Задачи: — Разрабатывать документацию раздела КР, КЖ, КМ на всех стадиях проекта (предпроект, сопровождение и разработка концепции, стадия П и РД, АН). — Контролировать сроки и ход выполнения разработки документации по выделенному объему работ с подрядными организациями. — Выполнять расчеты оснований, фундаментов, строительных конструкций зданий и сооружений на всех стадиях разработки документации. — Оформлять общие и расчетные пояснительные записки в составе проекта, разрабатывать модель и графическую часть проекта. — Защищать и согласовывать проектные решения. — Проводить взаимоувязку проектных решений раздела с АР, ПОС. — Анализировать получаемые от заказчика и смежников исходные данные, оценивать комплектность и полноту ИРД (ИГИ, расчеты влияния, технические обследования, водопонижение, геотехника и пр.). — Участвовать в авторском надзоре за соблюдением требований проектной документации в процессе СМР.
