ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in India. This is a hands-on, in-country role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
Your work will shape how Indian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across India's priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
- Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound - choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Indian market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.
- Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company - you've built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and you know what moved the needle.
- Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.
- Deep knowledge of the Indian market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture, ideally with an existing network.
- Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly as our first marketer in the market.
- Relentless commitment to excellence — a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
- Curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.

About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our team in Revenue Strategy & Operations and play a key role in scaling our go-to-market operations. This role is at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence, focusing on building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards that empower our sales, data, and product teams to execute with precision.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline sales processes, enhance decision-making, and drive growth. The GTM Strategy and Operations team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners, podded by functional area (pre- vs. post-sale) to drive revenue acceleration, insights, and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to bring technical and analytical expertise to a fast-paced, impactful environment.
Each Revenue Strategy & Operations team member serves as a dedicated partner to a specific go-to-market function, whether that's SDRs, AEs, Partnerships, or Account Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- E2E Process Management - Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support cross-functional teams and promote consistency and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, providing strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and performance reporting.
- Experimentation - Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources that improve critical levers within each functional area.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Oversee analytics and performance analyses across their associated functions. Identify areas of opportunity and acceleration; build dashboards and insights that inform experimentation and guide lever improvement.
- Reporting & Analytics - Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance team performance.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis to execution.
- Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
What we offer
- High-velocity innovation: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- A truly global team: Collaboration with teammates across 30+ countries, a global customer footprint and office hubs in New York, London and Warsaw. Annual company offsite for the whole team to get together (the last one in Croatia!)
- Remote first: We prioritize your talent, not your location, with structured asynchronous workflows for maximum impact and minimal meetings.
- Continuous growth: Collaborate with AI leaders, shape your path, and contribute where you excel most.

About the role
We build AI-powered engines that make, localize, launch and learn from creative, using ElevenLabs’ full audio and video stack. Enterprise customers are already working with us. While our product teams focus on self-serve, these roles seed a dedicated enterprise engineering team: the people who make ElevenCreative work for our biggest customers and unblock enterprise deals. You sit between the customer and the product. You’ll talk to enterprise customers, understand their requirements, and decide whether to build a bespoke integration for them or a product improvement for everyone. Making that call well is the job.
Requirements
- Has worked directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer or founding engineer at a B2B startup, including presenting to enterprise clients.
- Strong full-stack product engineer, comfortable with integrations, APIs, auth and enterprise plumbing such as SSO, access control and security reviews.
- Turns a customer’s ask into the real requirement: builds bespoke when it unblocks a deal, and generalizes when several customers want the same thing.
- Ships end-to-end with little direction. There’s no PM to define everything first.
Bonus: experience with localization or TMS integrations, brand or marketing tooling, or adtech.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to operate in European timezones required and flexibility for customer timezones when deals need it. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
As our Senior Developer Relations Engineer in San Francisco, you'll lead Qdrant's developer engagement in one of the most active AI communities in the world. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll combine hands-on engineering (about 40% of your time) with public speaking, content, and community building (about 60%).
Your impact will show up in two places. Externally, you'll turn your Bay Area relationships with engineers, founders, and event organizers into joint projects and workshops with our ecosystem partners, while your talks at premier conferences and your technical content reach hundreds of thousands of developers worldwide. Inside Qdrant, you'll bring what you hear from developers directly to our core engineering team to shape the roadmap, and you'll raise the bar for the DevRel team by starting new initiatives and mentoring others.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Demos and applied research. Build and maintain open-source demo applications, such as end-to-end retrieval pipelines, recommendation engines, and AI search tools. Prototype new Qdrant use cases by experimenting with emerging patterns like neural sparse encoders, agentic workflows, and AI memory.
- Technical content. Write in-depth technical articles, record video tutorials, and create practical guides that make complex concepts easy to follow.
- Talks, events, and Bay Area partnerships. Give talks and live coding sessions at conferences, and lead Qdrant's presence at hackathons and workshops. Work with our partnerships team to turn local relationships into joint workshops, demos, and speaking opportunities.
- Developer community. Answer technical questions on Discord, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit, and bring what developers need back to our product and engineering teams.
WHO YOU ARE
- Senior DevRel experience. You have 5+ years in software engineering, Developer Relations, or technical marketing, including at least 3 in Developer Relations. You've independently delivered technical talks, workshops, and community programs, and you can share examples of working applications and collaborations you started.
- Technical depth and clear communication. You have strong software engineering skills in Python, Rust, TypeScript, or Go. You can build and debug applications that use vector search, embeddings, and large language models, and explain the "how" and "why" behind them, whether in writing or on stage.
- Ownership of outcomes. You've owned a DevRel program or initiative end to end: you set the goals, chose what to build or say, and measured whether it worked, for example through adoption, community growth, or content reach. You can walk us through what you changed based on the results.
- Influence beyond your own work. You've changed a product or engineering decision based on developer feedback, and you've helped other team members grow through mentoring, reviews, or shared practices.
- Established San Francisco network. You're an active part of the Bay Area developer and AI community, with real relationships among engineers, event organizers, and founders.
- Judgment and empathy for developers. You follow the AI ecosystem closely, test new tools for their practical value, and can tell useful technical work from hype. You understand what developers need and use that to choose topics and create content that respects their knowledge.
NICE TO HAVE
- Search and retrieval depth. You've worked on search or information retrieval systems, or at a search company, and understand how indexing, ranking, and relevance tuning work under the hood.
- Applied research. You go deeper than tutorials. You read papers, run experiments or benchmarks, and turn what you find into something developers can use.
- Video and social reach. You've built an audience through video or social media, for example YouTube tutorials, livestreams, or technical posts on X or LinkedIn.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs’ public sector business across Australia. The Public Sector Partnerships Manager will identify and build relationships with government institutions across Australia, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs’ products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across Australia — from healthcare and education to transport, federal agencies, and other public sector entities — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs’ products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company’s public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across Australia, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You’re genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You’re comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Primary requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments, including in healthcare, education, and transport.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Contacts or experience across other Five Eyes markets is a plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the Australian AI policy landscape, including general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across Australia.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.
- Fluency in English.
