- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.

- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.

WHY JOIN US?
This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with account executives from the first technical conversation through production rollout, helping companies evaluate LangChain, prove it out on their hardest use case, and get agents running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team. Solutions Engineers own the technical win: scoping evaluations, designing POCs that mirror real workloads, answering the deep architecture questions that decide a deal, and staying with the customer after signature to make sure what we sold actually ships.
We sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. What we learn in the field shapes both how customers adopt LangChain and what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI, in front of customers, on a clock. Not demos, not research: systems real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is measurable in closed deals and live deployments, and the work directly shapes how AI agents get built in the real world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs that map to the customer's real use case rather than a canned demo
- Be the technical authority in the room during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions, and head-to-head evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, from prototype through rollout
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences, from single-team sessions to larger technical enablement
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions, and find the expansion opportunities that come out of those conversations
- Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets, cookbooks, and example code that scale across accounts
- Contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, software engineering, or founding and product engineering, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and competitive evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences, then translate that into a decision the customer is ready to make
- A track record of taking responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- A bias toward action and a willingness to figure things out as you go
- Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVES
- You've deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience carrying a technical number or working against pipeline alongside a sales team
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
We are seeking a versatile Solution Architect to lead the localized adaptation and system integration of our Global MVNO Core. Your mission is to ensure that our platform (HSS, DRA, PGW) isn't just "connected," but fully optimized for specific local market requirements.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our standardized engineering sprints and the diverse, custom-heavy needs of local MNOs, regulators, and partners. You will provide the "Functional Why and What" to the Core Network Engineers, allowing them to focus on the technical architecture while you ensure all regional mandates and interconnectivity specifications are met.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary conduit between legal/regulatory findings and the Core Network team, translating regional mandates into clear functional requirements and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Leading requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams to define scope, priorities, and implementation approach.
Comparing local regulatory requirements against existing platform capabilities and collaborating with Core Engineers to identify necessary enhancements, trade-offs, and phased delivery options.
Creating high-level technical workflows and flowcharts for regulatory services (e.g., MNP, Lawful Interception) to guide engineering teams and drive consistent implementation patterns.
Defining business rules and data exchange requirements for Number Portability (MNP) and specifying functional needs for voice/SMS routing, including edge cases and exception handling.
Defining data points and reporting frequencies required by local authorities, ensuring the engineering team builds the necessary data extraction tools and validation checks.
Leading the definition of acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements to ensure that technical delivery successfully satisfies the specific regulatory hurdles of each country.
Managing the technical-regulatory checklist for various countries simultaneously, ensuring all dependencies are captured for the development sprint and risks are proactively escalated.
Coordinating with local central databases and external partners to ensure interworking specifications meet local quality-of-service mandates and integration readiness milestones.
Mentoring and upskilling Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams on best practices for writing user stories, functional specifications, and traceability from regulation to implementation.
Providing functional leadership to development teams by clarifying intent, reviewing stories/acceptance criteria, and supporting solution design decisions that balance compliance, scalability, and maintainability.
Must haves:
7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry.
Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
Highly skilled in writing clear User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets that an engineering team can execute against.
Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and the nuances of varying global telecom markets.
Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and process flowcharts.
Experience coaching and mentoring members of the team
Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Prior work experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
Familiarity with Lawful Interception (LI) and regional compliance reporting.
