Personal Data Protection Consultant

Location: Al Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ·        Developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR. ·        Conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and ensuring privacy by design principles are integrated into projects and systems. ·        Providing guidance to business units on data protection requirements and best practices. ·        Monitoring and evaluating data protection practices within the organization and recommending improvements. ·        Responding to data protection inquiries and assisting with data subject rights requests. ·        Preparing and delivering data protection training and awareness programs to employees. Requirements ·        Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, Data Protection, or a related field. ·        4-6 years of experience in data protection and privacy, with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations. ·        Certification in data protection, such as CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe), CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager), or equivalent. ·        Strong understanding of data protection frameworks and principles, including GDPR. ·        Experience conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and implementing privacy by design. ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
