В обязанности корректора входит проверка текстов исходящих писем, подписанных руководителями высшего звена, а также приказов и распоряжений, издаваемых в организации, на соответствие нормам русского языка. Необходимо устранять орфографические и пунктуационные ошибки, а также исправлять смысловые и стилистические недостатки. Также требуется проверять состав и расположение обязательных реквизитов документов в соответствии с нормативными актами по делопроизводству и архивному делу, а также с внутренней Инструкцией по делопроизводству. Кандидат должен иметь высшее образование в области филологии, лингвистики, журналистики, издательского дела или педагогическое образование по профилю «Учитель русского языка и литературы» и опыт работы на аналогичной должности не менее двух лет. Требуется знание стандартов делопроизводства, нормативных правовых актов, принципов организации документационного обеспечения управленческой деятельности, правил составления и оформления организационно-распорядительных документов, а также технологий работы с электронным документооборотом. Необходимо владение нормами русского языка, включая словообразование, сокращения, морфологию и синтаксис, а также техникой вычитки и корректуры документов.
