Location: Gurugram,, Haryana, India NEOLYTIX Management Trainee, Finance (FP&A) Finance & Accounts | Fresher Opportunity | Gurugram QUALIFICATION MBA in Finance EXPERIENCE Fresher LOCATION Gurugram (Onsite) SHIFT 1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST REPORTS INTO Sr. Manager ⚠ Shift: This role operates on a 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST schedule, onsite at our Gurugram office, 5 days a week. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this window. ⚠ Education Gate: MBA with Finance as the primary specialization is mandatory. 12th in the Commerce stream (CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent) is required. Applications without this background will not be considered. About the Role Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing, Medical Coding, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. If you chose Finance as your MBA specialization because you find budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis genuinely interesting, and not just because it was available, this role is worth reading in full. As a Management Trainee in our Finance and Accounts team, you will work directly under the Senior Manager, Finance on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-do role. You will not shadow someone else's work. You will contribute to real financial reporting, variance analysis, and planning cycles from your first month, with structured guidance and training built into the role. After six months, on successful completion of the probation period, you transition to Associate. What is FP&A? Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is the function inside a company that answers three questions: what did we plan to spend and earn, what did we actually spend and earn, and why is there a gap? FP&A teams own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis. They are the finance team's link between raw numbers and business decisions. This is the work you will be doing and learning. Career Path Management Trainee First 6 Months (Probation) Associate, Finance Post Probation Senior Associate & Beyond Performance-Linked Growth Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Budgeting Support Assist in compiling annual and quarterly budget templates by gathering inputs from department heads. Track budget submissions, flag inconsistencies, and follow up on missing data. Prepare actuals vs budget comparison reports and highlight key variances for review. 2. Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review. Assist in building P&L summaries, cost-centre reports, and expense trackers. Maintain and update financial reporting templates in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 3. Forecasting & Variance Analysis Support the rolling forecast process by collecting data inputs and updating financial models. Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast) and write clear summaries of key findings. Help identify cost drivers and revenue trends from operational and financial data. 4. Month-End Close Support Support the month-end close process: accruals, provisions, and expense reconciliations. Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable teams to collect required data inputs. Maintain documentation and audit trails for all finance activities you are involved in. 5. Compliance & Data Management Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across reports and trackers. Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal control procedures. Support internal and external audit requirements as and when needed. What You Will Learn This role comes with structured on-the-job training alongside your work. Over your first six months, you will be trained on: FP&A workflows: how budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis work in a live business environment. Advanced Excel for finance: pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, formula-based financial models, and data reconciliation techniques. US healthcare business context: how revenue cycle operations generate financial data and what drives performance. Professional finance reporting: how to structure numbers into insights that leadership can act on. What You Bring Must-Have MBA with Finance as the primary or first specialization. This is non-negotiable. 12th in the Commerce stream (CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent board). Mandatory. Strong academic record. A consistent performance history across 12th and graduation is expected. Working knowledge of MS Excel. You should be able to build and navigate spreadsheets independently. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. A wrong number in a financial report is not a minor error. Good written and spoken English. You will be coordinating with internal teams and presenting findings. Strong Preference Basic understanding of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Even from coursework. Any internship or project work involving financial analysis, MIS, budgeting, or accounts. Familiarity with variance analysis or management reporting concepts. Nice-to-Have Exposure to ERP or accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks. Basic awareness of financial modelling or data analysis tools. Who You Are You chose Finance, not just MBA. This is the field you want to build a career in, and FP&A is where you want to start. Numbers bother you when they are off. You catch the error before someone else does. You ask why a number moved, not just what it is. Curiosity about business performance is natural to you. You are structured in how you think and communicate. Whether it is an Excel sheet or a verbal update, you present clearly. You take ownership of your work and meet your deadlines without needing to be reminded. Eligibility Criteria Education: MBA in Finance (primary specialization) is mandatory. 12th in Commerce stream is mandatory. Both are non-negotiable. Academic record: A strong, consistent academic background is expected. 70% or above in both 12th and graduation is preferred. Batch: Freshers and recent graduates. Up to 1 year of experience (including internships) is acceptable. Tier: Graduates from recognized universities across India, including tier 2 institutions, are encouraged to apply. Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST, onsite in Gurugram, 5 days a week. Non-negotiable. Joining: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Selection Process Round 1: HR Screening. Profile review against education gate and eligibility criteria. Round 2: Finance Assessment. Aptitude and concept test conducted at the Gurugram office, covering financial concepts, numerical reasoning, and Excel basics. Round 3: Interview with the Senior Manager, Finance covering academic background, finance knowledge, and analytical approach. Round 4: CEO Connect. Why Join Neolytix Real FP&A Work from Month One You are not shadowing someone else's work. You contribute to live budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles with structured guidance. Learn from a Finance Leader Direct day-to-day mentorship from the Senior Manager, Finance. Feedback is part of the role, not an annual event. Global Business Exposure Work on financial data from US healthcare operations. The business context you build here is hard to find at the fresher level. Clear Path Forward Management Trainee to Associate after 6 months, then Senior Associate and beyond, based on performance, not time served.

If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: San Francisco HQ Workplace: Hybrid At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. APPLYING TO RENDER We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed. Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support our CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of People. You’ll be a force multiplier across the executive team: managing complex calendars, driving critical follow-through, and, above all, representing these leaders’ voices in writing and in person with precision and polish. Because you’ll routinely draft, edit, and speak on behalf of executives across the company, this role calls for a very high bar for written and verbal communication: clear, correct, well-organized, and appropriately toned for the audience, every time. This role is a great fit for someone who embodies Render’s Operating Principles https://render.com/careers, particularly Own impact and outcomes (you anticipate needs before being asked), Raise the quality bar (you take real pride in the quality of every email, deck, and invite that carries a leader’s name), Reason clearly; execute quickly (you triage and act fast, even with incomplete information), and Build together (you build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders across the company). WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own and proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars across three executives, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time against what matters most - Approach AI as a core productivity partner and proactively use AI to automate scheduling and streamline communications, research, and other daily workflows rather than defaulting to manual processes out of habit or hesitation - Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications including calendar invites, Slack messages, memos, and decks to a consistently high bar for clarity, correctness, and tone, since these often represent the leader’s voice directly - Prepare polished briefing materials ahead of meetings, including attendee bios, context, and clear agendas - Take notes in meetings and offsites; synthesize discussions into clear, well-organized action items and drive follow-through to completion - Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics end-to-end - Plan and help run internal events, staff meetings, and offsites, from logistics through agenda-setting - Track deadlines and deliverables across email, Slack, and other tools; proactively flag when priorities are slipping - Handle sensitive financial and people-related information with a high degree of discretion and judgment - Manage ad hoc research, vendor coordination, expenses, and other operational needs across the three executives - Serve as a trusted, high-context communication conduit between the executives and the rest of the company WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - AI-forward mindset: excited by AI tools, and consistently looking for ways to use them to increase velocity, output, and strategic value. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: you write clearly and correctly under time pressure, and can adapt tone and formality for different audiences (this is a hard requirement) - Proven experience as an Executive Business Partner supporting senior leaders, ideally supporting multiple executives simultaneously at a fast-growing company - Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment handling confidential financial and people-related information - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing, high-stakes demands without dropping details - Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving quickly; you reason clearly about what matters most and execute without waiting for perfect information - A strong ownership mindset: you anticipate needs, follow through without reminders, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just tasks completed - Ability to build trust and rapport quickly across a wide range of personalities and seniority levels NICE-TO-HAVES - Direct experience supporting a CEO, CFO/Head of Finance, or Head of People - Experience planning company offsites or events at scale - Familiarity with standard EA tooling (Google Workspace, Slack, expense platforms, travel booking tools) - Prior experience operating in both early-stage and more scaled organizations If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need. BENEFITS - 4 weeks of paid vacation. - 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return. - Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans. - 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well. - Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc. - Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy. - Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders. - Continuous learning benefits & related support. This is a unique opportunity to architect the data infrastructure that Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations depend on to close the books accurately, forecast revenue with confidence, and scale with the business. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for Vercel's financial data ecosystem, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue leadership to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable systems, and build reliable, auditable pipelines using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake. You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting the bar for data accuracy and governance in a domain where correctness isn't optional, and mentoring a team of engineers as the function grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building financial-grade data systems that the business trusts for reporting, forecasting, and audit, we'd love to hear from you. What You Will Do Design and implement a data platform that supports revenue recognition, consumption-based billing, and financial reporting across batch and real-time workloads, leveraging Kafka and streaming technologies to power real-time usage and billing pipelines feeding revenue and consumption forecasts. Work directly with FP&A, Accounting, and RevOps to understand reporting requirements, close-cycle timelines, and forecasting needs, translating them into technical architecture and ensuring data availability and accuracy align with financial reporting deadlines, audit cycles, and board-level reporting needs. Define and maintain guidelines for financial data ingestion, transformation, and storage, with a focus on auditability, lineage, and data integrity, while overseeing data modeling, ETL, and warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to support low-latency analytics and reliable historical reporting. Develop end-to-end solutions across the finance data stack, setting the example for engineering excellence in a high-accountability domain, and mentor engineers on both technical craft and the added rigor required when data feeds directly into financial statements. Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure financial data pipelines meet SOX, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements, and champion high availability, fault tolerance, and auditability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that balance efficiency, scalability, and the strict correctness requirements of financial systems, and evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs across financial and billing tooling (e.g., ERP, billing, and revenue platforms). Build the data infrastructure that translates raw usage into revenue, supporting the forecasting models Finance and GTM rely on for target-setting and reporting, and collaborate with data science and FP&A teams on forecasting, incrementality analysis, and revenue modeling at scale. Act as a key decision-maker for evaluating and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's financial operations, and establish a multi-phase roadmap for finance data platform maturity aligned with company growth and audit readiness. About You 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related field, with a track record of owning production data pipelines end-to-end. Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks. Prior experience building data pipelines that feed financial reporting, revenue recognition, billing, or consumption-based pricing models, with familiarity with financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) or billing platforms considered a strong plus. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services. Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance, including direct experience supporting audit, SOX, or SOC 2 requirements, and a rigorous approach to data lineage and accuracy. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate financial and accounting requirements into technical architecture and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Finance and Audit leadership. A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices in high-accountability data environments. Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. Flexible Time Off. We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed. The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $264,000 - $396,000.
