About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that helps nonprofit organizations find and secure grant funding. The company is scaling quickly, which means a growing customer base and a real opportunity to shape how customers experience the product from day one.
About the Role
As a dedicated Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist, you will be the voice of the company for new and existing customers. You will solve problems, guide customers through onboarding, and manage public conversations on social media ads. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thinks independently, and enjoys helping customers.
What You'll Do
Handle customer support tickets and emails, going into customer accounts to fix issues directly rather than only replying.
Lead onboarding video and phone calls with new customers to drive product adoption and reduce churn.
Manage comments on Facebook ads: answer questions, turn interested users into leads, and handle negative comments with good judgment
Design and build the support and onboarding process from scratch, including workflows, documentation, and best practices
Share customer feedback with the team to help improve the product and the customer experience
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent (this is essential for the role)
Experience in customer-facing support or onboarding, ideally for a SaaS or software product
Comfortable on camera and confident leading video calls with customers
Strong writing skills for clear, professional, and friendly communication across email, tickets, and social media
High emotional intelligence: a problem-solver, not a script-follower
Responsive, communicative, and dedicated to delivering a great customer experience
Good judgment when handling public criticism under paid ads
Comfortable working without an existing playbook and building processes independently
Benefits
Competitive salary in US dollars
Fully remote role
Real ownership and the chance to build something from scratch
Meaningful work: help nonprofits access the funding they need
Long-term opportunity to grow alongside the company

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of the SaaS Manager https://1password.com/product/saas-manager team, you'll be building the platform that IT and Security teams rely on to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems (work that just earned 1Password recognition as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SaaS Management Platforms). You'll work on real problems: uncontrolled AI spend, shadow IT, SaaS sprawl, and the complex access lifecycles that come with it. Following 1Password's acquisition of Trelica in early 2025 https://blog.1password.com/1password-acquires-trelica/, you'll join a collaborative team with a startup mindset backed by the resources and mission of one of the most trusted names in security. As we scale the platform to meet our enterprise-scale ambitions, you'll help shape not just what we build, but how we build it.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer who is energized by doing meaningful work, growing fast, and building great software alongside great humans. This is a role for someone with a solid technical foundation who knows how they learn, takes real ownership of their work, and is ready to make an impact from day one.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2–4 years of professional software development experience with some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database
- You know how you learn, and you learn quickly: you're comfortable picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases, and you don't need everything handed to you before you can get started
- You take real ownership of your assigned work: you follow through, flag problems early, and hold a high bar for what "done" means
- You write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and you understand why those things matter in a production environment
- You're a strong collaborator: you communicate clearly, ask good questions, and work well with teammates across engineering, product, and design
- You're curious about how agentic AI tools fit into your own development workflow and you use them thoughtfully
- You're proactive by nature: you look for opportunities to improve the codebase or the team's processes and you surface them, even when you haven't been asked
Bonus points for:
- Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others); you evaluate technology on its merits for the problem at hand, not personal preference, and you pick up new languages quickly
What you can expect:
- Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production
- Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback, and use both as opportunities to grow your technical judgment
- Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of your regular workflow, not as an afterthought
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand the customer problems behind your work and advocate for good outcomes within your scope
- Surface blockers and open questions early, keeping yourself and your teammates unblocked and the work moving forward
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional B2B sales professionals with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Job Type:
Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven SDR to help build and scale the outbound lead generation engine for a fast-growing tech company. Both founders of the team started their careers as SDRs, so they deeply value this role and its impact on the organization. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to hit volume targets; we are looking for a strategic prospector who takes ownership of the entire top-of-funnel process. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, crafting tailored messaging, and booking meetings that turn into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and add high-quality, relevant leads to the CRM within the SaaS, E-commerce, and Customer Service sectors.
Build and manage multiple outbound campaigns targeting different customer segments and decision-maker personas.
Develop personalized messaging and multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Own the full execution of campaigns, including outreach cadence, follow-ups, and ongoing optimization.
Proactively engage prospects to book qualified meetings with relevant decision-makers.
Track campaign performance and maintain meticulous CRM records to ensure full visibility into the sales funnel.
Report regularly on conversion rates, outreach activity, and pipeline influence.
Requirements
Experience: Mid-level experience in Sales Development or Lead Generation.
Industry Knowledge: Must have a background in SaaS/Tech, E-commerce, and Customer Service industries.
Core Skills: Expertise in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, LinkedIn Outreach, and Lead Qualification.
Location: Based in Latin America.
Schedule: Ability to work Pacific Time (PT) hours with a mandatory overlap between 10:00–14:00 PT.

🛠️ Opportunity to work autonomously with modern sales tools
💰Commission structure with high earning potential
🧠 Professional autonomy and independent work environment

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups and established businesses in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech.
Unlike traditional outsourcing, you’ll be placed directly with a client as a core member of their team—giving you real ownership, career progression, and long-term stability.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious, German-speaking Sales Development Representative to revolutionize how traditional industries—like manufacturing and logistics—approach sales. In this role, you will be the engine of the growth team, leveraging an AI-powered sales assistant platform to help B2B SMEs digitize their field sales efforts. You will play a critical role in expanding the footprint across the DACH region, turning cold prospects into high-value partnerships within a rapidly scaling tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation:
Own the top-of-funnel outbound strategy, aiming to book 20–40 qualified meetings per month with decision-makers at trade-fair-intensive industrial SMEs.
Multi-Channel Outreach:
Execute high-volume outreach including cold calling, personalized LinkedIn engagement, and managing Lemlist email sequences.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify inbound leads from major industry trade shows (e.g., AMB, EuroBLECH) and outbound prospects using BANT criteria to ensure high-quality handoffs.
CRM Excellence:
Maintain impeccable data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring every touchpoint, lead status, and context note is accurately logged.
Strategic Iteration:
Partner with the GTM team to test and refine messaging, positioning, and objection handling based on real-time market feedback.
Strategic Research:
Personalize outreach based on specific company signals, such as recent hires, tech stack, or trade show attendance, rather than relying on generic templates.
Requirements
