Are you a hands-on technical leader who knows Magento and Shopify inside out, speaks fluent SEO, and keeps infrastructure secure? We are looking for someone to own our e-commerce, SEO and security ecosystem end to end.
You will be the
single point of contact
between our business teams and our technology partners: e-commerce development agencies, infrastructure and security providers, and several SEO contractors. You will turn business needs into clear technical requirements, hold partners accountable for quality and timelines, and keep our online stores fast, stable and secure.
This is an ownership role. You will analyze, decide and approve, escalating only the big calls.
Ownership & Decision-Making
▪ Own our e-commerce, SEO and security infrastructure end to end
▪ Make decisions on priorities, budgets and solutions
▪ Approve partner tasks, quotes and deliverables, and track performance against SLAs, KPIs and scope
▪ Act as technical advisor to our Magento developers: review tickets, challenge solutions, and guide code, architecture and infrastructure
E-commerce (Magento & Shopify)
▪ Lead our e-commerce development partner across both platforms
▪ Turn business requirements into briefs, user stories and acceptance criteria
▪ Prioritize the backlog: features, integrations, bug fixes, upgrades and maintenance
▪ Coordinate UAT and sign off releases before go-live
▪ Oversee upgrades, extensions/apps and integrations (payments, shipping, ERP, marketing tools)
▪ Monitor site speed, uptime and conversion issues, and drive fixes
Infrastructure & Security
▪ Lead our hosting and security partner
▪ Coordinate patching, backups, monitoring and disaster recovery
▪ Manage access requests, permissions and offboarding using least-privilege principles
▪ Follow up on security alerts, incidents and audits through to remediation
▪ Maintain documentation of environments, credential processes and access rights
SEO Management
▪ Coordinate multiple SEO contractors across our websites
▪ Analyze organic traffic, rankings, indexing, crawl errors and Core Web Vitals (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
▪ Review reports and give clear, actionable feedback
▪ Guide technical SEO (site structure, speed, structured data, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt) plus on-page and off-page SEO
▪ Turn SEO fixes into dev tickets and verify completion
▪ Track KPIs and recommend scope or contractor changes when needed
Catalog Coordination
▪ Work with the Catalog Manager so product data, categories, pricing and images work correctly on both stores
▪ Translate catalog needs (attributes, bulk imports, feeds, filters, merchandising rules) into technical requirements
▪ Align launches, seasonal updates and promotions with technical releases
▪ Resolve sync errors, missing products and feed failures
Project Management & Governance
▪ Plan and track projects: scope, timeline, budget, risks and dependencies
▪ Run status meetings and report progress and decisions to management
▪ Track partner SLAs, invoices and hours
▪ Manage incidents and blockers when stores or systems go down
▪ Keep the project log, roadmap and knowledge base up to date
Requirements
▪
5+ years hands-on with Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Shopify
, deep enough to advise developers on architecture and solutions
▪
Strong technical SEO
: on-page, off-page, link building, site audits, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush
▪
Deep knowledge of servers, hosting, cloud and web security
, plus user access management
▪ Solid grasp of e-commerce operations: catalog, checkout, payments, shipping, promotions, analytics
▪ Proven experience managing
multiple agencies, contractors or vendors at once
▪ Strong project management: planning, prioritization, budgeting, risk and reporting
▪ Comfortable owning decisions and being accountable for results
▪ Experience with Jira, Asana, Trello or similar
▪
Excellent spoken and written English
▪ Organized, proactive and self-directed

About us
Carazo Enterprise SL is a luxury brand distribution company established in 2012, known for high-quality service and best-in-class distribution channels for the brands we represent. Our success is built on modern infrastructure and smart organizational and technological solutions.
We currently operate multiple legal entities across multiple jurisdictions across the EU, Latam, and the USA — and are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Shopify, HubSpot, integrations, and related technical projects.
About the role
Our online store runs on Shopify, and our sales and customer-service processes run on HubSpot. Development and integration work is handled by external agencies and freelancers.
We are creating a dedicated internal role for one person who will own the technical side of Shopify, HubSpot, and the integrations between them, while also managing the external technical resources responsible for more complex work.
You will combine hands-on technical knowledge with strong project and vendor management skills. You should be comfortable making minor technical adjustments, configurations, troubleshooting issues, and handling routine system administration independently.
For larger or more complex configurations, automations, integrations, or development work, your role will be to understand the business and technical requirements, define the scope, prepare clear specifications, coordinate the appropriate external specialists, oversee implementation, and verify the completed work before it goes live.
You will report directly to the CEO and have clear ownership of the systems, projects, and technical coordination within your area.
What you will do
Shopify and catalogue
• Configure and maintain the store, including products, variants, prices, collections, and metafields.
• Manage bulk imports and exports and support B2B price lists and customer accounts.
• Manage apps and checkout settings, including rules for regulated products.
• Make minor configuration and technical adjustments independently where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot routine Shopify issues and identify when external technical support is required.
Integrations and automation
• Own the Shopify-HubSpot integration and ensure accurate synchronization of customers, companies, and orders.
• Understand and oversee integrations with payments, shipping, WhatsApp (Wati), and other tools through apps, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies.
• Maintain Shopify Flow and HubSpot Workflows and make routine adjustments where appropriate.
• For more complex integrations and automations, assess requirements, define the technical scope, coordinate external specialists, and oversee implementation.
• Monitor integrations, identify errors or failed processes, and coordinate resolution where external technical support is required.
HubSpot / CRM
• Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, tags, and customer tiers.
• Set up and maintain user roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality, including duplicate management, merges, and consistent records.
• Handle routine CRM configuration and administration independently.
• Coordinate more complex CRM changes or development work with external specialists when required.
Technical project and vendor management
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Assess whether a task can be handled internally or requires external technical expertise.
• Identify and coordinate external developers, agencies, freelancers, or other technical specialists.
• Obtain estimates, implementation plans, and timelines from external providers.
• Track project scope, deadlines, budgets, dependencies, and changes.
• Review and test completed work against the agreed requirements.
• Formally verify and accept deliveries before go-live.
• Ensure that external technical work is properly documented and maintainable.
Control and documentation
• Maintain documentation of systems, integrations, configurations, workflows, and access rights.
• Control administrative permissions and external vendor access.
• Monitor system performance, synchronization issues, and errors.
• Ensure that technical changes are documented and properly handed over.
• Maintain a clear overview of the Shopify, HubSpot, and broader e-commerce technology environment.
Your first 90 days
• Consolidate our HubSpot environment into one working system.
• Ensure every Shopify order, customer, and company is recorded correctly in HubSpot, with no duplicates.
• Implement market and tier tags and B2B pricing consistently across Shopify and HubSpot.
• Integrate WhatsApp (Wati) with HubSpot.
• Audit and clean the product catalogue and establish one standard for product changes.
• Map all systems, apps, and integrations and establish role-based access and documented handover.
• Review existing technical processes and external vendor arrangements and establish clear ownership, documentation, and working processes.
Requirements
We verify these requirements. Please read them carefully before applying.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical Shopify experience. You can demonstrate live stores and clearly explain your exact contribution to each.
• Experience with Shopify integrations with CRM, ERP, or third-party systems. You can explain at least one integration step by step, including the systems involved, implementation method, challenges, and outcome.
• Strong technical fluency: you can read and make basic edits to Liquid and JSON and understand metafields/metaobjects, Shopify Flow, and the Shopify app ecosystem.
• Strong project and vendor management experience: you have written technical specifications, gathered estimates, coordinated external developers or agencies, tested deliveries, managed deadlines and budgets, and overseen implementation.
• Hands-on experience with bulk catalogue operations using Matrixify or CSV.
• English B2+ with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to distinguish between technical work you can handle independently and work that requires specialized external expertise.
Strong advantages
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales/Service Hub, pipelines, workflows, permissions).
• Shopify Plus and/or Shopify B2B.
• Experience in regulated or age-restricted e-commerce.
• Multi-market experience (US and EU).
• Russian and/or Spanish.
This role is not a fit if you are:
• A pure developer who is primarily focused on writing code and has limited project or vendor management experience.
• A pure project manager without strong, hands-on Shopify technical knowledge.
• A theme/design or marketing-focused Shopify profile without broader technical and systems experience.
• Experienced only in WordPress/WooCommerce or local CRMs, with no substantial Shopify experience.
• Someone who expects external developers to handle all technical troubleshooting and routine system administration without being able to understand or manage the underlying systems.
Benefits
• Format: Remote, full-time, contractor (B2B) agreement.
• Compensation: €2,500–€3,000 gross per month.
• Probation: 3 months.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Madrid time (daily overlap with Spain/CET and teams in the Americas)
What to send us
• CV and LinkedIn profile.
• Links to live Shopify projects and a description of your exact contribution to each.
How we hire
1. Application review
2. Recruiter interview – motivation, communication, English, technical ownership, and overall fit.
3. Portfolio and experience verification, plus a practical case based on a real task from our business.
4. Interview with the hiring manager.
5. References from at least two previous employers or clients (B2B).
If you meet the requirements and believe your experience is a strong match for this role, we would be happy to hear from you. We look forward to receiving your application!

Carazo Group is a luxury distribution business operating across 10+ countries. We work with premium brands and build long-term trade partnerships across international markets.
As we expand our international reach, we are looking for a B2B Trade Development Specialist to identify and develop new distributor and wholesale relationships across assigned territories. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who is genuinely good at prospecting — someone who builds pipelines from scratch, not someone who manages inbound leads.
You will work directly with the Head of Sales and report to senior leadership, with real visibility and impact from day one.
What you will own:
Prospecting & Business Development
– Identify and approach new distributors and wholesalers through digital research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach campaigns
– Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
– Convert prospect relationships into active trade partnerships
Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new trade partners
– Present and promote the premium product portfolio to potential and current clients
– Manage ongoing communication and commercial development of your partner accounts
Market Coverage & Reporting
– Monitor territory performance and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends
– Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the territory
– Attend international trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and develop leads
Internal Collaboration
– Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and servicing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or a related trade industry
Proven prospecting skills — confident working through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools without relying on inbound or a support team
Experience building and managing relationships with distributors or wholesalers
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience handling commercial agreements
Comfortable tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and territory performance
Fluent English, minimum C1 level (written and verbal)
Comfortable working fully on-site in Belgrade
Good to haves:
Previous international B2B sales experience across multiple countries or regions
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and client visits
Knowledge of German or Spanish
Experience with premium goods, luxury products, or tobacco
What Success Looks Like
A growing pipeline of qualified distributor and wholesale prospects from day one
New trade partnerships signed and successfully onboarded
Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate territory reporting
Expanding territory performance over the first 6–12 months
This role is not the right fit for you if your experience is exclusively in B2C or retail and you have never sold to distributors, or if you rely on inbound leads, a support team, or a lead generation function to fill your pipeline.
Benefits
We offer:
International Exposure
Work with trade partners and stakeholders across multiple countries, with real visibility into how a premium international distribution business operates.
Direct Access to Leadership
Work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership, with your results directly reflected in the company's growth.
Compensation
Competitive package based on experience and performance based commission.
Environment
International business exposure across 10+ markets
Structured, performance-driven culture
Opportunity to shape your territory and grow with the role
Location: Jacksonville, United States

About Adrian Magnus | Part of Carazo Enterprise SL
Adrian Magnus is part of Carazo Enterprise SL, a premium cigar distribution company established in 2012. With over 40 professionals, we manage the distribution of 30+ premium cigar brands across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America. Our mission is to bring the world’s finest handcrafted cigars to enthusiasts with precision, integrity, and a deep respect for tradition.
Operating from hubs in Madrid, Marbella, Gran Canaria, Panama, and Costa Rica; we are driven by quality, heritage, and customer satisfaction in every market we serve.
We are growing our B2B sales operation in Panama and are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Supervisor to lead the team, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales machine. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management with direct client and distributor development.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management to closing, onboarding, and account development — while also recruiting, training, and coaching B2B sales agents.
What You'll Do
• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the B2B sales team in Panama; monitor performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients and distributors across Panama and international markets
• Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account development
• Recruit, onboard, and train new B2B sales agents and account executives
• Set, track, and report KPIs, pipeline health, and agent performance — weekly and monthly — to senior management
• Maintain CRM hygiene, outreach cadences, and structured sales reporting
• Enforce discipline, reporting structure, and workflow organisation within the B2B team
• Support senior leadership in developing B2B sales strategies and market expansion plans
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Must-have requirements:
• Proven experience managing and growing a B2B sales team
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• At least 2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
• Hands-on experience with KPI management, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting
• Track record of training and coaching B2B sales agents or account executives
• International market experience (USA)
Nice to have:
• Experience managing distributor or wholesale networks
• US market B2B sales background
• Experience selling physical products, premium goods, or luxury / tobacco products
• Experience building sales processes and teams from the ground up
• Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
This role is likely not a right fit for you if you if you've only sold to individual consumers, managed yourself rather than a team, or prefer a structured corporate environment over building something from scratch.
Benefits
What we offer:
Direct collaboration with the COO and CEO
Real ownership of building and scaling a B2B sales team
Ability to shape and influence the future direction of the function
A fast-growing international company with markets in the US, EU, and Latin America

The Role
As Head of International Accounting, you will supervise and control the entire accounting function of our group. Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills

Success in this role means building a highly reliable, scalable, and internationally aligned accounting function across all group entities. Within the first 12 months, you will establish stronger financial controls, improve reporting consistency across jurisdictions, streamline closing processes, and provide leadership with accurate and timely financial visibility to support international growth.
