Marketing & Events Manager

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia We are looking for a creative and well-organised Marketing & Events Manager to promote our real estate projects in Tbilisi. You will shape how the market sees our projects through campaigns, events, media and partnerships, and you will help the sales team generate strong demand. What you will do: Develop and launch marketing initiatives for our residential projects Create and deliver events, including project launches, open days and client evenings Build connections with local media outlets and manage publications and placements Coordinate billboard and other outdoor advertising campaigns Set up co-marketing partnerships with brands and local businesses Work with external agencies, production teams and suppliers Allocate and monitor marketing spend Measure results and prepare performance reports Requirements 3+ years in marketing for real estate, premium brands or hospitality Events you have planned and run personally, with materials you can share Hands-on experience with local media, outdoor advertising and partnerships Confidence in managing contractors and working within budgets A creative mindset combined with strong attention to execution Fluency in Russian and Georgian A good command of English Benefits Salary A budget to bring your campaign and event ideas to life Creative freedom in building partnerships and media presence A visible impact on sales results through close work with the sales team
