ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The ways customers buy from us are multiplying as fast as the business is growing. Enterprise order forms. Private offers through AWS, GCP, and Azure. A self-serve business running on usage-based pricing, with commits, drawdowns, and true-ups behind it. Each one is a distinct path from signature to cash, and each one runs today on some mix of manual steps and automation that grew up with the business.
This role owns what comes next. You'll run order operations end to end - booking, provisioning, invoicing, amendments, and renewals - on a stack we picked deliberately and recently: Salesforce, Metronome for metering and billing, Rillet for ERP. The stack is modern, but the processes on top of it were built to keep up with growth, not designed to scale. Your job is to decide what each one should become: keep it, rebuild it, automate it, or retire it.
Our bias is to invest in systems rather than in a growing queue of manual work, so you'll be setting the automation roadmap at the same time you're operating the function - deciding what a person should touch, what a workflow should handle, and what should never have been a step in the first place. Getting that right is what lets order volume grow by an order of magnitude without ops growing with it.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own order operations, working closely with Deal Strategy and Operations, GTM Systems, Finance and Accounting, and Enterprise Engineering. Those teams are your partners and much of your build capacity. Bringing them onto one shared order-to-cash roadmap is a core part of the job, and the reason we're hiring someone senior to do it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the order-to-cash path end to end: order form intake from Deal Desk, booking in Salesforce, plan and entitlement setup in Metronome, invoicing and revenue recognition through Rillet, and the amendments, true-ups, and renewals that follow
- Build out cloud marketplace operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure: private offer setup, usage reporting to each marketplace, and reconciling marketplace disbursements back to what we billed. Every new channel launches against defined readiness criteria, so marketplace deals run on the same clean path as direct ones
- Own self-serve billing operations: usage metering, plan changes, dunning, credits, rebills, refunds, and the escalations behind them
- Own billing and usage completeness at month-end close. Every order, credit, and metered event is reconciled between Metronome and Rillet before revenue is recognized, not after
- Partner with Deal Strategy and Product as our pricing evolves. Bring the billing view into pricing and deal-structure decisions early, so new models and non-standard terms can be billed accurately and automated, not handled by hand
- Set the automation roadmap. Instrument the path, put a number on every place a human touches an order, and decide what gets automated, what gets designed away, and what stays manual on purpose
- Treat every billing error as a defect: find the root cause and fix the class of problem, not just the one invoice
- Ship automations yourself where that's fastest, and partner with GTM Systems and Enterprise Engineering where the work belongs in core systems or the product
- Write the playbook and the controls behind it: approvals, segregation of duties, reconciliations, and exception handling, built so order ops scales through systems rather than headcount and holds up under audit
- Own three numbers and move them: touchless order rate, signature-to-provisioned cycle time, and billing accuracy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company, including time building the function at an early-stage or fast-scaling one
- Hands-on fluency with a modern billing and ERP stack. We run Salesforce, Metronome, and Rillet - you should know something comparable well enough to have opinions, and get to depth on ours quickly
- Real experience with usage-based pricing. Per-seat is straightforward; metered consumption, commits, drawdowns, overages, and true-ups are where order ops gets interesting, and that's most of our business
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and month-end close. You don't need to be an accountant, but you should know what Revenue Accounting needs from billing data and why
- Cloud marketplace experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure private offers), or a track record of getting deep on a system like that fast
- A history of automating your own job. We'll ask you to walk us through a manual process you deleted: what it cost before, what you built, and what it costs now
- The ability to build alignment across teams with different priorities and get to a decision, without relying on org authority
- Comfort shipping a v0 earlier than feels comfortable, then iterating with real feedback
NICE TO HAVE
- SQL, Python, or low-code tooling in your own hands rather than on someone else's backlog
- Experience building agents or LLM workflows for internal operations. We'd like to run more of our own back office on the LangSmith Platform, wherever it's the right tool and meets the same accuracy bar as the rest of order-to-cash
- Audit prep or SOX readiness experience
Compensation: $155,000 - $185,000 salary + options
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE:
A developer is getting ready to launch their first subscription app. A growth team wants to improve its paywalls. A founder has heard about Daily Payouts and wants to understand whether it could help. They all reach out to RevenueCat, and they all deserve a useful conversation. You’re that conversation.
As a Product Expert, your job is to understand what someone is trying to accomplish, explain and demo the relevant parts of RevenueCat, and help them take a sensible next step. Sometimes that means helping them get started themselves. Sometimes it means bringing in an Account Executive, a Sales Engineer, Support, or someone else.
This is a new role at the intersection of inbound sales, product education, and helping developers get started. You’ll own the inbound conversations that don’t go directly to our Account Executives or Sales Engineers, and help us build a great experience for the people behind them.
You might be early in your career, building apps on the side, or looking to turn your product knowledge into a more customer-facing job. You don’t need to have held this exact role before. You do need to know RevenueCat well, enjoy talking to people, and have good judgment about what would actually help them.
We’re initially hiring one person in EMEA and one in the Americas. You’ll initially report to our Sales Engineering lead and learn alongside teammates who have been handling these conversations for years. You’ll also help shape how the Product Expert team works as it grows.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Make a great first impression. Respond to inbound interest, run useful discovery conversations, and understand the app, the people building it, their goals, and what they need from us.
- Turn product knowledge into practical guidance. Give clear demos, answer questions, and connect the relevant parts of RevenueCat to someone’s situation. Help them understand the product, its limits, and what getting started involves.
- Help straightforward adoption move forward. Guide people through the next steps they can take themselves, share useful resources, and follow up so a good conversation turns into progress.
- Recognize the right next step. Bring qualified commercial opportunities to an Account Executive and involve a Sales Engineer for deeper technical discovery, complex migrations, or solution design. Connect support questions and people who aren’t ready yet with the appropriate team or follow-up. Understand (and tell people) when RevenueCat is not right for them.
- Make handoffs easy for the customer. Keep clear notes on goals, requirements, open questions, and next steps. Stay responsible for follow-through until the next owner has picked up the conversation, so the customer doesn’t have to start over.
- Help us improve the experience. Share recurring questions and feedback with the team. Turn what you learn into better demos, resources, and playbooks, and help us see where conversations or handoffs get stuck.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat. You can show how you’ve used the product and explain it in your own words. We care about what you understand and can demonstrate, whether you learned it at work or through your own projects.
- Curiosity about the app business. You want to understand how developers build products, make money, and grow, and how RevenueCat can help.
- Clear, friendly communication. You listen carefully, ask useful questions, write concise follow-ups, and explain the same idea differently to a developer, founder, or growth lead.
- Technical common sense. You’re comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls at a practical level. You can recognize when a question needs an engineer and bring them in with useful context.
- Commercial common sense. You can spot a promising opportunity, understand why timing and fit matter, and recommend a useful next step without making every conversation a pitch.
- Ownership and follow-through. You can manage several conversations, keep your notes and commitments straight, and make sure people hear back from you.
- The ability to work remotely and keep learning. You communicate proactively, ask for help when you need it, and can work hours that meaningfully overlap with customers and teammates in your region.
We’re more interested in your product knowledge, judgment, and helpfulness than a particular degree, job title, or number of years on your résumé.
Ideally, you:
- Have built or shipped an app using RevenueCat, including a side project or Shipaton entry.
- Have helped people through support, community participation, teaching, demos, or another customer-facing role.
- Have experience with developer tools, subscriptions, or a product with both self-service and sales-assisted customers.
- Enjoy improving a process or creating a resource that makes the next person’s job easier.
What success looks like:
Within the first month, you’ll:
- Deepen your RevenueCat knowledge, shadow customer conversations, and learn how Sales, Support, and other parts of the business work together.
- Start handling conversations with support from the team and learn when to bring in a specialist.
- Host one of our bi-weekly demo stream, for a live audience of customers and prospects.
Within the first three months, you’ll:
- Independently run the inbound discovery conversations and demos in your coverage area.
- Help people get started and make well-qualified handoffs with clear context and next steps.
- Build a reliable follow-up rhythm and agree with the team how we’ll measure response quality, opportunity progression, and adoption.
Within the first six months, you’ll:
- Be a trusted source of product guidance for prospects and teammates.
- Show how your work helps people move from interest to a useful next step, and use feedback and data to improve the experience.
- Contribute reusable guidance that helps the team handle common questions and situations more effectively.
Within the first twelve months, you’ll:
- Have helped establish how the Product Expert team runs discovery, demos, follow-up, and handoffs.
- Help new teammates get up to speed and bring customer insight into how we improve the product and our processes.
- Be building deeper expertise around your interests and strengths, with a foundation that could lead toward Sales Engineering, Account Executive, or Customer Success work over time.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, brand and static design, 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design. We turn growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, and we hold the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Staff Brand Designer, you come to the table with a strong design vision and set the visual standard for Kraken. You design static work and simple 3D assets for launches, campaigns and always-on activity, and you make sure it looks like one brand wherever someone meets it. You can take a brief or proactive idea to a finished, approved asset set, and you're equally comfortable building a clean, systemized layout in Figma and creating simple static 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and ownership: you set the bar for brand and visual quality on the team, you build systems others can work from, and you're the person colleagues come to with design questions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design static 2D creative and simple 3D assets for Kraken Consumer and Krak across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Create simple static 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender, using ready-made models and elements where appropriate, and contribute to reusable asset libraries and templates.
- Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across surfaces, from organic social, lifecycle and web to illustration and foundational projects like key visual updates, keeping everything cohesive and recognizable without making it repetitive.
- Design initiative-specific work, including a distinct look and partner-branded assets for launches such as IPOs, and purpose-built illustration for go-to-market and product moments.
- Build scalable systems: Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts, so other designers, other teams and our automated workflows can produce on-brand work quickly.
- Use AI-assisted production as a core part of how the brand gets made, and know when it speeds the work up and when it doesn't.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Push back with a point of view when a brief is unclear or the idea can be stronger.
- Version and localize work across markets, languages and formats, with layouts that hold up under translation and market-specific requirements.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Collaborate closely with our motion, web, performance and AI video designers so 3D and static work travels well across formats.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and give clear, constructive feedback on others'.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years of brand and static design experience at a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category (a competitor or similar company is a big plus).
- A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Include the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. We'd like to see brand and static work, at least one simple 3D piece with a short note on your process, an example of work you adapted for multiple formats or markets, and an example of a system or template set that other people built from.
- Basic to intermediate capability in Cinema 4D or Blender and the surrounding 3D workflow, including modeling, lighting, materials and rendering, with work or personal projects to show for it.
- Expert-level Figma: components, auto layout, variables, and files that are easy to hand off and build on.
- Strong layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at small sizes and in multiple languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools, and good judgment about where they belong in a workflow.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, including layouts that accommodate risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements without compromising the design.
- Working fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for light motion).
- Speed without sloppiness. You're comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- A solid instinct for plain language and clear communication: value first, no hype, no jargon.
- Curious about investing and crypto at a minimum, and able to make the space legible to others.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
ROLE
We're looking for a Legal Counsel, AdTech Transactions to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll own the contracts and legal questions across Voodoo's advertising activity: selling ad inventory in our apps, buying user acquisition at scale, and the ad network we are now launching to connect third-party publishers and advertisers.
This position sits at the intersection of ad tech, commercial contracting, and data and privacy law, in a market where platform policies, ATT, GDPR, and consent frameworks change several times a year. Your work will directly shape how Voodoo monetizes its inventory, buys and measures user acquisition, grows its advertising network, and handles player data, while keeping us within legal and platform requirements and player expectations.
Your main responsibilities :
- Own ad tech transactions end-to-end for Voodoo's games and apps portfolio: draft, negotiate and close agreements with mediation platforms, ad networks, exchanges and SSPs on the sell side, and with ad networks, DSPs, direct advertisers and rewarded platforms on the buy side, including the incentive and rebate agreements (bonuses, UA credits, payment terms), that drive the commercial terms..
- Negotiate agreements with mobile measurement partners, attribution and analytics vendors, data providers and other partners
- Advise on SDK integrations and data flows together with the Privacy team, so contracts match what the tech actually does
- Build our advertising network's contract framework and advertising policies for third-party publishers, advertisers and programmatic partners; negotiate its infrastructure agreements and structure its commercial offers on the legal side
- Manage partner disputes with networks, mediation platforms and other ad tech partners, including reporting discrepancies, invalid traffic (IVT) and compensation claims, from first analysis through negotiated resolution.
- Track and apply platform policy changes and translate them into contract positions and business guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Monetization, UA, Ad Network, Publishing and other product teams, serving as a trusted legal partner who helps the business move with speed and confidence
- Build scalable legal infrastructure-templates, playbooks, fallback positions, contract tooling - that allows the business to operate efficiently as volume grows
PROFILE
- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful time spent on ad tech and mobile/programmatic advertising, ideally in-house
- Substantive familiarity with ad tech: you understand how mediation, in-app bidding, SDK-based data collection, attribution and device identifiers work at a technical level - not just a conceptual one - and you know who does what along the supply chain
- Transactional experience: you've negotiated agreements with companies across the advertising ecosystem, ideally on both the publisher and advertiser side
- Privacy law fluency: you handle the privacy side of a deal as comfortably as the commercial side
- Industry standards: you know IAB terms and the TCF inside out
- Risk tolerance and business judgment: you're comfortable making calls in the absence of perfect information, offering clear and concise risk framing that avoids unnecessary stalling of the business. You operate like a business partner, not outside counsel
- Strong communication skills: you translate complex legal requirements into plain language for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you're comfortable presenting your views succinctly and with confidence
- Autonomy and initiative: you take ownership of your portfolio, identify problems before they escalate, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be directed
- Master 2 in business law, IT/digital law or IP law from a French university or equivalent; avocat or in-house juriste profiles are equally welcome; an LL.M. or study abroad experience is a plus
- Full professional English required
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.
- Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.
- UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
