VIP Manager (iGaming)

Responsibilities: — Manage and develop your own portfolio of VIP players. — Build long-term relationships with high-value clients. — Provide personalized support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. — Monitor player activity, behaviour, and performance. — Handle VIP requests related to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account verification. — Analyze player metrics and identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement. — Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. Requirements: — At least 1–2 years of experience as a VIP Manager or Account Manager in iGaming/Betting. — Experience managing your own VIP player portfolio. — Knowledge of key metrics such as GGR, NGR, and Turnover. — Experience working with CRM systems and player analytics. — Fluent Turkish and Russian (C1 or above). — Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. — High level of ownership, proactivity, and attention to detail.
