Delivery Manager
to join our passionate team.
The main purpose is to drive predictable, end-to-end Brand delivery through clear processes, transparent execution, realistic planning, and consistent ways of working across teams.
You will own Brand delivery, partner closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives, and connect Brand’s work with wider operations functions, including legal and finance.
Your goal is to ensure reliable execution in managing and delivering projects.
Job Responsibilities
Delivery Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of Brand initiatives, managing plans, timelines, dependencies, and blockers to ensure work progresses predictably.
Coordinate delivery across teams and functions, partnering closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives and integrating Brand’s work into wider Operations processes, including Legal and Finance.
Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines across teams, ensuring plans and status updates remain accurate.
Proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, external blockers, and delivery risks to keep initiatives on track.
Capacity Planning & Operational Excellence
Design and implement a capacity planning framework tailored to Brand’s operating model, balancing strategic initiatives, business-as-usual activities, and support for other teams.
Establish a consistent approach to estimating, decomposing, and prioritizing work, ensuring delivery plans and commitments are realistic and aligned with available capacity.
Own and continuously improve Brand delivery processes, tools, and workflows to ensure they are clear, practical, scalable, and consistently applied.
Define and maintain delivery metrics, ensure data quality, and use insights to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and strengthen delivery predictability.
Delivery Standards & Team Enablement
Establish clear delivery standards and drive their consistent application across Brand through Team Leads.
Support Team Leads as they progressively take greater ownership of delivery within their teams, providing guidance and reinforcing effective planning, execution, and reporting practices.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices across Brand, ensuring teams have the processes, tools, and support needed to deliver effectively and reliably.

Proven experience coordinating work across multiple teams, stakeholders and functions.
Strong skills in planning, dependency management, risk management and delivery predictability.
Enough understanding of software delivery, the development lifecycle and delivery metrics to partner credibly with Product. Experience of brand, marketing or creative delivery is a strong advantage.
Ability to drive process improvements and encourage transparency within teams.
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and proactively identify gaps.

About us
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What we look for
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What we offer
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

How we hire
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
Soft skills interview.
Offer discussion.
We’re real
A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.

To do so, you’ll lead the business, adoption, and governance workstream across high-value enterprise deployments:
DRIVE CUSTOMER OUTCOMES DURING DEPLOYMENTS
- Lead the organizational workstream during focused on-site deployments, from executive kickoff to closeout.
- Partner closely with a Forward Deployed Engineer to turn customer problems into adopted workflows that solve real operational pain.
- Keep the engagement focused on the highest-value opportunities, not just the most technically interesting ones.
BUILD THE AUTOMATION OPERATING MODEL
- Guide customers in implementing the automation operating and governance model they need to scale n8n sustainably.
- Help define ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices across technical and business teams.
- Leave customers more capable and confident by making automation part of how their organization works.
IDENTIFY, PRIORITIZE, AND PROVE AUTOMATION OPPORTUNITIES
- Map business processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across unfamiliar customer environments.
- Develop and manage an automation roadmap with clear prioritization criteria, sequencing, and ROI logic.
- Build business cases in the customer’s language by estimating impact, modeling value, and connecting automation to executive priorities.
NAVIGATE ORGANIZATIONS AND SCALE WHAT WORKS
- Build trust across technical teams, operators, executives, champions, skeptics, and the people who actually make decisions.
- Identify upsell and expansion signals during engagements and hand them cleanly to the Customer Success team.
- Feed learnings from every deployment into n8n’s internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and repeatable deployment motions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

- 📊 ROI and prioritization: You can build value cases, estimate impact, and help customers prioritize an automation roadmap based on business outcomes.
- 🛠️ Technical fluency: You do not need to write code, but you understand technical architecture, can demo convincingly, and can spot when a solution is not aligned with the customer’s needs.
- 🤝 Organizational navigation: You know how to build trust across levels, manage competing priorities, and identify who can actually make decisions.

Navigate complex industrial stakeholder ecosystems including executives, operations and engineering leadership, IT and OT teams, digital transformation functions, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying industrial market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for industrial clients
Continuously refine the industrial sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Financial Data and Controls Lead to join our Billing Platform team. Billing Platform builds the systems customers use to transact with Anthropic: subscriptions, usage billing, quote to cash, invoicing, and payments. You'll be the dedicated owner of billing accuracy, reconciliation, and financial controls across those systems, making sure the right checks run, the right controls are in place, and the audit evidence exists.
Our billing systems and pricing change often, and each flow needs to meet SOX requirements. Accurate billing is what lets us launch products and pricing quickly and still close the books on time. The hard problems today include validating negotiated pricing from contract to invoice, handling the many forms of credits, app store billing, and keeping controls current while the systems under them are replaced.
This is a foundational role and the first hire of its kind on the team. You'll lead a working group of the reconciliation and controls owners from each billing engineering team, and you'll set the approach they follow. You'll work closely with Finance Systems, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Data Engineering.
The role sits in Engineering and works with Finance every day. Our Data organization builds the pipelines and owns the warehouse, and you'll use that data and partner with that team. We're looking for an engineer or data practitioner with strong accounting domain knowledge, who can talk to engineers about systems and to Finance and auditors about risk and materiality.
Key responsibilities
Own reconciliation and accuracy checks for critical billing data (quantity, price, discounts, and invoices) across our product platform, third-party billing and payment providers, app stores, cloud marketplaces, and in-house systems
Design and run detective controls that catch billing errors before they reach the accounting books
Partner with billing engineering teams to turn repeat checks into automated verifiers
Review billing changes that have financial impact, flag the ones that touch SOX or IT application controls (ITACs), and make sure functional test evidence is in place
Make SOX review a standard, lightweight step in how billing changes ship, treated like a security review, so launches are not delayed by it
Own the end-to-end test strategy and audit evidence for those changes, working with Finance Systems, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Internal Audit
Triage billing errors, prioritize backfills and fixes with the owning teams, and track materiality over time
Define and maintain the data contracts between billing and finance systems, so downstream teams can find and trust the data they need
Lead the working group of reconciliation and controls owners across billing engineering teams, through influence and not reporting lines
Act as the Billing owner, alongside Accounting and Finance Systems, for translating the product and pricing roadmap into financial impact, test strategy, and process updates
Minimum qualifications
Experience building or owning a financial ledger, billing reconciliation, or cash reconciliation system end to end, one that Accounting relied on to close the books
Hands-on SQL skills strong enough to take two messy datasets (for example usage events and invoices), match them, find the breaks, and explain the root cause
Accounting domain knowledge (order to cash, month-end close, and materiality) sufficient to tell which billing changes have financial impact
Experience working with SOX and Internal Audit teams on IT application controls, detective controls, transaction monitoring, functional test evidence, and auditor walkthroughs
Experience defining data contracts between billing or product systems and finance systems such as the ERP, general ledger, or revenue recognition
Track record of driving work across Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Audit without direct authority
Ability to explain technical issues to Finance and auditors in their terms, and financial risk to engineers in theirs
Interest in AI and a commitment to Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI systems
Preferred qualifications
Background as a backend, data, or analytics engineer who built a financial ledger or cash reconciliation system from scratch
Experience running these systems under public company reporting requirements, and scaling them as the company grew
Experience with usage-based or consumption billing
Experience with multi-party billing, such as marketplaces, or app stores
Experience turning manual checks into automated verifiers with engineering teams
Experience remediating a control deficiency, or standing up a controls program while the underlying systems were changing
A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to automate reconciliation, testing, or evidence collection, with checks that hold up to review
Experience with billing and finance tools such as Stripe, Metronome, Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday Financials
Python for data analysis or automation

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Reinforcement learning is how Claude learns to reason, write code, and act autonomously over long horizons. At frontier scale, an RL run is a large distributed system: training, sampling, and environment execution run concurrently across a large fleet of accelerators and hosts. As an engineer in RL Engineering, you'll work on keeping that system secure as it scales.
This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll work in the RL codebase and the infrastructure underneath it, alongside the engineers and researchers who build and use it. The system is large and changes as fast as the research does, so security work here has to keep up with that pace without costing performance or velocity.
We're hiring from two backgrounds: security engineers who want to work on large-scale ML systems, and ML systems or research engineers who want to work on security. Strong candidates have depth in one and real interest in the other.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and operate security controls for RL training systems and the infrastructure they run on
Work across the stack (orchestration, environments, training, inference) wherever the work is needed
Review designs and code across the RL stack, find security problems, and fix them
Build shared libraries and tooling that other RL engineers and researchers build on
Build the observability needed to understand what these systems are doing
Work with researchers and performance engineers to make sure security changes preserve training correctness and performance
Write clear design documents for what you build
Minimum qualifications
Strong software engineering skills in Python and at least one systems language such as Rust, C++, or Go
Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems or security systems in production
Strong understanding of security fundamentals
Working knowledge of Linux, containers, and cloud infrastructure
Experience debugging complex problems across many hosts and services
Ability to reason about tradeoffs between security, performance, and reliability
Strong written communication, including design documents
Preferred qualifications
Experience running ML training or inference infrastructure at scale
Experience with infrastructure security, such as isolation, access control, networking, or identity
Experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes, and with sandboxed or virtualized code execution at scale
Experience building observability for large fleets
Experience supporting research teams or other fast-moving internal users
Familiarity with reinforcement learning or large language model training workloads
