About the team
The Control Plane Platform team is building the shared foundation that every product in ClickHouse Cloud is built and shipped on. We give ClickHouse engineering teams one place to own and deploy their product, remove the overhead of rebuilding common plumbing, and keep the customer experience consistent as the number of integrating teams grows. The team owns API gateways and API standards, shared platform services, deployment and infrastructure patterns, testing and CI, local developer experience and Control Plane observability.
About the role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform team. This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of our Cloud product, combining people leadership, technical direction, product thinking, and operational ownership while maintaining the reliability customers expect.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Infrastructure, Security, Support, and engineering teams across ClickHouse.
This role goes beyond engineering leadership. Together with your team, you’ll help shape how new products and teams will integrate and deploy their applications in ClickHouse Cloud.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team - recruit to a high bar, set crisp expectations, give direct feedback and career development, and manage performance — while fostering a healthy, inclusive environment built on empathy, psychological safety, trust, and a high technical bar.
- Own outcomes across the platform surface: API gateways and API standards, shared platform services (event bus, notifications, feature flags, websockets, audit records), deployment and infrastructure patterns, CI and testing, local developer experience, disaster recovery, and Control Plane observability.
- Treat the integrating teams as your customers and measure success by their delivery velocity and adoption of the platform, not only by what your team ships.
- Guide architecture and help senior engineers make explicit, sound tradeoffs. land cross-cutting migrations, deprecations, and contract changes across teams without stalling product delivery.
- Jump into designs and code for complex areas - gateway routing and auth/RBAC enforcement, spec-driven code generation, event delivery semantics and idempotency, multi-region rollout safety.
- Build the culture of operational excellence: Own SLOs, reliability, on-call quality, and cost-efficiency for k8s-hosted, multi-tenant services across cloud regions.
- Systematize support, reduce toil, and build self-serve/auto-healing capabilities - golden-path templates and generators, auto-healing, and documentation that gets a new team integrated in days rather than weeks.
- Shape the platform vision, turn it into a roadmap, sequence bets for business impact, and ship fast with tight feedback loops — including writing the RFCs that build cross-org consensus before big changes land
What you bring
- 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years managing software engineers with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong talent.
- Experience leading a platform or infrastructure team whose customers are other engineering teams — you've driven adoption and cross-org migrations through influence and good tooling rather than mandate.
- Experience leading distributed global teams, fostering an inclusive and autonomous culture, and creating clarity across time zones.
- Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-based infrastructure in AWS (EKS, SQS, DocumentDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Lambdas) with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts or similar).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), including patterns for hosting many independently deployed applications in a shared cluster.
- Familiarity with API platform work: OpenAPI-driven contracts, API gateways, and the shared concerns they centralize — authentication, RBAC, rate limiting, versioning, and deprecation.
- A track record of decomposing a monolith into independently deployable services without stalling product delivery.
- Technical credibility to engage deeply in architecture and incidents without owning daily implementation.
- Hands-on: you still enjoy diving into code/designs for complex or critical areas, reviewing code, and guiding via feedback.
- Strong execution judgment across ambiguity, parallel workstreams, risk, and long-term system health.
Nice to have
- Experience with large TypeScript/Node monorepos and the developer-experience problems that come with them: CI scale and flakiness, build and test times, local development environments, and code generation from specs.
- Designed and implemented strategies for load balancing, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and failover for cloud environments.
- Experience building CI/CD at scale
- Experience with internal developer platforms: service catalogs, golden-path templates, and self-service app scaffolding.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks (React).
- Experience making APIs consumable by AI agents — MCP servers, CLIs, or skills generated from API specs.
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Previous experience in developing analytics or data-intensive applications.
Why This Role
- Shape how all feature teams in ClickHouse Cloud develop and integrate with each other
- Operate with ownership, autonomy, and speed while keeping the company lean.
- Lead a technical team where correctness, performance, reliability, and developer experience all matter.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
AI is being built by many companies at once. Model labs train more capable models, hyperscalers provide infrastructure and distribution, developers build new AI products, and a growing set of tools gives agents more to work with. Baseten sits at the center of all of it, as the inference platform that developers and large companies use to run AI in production.
We're hiring Software Engineers with strong product and customer sense to join our Product Platform organization. This team builds the enterprise-hardened products that sit on top of our inference platform. These are the surfaces customers, partners, and their agents touch every day. We also build systems and products for developer productivity, including agentic platforms.
We're hiring across several areas:
- Commercialization, billing, and partnerships.
- Developer productivity and agentic development.
- Enterprise controls: identity, access, governance, and account lifecycle management.
You'll own customer-facing features end to end. That means talking to customers to define the problem, designing and shipping the solution, and iterating once it's in production. You'll work closely with product and design as a peer.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
You'll get to work on these types of projects as part of our Product Platform team:
- How we built RBAC that scales for the enterprise https://www.baseten.co/blog/rbac-from-the-ground-up-solving-for-autonomy-vs-control/
- Announcing our partnership with OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-openai-partnership/
- Introducing Baseten Hosted Tools https://www.baseten.co/blog/introducing-baseten-hosted-tools/
- How leading platforms ensure observability for LLM inference https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-leading-platforms-ensure-observability-for-llm-inference/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own customer-facing features end to end, from understanding who you're building for through design, launch, and iteration.
- Build platforms and systems that scale and perform well in production, not one-off features or scaffolding.
- Ship in phases, working directly with internal and external customers to validate and iterate along the way instead of betting on a single big launch.
- Weigh competing customer requests and make clear prioritization calls based on impact.
- Work closely with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams as a peer, contributing ideas rather than just implementing specs.
- Build the systems behind how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten, across billing, partnerships, and developer and agentic tooling.
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to completion with little process.
- Pick up new problem areas quickly and grow your scope as the team and product expand.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

This role may require in-person interview/s in Austin, Texas
About Osano:
Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About The Role:
We're looking for a product-minded
Senior Software Engineer
to own meaningful parts of the Osano platform end to end, from shaping a problem with Product to running the result in production.
This role is for an engineer who treats AI tooling as a real force multiplier. You use coding agents and AI-assisted workflows to explore unfamiliar code faster, ship more and remove repetitive work. You also have the judgment to verify everything that goes out under your name. We want someone whose impact goes beyond what they write by hand, and who helps the engineers around them do the same.
You'll work across our React front end, Node.js services, PostgreSQL data stores and AWS infrastructure. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, QA and Security.
This is a remote role. You must be based in, and authorized to work in, the United States.
What you'll do:
Build and ship product, end to end
Lead multi-sprint projects from design through rollout: turn a loosely defined problem into a plan, break it into work that you and others can action, and deliver close to estimate.
Design systems that hold up, and write design docs and decision records that weigh the alternatives.
Partner with Product on scope: propose MVP cuts, phasing and tradeoffs, and measure whether what we shipped actually helped customers.
Engineer with AI to multiply your impact
Use AI coding agents and assistants across the whole development lifecycle: exploring codebases, scaffolding, writing tests, debugging, refactoring, migrations and code review.
Stay accountable for every line you ship. You understand and can explain AI-generated code, and you know where AI shouldn't be trusted.
Turn repetitive engineering work into automation: scripts, agent workflows, and checks that save your team time every week.
Share what works: help define how our teams use AI tools, and how we review and verify AI-assisted work.
Use AI responsibly. Customer and personal data stays out of AI tools except through approved, privacy-safe paths. This is non-negotiable at a privacy company.
Own what you ship in production
Build observability, feature flags and rollback paths into your work from the start.
Take turns on our triage and on-call rotation. Lead incident response for your team's systems, and see postmortem follow-ups through to completion.
Identify tech debt, size it, and make the case to get it into the plan.
Build with privacy and security by design
Apply data minimization, residency, retention and access controls to the systems you design, especially those that handle customer and personal data.
Write secure code and fix vulnerabilities in your area as part of normal work.
Raise the bar and grow others
Give code and design reviews that change outcomes, not just approvals.
Mentor engineers earlier in their careers, and make your team better at testing, reviewing and operating software.
Interview candidates and help us hire well.
About you:
Delightful Experience.
You care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push for what actually helps.
Own Your Impact.
You take full responsibility for outcomes, from the first design doc to how the feature behaves in production at 2 a.m.
Stronger Together.
You put team success ahead of individual wins, give direct and kind feedback, and treat documentation and async communication as first-class work.
Growth Mindset.
You're curious and keep learning, especially as AI changes how software gets built. You're excited about what it can do without overselling it or ignoring its limits.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and create clarity for others through good design and clear writing.
Must-haves:
Typically
5+ years
building and shipping production software. We care more about what you've owned than the number of years.
A track record of
leading multi-sprint projects
from design to production in a team setting.
Strong
JavaScript/Node.js
and
React
experience, and solid
relational database
skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
Strong
system design
fundamentals: data modeling, API design, and naming the tradeoffs.
Experience
owning production systems
: on-call, incident response, observability.
Hands-on, day-to-day use of AI coding tools
such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, with concrete examples of how they made you or your team more effective, and how you verify their output.
Experience
mentoring
other engineers.
Strong
written communication
in a remote, async environment.
Nice-to-haves:
AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS), especially multi-region or data-residency work.
Privacy, security or compliance-sensitive B2B SaaS (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).
Building AI-powered automations, agent workflows or LLM-based product features.
Data and analytics tooling (Redshift, Athena) or event-driven architectures.
CI/CD, preview/ephemeral environments, end-to-end testing (Cypress).
How we work:
Fully remote, with at least four hours of overlap each day with your team's core hours.
Collaborative and video-on for meetings, and async-first for everything else. Bring people in when they are needed and share what you’re working on with the team.
Regular 1:1 checkins with your manager, with a focus on growth conversations.
Why Us:
We're a welcoming team that's dependable, curious, moves fast, and full of talented people
We're a B-corporation with a mission that matters, in a high-growth space with significant potential
You'll have access to our training program, well-defined career paths, and a leadership team that values professional development
Benefits:
Competitive-pay compensation and ownership interest/equity
Unlimited paid time off, plus a requirement to take at least two weeks off per year
We're a Best Place for Working Parents and offer paid parental leave for all new parents
Osano sponsors individual premiums on base plans at 100% and dependent premiums at 50% for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance via Aetna
A fully and permanently remote company, so you can work from anywhere in the U.S.
Receive a MacBook and $600 to craft your home workspace
Annual company trip designed to foster connection, creativity, and fun
Mental health benefits with free memberships to mindfulness and talk therapy services

A little bit about us:
We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities. We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.
Since starting our adventure in May 2019, we have raised $71m from the leading VC investors globally.
You can read more about our company here https://belvo.com/about/ and about our team and culture here https://belvo.com/careers/. Also, head to our blog https://belvo.com/blog/ for more news about what we’re building and how we work https://belvo.com/blog/category/working-belvo/.
About the team:
- We work in cross-functional, autonomous teams. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack.
- Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do.
- We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
- We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
- While we are global and remote-friendly, we also operate from our vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo. To accommodate the various time zones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up for at least 3 hours per day.
- Also, we are backed by some of the leading investors in Silicon Valley and Latin America, including Founders Fund, Kaszek Ventures, and YCombinator.
The challenge
The Intelligence Squad is Belvo's AI enabler team. One part of the squad builds the platforms and patterns that let every team at Belvo ship AI. This role sits in the other part: turning the financial data and payments we aggregate across Latin America into models that make real decisions, who looks creditworthy, which transaction is fraudulent, what category a payment belongs to, whether an income statement checks out. That data drives real financial outcomes for the people and businesses on the other end, so the bar for rigor is high.
You'll be the data science reference in the squad. We're not hiring someone to execute a modeling backlog someone else wrote. We want someone who decides which problems are worth modeling, defines how we know a model is good enough, and raises the data science bar for everyone they work with. You'll be deep enough in statistics and ML to defend a modeling choice to anyone, whether this is a set of rules to simplify a problem or a complex model that you build. You'll be close enough to the business to turn a commercial problem into a modeling roadmap and a business case. And you'll be a strong enough engineer to take your models from notebook to production and own them there.
Responsibilities
- Model development and selection: Lead the design of statistical and ML models (classification, regression, ranking, NLP or LLM-based) for problems like risk scoring, fraud detection and transaction categorization. Choose approaches on their merits and defend those choices with data, not habit.
- AI-leveraged delivery: Use agentic coding and research tooling as a core part of how you work: exploring data, generating and testing feature hypotheses, scaffolding pipelines, writing the service around the model. We care about the decisions you ship, not hours at the keyboard, and we expect you to keep compressing the gap between the two.
- Feature engineering with business context: Work with Product and the business teams to figure out which signals in Belvo's financial data actually explain the outcome you're modeling, and translate an ambiguous business question into a well-scoped modeling problem.
- Productionization and ownership: Take models past the notebook. Build or shape the pipelines, APIs and services that run them reliably in production, and own them once they're live: monitoring, drift, retraining, and retirement when the evidence says so.
- Experimentation: Design and run experiments (A/B tests and offline evaluation) to confirm that a model change actually moves the metric it's meant to move.
- Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Engineering, Data Research, Product, and the rest of the Intelligence Squad to ship end to end, and with stakeholders across the business to keep your models grounded in what actually matters to them.
- Business and customer partnership: Work directly with stakeholders and, when needed, customers. Translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped problems, and explain trade-offs and impact clearly to non-technical audiences, executives included.
- Staying current: GenAI moves weekly. We expect you to be genuinely plugged in: model releases, papers, and tooling, to hold an opinion on what's real versus hype, and to bring the useful parts back to the squad as a demo, a doc, or a session for our company-wide AI Chapter.
- Framing the problem: Decide what's worth modeling. Push back when a rule, a heuristic, or a better data pipeline solves the problem without a model, and be willing to kill or retire your own model when the evidence says so.
This position may be for you if
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, or in a similar hands-on modeling role.
- You've owned models end to end in production, from framing the problem to monitoring it live, and you can point to the measurable business impact they had.
- You have a solid grounding in statistics and can explain how your models work at that level, not just how to call them.
- You've built and compared more than one type of model (for example tree-based methods, regression, deep learning) for the same problem and can justify why you picked the one you shipped.
- You're comfortable in Python for data science (pandas, scikit-learn, and at least one of TensorFlow or PyTorch) and in SQL for pulling and shaping your own data.
- You've taken several models you built into production yourself, not just handed it off to someone else to deploy. You http://deploy.You understand engineering fundamentals: testing, version control, CI/CD, and how to write code someone other than you can maintain.
- You've built with LLMs past the API-call level: tool use or agents, retrieval, structured outputs, and shipped at least one to production. You can explain how you knew it was good enough, which means you've built some form of evaluation, not just eyeballed outputs.
- Agentic coding tools are part of your daily workflow, not a novelty. You can walk us through a specific task that used to take you days and now takes hours: how you set it up, what you delegated, and where you still don't trust the output.
- You're proficient in written and spoken English.
Amazing if
- You've worked in fintech, financial risk, or another regulated data environment before.
- You have a business or strategy background alongside data science (an MBA, consulting, or a product/strategy role).
- You've worked in a customer-facing data science role, such as a forward-deployed engineer or a solutions/applied team at a data platform company.
- You've worked with MLOps tooling for model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- You've deployed models on AWS (for example SageMaker or an equivalent managed ML service).
- You've written evals or an LLM-as-judge harness for a non-deterministic system, and have opinions about where that approach breaks.
- You've used LLMs inside the data pipeline itself: labeling, extraction, categorization, and can say where they beat a classical model and where they quietly don't.
Tech stack
- Python is our primary language for data science and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks as needed).
- SQL against a cloud data warehouse for data access and feature work.Claude deployed company-wide and Claude Code for every engineer. Agentic tooling is part of how we work daily, not a side experiment.
- Cloud infrastructure on AWS, favoring managed services so you can focus on the modeling problem rather than infrastructure plumbing.
- An experimentation platform for A/B testing and offline evaluation.
- We use Datadog for service observability across the company.
- We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices.
Our tech stack:
- We’re building our platform using modern technologies, putting the focus on reliability and long-term maintainability
- We primarily use Python on the backend. We use battle-tested technologies such as Django, and we are heavy users of Python’s asyncio for some parts of our stack
- We use Javascript, Vue.js and Sass on the frontend. We are developing and leveraging our own design system and component library
- We run our infrastructure on top of Amazon Web Services, leveraging managed services. We tend to favor the use of managed services wherever possible, in order to focus on our business problems
- We observe and monitor our services using Datadog
- We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
About the problem space
AI has changed what's possible in go-to-market, support, and business operations. The constraint is no longer "can we build it" — it's "can we deploy it into a real workflow, prove it made things better, and keep it working."
Most companies are stuck at the demo stage: a lot of clever prompting, very little that runs reliably on Tuesday morning without someone watching it. This role exists to get us past that, everywhere outside of engineering.
Little more about the team:
You'll sit on the Data team, which is where this work belongs. Our team already operates at the seam between the business and its systems — we partner daily with RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Product, and we own the data infrastructure these workflows depend on. AI-in-the-business is a data problem with a model attached, and you'll have the pipelines, the warehouse, and the domain relationships already in place.
What you'll do
You are a senior individual contributor. Your job is to take business workflows that are slow, manual, or inconsistent, and make them fast, automated, and measurably better — then do it again, and leave behind enough shared scaffolding that the third one is easier than the first.
Ship automated workflows end to end
Partner with department leaders to identify the highest-leverage workflows in their orgs, and go deep enough on how the work actually happens to know where a model helps and where it doesn't.
Define success before you build: cycle time, quality, cost, risk. Instrument it. Report on it honestly, including when the answer is "this didn't work."
Deliver working systems, not prototypes, with evaluation harnesses, human-in-the-loop review where the stakes call for it, and ongoing monitoring.
Iterate on adoption the way a product manager would: user research, documentation, and a real plan for getting people to use the thing.
Build the shared substrate as you go
Establish patterns for model access, orchestration and agents, prompt and tool management, evaluation, logging, and cost control — derived from what real workflows needed, not designed in advance.
Build on the Data team's existing infrastructure rather than standing up parallel systems.
Co-own shared components with your counterpart in Engineering; identify dependencies early and bring them into partner roadmaps collaboratively.
Make the company fluent
Create templates, playbooks, and golden paths: prompt patterns, agent patterns, safety checklists, evaluation patterns.
Run office hours, demos, and community-of-practice sessions that make adoption feel accessible rather than intimidating.
Develop enablement material for distinct audiences — GTM, operations, leadership — from fundamentals through advanced workflows.
Help people build judgment about AI: when to use it, when not to, and how to tell whether it worked.
Keep it safe and governable
Partner with Security, IT, and Legal on access control, data handling, vendor risk, and policy — so that employees have a clear, fast, safe path to experiment.
Work with the Data team to apply our data classification standards to AI use cases: what data can be used for retrieval and context, and what audit trails are required when sensitive data flows through LLM pipelines.
What you'll bring
Deep experience shipping systems into real business workflows — you've owned something end to end, in production, that non-technical people depended on daily.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks: LLMs, retrieval, tool use and agents, evaluation, guardrails — plus the pragmatism to keep things shippable.
The ability to learn someone else's job well enough to improve it. This role lives or dies on understanding how support, sales, or finance actually work.
A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, bringing clarity, momentum, and crisp decision-making.
Comfort navigating security, privacy, and compliance tradeoffs in real organizations: data classification, retention, access controls, vendor risk.
Strong teaching instincts — you explain complex things simply, write clear docs, and meet people where they are.
Demonstrated ability to stay current as the landscape shifts, and to change your mind in public when the evidence does.
Nice to have
SQL fluency and comfort in a modern data stack (dbt, a cloud warehouse, BI tooling).
Experience with workflow automation or enterprise systems: case management, ticketing, CRM, knowledge bases.
Familiarity with observability practices for AI systems: monitoring, quality signals, evaluation pipelines, cost and latency analysis.
Change management experience across a distributed, multi-function company.
Interest in external evangelism — writing, speaking, podcasts, peer groups.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture!
An overview of this role
As a Senior CX Platform Engineer, you'll help GitLab's Customer Experience (CX) teams hand real work to artificial intelligence (AI). You'll use Claude Code and GitLab Duo Agent Platform as your default development tools, designing agentic workflows and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers with production testing, security, and shared ownership. This is a software engineering role, not ticket-taking internal IT, AI evangelism disconnected from shipped code, or customer-billable Professional Services delivery.
What you'll do
Use Claude Code, GitLab Duo, and other coding agents as your primary development environment for planning, implementation, refactoring, testing, reviews, and documentation. Run multiple agents in parallel on well-scoped tasks, critically review their output, and own every line that reaches production.
Build and maintain the team's agent harness, including shared AGENTS.md conventions, skills, slash commands, hooks, subagent definitions, and continuous integration checks. Measure and share what works, publish reusable patterns, and retire those that don't.
Ship agents and multi-step workflows for account research, success planning, scoping, status reporting, and customer onboarding. Package them as skills and plugins for non-engineers using Claude, Claude in Slack, and GitLab Duo Agent Platform.
Build MCP servers and connectors for governed access to GitLab, Salesforce, Gainsight, Kantata, Thought Industries, Gong, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems. Add evaluations, tracing, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints to keep internal and customer-facing agents measurable, auditable, and safe with customer data.
Evolve the CX Application Platform's gateway, Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including Elastic Container Service (ECS), Relational Database Service (RDS), and Lambda, Terraform configuration, application scaffold, and deployment path. Own applications such as PS Compass, Congregate, and GitLab University and its integrations, documenting build-versus-buy and consolidate-or-sunset decisions.
Ship production-quality Python and TypeScript through GitLab continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), with tests, observability, security review, and runbooks. Design every application for handoff, with documentation, monitoring, and shared ownership.
Prototype with Customer Success, Digital Success, Professional Services, Education Services, and Training in days, not quarters. Help CX team members bring their own applications to production, and turn field learning into reusable reference implementations, development paths, and enablement.
Contribute upstream to GitLab and share product feedback with Product and Engineering. Mentor engineers and non-engineers on agentic development and raise the team's code review bar.
What you'll bring
Experience building and operating production software, owning multi-quarter work from ambiguity to production, choosing reusable platform solutions over one-off customization where appropriate, and designing for handoff.
Daily, hands-on use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitLab Duo, or similar on production work. You can show how they've changed what you ship and how you maintain quality.
Experience building with large language models (LLMs) beyond chat, including tool use, MCP servers, agent loops, context and retrieval design, prompt and workflow design, and evaluations.
Strong Python skills with FastAPI or Flask and TypeScript skills with Vue or React, including application programming interface (API) design, authentication, authorization, and secure handling of customer and business data.
Hands-on experience with AWS ECS, RDS, and Lambda, Terraform, Docker, and applications running behind single sign-on (SSO), such as Okta.
Experience integrating enterprise systems through Representational State Transfer (REST) and GraphQL APIs, and fluency with Git, merge requests, and CI/CD.
Experience translating non-engineering stakeholders' workflows into technical plans and writing clear asynchronous design documents, decision records, and enablement materials. You align with GitLab's values and are willing to use GitLab for your own work.
Optional experience includes agent harness customization; the GitLab Development Kit, Duo Agent Platform custom agents and flows, or AI Catalog publishing; enterprise agent governance and data controls; customer success, professional services, or learning platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Kantata, or Thought Industries; professional services economics and customer success metrics; Snowflake or similar warehouses; and technical writing, talks, or open source contributions on agentic development.
We welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; you don't need to meet every nice-to-have to apply.
About the team
CX Platform Engineering builds and runs CX Applications for Customer Success, Digital Success, Professional Services, Education Services, and Training. We own the CX Application Platform's gateway and infrastructure alongside our application portfolio: GitLab University, the Foundational Onboarding Agent in GitLab Duo Agent Platform, Congregate, PS Compass, and Customer Wins. We build the first version with the people doing the work, turn what we learn into a reusable pattern, then hand it off so it runs without us. We reward leverage, not heroics, and don't leave tools dependent on one person.

What The Role Is
We're hiring a Staff MLE for the Discovery team to own recommendations and personalization across Babylist's consumer experience — the homepage feed, product recs, search, and the ML-powered systems that make registry building feel effortless.
Babylist was built on editorial recommendations: products chosen by people with deep baby gear expertise. That editorial foundation is a big part of why millions of families trust us. We're now building ML-powered personalization on top of it, using one of the richest first-party datasets in parenting.
We're early in this work, and we have a real mandate. A small Discovery team has initial retrieval and reranking models live on parts of the site and a steady cadence of A/B tests. We are looking for a Staff MLE who has seen personalization done well at scale and can set the technical direction for where we go next.
Registry building is the heart of the Babylist product. Every parent builds a list of dozens of products, from swaddle to stroller, with real stakes (a friend or family member is going to buy these things, and a baby is going to use them). As a universal registry, this registry also typically spans many retailers. This makes registry building on Babylist one of the most interesting personalization problems in consumer e-commerce: latent intent, life-stage progression, multi-stakeholder gift dynamics, deep declarative signal in millions of completed registries, cross-retailer datapoints, and a user who genuinely wants help.
If you want to join a mature ML org and tune models at the margins, this isn't the right role. If you've worked inside a strong recommendations team, learned what good looks like, and want to build from zero-to-one at a company earlier in the journey, read on.
What You'll Own
You'll be the technical lead for personalization on the Discovery team, working alongside a PM, Engineering Manager, Senior MLE and fullstack software engineers. You set where our models go over the next year or two, sequence the bets that get there, and stay deep in building. A few examples of the problems you’ll get to shape:
Product recommendations across every surface.
Product detail pages, add-next recommendations after someone adds to their registry, vibes/aesthetic representations of products and the shared models underneath them.
Personalizing the Feed.
Deciding which products, editorial content and social content each family sees, and in what order.
Personalizing search.
Bringing what we know about a family into search results, and helping decide how much search should share retrieval and ranking with recommendations.
Making Addie (our AI registry assistant) better at recs.
Working with the team behind Addie so its product suggestions draw on the same models and signals as the rest of the site.
In practice, you will:
Take a fuzzy business problem from first sketch to production model, and own whether it moved the metric.
Make the modeling and architecture calls that span surfaces and are expensive to reverse.
Design the evaluation, offline and online, that tells us a model is good before and after it ships.
Know when a rule or a simple baseline is the right first step, and when it's time to pursue more advanced approaches.
Partner with product, design and data to help shape what's worth building.
Coach engineers on the team, and more broadly be an ML expert and resource to the wider engineering org.
Who You Are
You’ve shipped recommendation and/or personalization systems that reached real users at scale within a consumer product, and can point to the business impact of your work. You’ve done this within a team that did ML well — you know what good looks like, and are motivated to bring that to a company earlier in their ML journey.
You bring:
Expertise in recommender fundamentals: for example, candidate generation vs. ranking, offline vs. online evaluation, cold start solutions, and handling position and popularity bias.
Fluency in the Python ML stack and comfort owning models through deployment and monitoring, including contributions to our application backend.
An ability to take an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture.
A builder's instinct for early-stage ML. You understand effort vs. effectiveness tradeoffs and can advocate for when a rule beats a model, or a model is “good enough” for early learnings.
An outcome and user focused mindset. You measure yourself by business impact, and you can connect a model change to user experience & registry adds, conversion or revenue.
AI-native daily practice. You're already using AI to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a Canada-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is 299,300 to 372,600 CAD plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly 359,160 to 447,120 CAD. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome.
The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.

Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster.
Benefits
Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision
A 401(k) match
Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program
Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year
A remote-work stipend
Mental-health and wellness support
A Few Things To Know

An outcome and user focused mindset. You measure yourself by business impact, and you can connect a model change to user experience & registry adds, conversion or revenue.
AI-native daily practice. You're already using AI to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is entering a new chapter of People work: more AI-native, more strategic, and more focused on building systems that help every Notino do the best work of their career. We're building toward a four-pronged People Consulting model:
- Strategic People Partners who steer orgs as the consultative layer closest to the business.
- Talent Management is the systems and programmatic engine layer — talent programs, systems and resourcing work that support our People Partners & talent density.
- People Relations is the primary arm and escalation point for employee relations.
- People Operations owns the operational layer of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, a layer we're increasingly scaling through agentic services.
We are looking for the right person to join our existing Talent Management arm. This person will help define, operationalize, and continuously improve how we grow talent at Notion. This role sits at the intersection of talent philosophy, people partner strategy and enablement.
This is not a siloed program role. It is an extension of our strategic People Partner & Talent Management org: someone who brings deep talent management craft, strong business judgment, and the operating muscle to turn philosophy into practice across the company.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
1. Maintain and operationalize Notion’s talent philosophies
- Codify and evolve our talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, career development, internal mobility, early career, and high-performance expectations.
- Translate principles into practical tools, rituals, and operating mechanisms that People Partners and leaders can use.
- Ensure our philosophies stay connected to business needs, company strategy, and the realities of how work is changing.
- Ensure the talent systems we build are durable and make talent expectations clear, consistent, and actionable — without over-programming or adding unnecessary process.
2. Co-build the programmatic layer & talent engine for People Partners
- Help steer and co-build the overall talent enablement engine equipping People Partners to drive higher-quality actions with leaders. If People Partners are consultants, our talent management arm builds the resources to enable talent density.
- Keep our core philosophies aligned with our deployment-ready materials: playbooks, manager guides, conversation frameworks, decision tools, calibration support, and coaching resources.
- Partner closely with strategic People Partner leaders to identify where enablement is needed most and how it should show up in the business. Develop net new, creative strategies aligned with Notion’s values and vision.
- Ensure People Partners are not just consuming talent programs, but actively shaping and deploying them with context and judgment.
3. Enable talent density
- Bring the taste, craft, and pattern recognition to understand what different talent segments need to grow.
- Design self-service strategies & actions that help leaders develop talent
- Power up our mechanisms to better identify, engage, stretch, and retain talent.
- Enable our leadership bench.
4. Lead fluid, high-leverage talent strategy projects
This role will flex into the highest-priority talent questions of the moment. Examples of historical and potential high-impact projects include:
- Early career strategy enablement: helping define the scaffolding, manager expectations, growth model, and experience needed to make Notion a definitive launchpad for early-career talent.
- Total rewards exploration: partnering with Total Rewards, Talent, and People leaders to explore what recognition could look like in a more AI-native, high-performance environment.
- Role architecture for the next generation of work: rethinking how roles, levels, career paths, and talent systems should evolve as AI changes what people can do.
- Internal mobility and talent flow: partnering with People Ops, Recruiting and People partners in creating clearer, higher-touch pathways for high-slope talent to find the right next opportunity inside Notion.
- Leadership expectations: supporting the translation of Notion’s leadership philosophy into practical enablement for managers and leaders.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management strategies and programs (e.g. performance, talent reviews, succession planning, career architecture, or related initiatives).
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change without formal authority.
- Experience translating ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools, frameworks, and operating mechanisms.
- Strong business acumen and organizational judgment, with the ability to connect talent decisions to company outcomes.
- Excitement for reimagining talent management in an AI-native world.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $230,000 - $270,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting
Location: Remote Australia
Compensation Range: $150,000 to $170,000 AUD base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Members of the Huntress DE&TH team wake up every morning with the honor of impeding threat actors through a combination of detection engineering and threat hunting. This team sits alongside our 24x7 Security Operations Center, and our Adversary Tactics & Tactical Response function, and plays a pivotal role in detecting threats actors before they get a chance to impact our partner environments.
As a Senior Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting (DE&TH) Analyst you should be drawn to the hard problems: detecting stealthy intrusions, managing false positives and false negatives at scale, and uncovering clues that may expose an evolving campaign across Huntress partners. In this role you will turn threat intelligence, or a hypothesis, into detections that help the SOC find real intrusions faster. While the SOC is responding to alerts within minutes, this team is developing detections and reviewing more ambiguous signs of attacker activity on a daily & weekly basis.
On the Detection Engineering side of the role, you will play a part in designing, building, and maintaining a resilient, scalable, and high-fidelity detection portfolio that enables the SOC to rapidly identify and respond to adversary activity. This will involve working with engineering and other adjacent teams to achieve a shared goal across multiple domains which includes identities and endpoints.
On the Threat Hunting side of the role, you will get to research new attacker tradecraft, test new theories, and review hunting data at scale for millions of endpoints to proactively hunt for, and disrupt, stealthy threat actor techniques that evade initial defenses.
If you love Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting at scale, whilst in the environment and energy of a SOC, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Contribute to all parts of the detection lifecycle by creating new rules, testing them before deployment, monitoring efficacy, and tuning, promoting, or retiring rules based on their performance.
Develop rules across a variety of Huntress products and operating systems such as: Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
Manage any DE&TH requests raised internally or escalated from our partners.
Undertake hypothesis-driven hunts across Huntress telemetry, prioritising techniques and tradecraft that may evade high-fidelity detections and initial SOC review.
Consume threat intelligence and translate IOCs, TTPs, and internal findings into new or refined detections through Git-based workflows.
Build and refine hunting dashboards or queries required to surface potential intrusions.
Review ambiguous signs of attacker activity across Huntress products, and surface likely intrusions that require deeper investigation.
Investigate or escalate likely intrusions identified to ensure partners receive clear incident reports with accurate advice.
Contribute findings to community-driven projects and create Huntress content such as blogs, social posts, videos, podcasts, and webinars.
Use AI-assisted workflows to prototype queries, enrich analysis, and develop a scaffolding for detection rules, ensuring you apply sound judgment to validate the AI output. We expect everyone at Huntress to be able to use AI as a real part of how they work, not occasionally, but genuinely embedded in core workflows.
What You Bring To The Team:
2+ years of experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, SOC, MDR, or incident response.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows internals.
Working knowledge of Linux, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
Experience developing, testing, tuning, and documenting detections or analytics from threat intelligence, IOCs, hypotheses, or real-world investigations.
Ability to communicate findings through clear written reports.
Strong familiarity with detection languages such as Sigma, Suricata, Snort, or YARA, and query languages such as KQL, EQL, ES|QL, or Splunk SPL.
A sound understanding of adversary tradecraft, including techniques used for persistence, privilege escalation, defense impairment, lateral movement, discovery, and collection on a system.
A sound understanding of the roles different threat actors play and their associated goals, such as: initial access brokers, ransomware affiliates, and state-sponsored entities.
Ability to orchestrate reusable AI workflows that improve threat hunting, detection development, or analysis, and can verify AI-generated outputs before they reach production environments.
Bonus points for:
Intermediate knowledge of Linux and MacOS internals.
Hands-on experience using tools to remotely discover evidence of compromise such as OSquery, Velociraptor, and EDR/MDR/XDR platforms.
Previous use of forensic tooling such as Eric Zimmerman's EZ Tools, RegRipper, Hayabusa, or Chainsaw to analyze endpoint artifacts.
Intermediate malware analysis skills.
What We Offer:
Fully remote work
At least one annual trip to the US for Summer Summit, with additional local events in Australia!
New starter home office set up reimbursement ($800 AUD)
12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers
Monthly digital allowance for personal phone and internet costs ($185 AUD)
Monthly home office tech stipend to upgrade or replace equipment ($40 AUD)
Subsidised private health insurance through our preferred provider
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Enterprise Transformation owns Kraken's internal AI platform. AI tooling is deployed at scale across the org. Tiered spend controls are live, a governed integration gateway is in production, and a system inventory is being built against real regulatory obligations. The next constraint is not access. It's capability. The frontier moves every few weeks, and most of what arrives is a protocol, API, or primitive that someone has to turn into something the rest of the company can safely use.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook. Identify capability gaps between what's possible and what the organization can safely use, then close them by evaluating vendors or building internally.
- Own the governed integration gateway as an engineering surface. You'll handle connector onboarding, authentication flows including OAuth and federated identity, reliability, and vendor escalation when things break.
- Build internal tooling that extends the platform. Think agent scaffolding, reusable skills and prompt assets, evaluation harnesses for model changes, provisioning automation, and integrations between AI tooling and your systems of record.
- Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate. Set caps by role and tier, build alerting rules, manage exception queues, run monthly reconciliation against vendor commitments, and eliminate the current single author risk in cap automation.
- Implement the technical controls behind policy on data handling, retention, and model eligibility. This means identity integration, SSO and SCIM, entitlement by role and tier, and workspace configuration where retention terms differ by model class.
- Work directly with teams to unblock them. Sit with them, understand the workflow, build or configure the thing that enables them to get real leverage from the tools.
- Run technical enablement. Deep dives for tool rollouts, office hours for model releases, and authority over the engineering detail in knowledge base material.
- Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end. Model turn ups, feature enablement, deprecation, provisioning queue, vendor configurations, and seat true ups.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Enterprise SaaS administration at 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform.
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship working software, not just configure vendor products. Python or a comparable language should be natural to you. Version control, CI, containers, and secrets management are everyday tools.
- Experience integrating against LLM and SaaS APIs with working familiarity of agent and tool use patterns, including MCP or equivalent tool calling architectures.
- Working knowledge of identity and access. Okta or an equivalent IdP, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity are things you've worked with.
- Operational discipline. You understand intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, and the instinct to document a fix the first time you make it.
- Genuine teaching ability. You can explain a technical capability three different ways on the same day to compliance, traders, and backend engineers.
- Clear written communication for technical documentation, runbooks, and policy pages.
- Judgment about what to build. You can tell the difference between a capability the organization actually needs and a demo that will be abandoned in a month.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience standing up an internal developer or AI platform, including the self service and guardrail layers.
- Exposure to FinOps or software asset management practice.
- Experience with low code or workflow automation platforms.
- Atlassian administration depth in Jira, Confluence, or JSM.
- Familiarity with regulated industry audit and evidence work in financial services.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table.
