We're looking for someone who combines deep paid search expertise with a willingness to experiment with emerging advertising platforms. You should be comfortable managing significant budgets, making data-driven investment decisions, and connecting advertising performance to downstream pipeline rather than just clicks, leads, or conversions. PAID CONVERSION EXPERIENCE AND WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION - Own the website conversion experience for traffic acquired through Google, Bing, and ChatGPT. - Build and optimize dedicated landing pages for paid acquisition campaigns using Webflow or similar tools. - Develop and execute A/B tests across landing page messaging, layouts, CTAs, and forms. - Identify friction across the full user journey, from ad interaction to product sign-up, demo request, or meeting booking. - Optimize conversion paths for both developers exploring LangSmith and enterprise buyers evaluating commercial solutions. - Partner with Marketing Operations to improve form conversion, qualification, routing, and meeting booking. - Ensure landing page experiences reflect the user's intent and context across different advertising channels. MEASUREMENT, REPORTING, AND OPTIMIZATION - Own performance reporting across spend, traffic, conversions, qualified leads, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline. - Develop channel-specific measurement frameworks for Google Ads, Bing, and ChatGPT based on their available reporting and conversion capabilities. - Partner with Marketing Operations to connect advertising conversion signals with HubSpot and Salesforce data. - Optimize established search channels toward downstream pipeline signals, including offline conversion tracking where supported. - Establish a testing and measurement approach for emerging channels where attribution and optimization capabilities may be less mature. - Analyze performance across channels, audiences, campaigns, and landing pages to identify where to invest, optimize, or reduce spend. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP - Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into search campaigns, AI advertising messaging, and landing page experiences. - Work closely with Web and Design on landing page development and conversion experimentation. - Collaborate with Marketing Operations on tracking, attribution, CRM integrations, and reporting accuracy. - Align with Demand Generation on product launches, campaign priorities, budget allocation, and pipeline targets. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5–11 years in performance marketing, paid search, or B2B growth marketing, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS. - Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and experience managing Microsoft Advertising. - Proven experience personally building, launching, and optimizing paid search campaigns. - Strong understanding of campaign architecture, keyword intent, bidding strategies, negative keywords, and search budget optimization. - Experience testing new advertising platforms or emerging acquisition channels. Curiosity about AI-native search and advertising is important. - Strong experience with conversion rate optimization, landing page development, and A/B testing. - Experience managing meaningful budgets and optimizing toward qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Strong analytical skills and fluency in CPC, CVR, CPL, cost per opportunity, pipeline contribution, and attribution. - Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Flint/Webflow. - Comfortable with technical products and developer audiences. - A strong experimentation mindset and willingness to build new programs without an established playbook. - Comfortable with ambiguity and true ownership. Location: San Francisco; New York City In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people and teams adopt Perplexity and Computer on their own, and the Growth team owns the loops that turn that adoption into lasting usage and revenue. We're hiring a Growth GTM Engineer to build the systems that turn product usage into revenue and turn self-serve usage into enterprise pipeline. You'll turn first-party Computer and Enterprise usage into account-level signals. You'll ship the in-product paths that capture sales intent, and build and validate those signals with data science. Alongside product engineers, you ship production code, instrument the product and run experiments. You'll partner closely with Revenue Operations, who own Salesforce, CPQ, routing and sales reporting. Tech Stack: TypeScript | Next.js | React | Python | PostgreSQL | Snowflake | Eppo | AWS WHY PERPLEXITY IS DIFFERENT - Craftsmanship. We build high quality, tasteful products targeting both the AI native and AI curious. - Ownership. You identify the problem, design the solution and ship it. - Entrepreneurship. We think like founders, act with urgency, and hustle to deliver for each other and our users. - Scholarship. Work among highly talented peers, pursuing knowledge and truth, upleveling ourselves, our teams, and our products. - Partnership. We amplify each others' strengths, break down silos, and give selflessly to help our colleagues deliver excellence. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build account-level PLG signals: map users and workspaces to accounts, and define the activation, expansion and intent signals that predict an enterprise deal. Publish them as trusted models that sales use for scoring and routing. - Own the in-product paths from self-serve to sales, like contact-sales entry points, high-intent upsells and meeting booking, across web and app. Decide who sees them, when and with what context, and measure them end to end, from surface to booked meeting to pipeline. - Lead experiments end to end on sales-assist surfaces and targeting, from hypothesis and instrumentation through analysis and rollout. Partner with Data Science to measure meetings and qualified opportunities, not just clicks. - Build the internal tools and automation Growth and GTM teams run on - Partner closely with Sales, Sales Systems, Data Science, Marketing and Product to turn product signals into pipeline. Be upstream partner to sales systems that own Salesforce, CPQ and routing QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years as a growth, GTM, data or full-stack engineer, shipping production code (TypeScript/React, Python). - Strong SQL and comfort building data models in a warehouse (Snowflake, dbt-style). - Experience instrumenting product events and running A/B experiments end to end. - Commercial instinct: you start from a revenue problem ("trial-to-enterprise conversion won't move") and work back to the signal or surface that fixes it. - Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks and integrating third-party GTM tools. - Operator mindset: you talk to customers directly, ship fixes, and don't need a PM to translate requests. NICE TO HAVE - Experience in a PLG-to-enterprise motion: product-qualified leads, scoring users into accounts, sales-assist flows. - Experience as a GTM or growth engineer at a B2B SaaS or GTM-tooling company. - Entity resolution, dedup or domain enrichment. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Default, Chili Piper, Intercom, Clay, Hightouch/Polytomic or similar (as a consumer and integrator, not an admin). - Experience building LLM-powered internal tools or agents.

And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: China; Malaysia; Singapore; Thailand Most senior sales roles come with a fixed product, a territory and a number. This one comes with a portfolio of proven technology, customers who already rely on it, and the freedom to decide what to build next in your region. The role has two parts: Build. Find the customer problems our technology can solve, shape new propositions with our product and engineering teams, and prove them through demonstrations and pilots. Win. Personally lead and close the deals that turn those propositions into revenue, then make them repeatable. You will not start from a blank canvas. We are looking for a seasoned enterprise hunter who already knows the buyers in their region and can open doors from day one. As your region grows, so does your remit: you will build the team, partners and plan to take it to the next stage. Why this role is different Room to create. You are not limited to a price list. Good ideas get product and engineering support, and you will work directly with the CEO and a small leadership team that makes decisions quickly. A strong starting position. Mission-critical software already running inside operators, and a digital experience testing platform used by enterprise engineering teams, give you multiple ways into a customer. Real support. BDR, marketing, pre-sales, solutions and global delivery teams behind you, with operations that are stable and well run. Upside that matches the ambition. Competitive base salary plus variable pay weighted to new business you originate and close. Our technology portfolio Our product lines span telecoms service activation and provisioning, SIM and number management, subscriber acquisition and dealer management, customer value management and loyalty, alongside digital experience testing and analytics for mobile, web and streaming applications, including real-device testing, test automation and quality-of-experience analytics. Together they let you enter a customer through one need, such as activation, loyalty or app quality, and build towards a broader relationship. Where you will play Telecommunications. Mobile and fixed operators and MVNOs. Banking and financial services. Retail and digital banks, payment providers and fintechs with business-critical digital journeys. Media and entertainment. Broadcasters, streaming and OTT video and audio services. Global technology and digital platforms. Large internet and platform businesses with demanding product and digital experience needs. Depth in one of these sectors matters more than coverage of all four. Regions and languages Asia including China: business-fluent English and Mandarin essential, including leading discovery and negotiation in Mandarin. Other Asian languages advantageous. Requirements Find the opportunities. Build executive relationships through outreach, industry insight, referrals and partners. Spot unmet needs and buying initiatives before they become tenders. Shape the propositions. With Product, Engineering and Delivery, turn customer insight into offers with a clear use case, pricing, business case and route to market. Test demand and economics before committing resources. Prove them. Run demonstrations, pilots and proofs of concept with agreed success criteria and a clear path to a contract. Close the business. Own complex enterprise pursuits from qualification through procurement, negotiation and signature. Expand and partner. Grow from the first product line into others across the customer, and build a focused group of systems integrators, testing service providers and technology partners with joint target accounts. Build the region. Own the regional plan, pipeline and forecast, and work with Finance on revenue, margin and investment. Recommend and hire the team as demand justifies it. What success looks like First 90 days: senior conversations opened with priority accounts from your existing network, a focused regional plan, agreed targets and a credible qualified pipeline. By six months: first signed business, at least one proposition validated with customers, and evidence of which offers and channels win repeatedly. By twelve months: bookings and revenue on target, multiple new customers, a strong forward pipeline and a plan for the region’s next stage. What you bring 10+ years of enterprise sales hunting. At least ten years selling B2B technology to large enterprises, with a consistent record of personally originating and closing complex new-logo contracts and beating targets. Something you built. Experience taking a technology-led proposition from customer need through launch to paying customers. Established relationships in your region. A working knowledge of local procurement and competition. Sector depth. Success in telecoms, financial services, media or major technology platforms. Commercial and technical fluency. Value-based selling, business cases, pricing and margin, and the credibility to work with product and engineering leaders. Ownership. Entrepreneurial, persistent and able to mobilise colleagues who do not report to you. The regional language skills above are essential. You will stand out if you have founded or launched a business line, built a team, or opened a new market for a technology company. Benefits Competitive base salary and variable pay tied to new business. The freedom to shape the market approach and propositions for your region. Direct access to the CEO and leadership team, and the backing of established product, delivery and support teams. A remit that grows with the business you build.
