About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the leader of Partner Services Delivery and Success within Partnerships at Anthropic, you will lead the global field delivery, partner success and partner health teams that make Claude deployments succeed at our customers when our partners build and run them. This is a senior leadership role on the Partnerships leadership team, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships.
A deployment starts with work the business wants an agent to do: a research process in a bank, claims handling at an insurer, engineering workflows in a retailer. A partner's engineers build it against the customer's own systems and data, evaluate it on real work rather than a demo, and put it live. If it holds, the customer builds the next ten themselves and the partner carries the pattern to the next customer in that industry.
What good means is the same every time, whoever builds it: on time, on track, high quality, high customer satisfaction, and impact the customer can see in their own business. Holding that across thousands of deployments a year, almost none of which your own people build, is the job.
This is a build, and it is a scaling problem. The function is new, the teams are mostly still to be hired, demand is growing far faster than any team can be hired against it, and the way we deploy agents is changing faster than a method written down in advance can keep up with.
What you will own
Deployment strategy and approached.
Bringing the best ways to deploy Claude to our customers through partners: which deployment approaches we back, which partners we build them with, and how both change as the models and the use cases move.
Field delivery.
A global organisation across the Americas and international markets, which you hire, lead and grow. Our own people, in region, alongside the partner's team on live engagements: they run the delivery cadence, hold the work to date and quality, and are the first to know when something is going wrong. Most of the team sits here, and it is accountable for deployments landing on time and on track, to a high quality bar, with high customer satisfaction and impact the customer can see in their own business, against the customer's own deployment plan rather than a partner work order.
Delivery assurance.
The standard a Claude deployment is held to, how it is inspected on live engagements, and how a shortfall gets back to the partner as root cause rather than as a complaint. Where a partner's own delivery practice meets that standard, you approve them to carry the work and you assure the result.
Partner success.
The partner's own capability to deliver. One person is the point of contact across everything a partner is building, and the method is built with partners rather than handed to them: the patterns that worked on real engagements, turned into something the next partner can run, and the centres of excellence inside our largest partners that let their own engineers deliver to our standard.
Partner health and escalation.
An honest read on how every partner is really performing, held apart from the teams that own the commercial relationship so the score can be trusted. A falling score starts an escalation, and it is how we decide what a partner is ready to take on next.
Working with the account team.
Account executives, the partner account and success teams, and the partner's own delivery leadership, so that a deployment has one plan and one set of owners rather than three.
The relationships.
Delivery leadership at our largest partners, technology and business leadership at their clients, and Applied AI, Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering inside Anthropic. Most of what you need you will not control, so this role is carried by trust rather than reporting lines.
The bench.
Delivery capability in markets that do not yet have any, built with partners who have not done this work before.
You will also build the measurement, since knowing whether a deployment is working is still largely done by the people closest to it; make your own organisation AI-native, running the delivery records, the quality signals and the pattern-finding on Claude; act as the executive sponsor in our most strategic partner-led deployments; travel to partner and customer sites and to conferences for executive-level sessions, technical workshops and relationship building; and stay current with emerging AI trends and the evolving partner market.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 15+ years in technical delivery, professional services or solutions leadership, including several years leading leaders.
Have built a delivery organisation rather than inherited one, and have executed through a period when its volume changed by an order of magnitude.
Have been accountable for whether large enterprise deployments reached production and were used, not only whether they were delivered to plan.
Have run delivery through other people's engineers and still held the quality bar, so you know the difference between assuring work and policing it.
Have worked with or inside global systems integrators and advisory firms, and understand how their delivery practices, staffing and economics actually work.
Understand how to contribute to running a GTM organisation anchored on a consumption business model, not SaaS sales cycles.
Have deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and agent architectures, and have built with LLMs yourself, including evals and the gap between something that works in review and something that survives in production.
Have strong executive presence and build deep, durable relationships with technical and business leaders, at our partners and at their clients.
Have a passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial.
Stay up-to-date and informed by taking an active interest in emerging research and industry trends within AI.
Strong candidates may also have
Led delivery in the first years of a technology.
Built the method while delivering with it, and turned what worked on one engagement into what the next hundred start from.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The role
The Service Desk IT Operations Lead is the senior individual contributor on the Service Desk path and the senior technical escalation point for Service Desk across
EMEA

The role owns and improves Service Desk processes, runbooks, escalation paths, the employee hardware lifecycle and new-hire IT onboarding, administers Service Desk tooling on behalf of its owners, and leads improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects. It acts as the bridge between the Service Desk and Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications and Security, and leads through expertise, judgment and influence rather than formal authority. It carries no line-management responsibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serve as the final technical escalation point within Service Desk for high-severity, high-complexity and business-critical issues, before engagement of Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Security or vendors; coordinate major-incident response, communication and post-incident follow-through with the relevant teams.
Act as consultation point for L1/L2 on complex or unusual cases: advise on troubleshooting approach, ownership, escalation path and resolution before issues are escalated.

MDM
, collaboration tools and meeting-room technology.
Administer and configure Service Desk tooling (e.g. Jira Service Management workflows and automation, device enrolment and

policy, hardware asset management tooling) as agreed with the tool and platform owners, and propose and implement improvements, including request workflows and automations used by adjacent functions. Ownership of the tools and platforms sits with IT leadership and platform owners.
Administer selected corporate IT systems and services according to operational requirements, including access and permissions management, service configuration and automation.
Maintain and improve Service Desk procedures, runbooks, escalation paths and knowledge base; propose technical standards for approval by Service Desk management and maintain them once approved; advise on operational priorities.
Contribute to creating and updating documentation: runbooks, process documents, technical standards and knowledge-base articles, setting the standard for documentation quality across the team.
Analyze ticket, escalation and
SLA
data to identify systemic issues and contribute to
SLA
reporting; lead root-cause analysis and problem management; design process, tooling and automation changes that improve first-time resolution and reduce escalation volume.
Assess proposed solutions and operational changes for supportability and user impact; advise management and partner teams on the support implications of technology decisions.
Provide organizational context on existing and legacy IT processes, systems, decisions and ownership structures; apply it when evaluating current processes, and improve legacy practices where appropriate.
Identify gaps or ambiguities in operational ownership and work with the relevant stakeholders to establish practical solutions.
Own and improve employee-lifecycle processes, including hardware provisioning and, with Onboarding and People teams, new-hire IT onboarding across
EMEA
and
APAC
.
Recommend standards for company-provided laptops, peripherals and other end-user equipment, balancing business need, supportability, lifecycle and market availability; maintain the approved standards.
Own employee hardware lifecycle processes, provisioning, replacement, reuse, return, disposal and employee resale, and provide demand forecasts and regional requirements (including Bill & Hold) to IT Supply Chain and Procurement; recommend routine purchases against agreed standards, approving only within a documented delegated spend limit.
Lead and continuously improve equipment reuse and employee resale, including TechShop.
Contribute to forecasting and budget planning for employee technology and Service Desk requirements.
Support Service Desk contracts, renewals and licensing; maintain working relationships with hardware and Service Desk vendors.
Lead Service Desk projects, system migrations, new technology rollouts, process optimization, and contribute Service Desk expertise to company initiatives such as regional expansion, office launches, organizational changes and onboarding improvements, working with Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Security, HR/People, Onboarding, Recruiting, Procurement, Workplace/Facilities and the
AV
/Builds team.
Advise partner functions on Service Desk capabilities, procedures, requirements and dependencies, and work with them to define and improve shared operational processes (e.g. joiner/mover/leaver with People, office launches with Workplace).
Act as technical interviewer in Service Desk recruitment, providing structured feedback and hiring recommendations to management, and technical input to role requirements.
Deliver technical onboarding for new team members and mentor L1 and L2 through joint troubleshooting, coaching and knowledge transfer, documenting approaches to reduce reliance on individual knowledge.
Stay hands-on: support the IT Bar, queue and events alongside L1/L2 when needed, and lead by example on ticket quality and communication.
Provide operational evidence for audits and compliance (including equipment lifecycle and offboarding); follow security, access-governance and procurement requirements; escalate material concerns to the appropriate owner.
We expect you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of IT support or service desk experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Advisory & Services channel is one of the most strategically important growth levers in the business. As an Advisory& Services Partner Development Representative (PDR), you'll be the engine behind acquiring, reactivating, and qualifying the consulting firms, System Integrators (SIs), and advisory practices that refer, implement, or integrate Ramp for their clients.
You'll be holding conversations with partnership heads, business development leads,Managing Directors, and practice leads at consulting firms, ERP implementation shops, and strategic advisory practices - building relationships that turn into signed referral agreements and a pipeline of activated partners that are Ramp champions.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Is gritty and relentless - comfortable reaching out to firm leaders who are slow to respond and keeps going anyway
- Carries real executive presence and can credibly hold a conversation with a Partner or MD at a top-tier firm
- Has a strong client hand - naturally curious about how consulting and advisory firms serve their clients, and speaks their language
- Thrives when the playbook is still being written and takes ownership of building it
- Embraces AI to augment and automate processes to drive greater efficiencies for workflows
What You'll Do
- Source and qualify net new consulting, advisory, and technology partners that can drive referral pipeline and commercial value to Ramp, focused on firms with active CFO-level client relationships
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers by qualifying partner candidates against Ramp's tiering criteria and handing off warm, ready-to-activate relationships
- Reactivate dormant services partners across Ramp's existing book of ~400 consulting, technology, and advisory firms - identifying which relationships have gone cold and reigniting them through strategic, senior-level outreach
- Identify and engage system integrators (SIs) and ERP implementation specialists - specifically firms in the NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, and Odoo ecosystems - to build Ramp's productized SI implementation program
- Craft outbound messaging and campaigns tailored to services partner archetypes - boutique firms, PE-focused advisory practices, tech consulting firms, and ERP implementation shops
- Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in Salesforce; track pipeline health across both dormant reactivation and net new acquisition motions
- Leverage AI tools and lightweight automations to scale partner outreach, surface reactivation opportunities, and build repeatable workflows across a high-volume partner book
What You Need
- Grit and drive to run a high-volume, high-quality outbound motion against senior contacts who are hard to reach - and the persistence to keep going
- Executive presence: you can hold a credible conversation with a Partner or Managing Director at a consulting or advisory firm, and they take you seriously
- Deep understanding of how consulting firms go to market, how they serve CXO-level clients, and drive influence
- A client-oriented mindset - you lead with what's in it for the partner's business, not just Ramp's
- Strong written communication skills - outreach that is pithy, credible, and gets responses from senior people at busy firms
- Comfort managing a large, segmented partner book and staying disciplined across long reactivation and qualification cycles
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or sales development or as a business analyst in a strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
Nice to Haves
- Background at - or selling to - consulting firms, strategy practices, Systems Integrators (SIs) or advisory businesses
- Exposure to ERP ecosystems: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar implementation partner communities
- Familiarity with how system integrators operate: how they price services, staff implementations, and build revenue relationships with technology vendors
- Experience working in a partner channel that was still being built - first rep in a motion or early team member in a new GTM track
- Background in B2B fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (specifically Claude Code), building basic automations (bots, workflows, etc.) to drive efficiency in a sales, partnerships, or business development context
