Location: Yerevan, Armenia Description: We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing Department to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital marketing background, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to ensure user engagement, and maintain engagement across the Company’s digital platforms, including paid media, SEO, social media, content marketing, etc. Define monthly/quarterly content promotion strategies, approve action plans, and monitor their execution across social platforms by introducing engaging content and campaigns that will increase brand awareness and customer engagement Oversee the planning, execution, and improvement of paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social advertising) to ensure maximum ROI and customer engagement Develop and monitor SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, and improve search rankings via effective keyword research and link-building Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, other data management platforms, and analytics tools Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets for paid advertising campaigns Provide annual, quarterly, and monthly performance reports, define and measure KPIs Collaborate with relevant units within the Company to increase customer satisfaction through a common strategy Constantly monitor emerging trends, technologies, and tools in digital marketing.
