Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Autonomy Engineer focused in VLA Pre-training, you will work on all aspects of training capable policies. You'll pre-train base models on a diverse, multi-embodiment corpus of trajectories, fine-tune policies to excel at specific tasks, shape data collection processes, and explore effective ways to generate and use synthetic data.
This is primarily a deep learning role, so we're looking for experience solving real-world problems with modern neural networks. Robotics experience isn't strictly required, but if you're coming from outside the field, be prepared to get up to speed on a new domain quickly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Post-train policies via behavior cloning and RL; own the full loop from data to deployment.
- Partner with the Data Collection team to drive collecting new data: specify what good data looks like, identify failure modes, ensure diversity and coverage.
- Work closely with external partners to ensure steady supply of high-quality pretraining-scale data.
- Run pre-/mid-/post-training on VLA stack; explore new modalities and architecture changes.
- Build and maintain continuous pipelines: ingest synthetic data and teleop logs, version them, apply weak‑supervision labelling, curate balanced datasets, and auto‑surface fresh failure cases into retraining.
- Work with MLOps & Data Platform teams to scale distributed training and optimize models for real‑time edge inference.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years building deep‑learning systems (industry or research) with shipped models or published artifacts to show for it.
- Deep hands‑on experience with at least one of: LLMs, VLMs, or image/video generative models — architecture, training, and inference.
- Experience with deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing & state management, distributed training strategies.
- Strong Python + PyTorch/JAX; you can profile, debug numerics, and write maintainable research code.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices.
- You document experiments clearly and communicate trade‑offs crisply.
NICE TO HAVE
- Robotics or autonomous driving experience.
- Experience applying RL to LLMs or robotics.
- Experience with VLA (vision-language-action) models.
- Proven productization of deep nets (latency/throughput constraints, telemetry, on‑device optimization).
- Publications at top-tier deep learning conferences or equivalent open‑source contributions.
- Familiarity with OpenVLA, Physical Intelligence (π) models, or similar open source VLA frameworks.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
- Equity included–we believe builders should share in what they build.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $180,000–$300,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

As Director of Autonomy at Humanoid, you will lead the team that teaches our bipedal platform to perform locomanipulation tasks in homes and service environments: tidying a room, loading and unloading a dishwasher, putting groceries away, folding laundry, and similar tasks. The output of your team is capabilities that run reliably on real robots and pass our evals, not papers or one-off demos. This is a player-coach role: you own the roadmap, hiring, and delivery, while also training policies, curating data, and debugging failures on the robot yourself. That hands-on work is how you lead: it's how you find what slows the team down and fix it for everyone.
This role sits at the intersection of applied deep learning, robotics, and people leadership, working closely with the Controls team on whole-body teleoperation and combining RL controllers with learned policies, and with the Core Technology team on foundation model pre-training for five-finger dexterity and RL methods. If you have hands-on experience with real robot hardware, a track record in applied deep learning, and have led engineers doing this kind of work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Own The Capability Roadmap: Work with product to identify use-case priority, choose the execution strategy, define the evals, and deliver on the agreed timeline.
- Lead The Team: Hire, develop, and manage a team of robot learning engineers; set engineering and experimental standards; run day-to-day prioritization.
- Co-Own The System 0/1 Interface: Agree with the Controls team on what the policy commands (end-effector targets, root velocity, pelvis height, foot targets, hand joint targets), debug failures across that boundary, and push requirements into the whole-body control roadmap.
- Partner On Data Strategy: Specify what good data looks like for bipedal locomanipulation with data collection and external acquisition organizations, ensure diversity and coverage, iterate on operator instructions, and supervise collection on the biped.
- Drive Sim-To-Real Transfer: Work with the Simulation team to set up RL training on the digital twin for bipedal tasks, then iterate on reward and simulation quality to ensure transfer to the real world.
- Shape Base Model Development: Feed bipedal requirements — embodiment coverage in the pretraining mixture, action representations, latency budgets — into the VLA Core Technology team's base model development, and adopt new base models as they land.
- Inform Hardware Design: Interface with the Hardware Design team so findings about hands, arms, and legs on the current generation are reflected in future designs.
- Report On Progress: Communicate progress to leadership in terms of capabilities working on the robot, eval results, and failure analysis.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years working on robots (industry or research) with shipped artifacts to show for it, including learned manipulation or locomanipulation policies deployed on real hardware.
- Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers doing applied robot learning, including hiring and people management, with capabilities delivered to a deadline.
- Hands-on today: you've trained and debugged policies within the last year and intend to keep doing so, and can curate data, post-train a policy, and diagnose failures without delegating that work.
- Experience post-training VLA-class policies (autoregressive, diffusion, or flow-matching based) via behavior cloning and/or RL.
- Solid understanding of the modern teleoperation and low-level control stack — whole-body control, inverse kinematics, RL locomotion controllers — and the ability to tell whether a failure lives in the policy, the controller, or the data.
- Familiarity with deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing and state management, distributed training, PyTorch or JAX.
- Strong grounding in modern software engineering practices, with the ability to document experiments clearly and communicate trade-offs crisply to engineers and leadership.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-fingered dexterous hands: teleoperation and retargeting, tactile sensing, in-hand manipulation.
- Experience with legged platforms: bipedal locomotion, whole-body control, humanoid teleoperation.
- Experience applying RL to robotics problems in simulation or on real robots.
- Familiarity with Physical Intelligence (π) models, NVIDIA GR00T, or similar open VLA frameworks.
- Publications at top-tier robotics or deep learning conferences (CoRL, RSS, ICRA, NeurIPS) or equivalent open-source contributions.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $300,000-$450,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how experience maps to our internal leveling.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Product marketing at Honeycomb is a small team with a wide surface area. We decide how Honeycomb is positioned, what we say at launch, what the sales team brings into a deal, and how an engineer who has never heard of us understands the product in the first two minutes. Because the team is small, the work is broad: in one week you might rewrite a product page, build a competitive one-pager, interview a customer, and run the launch checklist for a new feature.
This role is built for someone early in a product marketing career who wants to systematically improve the customer buying journey. As a product and messaging expert, you will partner with go-to-market teams to drive business impact through sales and marketing campaigns. You will get real ownership of real launches, and you will have senior product marketers, a technical field team, and engineers who like explaining their work close at hand. Our audience is engineers and platform teams, so the bar is accuracy first: we would rather be precise and useful than clever.
What you’ll do in the role:
You will support and execute product marketing across Honeycomb's core products, with a generalist mix of messaging, launches, content, enablement, and competitive work. Expect to start by contributing to pieces of each and to own more of them over your first year.
Responsibilities
Messaging and positioning:
Write and maintain messaging for features and product areas, from the one-sentence version an engineer reads on a web page to the slide a sales engineer uses in a technical conversation. Keep it accurate and grounded in what the product actually does.
Launches:
Run launch execution for small and mid-sized releases and support the larger ones. Build the plan, write the assets, coordinate Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, and report on how the launch performed.
Content:
Produce the practical material that helps people evaluate and adopt Honeycomb: blog posts, solution briefs, web copy, demo scripts, FAQs, and customer-facing one-pagers.
Sales enablement:
Equip the field with what they need to run a good conversation, including pitch narratives, objection handling, battlecards, and release updates. Join customer calls, listen to recorded ones, and fix the material that isn't landing.
Competitive and market intelligence:
Track the observability market and competitor moves. Maintain competitive assets and keep them current and honest, so the field trusts them.
Voice of customer and proof points:
Talk to customers and prospects, turn what you hear into case studies, quotes, and proof points, and bring the patterns back to Product and Marketing.
Measurement:
Help define what success looks like for your work, pull the data, and share what you learn, including the things that didn't work.
What you’ll bring to the role:
2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, or in a closely adjacent go-to-market role such as content marketing, sales engineering, technical writing, developer relations, or product management, with at least some of it in B2B SaaS.
Strong writing. You can take a dense technical explanation and turn it into something short, accurate, and useful, and you can tell the difference between the two yourself.
Curiosity about technical products and the patience to learn how they work. You ask engineers questions until you actually understand the answer, and you are comfortable in a product that assumes a technical user.
Passion about the team winning: Sales, marketing, and product teams will depend on you to succeed. Their success is your success, but you’re not simply an order taker: you look for the smart solutions and don’t wait to be asked.
The ability to run a project across teams without formal authority: setting a timeline, chasing the open items, and telling people clearly when something has slipped.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. Our priorities move, the team is small, and the best work here comes from people who start rather than wait for a brief.
Willingness to use data to decide and to evaluate your own work honestly.
Demonstrated experience applying AI tooling in your work.
Nice to have
Exposure to observability, developer tools, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry, platform engineering, or reliability and SLO practices. We will teach this, but a head start helps.
Experience marketing to engineers as the primary audience.
Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLM tooling, including coding agents and MCP-based workflows.
Experience with webinars, conference talks, or community programs.
Experience working in a fully distributed company.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$171,000
—
$261,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history: $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and 390 Fortune 500 brands as customers.
We're building at the frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. We aren't just moving fast. We're changing what fast means.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Growth engineering is product engineering where the main output is learning. You'll write code that helps people discover Higgsfield, get to their first great result and keep coming back. Then you'll measure whether it worked.
Some of what you build will be thrown away after a week, and some will become part of a product used by millions. Telling the two apart is the job.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You think about outcomes. Before you build, you know what the change should move. After you ship, you go and check.
- You see a failed experiment as a result. A clear "no" is progress, and you're happy to delete code that didn't earn its place.
- You turn vague problems into working software. Give you a question with no known answer, and you come back with a plan and a first version.
- You know when to go quick and when to go solid. Disposable when testing an idea, robust once it proves itself. Fast on experiments, careful wherever user trust is at stake.
- You have business sense and data literacy. They matter to you as much as clean code.
- You're AI-native in how you work. You use AI coding tools every day, and you verify what they produce.
- You're resilient. You do your best work in a high-intensity startup environment.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Turn hypotheses about user behavior into shipped experiments. See each one through from instrumentation to the decision to scale, iterate or stop.
- Work across the whole user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, monetization and retention) instead of inside a single feature.
- Build product experiences where correctness and reliability matter as much as speed.
- Build the foundations that make experiments fast and safe: instrumentation, reusable building blocks and monitoring.
- Partner closely with product, design, data and marketing. Explain trade-offs, and push back when it's needed.
- Own what you ship in production. If a number moves the wrong way after a release, you're among the first to notice and act.
- Keep the product fast, because speed is a feature our users feel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first weeks, you ship to production and launch your first experiment.
- Within a few months, you own a part of the user journey and can show what you've moved.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- Advanced expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js and CSS.
- You've shipped user-facing features whose impact was measured, and you can talk about what worked and what didn't.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and product analytics. You're comfortable reading the data yourself.
- Strong grasp of web performance and responsive, cross-browser development.
- Testing and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, and commitment to finishing what you start.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience on a growth or monetization team.
- Experience with subscription products.
- Experience building experimentation or analytics tooling.
- Enough backend experience to shape an API together with backend engineers.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You need detailed specs and a roadmap that stays fixed for months.
- You'd rather polish one feature for a quarter than ship many experiments and keep the ones that work.
- You don't want to look at metrics after a release.
THE DEAL
- Top-of-market compensation in USD.
- Meaningful stock options with significant upside.
- Small team, high autonomy and outsized impact.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
As a member of the Teleport Customer Solutions Team, you will own the full post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers: implementation, technical support, ongoing business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, evangelizing, and expanding Teleport at our top customers, and dedicated to proactively driving adoption so that they achieve the maximum value from all Teleport products and solutions.
This is a deeply technical role. Many of our customers run Teleport on Kubernetes, and you will be expected to operate comfortably at the cluster level: designing and deploying Teleport in customer environments, troubleshooting failing workloads, and debugging access, networking, and certificate issues alongside customer engineers.
You will work directly with customers to design solution architecture, deploy and configure Teleport hands-on, share implementation best practices, triage and debug technical issues, develop and maintain training programs, evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts. You will act as a customer champion within Teleport and help prioritize product feedback by working with the Product team. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be the primary lead for identifying and providing initial triage of technical blockers via shared chat, ticket, and meetings.

Tabby creates financial freedom in the way people shop, earn and save by reshaping their relationship with money. Over 25 million users choose Tabby to stay in control of their spending and make the most out of their money.
The company’s flagship offering allows shoppers to split their payments online and in-store with no interest or fees. Over 70,000 global brands and small businesses, including Amazon, Noon, IKEA, and SHEIN use Tabby to accelerate growth and gain loyal customers by offering easy and flexible payments online and in stores.
Tabby generates over $18 billion in annual transaction volume for its partner brands and is the highest-rated, most-reviewed, largest, and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC region.
Tabby launched in 2019 and has since raised +$1 billion in equity and debt funding from global and regional investors, and is now valued at $6,5 billion.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the B2C customer journey inside the Tabby app.
Different product teams build different products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, BNPL — and they often do it apart from each other. The experience is not always consistent or whole. Your mission is to look at the product the way one customer does, and make it feel like one ecosystem.
The B2C Life Cycle team owns that journey. In practice, that means activation: onboarding, communicating the value of each product, activating financial products, and getting the customer to a first transaction. After that, you design how we keep explaining the value so people come back and keep transacting. You will also work on the subscription and help develop the Tabby+ model.
Why join
A rare brief: own how a customer experiences the whole app, not one feature inside one team
Concrete problems with visible impact — first transaction, return, and a subscription people choose to keep
A strong cross-functional team — product, research, content, and engineering — all invested in quality
What you will be doing
Look across consumer products and design the experience as one customer journey, so Tabby feels consistent and whole
Design onboarding that explains the value of the products in plain language and gets a new customer oriented
Design activation of financial products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, and BNPL — through to the first transaction
Design the moments and communication that bring people back after the first transaction and keep them transacting
Shape the subscription experience and help grow s part of the same journey
Work with product teams that ship on their own, and hold the seams between their products so the customer does not feel the org chart
Work closely with your Product Manager to unpack the problem and turn it into a design that serves both the customer and the business
Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions, and with a UX Writer to make the value of each product clear
Partner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production
What you will need
5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time on consumer products at scale
Strong systems thinking: you can hold several products in one journey, including states, edge cases, and the handoff from one product to the next
Ability to simplify: you can take a fragmented, multi-product experience and make it feel like one product a person can move through
Strong product thinking: you understand business goals and customer needs equally well, and you know how to balance them
A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI
Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers
High craft standards and real care for what reaches users
You know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and smarter
Nice to have
Experience with fintech, consumer finance, subscriptions, or lifecycle work: onboarding, activation, retention
Experience designing across several products that have to feel like one
Experience with growth mechanics: first transaction, habit, and return
Experience contributing to or working within a design system
Benefits
We hire candidates based within
four hours of Dubai time
, with remote work available in eligible locations. Depending on your circumstances, we can also discuss an individual relocation plan to our hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Poland, and Spain.
What you can expect
Flexible working hours, coordinated with your team and the needs of your role.
Autonomy and responsibility from day one.
Opportunities to grow through the quality and impact of your work.
Participation in our employee stock option program.
We’re committed to an inclusive, high-performing workplace where people from different backgrounds have the support to grow and achieve their goals.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our BNPL stream and design the merchant side of Tabby's core product. You'll work on the
Merchant Dashboard
, across web and the mobile app, the place where merchants run their business with Tabby: manage transactions, settlements and invoices, set up in-store and integrations, and use self-service tools.
You'll join a newly formed Merchant Experience team with a lot of attention on it and a lot to build: upgrading core dashboard pages, launching new self-service products, running merchant experiments, and rethinking how Tabby works in physical stores.
We're looking for someone who thrives on complexity, turns uncertainty into clarity, owns problems end to end, and brings strong product thinking alongside strong craft.
Why join
Work on the merchant side of Tabby's core BNPL product, in an area that is a current company priority
A lot to build: core page upgrades, new self-service products, experiments and a rethought in-store experience
Real ownership in a newly formed team: shape how the product and the team work from the start
An AI-forward team where design can iterate fast and get close to code
A dedicated UX writer and UX researcher to work with
What you will be doing
Own merchant journeys in the Merchant Dashboard end to end, across web and mobile, from early concept through polished execution
Upgrade core dashboard pages such as transactions, settlements and invoices, and design new self-service tools for merchants
Design clear, data-dense interfaces that make complex financial and operational information easy to understand and act on
Design and iterate on merchant experiments and new features with your Product Manager, and measure what works
Help reimagine the in-store experience together with product and engineering
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and our UX researcher and UX writer to identify and solve key merchant problems
Use data, merchant feedback and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses
Partner with designers from other B2B and B2C streams to keep the experience consistent across Tabby, and contribute to the design system
Use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow: prototyping, ideation, and moving solutions closer to code
Present and advocate for your work to cross-functional and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
What you will need
Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools
Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio, with excellent Figma skills
Comfort designing across both web/dashboard and native mobile (iOS and Android)
Strong product thinking: you understand business goals, product logic and user needs, and can explain the reasoning behind your decisions
Ability to turn uncertainty into clarity and handle complex flows, states and edge cases
A strong level of AI proficiency: you use AI tools on real project work to prototype, explore and move faster
Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering
Confident in your work and strong communication skills, whether you're talking to another designer or a C-level executive
Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems
Autonomy: you operate without close supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Experience in fintech or financial products
Experience conducting UX research
A strong base in graphic design
Experience designing for GCC markets or Arabic/RTL interfaces
Comfort working close to code, with interest in contributing to code through AI tools

Spotware Systems is looking for a hands-on
Media Buying Operations Manager
for our new direct-to-consumer trading product built on the cTrader ecosystem. You will build, run, and scale the media-buying network and the ad-ops / martech spine - turning testing funnels and cohorts into registered, funded, and actively trading cTrader users.
Responsibilities
Source, onboard, and manage a network of external performance-pay media-buying units.
Set the units' pay schemes (fixed + performance) and allocate them across funnel × geo, deploying onto winning combinations.
Scale the network as testing widens, cut underperformers, and own the unit-count ramp against live cost-per-funded-account and conversion-rate signal.
Launch the first geos hands-on - run the initial media-buying units yourself, as a buyer, until the external network is stood up.
Run QA and anti-fraud on unit output, and reconcile performance-based payouts against verified funded accounts.
Be the single point of contact between the in-house team and the external units - give them clear briefs (offer, brand and creative guidelines, tracking setup), collect their performance data, and feed it back into what we test, prioritize, and scale next.
Own advertising accounts, tracking pixels, server-side tracking, mobile attribution, and first-party data in-house.
Report acquisition performance against CAC, funded-account quality, and net deposit, working with the analyst on the measurement spine.
Requirements
5+ years in performance marketing / paid UA, owning budgets and scaling spend to six figures/month against CPA and volume targets.
Proven track record building and managing a network of external buyers / buying teams / JV partners - sourcing, perf-pay deals, allocation, anti-fraud, payout reconciliation - not just running own campaigns.
High-CPA, conversion-driven vertical experience (iGaming, gambling, forex / CFD, crypto, dating, nutra).
Hands-on ownership of the ad-ops / martech stack - ad accounts, pixels, conversion APIs, trackers (Voluum / Keitaro / RedTrack), product analytics (Amplitude / PostHog / Mixpanel), MMP (AppsFlyer / Adjust).
Multi-geo acquisition, ideally across emerging markets (Tier 2-3), with localization handled at the unit level.
Strong analytical command - reads funnel / cohort data and acts on unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, net deposit, retention).
AI-native by default - runs the network and stack on AI and automation, with minimal manual labor.
Soft skills: hands-on operator (not a pure manager), comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy, clear communicator across commercial, creative, and technical counterparts.
Conditions
Private medical insurance.
Relocation support (if applicable), including an entry permit, relocation bonus, flight tickets, and airport pickup.
Support with settling into life in Cyprus, including basic guidance on everyday matters, accommodation, banking, and healthcare.
A comfortable office environment with fresh fruits every day, treats or pizza on Wednesdays, and snack day on Fridays.
Fair remuneration based on your experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
Welcome Baby Bonus and Baby Box to celebrate the arrival of a child.
Birthday voucher.
Partial compensation for sports activities and wellness initiatives.
Greek language classes.

Senior Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary media authority and trusted advisor to regional executive leadership, translating complex media dynamics into executive business insights.
Cross-Regional Governance & Team Mentorship
Sub-Saharan Governance:
Lead and govern media strategy across Southern Africa while providing strategic direction, quality assurance, and functional oversight for Central Africa markets.
Remote Functional Leadership:
Provide strong professional mentorship, coaching, and day-to-day strategic guidance to the Central Africa Media Specialist (based remotely), building technical capability and ensuring unified regional standards.
Channel Mix, Innovation & Ecosystem Growth

Drive regional innovation roadmaps by piloting emerging media channels, advanced measurement tools, and integrated influencer frameworks.
Agency Governance & Commercial Procurement
Agency & Partner Management:
Lead high-level agency relationships, performance evaluations, fee negotiations, and commercial terms across regional agency partners, platforms, and major media owners.
Measurement, Analytics & Business Impact

Establish advanced measurement frameworks to evaluate media performance against hard business outcomes (sales growth, market share, CAC), turning complex analytics into decisive strategic actions.
Full Campaign Lifecycle Autonomy:
End-to-end ownership of major regional tentpole campaigns, from initial brief framing and media strategy through execution, continuous optimization, and executive post-campaign debriefs.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Autonomous vehicles are coming to the markets in which inDrive serves, but the AV industry has a blind spot: it has almost no data from the cities where we operate. inDrive runs one of the world's largest ride-hailing fleets, concentrated in exactly the emerging markets global AV players have yet to reach. We are building the team that turns that fleet into an AV grade data platform: large scale multi sensor collection from real vehicles on real trips, evaluation of driving models against human drivers, automated and human in the loop causal annotation, and camera first 3D scene reconstruction for simulation.
We are hiring the founding leader of this workstream. This is a rare true zero to one: you will hire the team, stand up the vehicles and the data platform, set the technical bar, and own delivery end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Own the AV data workstream end to end.
Roadmap, execution, quality, and outcomes, from vehicle data capture through processing, annotation, and delivery of AV-grade datasets
Build the team from zero.
Hire and lead a multi disciplinary team covering large scale data engineering, search and serving, ML engineering across divergence detection, edge inference, and VLM based auto labeling, 3D reconstruction research, and data annotation operations. Own the hiring bar and the team's growth
Management
: Manage ML engineers' charter across the cluster
Set technical direction across disciplines.
Provide design authority for the full pipeline, including onboard capture, cloud ingestion and processing at fleet scale, semantic and causal labeling, and neural scene reconstruction, and make the key technical decisions on evidence
Partner with leaders across the organization.
Work closely with the leaders of data platform, ML ops, geo and mapping, and inDrive's wider autonomous vehicle initiatives to align roadmaps, share infrastructure, and unblock delivery
Own external partnerships.
Drive the technical relationships this work depends on, including the NVIDIA AV ecosystem and prospective AV partners consuming our data
Balance research and delivery.
Several of the core questions here are open research. You frame milestones as decision gates, redirect work based on evidence, and keep the team shipping measurable results on a schedule
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of engineering experience in applied ML, autonomous systems, or large-scale data and ML platforms, including 3+ years in the autonomous vehicle industry or closely adjacent autonomy domains (AV data, simulation, or evaluation platforms, ADAS, robotics perception, HD mapping), and 4+ years managing engineering teams, with a track record of building teams from scratch and delivering from zero to one
Strong command of the modern AV and foundation model landscape: vision-language models, multi-modal perception, 3D reconstruction and neural rendering, and the NVIDIA AV ecosystem. Deep enough to set direction, review designs, and make evidence-based technical calls
Genuine engineering leadership range: you have successfully led data engineering, platform, or infrastructure delivery, not only ML research, and can evaluate and unblock work across those disciplines
Proven ability to take large-scale ML systems from conception to production: data pipelines, training and evaluation infrastructure, and models running under real-world constraints
Strong external presence: experience owning technical partnerships, vendor and licensing relationships, or customer-facing technical engagements at a senior level
Deep fluency in the modern ML stack (PyTorch or equivalent, large-scale training and inference, Python and Linux) and in cloud data platforms at multi-terabyte scale
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to have:
AV industry experience specifically in offline evaluation, data mining, annotation platforms, or simulation, as distinct from on-vehicle stack development
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in ML, robotics, or computer vision
Experience operating in emerging markets, and comfort building where the playbook does not exist yet
