Tabby creates financial freedom in the way people shop, earn and save by reshaping their relationship with money. Over 25 million users choose Tabby to stay in control of their spending and make the most out of their money.
The company’s flagship offering allows shoppers to split their payments online and in-store with no interest or fees. Over 70,000 global brands and small businesses, including Amazon, Noon, IKEA, and SHEIN use Tabby to accelerate growth and gain loyal customers by offering easy and flexible payments online and in stores.
Tabby generates over $18 billion in annual transaction volume for its partner brands and is the highest-rated, most-reviewed, largest, and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC region.
Tabby launched in 2019 and has since raised +$1 billion in equity and debt funding from global and regional investors, and is now valued at $6,5 billion.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the B2C customer journey inside the Tabby app.
Different product teams build different products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, BNPL — and they often do it apart from each other. The experience is not always consistent or whole. Your mission is to look at the product the way one customer does, and make it feel like one ecosystem.
The B2C Life Cycle team owns that journey. In practice, that means activation: onboarding, communicating the value of each product, activating financial products, and getting the customer to a first transaction. After that, you design how we keep explaining the value so people come back and keep transacting. You will also work on the subscription and help develop the Tabby+ model.
Why join
A rare brief: own how a customer experiences the whole app, not one feature inside one team
Concrete problems with visible impact — first transaction, return, and a subscription people choose to keep
A strong cross-functional team — product, research, content, and engineering — all invested in quality
What you will be doing
Look across consumer products and design the experience as one customer journey, so Tabby feels consistent and whole
Design onboarding that explains the value of the products in plain language and gets a new customer oriented
Design activation of financial products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, and BNPL — through to the first transaction
Design the moments and communication that bring people back after the first transaction and keep them transacting
Shape the subscription experience and help grow s part of the same journey
Work with product teams that ship on their own, and hold the seams between their products so the customer does not feel the org chart
Work closely with your Product Manager to unpack the problem and turn it into a design that serves both the customer and the business
Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions, and with a UX Writer to make the value of each product clear
Partner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production
What you will need
5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time on consumer products at scale
Strong systems thinking: you can hold several products in one journey, including states, edge cases, and the handoff from one product to the next
Ability to simplify: you can take a fragmented, multi-product experience and make it feel like one product a person can move through
Strong product thinking: you understand business goals and customer needs equally well, and you know how to balance them
A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI
Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers
High craft standards and real care for what reaches users
You know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and smarter
Nice to have
Experience with fintech, consumer finance, subscriptions, or lifecycle work: onboarding, activation, retention
Experience designing across several products that have to feel like one
Experience with growth mechanics: first transaction, habit, and return
Experience contributing to or working within a design system
Benefits
We hire candidates based within
four hours of Dubai time
, with remote work available in eligible locations. Depending on your circumstances, we can also discuss an individual relocation plan to our hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Poland, and Spain.

Opportunities to grow through the quality and impact of your work.

Design and iterate on merchant experiments and new features with your Product Manager, and measure what works
Help reimagine the in-store experience together with product and engineering
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and our UX researcher and UX writer to identify and solve key merchant problems
Use data, merchant feedback and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses
Partner with designers from other B2B and B2C streams to keep the experience consistent across Tabby, and contribute to the design system
Use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow: prototyping, ideation, and moving solutions closer to code
Present and advocate for your work to cross-functional and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
What you will need
Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools
Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio, with excellent Figma skills
Comfort designing across both web/dashboard and native mobile (iOS and Android)
Strong product thinking: you understand business goals, product logic and user needs, and can explain the reasoning behind your decisions
Ability to turn uncertainty into clarity and handle complex flows, states and edge cases
A strong level of AI proficiency: you use AI tools on real project work to prototype, explore and move faster
Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering
Confident in your work and strong communication skills, whether you're talking to another designer or a C-level executive
Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems
Autonomy: you operate without close supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

At inDrive, a passenger and a driver agree on a price in seconds. What happens next, from the moment the driver accepts the order until the passenger steps out of the car, decides whether that passenger will open inDrive again.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the
passenger's ride experience
: from driver assignment to a successfully completed trip. You will shape how passengers wait for and meet their driver, how they feel during the ride, and how the trip ends.
This role goes beyond screens and flows. Your work will directly affect completed rides, cancellations, passenger trust and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Ride Experience End-to-End:
You will define and evolve the passenger journey after a driver is assigned: waiting for pickup, meeting the driver, the ride itself and the end of the trip.
Turn More Matches into Completed Rides:
Find and remove the reasons why passengers and drivers cancel after they have agreed on a ride, so that more matched orders end in a successful trip.
Make Pickup Predictable:
Improve ETA accuracy, driver tracking, pickup point clarity and passenger-driver communication, so that passengers and drivers find each other quickly and without stress.
Build Trust and Safety into the Ride:
Together with the safety team, develop in-ride features such as trip sharing, route monitoring and emergency tools that help passengers feel safe and in control.
Close Every Trip Well:
Own the end of the ride: trip summary, payment confirmation, ratings and feedback, and resolving post-trip issues such as disputes or lost items.
Experiment and Optimize Continuously:
Run A/B tests and iterate on key levers such as waiting rules, notifications, communication tools and cancellation policies.
Collaborate Across Domains:
Work closely with driver product, safety, maps and geo, payments, customer support and data teams to keep the experience consistent for both sides of the ride.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
4+ Years in Consumer Marketplaces:
Proven track record leading high-scale consumer products, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery, or platforms with offline operational components.
Operational & System Understanding:
Hands-on grasp of real-world logistics—including ETAs, geolocation, cancellations, and support workflows—alongside two-sided marketplace incentives (passengers vs. drivers).
Data & Experimentation Rigor:
Skilled in A/B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making under uncertainty to rapidly test bold hypotheses.
User-Centric & Safety Mindset:
Deep empathy for passenger anxieties during a ride, with the ability to design trust-building UX while treating safety as an absolute product requirement.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Proven success collaborating across diverse product teams (Driver Experience, Maps, Safety, Payments, Support) to navigate conflicting priorities and reach consensus.
Clear & Strategic Communication:
Ability to articulate complex product trade-offs, operational trade-offs, and strategic decisions to both technical teams and executive leadership.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).

As Senior Product Manager for
Compliance
, you’ll own the platform that decides who can drive, deliver, and use inDrive across 47 countries—directly impacting user safety, regulatory posture, and bottom-line risk. You will lead the transformation of our driver compliance tools into a scalable Compliance Platform capable of supporting new business lines, global audits, and strict data privacy standards while powering regional expansion today.
Key Responsibilities
Set Compliance Strategy:
Own the long-term vision and strategy for compliance at inDrive. Secure leadership commitment to it.
Own the Compliance Product:
Own end to end the product that decides who can take orders on inDrive: document requirements by market, document processing, and access control.
Support Regional Compliance:
Own how requests from regional compliance teams are taken in and prioritized against regulatory risk and business impact.
Launch Markets and Requirements:
Be accountable for compliance readiness of new country launches and new regulatory requirements.
Reduce Compliance Incident Costs:
Own the cost of compliance incidents, including fines, suspensions, and mass access restrictions.
Build for Audit and Privacy:
Make sure the product meets local data-protection laws and regulatory audit requirements.
Drive Cross-Functional Delivery:
Align roadmaps across Regional Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk, Engineering, and leadership.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Product Experience:
5+ years of product management experience at high-volume platforms (Ride-hailing, On-Demand Marketplaces, FinTech, or Logistics), with a focus on platform or internal products that other teams and services depend on.
Rules-Driven Products:
Experience building products where external or policy requirements set the logic, such as compliance, risk, Trust & Safety, payments or tax. Experience working directly with legal or regulatory teams is a plus.
Records & Lifecycle:
Experience with products that manage accounts, documents and their statuses over time, such as onboarding or account management, where data quality and decision history matter.
Multi-Market Launches:
Experience launching or adapting products across several countries with different local requirements.
Platform Evolution:
Experience moving a live system onto a new platform without disrupting operations, and turning repeated one-off requests into configurable solutions.
Systems Literacy:
Ability to partner closely with engineering teams on data models, integrations and rules configuration without needing to write code yourself.
Data & Business Acumen:
Highly analytical, with experience making trade-offs between risk, lost supply and cost.
Stakeholder Management:
Experienced in leading alignment across business, operational and technical teams and leadership.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).

inDrive is seeking a Head of Loyalty Product to own inDrive’s Loyalty product domain end-to-end, reporting to the Director of SuperApp and Growth Businesses Product. The core challenge is to build a loyalty proposition that customers genuinely value and that measurably changes behavior. That means increasing frequency, retention, cross-service engagement, and customer lifetime value while maintaining sustainable economics.
This is not a role focused on running a rewards feature or promotional calendar. You’ll own Loyalty as a product domain and lead execution across multiple teams and markets. This happens in a highly cross-functional environment where many of the capabilities required to deliver the Loyalty experience sit outside your direct team.
Key Responsibilities
Own Loyalty product strategy and roadmap.
Define and continuously evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Loyalty across inDrive. Identify where loyalty can create the greatest customer and business value, translate those opportunities into clear product priorities, and own the resulting product outcomes.
Build the customer proposition.
Design loyalty experiences and mechanics that customers understand, value, and actively engage with. Own the end-to-end customer journey - from discovery and enrollment through earning, benefits, redemption, progress, and ongoing engagement.
Drive measurable changes in customer behavior.
Build products that improve frequency, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Establish clear hypotheses and success criteria and distinguish incremental behavior from activity that would have happened anyway.
Connect product decisions to economics.
Partner closely with Business and Analytics to understand the economics behind the product. Make informed trade-offs between customer value, engagement, cost, and long-term impact rather than optimizing individual product metrics in isolation.
Build for an ecosystem.
Develop loyalty experiences and capabilities that can work across multiple inDrive services, customer journeys, and markets. Balance reusable, scalable product capabilities with meaningful differences in local customer behavior and market economics.
Lead experimentation.
Build a rigorous experimentation approach around loyalty propositions, rewards, incentives, and customer experiences. Use behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization to continuously improve what value is offered, to whom, and when.
Drive cross-functional execution.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, CRM, and product teams across inDrive. Identify and manage critical dependencies, create alignment around priorities and requirements, and drive the cross-team execution needed to deliver the overall Loyalty product outcome.
Build and lead the product team.
Build, lead, and develop the Loyalty product team. Set a high bar for product discovery, prioritization, experimentation, execution, and accountability, and create an environment where strong product talent can grow.
Build a strong measurement system.
Establish the measurement framework for Loyalty together with Analytics, combining experimentation, customer insights, and business performance to determine what should scale, evolve, or stop.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Loyalty, membership, subscription, or engagement product depth.
You’ve built and scaled meaningful consumer loyalty, membership, subscription, rewards, or adjacent engagement products - not simply managed promotional campaigns.
Strong consumer product background.
You’ve built products in a scaled consumer technology environment such as mobility, delivery, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, fintech, or another high-frequency digital category.
End-to-end product ownership.
You’ve owned a meaningful product area from strategy and discovery through execution, experimentation, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
Behavior-change mindset.
You understand how product mechanics, incentives, benefits, status, rewards, and customer experience influence behavior - and know how to distinguish genuine incremental impact from correlation.
Strong commercial judgment.
You can move fluently between customer experience and economics, understand unit economics and LTV, and make thoughtful trade-offs between growth, customer value, and cost.
Experimentation depth.
You have strong experience with controlled experimentation, segmentation, and behavioral data and use evidence to make product investment and prioritization decisions.
Cross-product thinking.
You’ve worked on products that span multiple customer journeys, business lines, or product teams and can create alignment and drive execution without relying solely on direct organizational authority.
Multi-market experience.
You’ve built or scaled consumer products across multiple countries or regions and understand how customer behavior, willingness to pay, incentives, and economics can differ across markets.
0-to-1 builder who can also scale.
You’re comfortable starting with ambiguity, shaping a proposition, validating it with customers and data, and then turning what works into scalable product capabilities.
Product leadership.
You’ve led and developed product managers, can set a strong product bar, and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, and other functions.
Will be an advantage
Experience building loyalty or membership products for a multi-service consumer ecosystem or super app.
Experience with paid membership or subscription products.
Experience with rewards, cashback, wallet, payments, or incentive systems.
Experience with personalization, recommendations, CRM, or lifecycle decisioning.
Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
Experience in high-growth emerging markets across LATAM, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, or Africa.
Experience taking a loyalty or membership proposition from initial launch to multi-market scale.

You won’t just be adding features; you'll be building the foundation of our driver community.
Key Responsibilities

You will build tiered programs that recognize and reward our most active and high-quality drivers with tangible benefits, creating a clear path for growth on our platform.
Foster Community.
You will explore and launch features that create a sense of belonging and social connection among drivers, making inDrive more than just an app.
Define and Grow Key Metrics.
Your success will be measured by the growth in driver retention rates, increased trip frequency per driver, and lower driver churn.
Champion the Driver's Voice.
You will work closely with research, data, and regional teams to deeply understand what truly motivates drivers beyond the fare, and bring those insights into the product.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Professional Experience:
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in mobile apps, two-sided marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or mobility services, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end product streams from ground-zero strategy to deployment.

Strong expertise in behavioral design and engagement systems, including gamification mechanics (badges, leaderboards, status tiers, personalized challenges) and structured driver reward programs.
Strategic Vision & Retention Focus:
Ability to build long-term product roadmaps focused on non-monetary driver motivation, increasing lifetime value (LTV), boosting trip frequency, and reducing driver churn.

We are looking for a
Staff Product Manager
to shape this product from an early stage and lead it through validation, launch and international scale.
We are building a new product that enables people across inDrive’s global user base to earn additional income by completing tasks that generate high-quality training data for AI.
Following a successful pilot, we are moving from a partner-led solution towards our own scalable platform. It will connect demand from AI companies with distributed data collection and labelling, covering the full journey from buyer requirements and task design to contributor payouts, quality assurance and dataset delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the Data Tasks platform.
Translate data buyer requirements into scalable collection, annotation and quality-control workflows.
Design the full product journey across both sides of the platform: enterprise buyers and task contributors.
Build capabilities for task creation and distribution, contributor onboarding, payouts, data submission, validation, labelling and dataset delivery.
Define the right balance between building internal capabilities, using external platforms and working with specialised partners.
Establish product metrics across demand, supply, data quality, unit economics and contributor experience.
Run discovery and experiments to improve acquisition, activation, task completion, retention and payout experience.
Work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Data, Operations, Legal, Privacy, Information Security and market teams.
Ensure the platform can support multiple data types, including audio, text, images, video and multimodal data, across different countries and use cases.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Significant product management experience, including ownership of complex products at Staff, Principal or equivalent level.
Proven experience building and scaling a new product or platform from an early stage.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to design end-to-end products involving multiple users, workflows and operational processes.
Experience with B2B platforms, marketplaces, crowdsourcing, data products, AI/ML infrastructure or workflow products.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect customer needs, product decisions and unit economics.
Ability to work with enterprise customers and translate technical or specialised requirements into scalable product solutions.
Strong analytical skills and experience defining metrics, running experiments and making decisions under uncertainty.
Ability to operate independently, bring clarity to ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority
Fluent English and clear written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with AI training data, data collection, annotation, model evaluation or quality-assurance systems.
Experience building two-sided marketplaces or products involving distributed contributor networks.
Experience launching products across emerging markets and adapting them to local payment, legal and operational constraints.

inDrive is a global marketplace operating across 47 countries and 1,200+ cities, where riders set their price and choose between competing driver offers. Because every offer displays a pick-up ETA, accuracy directly drives matching—shaping which offer wins, what riders pay for speed, and whether drivers bid.
As the founding PM of the
Geo ETA
squad, you will own the end-to-end arrival promise for rides and multi-leg deliveries. Sitting on top of core routing, you’ll manage display policies, post-acceptance revisions, and critical non-routing factors like driver reaction times and merchant prep. You’ll solve the core marketplace trade-off: balancing unpaid driver wait times from early arrivals against user churn from late ones.
Key Responsibilities
Surface & Vertical Ownership:
Manage pick-up and drop-off ETAs across all ride-hailing, delivery, courier, and intercity surfaces—from pre-order screens and driver bid cards to active trip tracking, lock screens, and widgets.
The "Kept Promise" Framework:
Define exact early/late arrival thresholds for pick-ups and drop-offs using behavioral data (cancellations, complaints, reorders) and enforce counter-metrics (like unpaid driver wait time) so teams can't game accuracy by over-padding.
Non-Routing Realities:
Account for real-world operational delays that traditional route engines miss, including post-acceptance driver reaction time, finishing prior trips, merchant prep times, courier dispatch, and door-to-door handovers.
Conversion vs. Lateness Balance:
Solve the core business trade-off between over-quoting (which lowers upfront order conversion) and under-quoting (which leads to lateness, rider cancellations, and lost trust).
Data Science & Model Governance:
Act as the product owner for ETA models—specifying post-acceptance refiners, offline/online evaluation sets, fallback logic, and city-level cold-start strategies in close alignment with Data Science.
Cross-Team & System Resilience:
Route systematic road/speed defects back to the Geo Way squad (rather than building redundant speed models), log all shown ETAs across all surfaces for auditability, and ensure reliability on low-end hardware and spotty connections.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years in Product Management
within high-volume Mapping, Ride-hailing or Delivery business.
Domain Expertise in Promises & Supply:
Experience building time or availability promises (such as ETAs, delivery dates, dispatch/allocation, or capacity planning) that drive action for customers or operators.
Behavior-Driven Thresholds:
Proven ability to calibrate accuracy and quality standards directly against user behavioral data (e.g., cancellations, conversion rates, and retention).
Advanced Experimentation:
Ownership of rigorous experiment design—defining success/guardrail/exit criteria upfront, understanding statistical detection limits, and executing switchback or geo-split testing in interconnected marketplace environments.
Technical & Data Science Collaboration:
Strong analytical self-sufficiency (writing SQL and diagnosing metric movements), paired with experience specifying model evaluation/fallback strategies and identifying when simple rules outperform complex models.
Two-Sided Marketplace & Stakeholder Management:
Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics (balancing rider, driver/courier, and business outcomes) alongside the ability to push back on senior leadership requests using data-backed alternatives and safe testing paths.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).
