Customer Support Specialist (APAC)

Relay is seeking a Customer Support Specialist based in the APAC region within UTC+5 to UTC+9:30 timezones to provide front-line support during a Saturday-to-Wednesday schedule, including weekend coverage. The role involves managing customer inquiries by responding to tickets with clarity, investigating issues through backend logs, transaction records, and block explorers, and understanding on-chain transaction flows to escalate problems effectively to engineering teams. The specialist will also identify recurring issues to improve processes and documentation, contribute to automation efforts, and support developer portal tools. Candidates should have over three years of experience in technical or customer support within the tech sector, strong communication skills, proficiency with software tools including AI, and the ability to prioritize tasks dynamically. Experience with cryptocurrency technologies, developer support, startup environments, and automation tools is advantageous.
