownership mentality: You see broken or unclear experiences and feel compelled to improve them
- You’re comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team and collaborating across time zones
In your first month, you’ll:
- Learn RevenueCat’s products, especially paywalls, experiments, and analytics
- Join customer calls to understand our process and common challenges
- Audit a handful of existing customer paywalls and funnels and build your first recommendations
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own several customer projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through experiment analysis
- Ship multiple paywall and funnel variations using RevenueCat’s builders
- Partner with Advocacy/Content on at least one public asset (template, blog post, teardown, or webinar segment)
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Be the go‑to expert internally for monetization UX, paywall patterns, and funnel optimization
- Maintain and evolve an internal “playbook” of best practices and tested patterns
- Influence the roadmap for our paywall and experiment tooling based on patterns you see across customers
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Have materially improved conversion for a portfolio of customer apps, with clear before/after stories
- Help define our strategy for paywall templates and monetization UX guidance at scale
- Represent RevenueCat in public‑facing educational content (webinars, AMAs, workshops, or conference talks) as a leading voice on mobile monetization UX
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
THE ROLE
RevenueCat helps apps of all shapes and sizes make more money across mobile, the web, and a growing list of other platforms like Roku, Amazon, and even AR through support for Vision Pro. As a result, many different types of users log in and use RevenueCat on a day-to-day basis. Product managers, support reps, lifecycle marketers, user acquisition specialists, data analysts, executives: the list goes on.
Communicating the growing breadth of use cases supported by RevenueCat in a way that makes sense for all those different types of businesses, apps, and users is a challenge. And that’s where product marketing comes in.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team led by Francie https://www.linkedin.com/in/francief/. Each Senior PMM owns a product area end-to-end, partnering with that area's product managers on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market. This is not a segment-specific role: RevenueCat serves everyone from solo indie developers to top-tier enterprise apps, often through the very same product surface, so you'll craft messaging and channels that flex across that full spectrum. This role is perfect for someone who:
- Knows APIs and SDKs like their ABCs. Code may not be your craft, but you know how to talk the talk. Software developers are one of our core audiences, and they can smell BS a mile away. You can debug marketing messaging so it resonates with technical audiences, and craft narratives around the 1’s and 0’s that still land with business stakeholders.
- Captains their own ship. You have a strong bias toward action and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty on execution. Whether it’s juggling strategic and tactical work or navigating shifting priorities, you thrive on autonomy and love making things happen.
- Distills collaborative chaos. You’re comfortable raising your hand and getting what you need from a dynamic and technical organization. Whether it’s nudging engineers for product updates or rallying Sales for customer stories, you can navigate the chaos and advocate for what the GTM org needs.
- Gets excited about the unexpected. At RevenueCat we take shipping seriously, and are constantly adapting our product and strategies to meet the needs of developers. You see changes in direction and shifts in strategy as an opportunity to flex your creative muscles and learn on the fly.
- Is a little quirky. You love a whimsical side quest and you can see the soft side of software. We pride ourselves in keeping our community on their toes with unique swag, challenges and events. You can play as big a role as you’d like in helping to brainstorm and bring these quirky concepts to life.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- GTM and adoption campaigns: Own key product areas to deeply understand the features we’re launching and the use cases and needs behind them. Craft compelling communication plans both within the organization, and to existing and prospective customers.
- Lifecycle campaign building: Working with our marketing operations team to execute insight-based lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, retention and community.
- Web page design and optimization: Translate product messaging and customer understanding into visually compelling and highly converting web experiences with the help of our external web development agency. You’ll chart the vision for the story our website tells and the illustrations, animations and tools we create to convey it.
- Case studies and testimonials: Organizing, facilitating, and translating customer interviews into compelling case studies and testimonials that showcase the value of RevenueCat.
- Internal enablement: As an expert in your areas of product focus, you’ll empower developer-facing teams with the resources and training they need to support developers and ensure their success.
- Market insights: Keeping your finger on the pulse of the mobile app industry and competitors to inform go-to-market strategies and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Whimsical side quests: Taking on unique projects with minimal instruction, coordinating the collection of 1000 screenshots to launch Paywalls.com http://Paywalls.com, designing, printing and shipping a calendar of cat photos, hosting the World Paywall Speed Building Championships https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcnUYWLo-I4, or crafting a keynote speech for leadership. You’ll get to work on projects that stretch your creative muscles.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a B2B or B2D SaaS environment, preferably targeting developers or software companies. RevenueCat runs a hybrid motion - self-serve/PLG for indie developers alongside a sales-assisted motion for larger accounts - so experience with either end of that spectrum is valuable; you won't need to have done both to succeed here.
- Previous experience as a solo-marketer is preferred. While you’ll have the broader marketing and product marketing teams to lean on, our async, entrepreneurial culture is best suited to someone who is comfortable independently driving projects forward, making progress amid changing processes, and actively enlisting cross-functional support when needed.
- Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market efforts, including tier 1 product launches. Strong project management skills to prioritize multiple initiatives and execute effectively across teams.
- Strong creative instincts and direction. You’ve led the charge on web design work and aren’t afraid to sketch, prototype in Figma, or use AI tools to get to an ugly starting point. Comfortable collaborating with external creative agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality assets.
- Excellent editorial judgment: you understand audience, tone, and communication objectives, and you can elevate copy through clear direction and feedback. You will not need to write everything yourself, but you’re comfortable jumping in to draft a narrative outline or even a blog post when necessary, and you know when to pass work forward to the content team or a technical writer
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.
- A proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging that resonates with different audiences, both internally and externally.
- The resourcefulness to take on unique, sometimes ambiguous projects that require initiative and problem-solving.
IDEALLY YOU:
- Have experience in the mobile app ecosystem or working with subscription-based software products.
- Have worked in an early-stage tech company or led new initiatives independently in a larger organization.
- Have experience working as a solo marketer or solo PMM within an organization.
- Are comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Linear for remote collaboration.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Gain hands-on experience with the RevenueCat platform, supported by our engineers and advocates.
- Build a foundational understanding of the app ecosystem, particularly around monetization.
- Establish relationships with key collaborators across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds real value to the team.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Step into the role as the go-to-market owner for your specific product areas, becoming an expert on relevant features, their roadmap and related market segments.
- Own the go-to-market efforts for product areas, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of awareness and adoption efforts.
- Craft and distribute internal enablement materials and training related to your product areas.
- Publish a new landing page, leading the concept, briefing, design and written copy process, with execution by our web agency.
- Conduct customer research to deepen your understanding of our audience’s challenges and goals, and publish a customer case study.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Own and optimize the self-serve adoption funnel for your product areas, partnering with Growth and Product and leveraging lifecycle marketing to turn feature interest into activation and long-term retention.
- Level up your product area’s sales motion by revamping core pitch materials, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
- Partner with Product to translate customer and market insights into clear roadmap recommendations.
- Contribute to a whimsical side quest that adds to our brand and community.
AFTER 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Be a trusted partner across Product, Sales, and Marketing, contributing strategically to RevenueCat’s growth.
- Have led multiple successful product launches, including a tier 1 launch, and owned key marketing initiatives.
- Represent RevenueCat at industry events and conferences
- Deepen your knowledge of app development and monetization, becoming an expert in the space.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

About the job
As part of the Technology Distribution team of Tether Data, we are seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the implementation of AI-driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. The role focuses on orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions across enterprise, government, and institutional environments.
This position combines client engagement, technical coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure successful onboarding and execution of AI use cases, ranging from edge AI deployments to privacy-preserving inference systems. The Engagement Manager plays a central role in aligning client objectives with product capabilities, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving implementations from initial scoping through production rollout.
Responsibilities
Client & Partner Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners during AI implementation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and structured execution.
Guide clients in translating business requirements into AI deployment strategies leveraging QVAC capabilities (local inference, delegated compute, privacy-preserving architectures).
Support Expansion team in shaping AI-related opportunities by providing input on feasibility, integration complexity, and delivery approach.
Identify opportunities to extend implementations across additional use cases, geographies, or Tether technologies.
Implementations Oversight
Lead end-to-end coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff through production deployment.
Define implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across AI models, infrastructure, and integration layers.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and actual product capabilities, avoiding scope drift or mispositioning.
Track progress across multiple concurrent AI deployments, ensuring timely delivery and readiness for production environments.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and roadmap evolution.
Facilitate integration between client systems and QVAC components, including model deployment pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.
Work with legal and compliance teams where required, particularly in sensitive AI deployments involving data locality or privacy constraints.
Maintain structured communication flows across all stakeholders involved in the implementation lifecycle.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks including implementation plans, risk tracking, and decision logs.
Produce executive-level updates summarizing progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
