COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

- Event Execution: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site/virtual coordination. Oversee event branding and collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality presentation. Coordinate all event communications, including invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
- Promotion & Audience Engagement: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive event registration and attendance using digital marketing channels, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. Engage with key partners and industry leaders to maximize event visibility and reach.
- Post-Event Analysis & Reporting: Conduct post-event debriefs to analyze the success of events, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement. Report on event performance, including attendee engagement, lead generation, and overall impact on business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing events that left a lasting impression while driving actual outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and without breaking a sweat.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re building something game-changing at Circle: a discovery marketplace where millions can find creators, communities, and products to help them achieve their highest personal and professional goals.
You’ll own generating and growing the demand engine for the Discover marketplace. Think of a Pinterest, Reddit or Instagram-style product, reimagined with a mission to help people achieve their goals instead of distracting them with endless doom scrolling. Through Discover, you will be building technology that could help millions of people grow, self-actualize, and live their best lives.
As the Growth Lead for Discover, you’ll report directly to the GM of Discover and work closely with Circle's co-founders to bring this vision to life. Day to day you'll work with the product team for Discover, our paid media team, data team, brand and design studio, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and more.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in any North American time zone.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own growth for the Discover marketplace. Drive traffic to Discover, experiment with how consumers find and engage with Discover, and grow its GMV and transaction volume.
- A/B testing and experimentation. Run experiments to better acquire, engage, and retain traffic. Test what people see when they arrive on Discover, the algorithms behind recommendations, and marketplace structure.
- Build Circle's end-to-end lifecycle email programs. Build the acquisition funnel for Discover by setting up a recommendations newsletter, creating offers to acquire subscribers, and developing email programs to turn visitors into repeat buyers.
- Build an SEO program. Grow Discover's organic surfaces and SEO / AEO across product pages and distribution partnerships with the creators already building on Circle.
- Drive creator success on the marketplace. Help creators listed on Discover succeed by sending them buyers who convert and stay, diagnosing which categories generate traffic but underconvert, and applying those learnings across the marketplace.
- Build the team's reporting. Track funnel performance by category, cohort retention of Discover-sourced members, and what individual creators earn from the marketplace, and own reporting on performance and recommendations to leadership.
- Help shape and execute Discover's growth strategy. Partner with the GM of Discover and co-founders to shape growth priorities and collaborate with the product team to evolve the product.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- A track record of owning a revenue or GMV number across multiple channels at one time, where you were able to grow the number and deliver real results. Ideally, you can walk us through what moved the number, what worked, and what you got wrong. This matters a lot more to us than your title or how many years you've been doing this.
- Experience with email and lifecycle marketing, including building a program from scratch. You should have a clear view of what it should be judged on beyond opens and clicks.
- Experience acquiring email subscribers profitably and growing their value over time. This mechanic is going to be key here: bring someone in for less than they'll eventually spend, then earning more from them by delivering real value to both them and the creator.
- Comfortable being hands-on as a player-coach. This includes writing the emails, building the pages, talking to the creators, setting up reporting, and reading the results yourself.
- Deep understanding of marketplaces and/or businesses with strong network effects. Ideally, you’re someone who obsesses about marketplace network effects, and shows strong judgment and opinions on growing the demand side of a marketplace.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent https://englishonline.britishcouncil.org/free-english-level-test-cefr-2/), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.

Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
Synthesia is the #1 Enterprise AI video generation since 2016, and today we work with 90% of the Fortune 100. Our core product, Studio, lets anyone turn a script into a polished video with an AI avatar, no camera or crew required.
Now we're entering a new chapter, and the API is at the center of it. Our Interactive Avatar API lets any company build real-time, conversational avatars directly into their own products.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You're the first product marketing hire dedicated to the API, and you'll build the GTM motion from scratch.
There's no playbook here yet. You'll set the foundational positioning, write the developer-facing messaging, stand up the launch process, and figure out how we reach developers and win them.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- You get energy from building from scratch, and have a hacker mentality.
- You use gen AI video tools and created content with them. You're in every new model the week it drops.
- You've built with APIs yourself: called endpoints, read the code samples, wired up a webhook, shipped something small. You know how developers actually integrate and ship.
- You've done product marketing, growth, or developer marketing for enterprise audiences.
- You're an excellent communicator, written and spoken. You have experience managing senior stakeholders and complex program management.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is £100,000 - £130,000.
We also offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

You'll set the platform narrative and keep it sharp as the product evolves. You'll run launches across the portfolio, own competitive strategy and buyer research, and set the messaging that sales, web, and campaigns all run on.
You'll lead a team of five PMMs, hire into it, and raise the bar for what good looks like.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You build and deploy agents. You've automated real parts of your own PMM work with them, whether that's competitive tracking, research synthesis, or launch ops.
- You've led a portfolio of products and built or grown the team behind it.

Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of Teleport's partner marketing programs — building the co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement materials, and joint events that drive pipeline through our channel, cloud, and technology alliances. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and our Channel and Alliance teams, ensuring partner messaging ladders into Teleport's core narrative and that every marketing dollar spent in the ecosystem is tied to measurable pipeline impact. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who knows how to turn partner relationships into revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Enable the Ecosystem: Create "To-Partner" toolkits, playbooks, and sales enablement materials that empower partner sales teams to effectively pitch Teleport to their customers.
- Strategic Sales Alignment: Serve as the marketing lead for our Channel and Alliance managers, aligning marketing spend with territory goals to accelerate late-stage deals through partner influence.
- Design & Execute Co-Marketing Programs: Lead the strategy and execution of "With-Partner" marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and digital demand generation designed to drive pipeline for both Teleport and our partners.
- Strategize and Execute Partner Events: Identify and execute partner events and activations. This includes securing speaking slots in partner theaters, organizing high-touch networking events, and managing joint sponsorships.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the Global Campaigns and Product Marketing teams to ensure partner messaging is woven into our core narrative, specifically targeting the "Developer to Decision-Maker" journey.
- Lifecycle Partner Marketing: Collaborate on the end-to-end partner journey, from onboarding new technology partners to optimizing long-term co-marketing ROI.
- Measurement & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of partner programs. You will own the metrics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, iterating on tactics based on data-driven insights.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven track record of working with channel partners/resellers and major cloud providers like (AWS, GCP, Azure) or security/infrastructure technology partners.
- Background: In cybersecurity and knowledge of industry.
- The "Tradeshow" Mindset: You understand that events are about density and trust. You have experience managing logistics and high-stakes networking environments.
- Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo). Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
- Communication: You can translate deep technical concepts into value-driven stories for both business and technical audiences.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to key partner hubs and major industry events.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by another 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. Then we'll have you meet with other members of the marketing and sales organizations for 30-minutes each, and a final 30-minute round with our CMO.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.

- Partner with community managers to capture student needs, product feedback, program gaps, standout use cases, and emerging regional trends.
- Surface unclear ownership or missing support early and drive agreed next steps through completion.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in program management, community operations, field marketing, campus programs, creator/community programs, or a related role.
- Strong systems thinker with hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable, CRM, project management, or workflow systems.
- Excellent execution skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across people, timelines, tools, and deliverables.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for updates, recaps, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Comfort working across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and regional partners.
- High ownership, low ego, and willingness to jump into messy problems.
- Strong interest in AI and how students are using it to learn, build, and create.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Luma, and community management tools.
BONUS
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
- Experience with student, campus, developer, creator, or education communities.
- Experience supporting programs across the US, Canada, and/or LATAM.
- Experience working with agencies or distributed global teams.
- Experience building operational systems from scratch.
- Deep curiosity and fluency with AI tools. You should be actively using tools like ChatGPT, Codex, or creative AI tools, and paying attention to how others are using them.
