В компании ИНВИТРО требуется руководитель направления по биологически активным добавкам. Основные задачи включают формирование ассортимента продуктов на основе анализа рынка и выявленных нутритивных дефицитов, организацию и контроль всей цепочки создания ценности — от выбора GMP-сертифицированного контрактного производства до логистики, контроля качества и сертификации. Необходимо разработать и внедрить протоколы продаж, включая скрининг пациентов врачами, этичное назначение БАДов и обучение медицинского персонала. Кандидат должен иметь успешный опыт работы на руководящих позициях в фармацевтике или FMCG (здоровье/нутриция) не менее трех лет, опыт запуска новых продуктов или направлений с нуля, опыт работы с контрактным производством, а также опыт взаимодействия на стыке медицины и коммерции, включая продажи через B2B2C-каналы, аптечные сети или медицинские центры. Требуется опыт интеграции продаж в медицинские информационные системы и прохождения проверок Роспотребнадзора с выстраиванием системы фармаконадзора для мониторинга нежелательных реакций.
