Product Manager - SME Lending Lead

Location: Russia; Belgrade, Serbia; Tbilisi, Georgia; Kazahstan, Kazakhstan; Lagos, Nigeria We are scaling our SME Lending direction and looking for a Product Manager - Lending Lead who can own the product end-to-end and drive measurable growth from day one. This role requires someone hands-on, data-driven, and commercially sharp — with real experience in building and scaling digital lending products for B2B / SME clients. We expect first tangible outcomes within 6–8 weeks .
