This role leads IT third-party management and procurement at Capital.com, delivering it against the strategy and priorities set by the VP of IT Operations. You own the full third-party lifecycle (search, onboarding, relationship management and offboarding) and the procurement of hardware, software and IT services, and you make the function the single, front-loaded entry point for buying: fast for the business, controlled for the company. You turn ad hoc, reactive vendor work into defined, repeatable processes that partner teams can rely on, with controls scoped to each vendor's risk. Working in a regulated group (FCA, CySEC and others), you keep third-party risk and spend under control while the business moves at speed, and you lead the IT Procurement team.
What You Will Do:
Lead IT third-party management and procurement and deliver it against the strategy and priorities set by the VP of IT Operations.
Own and run the third-party lifecycle end to end: search, onboarding, relationship management and offboarding, as defined, repeatable processes.
Own procurement of hardware, software and IT services, from sourcing and negotiation through purchase and renewal, as a single front-loaded entry point.
Scope controls to vendor risk through triage and tiering: first-pass assessment runs in the team, with Legal, Security, Compliance and IT Compliance confirming under agreed SLAs.
Design processes from scratch: document procedures, visualise workflows, then roll them out with training, feedback and iteration until they actually work.
Use process automation and AI to front-load checks and cut manual effort across the lifecycle.
Partner with Asset Management and FinOps so vendor, contract, spend and asset data stay one non-duplicated source of truth.
Give Finance and Treasury forward visibility of spend and payments: what, when, how much, which entity, which method.
Meet third-party regulatory and audit obligations by design (DORA register of information and similar), so reports are extracted, not assembled by hand.
Line-manage and develop the IT Procurement team; set direction, priorities and quality bars.
Who You Will Work With:
Asset Management and FinOps specialists: vendor, contract, spend and asset data as one shared source.
IT Infrastructure and IT Service Desk: requirements, deployment and support of purchased solutions.
Legal and Finance (budgeting and accounting): contracts, budget gates, payments and cost.
Compliance and IT Compliance: third-party risk framework, second-line confirmation and regulatory obligations.
What You Bring:
Experience leading vendor or third-party management and procurement in a regulated organisation (FCA, CySEC or similar); regulated experience is essential.
A track record of delivering against an agreed strategy and roadmap while bringing your own judgment to reach the outcome.
Proven ability to build processes from scratch: documenting procedures and visualising workflows.
Strong process rollout skills: you train people, gather feedback and iterate until the process works in practice, not just on paper.
Experience running the full vendor lifecycle and IT procurement (sourcing, negotiation, contracts, renewals, offboarding).
Comfort scoping controls to risk and working with Legal, Security and Compliance as defined interfaces.
People leadership: you lead a procurement team, set standards and develop people.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder skills across business, engineering and control functions.
Nice to Have:
DORA knowledge and experience with a register of information.
Process automation, and active use of AI to speed assessment and administration.
Jira workflow at user level (no admin required).
Familiarity with third-party risk frameworks, outsourcing requirements, ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
Fintech, brokerage or banking experience.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join one of the Data Platform teams that works with the Marketing, Growth, partner, and financial data domains.
You will be working with cutting edge cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, BigQuery, Databricks, K8s) and building a large scale data infrastructure for analytics, machine learning, and streaming/CDC data delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build and operate batch and streaming ingestion into a layered BigQuery DWH (raw → ODS → data marts) using Airflow, Debezium CDC over Kafka with protobuf, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow
Integrate external data sources end-to-end — marketing platforms (GA4, AppsFlyer, TikTok/Meta/Google Ads), payment providers, S3 buckets, and third-party APIs — including schema contracts, backfills, and reconciliation
Engineer the data platform itself in Python: custom Airflow operators and connectors in a shared ETL framework, Kafka Connect on Strimzi (K8s), Cloud Functions, and API integrations with external providers
Build CI/CD and change-management tooling for BigQuery: GitHub-based test-and-approval flows, SQL migration engines (Liquibase/Flyway/Bytebase), sandbox validation, backup and rollback
Own reliability and correctness of pipelines: idempotency, deduplication, late-data handling, backfill and replay, freshness monitoring and alerting; write integration and unit tests
Drive data governance and compliance: ITGC-compliant change management for BigQuery, IAM and least-privilege access, PII policy tags and DLP, Unity Catalog on Databricks, column-level lineage (OpenMetadata/Dataplex), and disaster-recovery planning
Build internal data tools and platform services for agentic workflows with data — Streamlit apps, Slack bots, LLM-based agents and MCP servers that help teams find and use data
Support analysts and business teams with data requests, fostering data-driven decision-making across the company
Contribute to system design and architecture with the development team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong practical Python: clean, well-structured, and tested code for services, tooling, and data pipelines
Solid software design skills (OOP, modularity, design patterns) — we build platform tools for agentic workflows with data and plan to develop data-related backend services, so well-designed code is highly valued
Experience building and operating services in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS or similar): CI/CD, containerization, monitoring and alerting
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform — our infrastructure runs on GCP/K8s
Hands-on experience with DWH-related tasks (BigQuery or another cloud warehouse) and confident working SQL
Clear communication with non-engineering stakeholders — a meaningful share of the work is data requests from analysts and business teams
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of technologies or services and proactively contribute ideas to the team
Nice to have
Advanced SQL: complex queries, window functions, partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization
Experience building reliable pipelines around CDC (e.g., Debezium): idempotency, schema evolution, backfills, and reconciliation
Analytical data modeling skills: table grain, facts vs dimensions, slowly changing dimensions, and metric definitions
Experience with stream processing frameworks such as Flink or Apache Beam/Dataflow
Exposure to data governance and audit compliance (ITGC/SOX), Databricks Unity Catalog, or lineage/catalog tooling (OpenMetadata, Dataplex)
Interest in building LLM-based agents and AI tooling for data

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is seeking a 2LoD Compliance Strategist to provide dedicated independent second-line assurance across Ramp UK & Irish regulated businesses.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn regulatory expectations into a practical, evidence-led monitoring and assurance programme.
The role sits within Ramp's Europe Compliance function and supports the Head of Compliance & MLRO - Europe. You will not own first-line operational decisions or perform routine casework. Instead, you will independently test and challenge the design and operation of financial-crime, safeguarding, payments, outsourcing, governance, and regulatory-change controls. You will make sure that findings are understood, remediated by accountable owners, and independently validated before closure.
Ramp Payments Europe is developing across multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, payment rails, banking partners, product journeys, and shared Group services. The successful candidate will help give management and Boards a clear, reliable view of whether controls work in practice and where action is needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a practical, risk-based compliance monitoring programme across Ramps European entities.
- Test key controls and identify gaps, with a focus on whether they work in practice.
- Support assurance over financial-crime, payments, safeguarding, and outsourced-service controls.
- Track regulatory, Board, partner, audit, and internal commitments to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Manage findings and remediation, helping accountable teams resolve issues and confirming actions are closed.
- Produce clear reporting for management and Boards on key risks, control issues, incidents, and progress.
- Provide independent compliance input and advisory on significant product, payments, outsourcing, and operational changes.
- Deputise for the Head of Compliance & MLRO where required.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Min. 4 year of experience in compliance, risk, audit, controls, or regulatory change within payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated environment.
- Experience supporting compliance monitoring, control testing, issue management, remediation, or governance reporting.
- Working knowledge of UK and/or EU financial-services regulation, with the ability to apply requirements pragmatically in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with financial-crime controls such as customer due diligence, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, or record keeping.
- An interest in areas such as payments, safeguarding, outsourcing, operational resilience, or third-party oversight.
- Strong judgement and communication skills, with the confidence to identify issues, explain risk clearly, and work constructively with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams.
- Curious about using AI responsibly to improve compliance analysis, monitoring, or documentation.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience in a UK payment institution, e-money institution, bank, card issuer, acquiring business, or payments fintech.
- Experience supporting FCA-facing work, banking-partner due diligence requirements.
- Experience with Consumer Duty, safeguarding, or formal outsourcing governance.

About Us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
The role supports and independently delivers key elements of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across Tabby's UAE entities, helping the business understand which services must keep running, how long they can be disrupted before customers are harmed, and whether the firm could recover within that time. The role works closely with first-line owners across the business and supports the firm's response to regulatory expectations on operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across both UAE entities, in line with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) expectations and the Group risk framework.
Run the business impact analysis cycle with departments — gathering, challenging and consolidating what each team does, what breaks if it stops, and how quickly.
Support the identification of critical operations and the setting of impact tolerances, working with first-line owners and senior management.
Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery plans, dependency mapping and crisis playbooks, keeping them current, practical and usable.
Coordinate and support the exercise and testing programme, including tabletop exercises, and document outcomes, lessons learned and follow-up actions.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of business continuity and operational resilience policies, standards and methodologies.
Contribute to resilience reporting for senior management, risk committees and the regulator, including maturity and self-assessment positions.
Support third-party and technology dependency work where it affects the resilience of critical operations.
Provide practical support to first-line owners on business impact analyses, recovery objectives, continuity planning and remediation actions.
Act as a point of contact for internal audit and support regulatory or external reviews relating to business continuity and operational resilience.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools, maintenance of documentation, committee materials, action trackers and audit-ready evidence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2–4 years' experience in business continuity, operational resilience, operational risk or a related role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Practical working knowledge of business continuity and resilience concepts — business impact analysis, recovery objectives, continuity planning and testing — with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Awareness of regulatory expectations for operational resilience; familiarity with CBUAE requirements or an equivalent regime is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to run workshops and interviews with department heads and to challenge the answers constructively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear plans, reports and presentations.
