WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're growing our Canadian Public Sector Delivery team and hiring Public Sector Delivery Analysts to help run some of the most consequential AI deployments in the country. You'll work alongside our Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), Technical Leads, and senior leadership to keep large, multi-stakeholder government programs organized, documented, and moving.
This is a hands-on delivery role for individuals who want exposure to enterprise AI and high-stakes program delivery while taking pride in making complex programs run smoothly. As a member of our small, senior team, you'll deliver sovereign AI to the Government of Canada, engage directly with clients from day one on a clear path toward leading engagements, and learn how frontier AI products are deployed in real, high-security environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive things to closure. Partner with the EPM and Technical Leads to track actions, dependencies, and blockers across Cohere and client teams making sure nothing slips.
- Show up in front of the client. Prepare and coordinate client sessions, capture outcomes, and progressively lead working-level sessions such as use-case and story refinement.
- Run the cadence. Own the meeting and reporting rhythm including agendas, scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups so every forum lands on time with clear next steps.
- Own the delivery artefacts. Build and maintain the plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, use-case registers, and traceability documentation that keep our engagements audit-ready and our clients confident.
- Keep the record straight. Maintain a single source of truth for program documentation in our public sector document management environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or an in-house technical delivery team.
- Delivery discipline. You've run RAID, action, and decision logs, refined user stories, maintained project plans on real projects and kept them accurate and clear.
- Client presence. You can lead a working session in front of a client, read the room, and know what to say and what to hold.
- Strong written communication. You think through the message before you build the slide. Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Technical fluency. You're comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases. You can talk with engineers and report back accurately.
- Follow-through. You close items without a second reminder and know what to escalate and when.
- Eligibility for a Government of Canada security clearance.
- Based in the Ottawa area.
- University Degree in Business/Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar preferred.
- Nice-to-have: High degree of French language proficiency.
WORKING LOCATION:

Lead rollout with operational managers and support colleagues through adoption.

Proactively identify areas where teams are becoming misaligned and drive the conversations necessary to resolve them.
Ensure stakeholders understand both what the team is doing and how individual activities connect to broader product and business priorities.
Team Execution & Scrum
Run and facilitate engineering scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and other working sessions as needed.
Ensure teams leave meetings with clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
Track blockers and risks through resolution rather than simply documenting them.
Help create a predictable and effective operating cadence between Product and Engineering.
Backlog & Roadmap Management
Build, maintain, and continuously improve the team backlog and roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
Ensure work is clearly prioritized, appropriately structured, and visible to stakeholders.
Maintain clarity between committed roadmap work, future opportunities, operational improvements, and unscheduled backlog items.
Identify dependencies, sequencing challenges, and resource conflicts before they become delivery issues.
Change Management & Communication
Communicate changes to priorities, timelines, scope, and direction clearly and proactively.
Help teams understand the why behind changes so that Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders have the context necessary to make better decisions.
Ensure important decisions and changes are documented and communicated consistently across impacted teams.

Work with leadership to understand root causes and define strategies for addressing them.
Translate operational strategies into actionable improvements for the team.
Continuously evaluate how planning, prioritization, communication, and execution processes can be improved.
Encourage accountability across teams and help ensure problems are driven toward resolution rather than passed between functions.

The right candidate will help create an environment where:
Teams understand what the highest priorities are and why.
Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Marketing remain aligned as plans evolve.

Changes are communicated clearly and with appropriate context.
Meetings result in decisions and action rather than additional ambiguity.
Operational problems are identified proactively and systematically improved.
Leadership has confidence in the team’s ability to execute against its commitments.
Skills & Experience
Strong Communication
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to communicate effectively across technical, product, creative, and business teams.
Comfortable facilitating discussions involving competing priorities or viewpoints.
Able to simplify complex situations and provide teams with clear direction and context.
Highly Organized
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader strategic priorities.

Takes ownership of driving issues toward resolution.
Strategic & Operational Thinking
Able to distinguish between isolated execution problems and broader systemic challenges.
Comfortable working with leadership to improve how teams operate.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to identify root causes rather than treating symptoms.
Able to balance immediate delivery needs with longer-term improvements to team effectiveness.
Preferred Expenrience
Significant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Operations, or a similar role within a technology or software organization.
Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

As Airalo continues to grow, so do the opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and make a real impact - from anywhere in the world.
