Project Description The project focuses on upgrading the Financial Management System (FMS) by adding new functionality and automating key financial processes. The current claims funding process involves multiple internal and external systems, including vendor integrations. The proprietary FMS platform is responsible for payment generation, and many of its subprocesses require automation and optimization.
