ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments. We partner closely with government program managers, technical leads, and system integrators across the full lifecycle, from pre-award shaping and evaluations through post-deployment expansion. We are building the federal go-to-market motion from the ground up, and every team member has a direct hand in shaping how LangChain is adopted across the federal landscape.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing GTM team and lead LangChain's expansion into U.S. federal agencies. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — helping technical teams at DoD, Civilian, and IC agencies discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, solutions engineering, and professional services to shape how AI agent infrastructure gets adopted across government. If you're a relationship-driven seller who understands the federal landscape and wants to be part of building a go-to-market motion from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and manage the full federal sales cycle, from lead stage to close with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through
- Act as a trusted advisor to federal prospects and customers — including DoD, Civilian Agencies, and IC — learning their mission requirements and demonstrating how LangChain's products solve real problems
- Drive proof-of-concept efforts, working with solutions engineers and product experts to demonstrate tangible value in government environments
- Navigate federal procurement mechanisms — GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contracts — to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with speed and precision
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency decision-makers, program managers, and contracting officers, as well as system integrator partners (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos) and resellers (e.g., Carahsoft) who help drive and support deal flow
- Stay on top of the federal AI landscape — agency priorities, executive orders, budget cycles, and competitor activity — to educate customers and shape LangChain's federal strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with our Deployed Engineering and support teams
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms and work with legal to redline contracts
- Bring federal customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap and improve the user experience
- Help define and iterate on our federal sales playbook — your input will help shape how we go to market in this segment
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 7+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise or federal customers, with at least 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, and/or IC)
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding federal revenue targets — ideally $2M+ ARR annually
- You have deep familiarity with federal procurement: GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contract vehicles
- You can translate complex technical concepts — LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs — into mission-aligned value for both technical and non-technical government buyers
- You have established relationships across federal agencies and the system integrator ecosystem
- Technical acumen with the ability to establish credibility with technical decision-makers at agencies
- You thrive in fast-paced start-up environments and are energized by impact — you want to help build the federal playbook, not just follow one
- Driven and solutions-oriented; you know how to navigate procurement roadblocks and keep complex deals moving forward
- Passionate about generative AI and excited to help federal customers navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape
- You exemplify our operating principles:
- You are motivated to build something great: you hold a high bar for quality, craft, and impact in every customer interaction and internal deliverable
- You embrace hot takes: you bring informed opinions about the federal AI market, challenge assumptions, and engage in constructive debate with your team
- You operate with maximum agency: you take ownership of your territory, move deals forward independently, and help cross-functional partners stay unblocked
- You run to the roar: you lean into the complexity of government procurement, long deal cycles, and ambiguous buying processes — and find a way through
NICE TO HAVE

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an Account Executive — Gaming/Adtech Sales who is relationship-driven, commercially sharp, and deeply immersed in China's gaming and digital advertising ecosystem to join our Revenue & Partnerships team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through to close — across a diverse book of gaming advertisers and publishers across China and the broader APAC market.
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills are essential, along with experience in digital advertising sales, performance marketing, or gaming monetization within the Chinese market. The ability to build enduring client relationships grounded in trust, navigate China's complex and fast-moving digital advertising landscape, and manage multi-stakeholder deal structures will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about the intersection of gaming and advertising technology and love building innovative ad solutions that help game developers grow their player base and revenue across the world's largest gaming market, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts across China and the APAC region — from prospecting and outreach through pitch, negotiation, and close, with a strong focus on relationship cultivation consistent with Chinese business practices
Build and maintain strong, trust-based, long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising agencies, acting as the primary point of contact for Xsolla's ad monetization solutions in the Chinese market
Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks, attending industry events, and proactively targeting key accounts within China's gaming and advertising ecosystem
Develop tailored account plans and pitch materials that align client goals with Xsolla's product offerings, including offerwall, rewarded ads, and performance-based monetization tools, localized appropriately for the Chinese market
Collaborate cross-functionally with global product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure client campaigns are delivered effectively and meet performance targets
Monitor campaign performance, provide clients with regular reporting and insights in both Mandarin and English, and proactively recommend optimizations to maximize results and retention
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and account details in CRM (Salesforce)
Represent Xsolla at key gaming and ad tech conferences and trade events across China and APAC (e.g., China Joy, Game Connection Asia, Pocket Gamer Connects, WePlay Expo)
Provide market intelligence on advertiser trends, competitor activity, platform developments, and emerging opportunities across China's gaming and digital advertising markets
Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, gaming monetization, or a closely related field within the Chinese market
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle, including experience navigating China's relationship-driven (guanxi-based) enterprise sales environment
Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and the mobile gaming ecosystem, with familiarity with China's major publishers and platforms (Tencent, NetEase, miHoYo, ByteDance/TikTok, Bilibili, Kuaishou, Baidu)
Native or business-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with strong working proficiency in English — the ability to operate fluently across both languages in client-facing and internal communications is essential
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong understanding of Chinese business culture, including relationship-building norms, hierarchy, and enterprise decision-making dynamics
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales tooling, as well as familiarity with Chinese business communication platforms (WeChat, DingTalk)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and adapt quickly to China's rapidly evolving regulatory and platform environment
Based in or willing to relocate to Beijing, China; eligible to work in China without visa sponsorship
Nice to Have:
Experience working with offerwall, rewarded video, or user acquisition advertising products within the Chinese mobile gaming space
Established network within China's games industry — publishers, studios, ad agencies, or platform partners (WeChat Mini Games, Douyin, Kuaishou, Huawei AppGallery, TapTap)
