At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Developers increasingly pick their tools through AI assistants and coding agents. When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or a coding agent where to deploy their app, we want Render to be the answer. That depends on content that exists, is accurate, and stays current.
As Render’s Senior Content Engineer, you’ll own the strategy and the system behind that content. You’ll find the gaps in our content catalog based on how Render shows up in LLM and answer-engine results, decide which gaps matter most, and build and run the content factory that fills them. The role sits close to DX Engineering and is fully focused on content. You’ll work directly with the Head of Developer Experience, the DX team, Render’s docs owners, and external content partners.
The primary audience for this content is coding agents and LLMs. You’ll ship focused, technically grounded pieces that help them answer developer questions and cite Render: use-case articles, stack-specific guides, comparisons, and docs. The field is still taking shape, so you’ll test what works and help write the playbook.
This is a remote role within the US, with the option to work out of our headquarters in San Francisco.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Render’s content gap analysis. Use AEO benchmarks, citation tracking, and AI agent traffic data to find where Render is missing, wrong, or out-cited in LLM answers, and turn noisy signals into clear priorities.
- Turn that analysis into a prioritized backlog across articles, guides, and docs, with clear reasoning for what ships first.
- Build and improve Render’s content factory: the AI-assisted pipelines, built on Render Workflows, that research, draft, fact-check, and assist us in publishing technical content. Test changes with evals and keep the system reliable as output grows.
- Own the review loop. Make expert review faster and cheaper, track factual accuracy, and keep the quality bar high at higher volume.
- Run the refresh cycle for existing content so pages stay accurate as the product changes.
- Manage day-to-day work with external content partners: briefs, feedback, quality, and output.
- Partner with docs owners to expand docs coverage where it drives citations.
- Define and report the metrics that show whether content moves Render’s visibility and signups. Volume published is one input among several.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- The content factory is reliable, well maintained, and keeps up as our content needs grow.
- Render shows up more often in agent and LLM answers for the topics the content plan targets.
- Content stays technically accurate, and expert review takes less time per piece as output grows.
- The content plan responds to gaps in our catalog and to what we learn about Render’s visibility in agent and LLM answers.
- We have a plan and a workflow to keep the catalog up to date as the product changes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in technical content, developer education, content engineering, or software engineering with a strong content focus, ideally at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
- A working understanding of AEO or generative engine optimization (GEO) and how answer engines choose sources. The field is new, so we care about what you’ve built and measured, and how fast you learn.
- Strong working knowledge of AI agents. You use coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor every day, and you know agent workloads (long-running tasks, tool calls, sandboxed code execution) well enough to judge whether content about them is correct.
- A builder’s approach to AI. You’ve built content systems in code (scripts, pipelines, LLM and agent workflows) and use evals to understand what a change affects. Comfortable with Python or TypeScript, Git, and APIs.
- Strong technical judgment. You can read a docs page or code sample and tell whether it’s correct.
- Sharp editorial taste. You catch weak structure, generic AI-generated prose, and factual errors fast.
- Comfort owning a system end to end and holding external partners to a quality bar.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience running SEO or programmatic content at scale, especially for developer audiences.
- Experience with LLM benchmarking or answer-engine measurement.
- Experience building agents or MCP servers.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting, deployment, or infrastructure products.
- You’ve used Render before, professionally or on side projects.
PROJECTS YOU MIGHT WORK ON
- Sizing the long tail of developer questions where Render should be cited and isn’t, then building the plan to cover it.
- Adding an automated fact-check stage to the content pipeline that verifies claims against live Render docs.
- Building a refresh system that flags stale content when the product changes.
- Running a recurring survey of LLM answers to measure where Render appears and who gets cited instead.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS

REPORTS INTO
Manager
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift from our Gurugram office. Consistent availability during US business hours is required. Apply only if you can commit to this onsite.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. InCredibly is the platform we built to run our credentialing, enrollment, and licensing operations: a rules-driven system that manages workflows, documents, timelines, and payer requirements across thousands of providers.
The platform is configurable by design. Payer requirements, document checklists, follow-up protocols, and workflow variants live in a rules layer and knowledge base, not in code. When the rules are right, the platform does the work. When they are missing or wrong, people do it by hand. This role owns that rules layer.
This is not a delivery role and not a development role. You are the person who decides how the platform thinks. Half the job is keeping the knowledge base accurate. The other half is turning what our operations team knows into configuration the platform can execute: workflow rules, stage templates, gate conditions, validation rules, and defaults that reduce manual work for analysts on the floor.
What You Will Do
1. Knowledge Base & Rules Management
Build and maintain the platform knowledge base: document checklists, validation rules, follow-up protocols, and workflow defaults, structured so the system acts on them rather than as prose for a human to read.
Author configuration rules by work type, category, and variant. Keep them current as operational requirements evolve.
Own the flag queue: triage issues raised by analysts, fix them, and route changes through the change-request approval workflow.
2. Workflow Configuration
Translate operational patterns into workflow configuration: stage sequences, variant rules, SLA adjustments, gate requirements, and follow-up cadences.
Design and test configuration changes before they go live. Version your changes, document why you made them, and maintain a clean audit trail.
Coordinate with operations leads to understand process changes and translate them into updated configuration.
3. Schema & Data Model Partnership
Work with the engineering team when a real-world rule does not fit the existing schema. Spot the mismatch, articulate why, and propose the change with enough context for a developer to act on it.
Use SQL to validate your own work and verify data accuracy before changes hit production.
4. Measurement & Training
Track what your rules do: reductions in manual touches, rework, and first-pass failures. Propose the next configuration improvement candidates from this data.
Write SOPs by work type and brief analysts on how configuration changes affect their workflows. You write for people who will run the process, not for a file.
What You Bring
Must-Have
2 to 5 years configuring rules, data, or workflows in an enterprise platform. Backgrounds that translate well: benefit or provider configuration in payer systems (Facets, QNXT, HealthRules, Amisys), EHR application analysis (Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech), enterprise SaaS administration (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Pega), or business rules engine configuration.
A demonstrated ability to take an unstructured source document, a policy, a set of requirements, an email thread, and decompose it into fields, conditions, exceptions, and checklists. You will be asked to show this in a work sample.
Basic SQL: you use it to query, validate, and reconcile data. Not a course listing.
Version control and change discipline: you document why you made a change, test before you push, and own the outcome when something breaks downstream.
Clear written English. Other people will run the SOPs and playbooks you write.
Strong Preference
Experience with configurable workflow engines, BPM platforms, or business rules engines where you designed the rules, not just executed them.
JIRA: used for managing configuration change requests, flag queues, and work tracking alongside engineering and operations teams.
BPMN 2.0 awareness: ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams and translate them into platform workflow configuration.
Prior experience working with US clients or in a US time-zone overlap model.
Experience across more than one platform or system type: the ability to map a rule from one configuration environment to another.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to US healthcare operations, RCM workflows, or provider credentialing and enrollment.
Familiarity with credentialing technology platforms such as symplr, Modio Health, Medallion, or similar.
Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday administration certification.
Epic certification or formal Facets/QNXT training.
Who You Are
You see structure in a document that most people read as prose. A requirements page is a schema to you before it is a process.
You break things before calling a configuration complete, because you have actually tested it.
You write documentation that the person after you can follow without asking questions.
You push back on vague requirements because you know what happens when a rule is ambiguous and live.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Computer science, information systems, or a business-adjacent field is an advantage but not required.
SQL: actively used for validation and data checking, not just listed as a skill. Assessed in the work sample.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. Consistent availability during US business hours is required from day one.
Notice Period: 60 to 90 days is typical for this profile. Please state your notice period clearly.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like:
First 90 days: domain immersion complete. Playbooks, checklists, and follow-up defaults are live for the highest-volume work types. You own the flag queue and the change-request workflow.
6 months: your first configuration improvements are in production and measured. Analysts treat the knowledge base as the source of truth rather than their own notes.
12 months: the rules layer, not analyst memory, drives most routine work. You are defining the next configuration roadmap with the Manager.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Application review. Include a short note with your CV (150 to 200 words): describe one rule, template, or configuration you built that removed manual work. What was the source? How did you structure it? What happened after it went live? Applications with the note are reviewed first.
Stage 2: TA screening call (20 minutes). Role fit, configuration background, and SQL usage check.
Stage 3: Work sample (90-minute take-home, mandatory). You receive a business rules document and structure it into fields, conditions, checklists, and gate conditions. Skippable by nothing.
Stage 4: Hiring manager interview with the Product Owner covering your work sample output and configuration approach.
Stage 5: Domain and technical interview with Operations Leadership and Engineering.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Greenfield Ownership
You define the rules layer of a live platform used in production every day. Not maintaining someone else's configuration. Not a ticket queue.
Direct Access
You work with the Product Owner and Operations Leadership directly. No multi-layer hierarchy between you and the decision.
Domain You Can Learn
US healthcare and credentialing operations are taught by the team. The configuration aptitude is what we hire for.
Product Trajectory
InCredibly is moving toward standalone software licensing. The person who defines how the platform encodes rules grows with it.

MEET THE TEAM 👥
This role offers direct involvement in how a company is built and run: the choices about products, people, capital and execution that determine its success.
You’ll work with Barney and the leadership team to investigate difficult questions, develop independent recommendations and turn them into results. Your work might range from diagnosing why a product is underperforming to evaluating a new market, shaping a fundraising narrative or leading a company-wide initiative.
The standard is high. You’ll need to get deep into unfamiliar subjects, interrogate the numbers, challenge assumptions and explain your reasoning clearly. You’ll be expected to contribute your own view and take responsibility for what happens next.
As you build trust and context, you’ll take on greater autonomy, represent Barney in important discussions and own substantial work on his behalf. You’ll see how decisions play out and develop your judgement through direct experience.
For someone who intends to found a company, lead a business or become an investor, this is an opportunity to build the operating experience and commercial judgement to do it well.
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO. Working alongside the leadership team, you’ll be the right hand to our CEO, driving the priorities that matter most across Cleo 🌱
- Investigate consequential questions. Analyse markets, products, customer behaviour and business performance. Establish what the evidence says, identify the choices and trade-offs, and make a clear recommendation.
- Own major initiatives. Take priorities off the CEO’s plate and drive them from an ambiguous starting point through to delivery. Work across functions, establish ownership, resolve obstacles and stay accountable for the outcome.
- Improve business performance. Get close to Cleo’s numbers. Identify where results diverge from expectations, work with leaders to understand the causes and help drive a credible response.
- Support fundraising and board decisions. Work with the CEO, Finance and leadership team on rigorous analysis, compelling materials and a clear account of our strategy, performance and capital needs.
- Make leadership time count. Shape discussions around the decisions that matter, prepare useful briefs and follow commitments through to completion. Partner with the CEO’s EA to align his time with his priorities.
- Write and communicate with precision. Produce decision papers, presentations and internal and external communications. Make complex ideas understandable and the reasoning behind recommendations easy to assess.
- Exercise independent judgement. Surface uncomfortable facts, challenge assumptions constructively and explain what would change your view. Build relationships across the business so your recommendations are informed and your work gets done.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
We’re looking for someone with exceptional ability, independent judgement and the ambition to take on consequential work. You may have developed these qualities in strategy, finance, technology, research, entrepreneurship or another demanding field. We’ll assess the quality of your thinking, the difficulty of what you’ve taken on and what you personally achieved.
- A record of exceptional achievement. You’ve distinguished yourself through the quality and impact of your work. You can point to difficult problems you solved, significant responsibility you earned and results you personally delivered. We’ll want to understand your contribution and what made the work demanding.
- Intellectual depth and range. You’ve gone deep in at least one area and can get to grips with unfamiliar subjects quickly. You ask incisive questions, reason from first principles and connect ideas across disciplines.
- Independent judgement. You distinguish evidence from assumption, form a clear view and explain your reasoning. You’re comfortable challenging strong opinions, admitting uncertainty and changing your mind when the facts warrant it.
- Analytical and commercial ability. You’re confident working with numbers, interrogating business performance and evaluating trade-offs. You can turn incomplete information into a sound recommendation and connect detailed analysis to its implications for the company.
- A record of execution. You bring structure to open-ended problems and take ownership through to the outcome. You earn cooperation from strong colleagues, resolve obstacles and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Exceptional communication. You write precise, persuasive prose, listen carefully and make complex ideas clear. You can disagree constructively, earn credibility with senior leaders and represent the CEO’s thinking accurately while contributing your own.
- Ambition, composure and low ego. You seek significant responsibility, welcome direct feedback and hold yourself to a demanding standard. You remain effective under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion and bring care to both consequential decisions and routine preparation.
- Intelligent use of AI. You actively use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, writing and execution. You test their outputs and retain responsibility for the quality of your work.
We welcome unconventional paths and evidence of excellence from different settings. Be ready to show us how you think, what you’ve built or changed, and what you learned from the results.
What you’ll gain
Direct access to the CEO’s thinking, close work with experienced leaders and the opportunity to see your recommendations tested in a real business. Your responsibility will grow as you demonstrate judgement and deliver results.
You’ll develop a practical understanding of how to set direction, allocate resources, evaluate performance and lead through others at a profitable AI company operating at scale.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.

Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal considers high-quality documentation to be essential for developer experience, and we see docs becoming even more important as agents increasingly deploy and operate Modal Apps. We are looking for a content-minded engineer who will partner with our product teams to curate Modal’s technical documentation and maintain a high quality bar across multiple dimensions.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
- Think holistically about content architecture and how the docs should evolve as Modal introduces new products and features
- Innovate on novel documentation formats and delivery channels to optimize agent productivity, in collaboration with our Agent DX research team
- Develop content standards, style guides, and automated enforcement mechanisms to ensure consistent style and high quality
- Build and maintain automated pipelines that enforce the correctness of code examples and prose descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers across the company to author documentation that is clear, consistent, and correct
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3+ years of experience in an engineering, product, or developer relations role, ideally in the devtools or infrastructure space
- You’ve authored or edited high-quality technical content for developers
- You’re knowledgeable about agentic engineering workflows and best practices
- You’re comfortable with modern software development practices (version control, CI/CD, testing)

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role 💭
We're at an inflection point for what it means to build for developers and agents. The way engineers discover, integrate, and work with APIs is changing fast, and we're actively building the infrastructure to meet that shift.
Developers still integrate WorkOS, but increasingly their agents do it for them. This team owns every way into WorkOS that isn't the dashboard: SDKs in 9 languages, now generated from our API spec; an AI installer CLI that sets up AuthKit in any project; our MCP servers and agent skills; and other not released projects we're building in-house. You'd ship daily with agents as collaborators, and your code goes into other people's apps. The roadmap comes from watching real integrations: friction logs, shared customer Slack channels and telemetry.
The goal is that when a developer (or their agent) needs enterprise-ready auth, WorkOS is the easiest path forward regardless of stack, language, or how they're building.
What you'll work on
- Ship agent tools and skills so developers (and their agents) can integrate WorkOS without friction
- Write evaluations to measure whether what you ship actually improves developer outcomes
- Talk to customers, surface insights, and translate them into roadmap
- Contribute to the architecture and tooling for fully generated, polyglot SDK pipelines — so a change to the API propagates cleanly across all languages
- Own and evolve SDKs across our seven supported languages (Node/TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Go, Java, PHP, .NET) and framework libraries like our Next.js, Remix, and TanStack integrations
- Build and extend AI-native documentation systems as structured context that makes WorkOS work well in Cursor, Claude, Copilot, and agentic workflows
- Represent WorkOS publicly through docs, blog posts, OSS, and occasional conference appearances
- Build developer tooling like the WorkOS CLI that make complex integrations feel trivial
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of software development experience with a real track record of shipping and maintaining SDKs or OSS projects
- Deep fluency in at least three of our supported languages; you should have strong opinions about what idiomatic code looks like in each
- Experience with or genuine excitement about AI-native tooling: agent SDKs, context engineering, evals, LLM-powered CLIs
- Interest in documentation as infrastructure, not just prose
- Strong instincts for what makes a developer experience good vs. merely functional
- Experience owning projects end-to-end and driving decisions based on customer impact
