ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Manager to help build and lead our founding team of Enterprise Account Executives in London.
You'll help recruit the first reps, run deals alongside them while the team ramps, and contribute to the playbook for how Baseten wins European enterprises. It's a founding seat with real influence on how we build here, close to our founders and GTM leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp the founding team of Enterprise AEs in London. This is your highest-leverage work in year one
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation
- Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for the region, including which verticals to attack first
- Operate as a player-coach early on, carrying deals yourself while the team builds
- Stay deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews alongside our forward-deployed engineers
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn European enterprise requirements into roadmap and GTM input
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration from the first hire forward
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally as a first or early hire in a new team or region
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
- Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
- Based in London and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) Business Development team, based in China. This is a newly created, hybrid role sitting within the core XPN BD team — roughly 80% campaign and partner success, 20% business development support — created to close a gap in how XPN partners are supported once a deal closes: campaigns are launched, but no one consistently owns their ongoing success.
The best candidate will be someone comfortable owning outcomes rather than just relationships — proactively strategizing with partners, coordinating across internal teams to get campaigns right, and stepping in to help close deals when local presence and trust matter more than a remote pitch. Full ownership of the sales process (sourcing, pitching, commercial negotiation) sits with the Core China/APAC Team; this role isn't required to run a deal end-to-end, but is expected to help get opportunities over the line and make sure they deliver once signed.
If you're excited about building a new function from the ground up, becoming a product expert partners and internal teams rely on, and working across both Chinese and global creator platforms as publishers look to expand their reach, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators.
Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own end-to-end success of assigned partner campaigns post-signature — from kickoff through launch, live optimization, and post-campaign review.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners in China/APAC, building trusted, ongoing relationships rather than transactional check-ins.
Proactively strategize with partners on campaign structure, creator selection, storefront setup, and quest mechanics to maximize outcomes.
Identify risk signals early (underperformance, partner disengagement, unclear expectations) and drive corrective action before they become churn risks.
Coordinate directly with the XPN BD Team and Creator Success Team, pulling in the right internal resources at the right time.
Provide partners with clear, honest performance visibility — translating XPN data into terms that make sense for flat-fee and hybrid-model publishers.
Serve as an internal advocate for partner needs, feeding structured feedback back into XPN product, reporting, and process improvements.
Sit within the core XPN BD team and support the Core China/APAC Team in progressing late-stage opportunities — joining calls, providing local market context, and helping translate commercial terms into what will land with the partner.
Help identify expansion or upsell opportunities within existing successful partner relationships and flag them to the Core China/APAC Team.
Represent XPN at regional industry events across China and APAC, both to support active deals and to build XPN's local market presence.
Develop and maintain deep, current expertise in the XPN product to the point of being the go-to expert for partners and internal teams alike.
Work fluently across internal stakeholders (BD, Creator Success, Marketing, Data/Reporting) and external stakeholders (publisher teams, creator/MCN partners).
Game industry experience required based out of the China office (Beijing or Shanghai), in accordance with local in-office attendance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
3+ years in a customer success, account management, or partner management role — ideally in gaming, platform, adtech, or creator economy environments.
Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
Demonstrated ability to manage external partner relationships with a strategic, consultative approach — not purely reactive support.
Working knowledge of both the Chinese domestic platform landscape (Bilibili, Douyin, DouYu, Huya) and major global/international platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) — publishers are increasingly looking to expand reach beyond China, and this role needs to speak credibly to both sides of that expansion.
Comfort working cross-functionally across time zones with global teams, translating between local market realities and global program structures.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally for events and partner meetings across China and APAC.
Self-starter comfortable defining process in a role without an established playbook — this is a new function within XPN.
Nice To Have:
Prior direct or adjacent BD/sales exposure — this role will occasionally carry commercial conversations, though it is not a quota-carrying sales position.
Familiarity with additional regional platforms (e.g. Chzzk/SOOP in Korea, Niconico in Japan) for publishers expanding into wider APAC.
Experience working with flat-fee or hybrid commercial models and the reporting expectations that come with them.

We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Success is central to how we build, grow, and deliver value at Attio.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of our highest-potential customers, building deep relationships and helping them get meaningful value from Attio as their businesses grow.
Attio has a highly product-led customer base, and many of our most promising customers start as small, fast-growing teams. Success in this role isn't defined by customer size or current spend alone. You'll need to recognize potential early, understand where a customer's business is headed, and help them build the right foundations to scale with Attio.
This is a highly consultative and hands-on role. You'll understand each customer's GTM motion, uncover what they're trying to achieve, and translate their business needs into thoughtful recommendations across their workflows, data, and use of Attio. You'll work with fast-moving customers who expect you to bring both strategic thinking and strong product expertise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and develop relationships across a portfolio of high-potential customers.
- Lead customers through onboarding, adoption, ongoing value realization, renewals, and expansion.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, GTM motion, goals, and challenges.
- Identify potential early within a product-led customer base and help customers deepen their adoption as they grow.
- Advise customers on how to structure their workflows, processes, and use of Attio to support their business.
- Balance strategic relationship management with hands-on solutioning, moving comfortably between business goals and product configuration.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations and become a trusted partner as their businesses evolve.
- Use customer data, product insights, and business context to identify risks and opportunities across your portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for deeper adoption and expansion based on customer needs and growth.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Sales to solve customer problems and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Bring customer insights back into Attio to help shape our product and Customer Success motion.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience owning customer relationships in B2B software, ideally across SMB and mid-market customers in a product-led environment.
- A consultative approach and ability to understand a customer's business before jumping to a solution.
- Strong product instincts and a track record of coaching customers on how to get the most out of a complex software product.
- Comfort working hands-on with customers to solve problems rather than relying heavily on separate technical or implementation teams.
- Experience owning customer outcomes across adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.
- Strong commercial instincts and an ability to recognize customer potential beyond current spend or company size.
- Comfort working with fast-growing companies and lean teams where priorities and needs can change quickly.
- A data-driven approach to prioritizing your portfolio, identifying risk, and uncovering opportunities.
- Experience working at an early- or growth-stage startup.

The Sr. Client Partner will be responsible for driving the growth of Disney's advertising revenue (Disney+, ESPN, linear channels and digital platforms), owning the full sales cycle: from identifying opportunities and developing commercial proposals, through negotiation, deal closing, campaign execution and results analysis. The role combines a commercial and consultative mindset with a strong focus on building long-term strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers.
Main Responsibilities
Drive the growth of Disney's advertising revenue by aligning advertisers' business objectives with Disney's advertising solutions (streaming, premium video, linear and digital) through a consultative sales approach.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, deal closing and post-campaign follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, agencies and direct clients in the local market, including senior-level relationships where appropriate.
Develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations grounded in data, audience insights and market trends, tailored to each client's objectives.
Own campaign delivery and reporting: provide clients and the sales team with quantitative and qualitative analysis of performance drivers (product, budget, cost and creative efficiency) against the agreed KPIs.
Coordinate with the legal, traffic/broadcasting and ad operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance and flawless campaign execution before and during air.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, Client Solutions and Research to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Skills and Experience Required
3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media sales or online advertising; for senior positions, a proven track record selling premium video, BVOD or streaming inventory, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, streaming/CTV platforms, social media and mobile advertising, and ideally experience with programmatic or self-serve buying solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to clients and large audiences.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinking, a collaborative spirit, energy and a strong goal orientation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field.
Advanced English.
The mindset we are looking for :
Genuine technological curiosity: adopts, tests and integrates new tools — including AI — into the way they work, rather than merely tolerating them.
Analytical thinking: able to read data, interpret pipeline signals and make decisions based on information, not intuition alone.
Orchestration ability: does not aim to do everything manually, but to coordinate — letting AI handle research, draft materials and suggest next steps — while the person decides, personalizes and builds the relationship.
Real adaptability: anticipates changes in the sales process instead of merely reacting to them.
Strategic relationship building: prioritizes quality over quantity, thinks long term and knows where to invest time across the account portfolio.

THE ROLE
Supply is responsible for knowing everything happening in the compute market: who's building, who's buying, and on what terms. This role owns a specific and fast-moving slice of that map — emerging clouds and international markets — and owns the full relationship lifecycle in that space, from first outreach through to closed terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a real-time picture of the emerging cloud and international compute landscape — who's active, what they're building, and what terms are available
- Own the full partnership lifecycle in this space — from identifying and sourcing new providers, to negotiating terms, to ongoing relationship management
- Develop and manage relationships across a broad set of emerging and international providers, from account reps up through leadership
- Identify, structure, and help close opportunities where Baseten can move quickly to secure favorable capacity terms
- Define compelling value propositions tailored to different types of providers, rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch
- Partner closely with others in the team already covering this space to build out a durable, well-organized intelligence and relationship function
- Collaborate with the broader Supply and Deals functions to bring opportunities to the table and support negotiation when it's time to close
REQUIREMENTS
- Equal parts relationship-builder and operator — you can open a door and also drive it all the way to a closed deal, not just make the introduction
- Background as a broker or market participant in the compute/cloud space is a plus, though we're looking for relationship-builders, not high-pressure sales types
- Creative-thinkers with the ability to build strong rapport with all types of people at all levels of an organization
- Comfortable with a role that offers strong equity upside in exchange for being early and building something from scratch, versus a purely cash-heavy comp structure elsewhere in the market
- Self-directed and high-energy; thrives operating with real autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-changing market
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing network within emerging cloud providers, GPU brokers, or international compute markets
- Prior experience at a neocloud, GPU marketplace, or compute brokerage
- Experience building channel or ecosystem partnership programs at scale
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT BASETEN

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This role owns Baseten's relationships and market intelligence across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds, including NVIDIA cloud partners. This is a technical and commercial role in equal measure: you'll evaluate capacity from the GPU to the data center, negotiate cost and terms with suppliers, and stay close enough to the market to develop and defend a real point of view on where it's heading. Given current market conditions, Baseten needs a much stronger pulse on this part of the market so we can track pricing, stay close to the right relationships, and move fast the moment more capacity is needed. This is a senior, experienced hire who will also help pair with and develop 1-2 junior to mid-level teammates covering the same space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain deep relationships across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds (including NVIDIA cloud partners), working each organization from top to bottom rather than a single point of contact
- Maintain a consistent, "top of mind" presence with key accounts so Baseten is positioned to move quickly when capacity needs arise
- Evaluate capacity from the GPU to the data center — hardware generation, rack and node configuration, interconnect, power density, and cooling — so you know what a configuration will actually deliver, not just what the spec sheet claims
- Live in compute pricing daily: track rates by GPU generation, region, and contract term to keep Baseten informed and competitive
- Partner with the Deals function to negotiate terms — capacity commitments, deposits and payment timing, SLAs, and remedies — and bring agreements to close
- Build and defend a view on where the hyperscaler and neocloud market is heading — supply coming online, platform transitions, and regional or policy shifts — and turn it into concrete relationship and sourcing decisions
- Help mentor and pair with 1-2 junior to mid-level teammates building coverage in this same space
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A relationship-builder with a strategic mindset — this is not an enterprise sales role, and we're specifically not looking for a traditional seller's approach
- Enough technical fluency with GPUs, racks, and data center infrastructure to evaluate what a supplier is actually offering, not just take their word for it
- Market instinct — you follow pricing closely, form independent views, and can explain why a rate moved and what it implies going forward
- Commercial judgment — comfortable with unit economics and contract structure, and know when a price implies something is wrong
- Experience building and sustaining multi-level relationships within large, complex organizations
- Strong judgment on when and how to escalate relationships to senior leadership for maximum impact
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships within hyperscalers or major neocloud providers, including NVIDIA cloud partners
- NVIDIA or OEM allocation relationships — experience managing allocation, forecasting, or partner standing directly with a chip vendor or tier-1 OEM
- Comfort traveling to evaluate sites and infrastructure in person
- Experience in a compute, GPU marketplace, or infrastructure-adjacent relationship or business development role
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
