Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; Cairo, Egypt; Helsinki, Finland

🛟 What floats your boat
With the guidance of your manager, you will perform the following tasks, depending on the position and on the time of the year:
Understand your clients' needs and advise them on their boat search, finding the best deals by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners (warm leads only, no cold calling in Sales);

Take part in business development missions such as market research, prospecting leads and participating actively in the weekly/monthly business unit presentations.
Good to know:
Sales positions work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season, following a planning given in advance (with a recuperation day off, to ensure 2 days off per week).

What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications
Experience of an ERP vendor selection process, including RFP evaluation, demo scenarios or business-case development
Experience in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environment
Exposure to wider enterprise application categories beyond ERP (HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management)
Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business

About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Chief of Staff to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
Be the glue across the company, the heart of the role:
Run the leadership rhythm.
Prepare the weekly leadership sync, write down what was decided, and follow up every action until it is done.
Know what every team is doing.
Spot work that falls between teams and either fix it or get someone to own it.
Turn priorities into plans.
Take the CEO's priorities and turn them into plans with an owner, a date and a one-line weekly status.
Unblock decisions.
Bring each open decision to the right person with the facts and a recommendation, so nothing waits for weeks.
Own what has no owner.
When something lands with no obvious home, it comes to you.
Finance, about 40% of your time
Own the financial model.
Update it monthly, or weekly when needed. Build scenarios such as a fundraise, a cash view next to the accrual view, and unit economics like LTV:CAC and renewal curves.
Run the monthly close
with our external accountant. Review the numbers, catch errors before they reach the books, and report actuals against budget to the leadership team.
Get us ready to raise.
Prepare the finance and reporting for investors and the board, so we are ready for the next fundraise.
Run tax and entity admin
across our UK, US and UAE entities, with outside advisers: VAT returns, US tax and transfer pricing.
Manage vendor spend.
Approve and pay invoices, negotiate the big contracts (payments, cloud, analytics, AI providers) and track every renewal date.
Look after equity admin:
option grants and the cap table, with our lawyers.
Compliance and legal
Run the compliance programme
with our engineering lead: ISO 27001 and SOC 2, the yearly audits, policies and evidence.
Support enterprise deals.
Work with the B2B team on security questionnaires, data processing agreements and contract reviews.
Keep the company in order:
contracts, board consents and minutes, visas and entity filings, with our lawyers and people team.
Strategic projects
Take big bets from idea to launch:
new markets, new distribution platforms and large partnerships.
Spot opportunities nobody owns,
such as an award, a partnership or a market, and move them without being asked.
Run one-off projects
for the CEO and the leadership team: research, business cases, incentive plans and process fixes.
What are we looking for from you:
A finance background.
Investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance. This is not optional.
Strong financial modelling.
You can build and run a company model from scratch, and explain it to people who do not work in finance.
Proactive.
You see what needs doing and do it before anyone asks. We value this trait above all others.
Autonomous.
You make decisions on your own, with incomplete information, and you are comfortable with ambiguity.
A clear writer.
We work async, so most of your influence will happen in writing.
Low ego.
You do the unglamorous tasks as well as the strategic ones, and you see them as the way to learn the business.
Built for startup pace.
Urgent turnarounds and changing priorities do not throw you. You would rather ship, learn and fix than wait for perfect.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp’s Token Spend Management team helps finance and technical teams understand and manage what they spend across AI providers and subscriptions. We are building the third pillar https://ramp.com/blog/ramp-at-44-billion-the-third-pillar of finance. The product brings provider usage and billing information together so customers can see where costs come from, attribute spend, and act on it with greater confidence.
We’re looking for a senior backend engineer to build the systems behind that experience. You’ll own substantial projects from design through production, turn data from different providers into dependable product experiences, and work with product, design, data, and engineering partners to make complex spend information useful to customers. You will be involved in key company initiatives such as inference accounting, and figuring out new and novel ways to help companies not just manage, but think about their AI Spend.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build backend services and APIs that support AI spend visibility, attribution, insights, and controls
- Build and improve integrations that ingest usage and billing information from supported providers
- Taking the data from those integrations and converting it into helpful structures for external customers, and internal product consumers
- Create reliable data models and processing workflows that make spend information accurate, traceable, and useful across the product
- Own projects from technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of systems as customer usage and provider coverage grow
- Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teammates to turn customer needs into practical solutions
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong judgment about system design, data correctness, reliability, and when to keep a solution simple
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- Experience working with external data sources or integrations where data quality and changing interfaces matter
- Comfort working through ambiguous product problems with cross-functional partners
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to technical decisions and feedback
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with usage metering, billing, spend management, or financial data products
- Experience integrating with AI providers or other third-party usage and billing APIs
- Experience building attribution, alerts, limits, or other systems that help customers understand and manage spend
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)

- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Getting paid is still one of the most manual parts of running a business. Finance teams chase invoices over email, match payments to invoices by hand in spreadsheets, and close the books late because cash data is scattered across banks, payment processors, and ERPs.
Ramp's Accounts Receivable team is building the system that automates all of it, from the moment an invoice is sent to the moment cash is reconciled in the general ledger. We own the full receivables lifecycle: invoicing, collections, payments, cash application, and accounting sync.
We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own core pieces of that system. The work sits where hard engineering problems meet real money: matching messy payment data to the right invoices, keeping ledgers correct to the cent, and syncing reliably with the accounting systems our customers depend on. You'll own projects end to end, from design through production, and work closely with product and design to turn complex finance workflows into software that just works.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the payment-matching systems that automatically apply incoming ACH, wire, card, and check payments to the right invoices, even when payment details are incomplete or inconsistent
- Design accurate data models where every dollar is traceable from invoice to payment to general ledger
- Build two-way integrations with ERPs like NetSuite and QuickBooks that stay consistent through retries, partial failures, and edits on either side
- Build collections workflows that help businesses get paid faster without hurting their customer relationships
- Own projects from problem definition and technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Raise the engineering bar through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Product sense: you care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push back when the spec is wrong
- Experience designing and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong system design judgment and the ability to balance speed, correctness, reliability, and simplicity
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to technical decisions
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with invoicing, billing, payments, accounting, or other financial workflows
- Experience building integrations that keep data consistent across systems
- Experience improving reliability and operational visibility in a growing product

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Our VIP team supports the firm's highest-value private clients across the Payward ecosystem: high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) who expect a premium, secure, and highly tailored experience. We ensure Kraken remains the platform of choice for VIPs by delivering white-glove relationship management, personalized trading enablement, and high-impact benefits.
We are looking for a Senior VIP Relationship Manager, LATAM to help us scale our VIP client book and growth across the region. This is a hybrid role: part white-glove relationship management, part growth and business development. You'll build Kraken's presence inside LATAM's VIP trading and investor communities, run local marketing and events, and source new whale relationships.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be bold, can build and scale initiatives from the ground up, and is humble enough to fail fast and move on to the next challenge. If you thrive in ambiguity and can operate in a fast-paced, scrappy environment, this role is for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken and Payward’s top private clients across LATAM, delivering consistent, high-quality white-glove service and building deep, durable relationships.
- Own the regional VIP book end to end: onboarding, tier progression, retention, and proactive intervention on at-risk and lapsing clients.
- Build lasting relationships that grow AOP, net deposits, and trading volume, your primary KPIs, by becoming the partner clients trust with more of their capital and activity over time.
- Bring Kraken's private client and VIP offerings to market locally, including yield and earn campaigns, lending against tokenized equities and crypto collateral, OTC execution, and structured private-client benefits, ensuring they remain impactful and competitive against regional exchanges and desks.
- Source and convert new HNWI relationships through direct outreach, referrals, and introducer networks, from crypto-wealthy individuals and family offices to the principals of trading firms, OTC desks, miners, and project treasuries.
- Get inside LATAM's VIP trading communities: private trading groups, investor clubs, KOL and trader networks, and closed-door investor groups. Be the Kraken face those communities know and trust.
- Design and run local marketing and events (VIP dinners, trader meetups, conference-adjacent programming, and co-marketing with regional partners and KOLs) in partnership with our Marketing and Regional teams.
- Build and manage introducer and referral partnerships that produce a repeatable pipeline of qualified private clients.
- Act as Payward’s ear on the ground: competitive intelligence on regional exchanges, product gaps that cost us whale business, and the local narratives that move capital.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, and Client Service to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty, and to make sure every play you run is inside Kraken's licensing and compliance perimeter.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, private banking, brokerage, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in the crypto space, with a track record of working with HNWIs.
- An existing, personal network among LATAM's crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.
- Demonstrated ability to originate business, not just service it. You have personally brought in clients, run events, or built a community presence that produced measurable pipeline.
- Deep understanding of trading product solutions, including spot, margin, and futures trading, as well as OTC trading, lending, and yield/earn products. Familiarity with how deposits and client balances drive an exchange's lending economics is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating in a regulated environment across multiple LATAM jurisdictions, and the judgment to know when to involve Compliance early.
- Highly data-driven, with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as assets on platform, net deposits, trading volume, and client portfolio revenue.
- Ability to be scrappy, bold, and unafraid to explore alternative and creative solutions to achieve results.
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, their players, frameworks, and market dynamics beyond just blue-chip tokens, including how local on/off-ramps and stablecoin flows shape client behavior in the region.
- Skilled at building meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region for client meetings, events, and conferences.
- Based in Brazil and native or near-native Portuguese plus fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

About Scorewarrior.
We're a game developer and publisher from Cyprus with one single game in the 4x strategy genre: Total Battle. We're a one-game company on purpose, because in everything we do, we focus
We are currently concentrating on two major goals:
- To make our game #1 in its genre.

That's why we need you.
Let's dive in.
As our Senior 3D Artist you will create video creatives for Total Battle's performance marketing. Your goal will be to turn creative concepts into engaging gameplay videos that attract new players.
This isn't a role where you simply execute a ready-made brief. You'll take a concept or mechanic, figure out how to bring it to life, build the scene and gameplay logic, and take it all the way to the final video.
Key responsibilities.
- Create 3D video creatives for Total Battle using Unreal Engine, as well as Houdini, Cocos, or Unity where appropriate.
- Build new gameplay mechanics and logic from scratch within a production cycle of up to 8 working days.

- Build and polish scenes, including lighting, composition, animation, and visual design.
- Use your technical skills and new tools to continuously improve the quality and speed of creative production.
You could be a great fit for this position if:
- You have strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine/Houdini and Blueprints.
- You have a solid 3D foundation, including animation, lighting, composition, basic modelling, and rigging.
- You have experience creating marketing creatives for mobile games and a portfolio to show us.
- You have a basic understanding of game design and can turn an idea into engaging gameplay.
- You're comfortable working independently and figuring things out without a detailed brief.
- You care about the performance of your creatives, not just delivering the final result.
- You're constantly learning and looking for ways to improve your skills and workflow.
- You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and other GenAI tools in your work.
- You play and love video games.
- Experience with Cocos, Unity, Niagara, or programming languages would be a plus.
Why Scorewarrior?
- Work with a product you love: Total Battle is more than just a job; it's a passion project.
- Join a highly skilled team: We're a nerdy group of talented individuals who love what we do.
- Make a real impact: Your work will directly contribute to bringing new players into Total Battle and getting us closer to that number-one app store spot.
- Stability: Start working with a stable three-year contract with the potential to extend it to infinity and beyond.
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
- Full-coverage relocation for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
- Private health insurance for you and your family members.
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
- Lunch compensation.
- A sports and fitness allowance.
- Personal development opportunities paid for by the company: professional and language courses, books, etc.
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years worked, getting married, and the birth of a child.
