STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, PRODUCT DISCOVERY ENGINE
ABOUT US
Constructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you’ve probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We’re approximately doubling year over year despite the market slowing down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a systems-minded Staff Product Manager to take Constructor’s search and discovery to the state of the art — and keep it there — across every retail industry we serve. This is a highly technical, high-leverage role at the core of our Product Discovery Engine chapter: the teams responsible for how we retrieve, understand, and rank the right products for every shopper, on every query, for every customer.
Your job is to raise discovery quality and, through it, our customers’ business metrics. You won’t be measured on features shipped — you’ll be measured on relevance and business outcomes, like conversion, revenue per visit, and search-attributed GMV, moving up.
You’ll start embedded with our Search Quality team, owning its strategy and roadmap and getting deep into the systems that decide what shoppers actually see. Over time, your mandate grows to setting direction for the entire Product Discovery Engine chapter — deciding where we’re heading and why across recall, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and the ML infrastructure underneath. This is a Staff role today with a clear path to Director as you take on chapter-wide leadership.
Search at Constructor is fundamentally a machine learning problem, so this role lives and breathes ML. You’ll partner closely with ML, data science, and engineering to turn the latest research into production wins, keep us ahead of both commercial competitors and academic state of the art, and be the connective tissue that aligns multiple teams — ML Recall, ML Infra, and, over time, teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management — behind a single, coherent vision for great discovery.
If you’re excited about driving innovation across dozens of the world’s largest retailers, being held to relevance and business outcomes, and pushing an already best-in-class product further ahead, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own business impact, not features. Drive measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV alongside relevance across our customer base.
- Deliver across every retail industry. Move quality and business metrics across all the verticals we serve, accounting for the differences in catalog, language, and shopper intent.
- Keep us at the state of the art. Continuously translate the latest ML / IR research and competitive moves into production wins, and ship SOTA ML / LLM-assisted capabilities that beat our previous best on relevance.
- Set chapter vision and strategy. Define the multi-quarter direction for the Product Discovery Engine — where we’re heading and why — tie it directly to customer business outcomes, and rally teams behind it.
- Lead Search Quality first. Own its strategy and roadmap, driving measurable improvements in the relevance and correctness of results.
- Orchestrate across the pipeline. Unify recall, ranking, query understanding, and personalization behind one definition of quality and one set of business metrics, so improvements compound instead of colliding.
- Turn ML research into production wins. Partner deeply with ML and data science to take models — from candidate generation and recall to LLM-assisted interpretation — from idea to production, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Make quality measurable and explainable. Build the metrics, evaluation frameworks, and tooling the whole chapter uses to measure, attribute, and explain discovery quality and its business impact.
- Own quality under pressure. Lead investigation and triage when issues arise, and design durable, systemic fixes rather than one-off patches.
- Grow the mandate. Expand into chapter-wide leadership spanning ML Recall, ML Infra, and — over time — teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first year, you will have:
- Driven measurable lift in search-attributed conversion and revenue per visit — moving business metrics, not just quality metrics.
- Driven measurable business-metric lift (conversion, revenue per visit, GMV) and relevance lift across every major retail vertical we serve.
- Shipped at least one state-of-the-art ML / LLM-assisted capability into production that beats our previous best on relevance.
- Won head-to-head quality benchmarks against every major competitor in the verticals we compete in, with a repeatable, defensible methodology.
- Taken core quality metrics to best-in-class levels and kept them improving quarter over quarter.
- Stood up an evaluation framework and tooling that ties model and system investments directly to customer business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive product management experience (typically 8+ years) in search, discovery, ML, or NLP-heavy products, including time operating at a senior or staff level.
- A track record of moving business metrics at scale — conversion, revenue, engagement — not just shipping features, and of setting strategy across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end search pipeline: query interpretation → recall / candidate generation → ranking → reranking → personalization → delivery.
- Strong ML product depth — owning production models and reasoning about tradeoffs between high-capacity (LLM / batch) and low-latency (real-time) approaches — and a habit of staying current with state-of-the-art research.
- Fluency with retrieval and recall, query understanding (tokenization, synonyms, spelling correction, multilingual support), and search evaluation frameworks.
- A rigorous, measurement-first mindset that ties every quality investment back to business outcomes.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership — able to align teams with different goals behind a shared definition of quality and a shared set of business metrics, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, data science, and ML Ops.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, setting direction where none exists yet, and leading through clarity and credibility rather than the org chart.
BENEFITS
- Unlimited vacation time — we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
- A competitive compensation package including stock options.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee).
- Fully remote team — choose where you live.
- Work-from-home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- Parental leave for qualified employees.
- Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
This position is fully remote — Constructor.io http://Constructor.io is a remote-first company.

Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
Offchain is looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market and growth for ZeroDev, our smart account and wallet infrastructure for developers, fintechs and financial institutions building programmable finance. This role is made for a builder who thrives at the intersection of product, sales and growth, and who can connect every campaign to pipeline and revenue.
This is a full-stack role. One week you're shipping a launch; the next you're working in HubSpot and supporting commercial proposals with Sales. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales and the wider Offchain marketing team to shape positioning, run campaigns and grow ZeroDev's footprint with both crypto-native builders and enterprise buyers.
What you'll do:
Develop product positioning, messaging and competitive framing across the ZeroDev product line, and evolve it as products mature.
Define go-to-market plans and run launches end to end, developing content for landing pages, blogs, emails, demos, social, one-pagers and internal enablement.
Run content, search and lifecycle programs. Own the X and LinkedIn calendar, SEO and answer-engine visibility, the monthly newsletter, nurture flows and customer case studies.
Own growth operations: HubSpot administration, lead scoring and routing, campaign tracking (UTMs, PostHog) and funnel dashboards.
Equip Sales with proposals, battlecards, account briefs and discovery prompts grounded in the product to assist in moving customers through the pipeline .
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive adoption and amplify reach through coordinated GTM efforts.
Contribute to OKRs and performance tracking frameworks, and manage marketing budget and paid campaigns against named opportunities.
What you'll need:
5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar function in crypto, fintech, or developer tools and infrastructure
Demonstrated success launching and scaling product launches end to end, with quantifiable outcomes
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills - able to distill complexity into clarity
Hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, lead scoring, pipelines and reporting
Analytical in nature, with a strong ability to set up tracking, read funnels and tie marketing work to pipeline and revenue
Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving open-ended problems with structure and insight
Daily AI tool user who can build simple agent workflows or automations
Blockchain Enthusiast. A burning curiosity and/or deep understanding of blockchain technologies
Bonus:
Experience managing and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives individual growth and team success
Perks:
Remote-first global workforce + NY office
Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
Wellness stipend

inDrive is seeking a Head of Loyalty Product to own inDrive’s Loyalty product domain end-to-end, reporting to the Director of SuperApp and Growth Businesses Product. The core challenge is to build a loyalty proposition that customers genuinely value and that measurably changes behavior. That means increasing frequency, retention, cross-service engagement, and customer lifetime value while maintaining sustainable economics.
This is not a role focused on running a rewards feature or promotional calendar. You’ll own Loyalty as a product domain and lead execution across multiple teams and markets. This happens in a highly cross-functional environment where many of the capabilities required to deliver the Loyalty experience sit outside your direct team.
Key Responsibilities
Own Loyalty product strategy and roadmap.
Define and continuously evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Loyalty across inDrive. Identify where loyalty can create the greatest customer and business value, translate those opportunities into clear product priorities, and own the resulting product outcomes.
Build the customer proposition.
Design loyalty experiences and mechanics that customers understand, value, and actively engage with. Own the end-to-end customer journey - from discovery and enrollment through earning, benefits, redemption, progress, and ongoing engagement.
Drive measurable changes in customer behavior.
Build products that improve frequency, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Establish clear hypotheses and success criteria and distinguish incremental behavior from activity that would have happened anyway.
Connect product decisions to economics.
Partner closely with Business and Analytics to understand the economics behind the product. Make informed trade-offs between customer value, engagement, cost, and long-term impact rather than optimizing individual product metrics in isolation.
Build for an ecosystem.
Develop loyalty experiences and capabilities that can work across multiple inDrive services, customer journeys, and markets. Balance reusable, scalable product capabilities with meaningful differences in local customer behavior and market economics.
Lead experimentation.
Build a rigorous experimentation approach around loyalty propositions, rewards, incentives, and customer experiences. Use behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization to continuously improve what value is offered, to whom, and when.
Drive cross-functional execution.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, CRM, and product teams across inDrive. Identify and manage critical dependencies, create alignment around priorities and requirements, and drive the cross-team execution needed to deliver the overall Loyalty product outcome.
Build and lead the product team.
Build, lead, and develop the Loyalty product team. Set a high bar for product discovery, prioritization, experimentation, execution, and accountability, and create an environment where strong product talent can grow.
Build a strong measurement system.
Establish the measurement framework for Loyalty together with Analytics, combining experimentation, customer insights, and business performance to determine what should scale, evolve, or stop.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Loyalty, membership, subscription, or engagement product depth.
You’ve built and scaled meaningful consumer loyalty, membership, subscription, rewards, or adjacent engagement products - not simply managed promotional campaigns.
Strong consumer product background.
You’ve built products in a scaled consumer technology environment such as mobility, delivery, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, fintech, or another high-frequency digital category.
End-to-end product ownership.
You’ve owned a meaningful product area from strategy and discovery through execution, experimentation, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
Behavior-change mindset.
You understand how product mechanics, incentives, benefits, status, rewards, and customer experience influence behavior - and know how to distinguish genuine incremental impact from correlation.
Strong commercial judgment.
You can move fluently between customer experience and economics, understand unit economics and LTV, and make thoughtful trade-offs between growth, customer value, and cost.
Experimentation depth.
You have strong experience with controlled experimentation, segmentation, and behavioral data and use evidence to make product investment and prioritization decisions.
Cross-product thinking.
You’ve worked on products that span multiple customer journeys, business lines, or product teams and can create alignment and drive execution without relying solely on direct organizational authority.
Multi-market experience.
You’ve built or scaled consumer products across multiple countries or regions and understand how customer behavior, willingness to pay, incentives, and economics can differ across markets.
0-to-1 builder who can also scale.
You’re comfortable starting with ambiguity, shaping a proposition, validating it with customers and data, and then turning what works into scalable product capabilities.
Product leadership.
You’ve led and developed product managers, can set a strong product bar, and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, and other functions.
Will be an advantage
Experience building loyalty or membership products for a multi-service consumer ecosystem or super app.
Experience with paid membership or subscription products.
Experience with rewards, cashback, wallet, payments, or incentive systems.
Experience with personalization, recommendations, CRM, or lifecycle decisioning.
Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
Experience in high-growth emerging markets across LATAM, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, or Africa.
Experience taking a loyalty or membership proposition from initial launch to multi-market scale.

We are looking for a
Staff Product Manager
to shape this product from an early stage and lead it through validation, launch and international scale.
We are building a new product that enables people across inDrive’s global user base to earn additional income by completing tasks that generate high-quality training data for AI.
Following a successful pilot, we are moving from a partner-led solution towards our own scalable platform. It will connect demand from AI companies with distributed data collection and labelling, covering the full journey from buyer requirements and task design to contributor payouts, quality assurance and dataset delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the Data Tasks platform.
Translate data buyer requirements into scalable collection, annotation and quality-control workflows.
Design the full product journey across both sides of the platform: enterprise buyers and task contributors.
Build capabilities for task creation and distribution, contributor onboarding, payouts, data submission, validation, labelling and dataset delivery.
Define the right balance between building internal capabilities, using external platforms and working with specialised partners.
Establish product metrics across demand, supply, data quality, unit economics and contributor experience.
Run discovery and experiments to improve acquisition, activation, task completion, retention and payout experience.
Work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Data, Operations, Legal, Privacy, Information Security and market teams.
Ensure the platform can support multiple data types, including audio, text, images, video and multimodal data, across different countries and use cases.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Significant product management experience, including ownership of complex products at Staff, Principal or equivalent level.
Proven experience building and scaling a new product or platform from an early stage.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to design end-to-end products involving multiple users, workflows and operational processes.
Experience with B2B platforms, marketplaces, crowdsourcing, data products, AI/ML infrastructure or workflow products.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect customer needs, product decisions and unit economics.
Ability to work with enterprise customers and translate technical or specialised requirements into scalable product solutions.
Strong analytical skills and experience defining metrics, running experiments and making decisions under uncertainty.
Ability to operate independently, bring clarity to ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority
Fluent English and clear written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with AI training data, data collection, annotation, model evaluation or quality-assurance systems.
Experience building two-sided marketplaces or products involving distributed contributor networks.
Experience launching products across emerging markets and adapting them to local payment, legal and operational constraints.

We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager
to own inDrive’s largest cross-team programs end to end. You will work across tens of teams, partner directly with product and engineering leadership, and decide not only how our biggest programs are delivered but which ones we run and in what order.
The role sits between product intent and technical reality. You will work with Product Managers to scope, prioritise and phase what we build, and with engineering to decide how it gets built - then own the dependency picture across the entire surface.
This is a deeply technical role. You will spend your time in architecture discussions, design reviews and trade-off decisions, not only in status meetings. We are looking for someone who has built software or led engineers, and who can hold their own with staff engineers and architects.
You will join the Program Management team inside the Product & Technology PMO, alongside Product & Engineering Excellence and CTO/CPO Operations.
Please note that we are looking for a candidate based in
Georgia (the country), not the U.S. state
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of several product teams’ work to ensure delivery of value within expected timelines
Working closely with Engineering manager and team members to create products and achieve tangible impact throughout the development lifecycle
Managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and timely informing all key stakeholders
Managing priorities, risks, and dependencies
Establishing a process for continuous improvement of metrics - performance (delivery and discovery), quality, as well as team engagement and maturity
Facilitating project or program-level events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
End-to-End Ownership.
Own end-to-end delivery of inDrive’s largest org-wide technical programs, from initiation and scoping through architecture, execution, launch and adoption, against measurable outcomes over multiple quarters
Product Partnership.
Partner with Product Managers across business verticals and platform to scope programs, challenge and sharpen requirements, agree what is in and out, and turn ambiguous product intent into a program with a defensible shape
Prioritisation and Phasing.
Drive prioritisation and phasing decisions with Product and Engineering — what ships first, what can wait, what can be split — so that value lands early and the plan survives contact with reality
Cross-Surface Dependencies.
Identify, map and resolve dependencies across the whole surface, including the ones nobody has noticed yet
Technical Depth.
Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to decisions on system design, scalability and reliability
Solution Architecture.
Own the technical coherence of end-to-end solutions that span multiple services, platforms, vendors and markets, and be accountable for the technical KPIs and SLAs your programs commit to
Technical Judgment.
Use your engineering background to help teams make sound design decisions, identify gaps in proposed solutions and weigh product-versus-technology trade-offs
Portfolio Management.
Own a portfolio of programs: sequence them, resolve cross-program dependencies and capacity conflicts, and make the calls on scope, timeline and technical approach
Structure in Ambiguity.
Create structure where none exists by defining program frameworks, decision points, operating cadences and communication models
Systemic Risk.
Detect risk visible only from a cross-program vantage point, and intervene to stabilise at-risk programs anywhere in the portfolio
Execution at Scale.
Identify where the organisation is losing speed, design scalable processes to fix it, and drive adoption across all Prod/Tech teams
Executive Partnership.
Partner directly with Product/Engineering Directors, VPs, the CTO and CPO on priorities, goals and trade-offs, and own executive communication so decisions are made quickly and with the right information
Craft Leadership.
Mentor Technical Program Managers and set the craft direction for the program management group
