Provectus is an AI consultancy founded in 2010 and led by its founders. As an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner, we help Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences companies design, build, and operate production AI systems. With offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we work with clients worldwide.
We are hiring an Account Executive to turn incoming enterprise leads into signed consulting engagements. Clients buy multi-month consulting engagements. You won't build pipeline from scratch. Anthropic and AWS share qualified enterprise leads with us.
Your job has four parts:
Qualify those leads quickly.
Run discovery with buyers at banks, insurers and life sciences companies.
Scope the work with our architects.
Close.
What you'll do:
Pick up new leads as they arrive, decide which to pursue, and be able to explain why.
Run discovery calls with business and technology leaders. Map their process, data, regulatory constraints, budget and decision path.
Work with delivery leads and architects to scope proposals and SOWs that we can deliver. You are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Negotiate and close to a signed SOW, with the Chief Commercial Officer joining larger deals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into the client propositions.
Keep Anthropic and AWS partner reps informed on the leads they share, and take part in joint pipeline reviews.
Keep the CRM current and forecast your deals accurately.
Bring buyer objections and patterns from each industry back to leadership and marketing.
Travel for client meetings, up to 30% of your time.
What You Need to Succeed:
2–4 years in a client-facing commercial role in a consulting or IT services firm where you closed deals yourself, such as account executive, account manager, or consultant who owned client sales. Be ready to share the specifics: what you closed, at what size, and how long each deal took.
OR experience with banks, insurers, or pharma/biotech companies in one of these roles: selling services or technology to them (including smaller deals you closed yourself or larger deals where you supported the lead); working on client projects at a consulting firm, including proposals or scoping; or working inside one of these companies on projects where you helped evaluate and select outside vendors.
Working knowledge of Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). You have worked in the industry or sold into it, and you can discuss a buyer's process and regulatory constraints in their terms.
Experience selling services engagements or complex B2B deals with several stakeholders.
Clear written and spoken communication with director-, VP- and C-level buyers.
Comfort handling a steady volume of leads and choosing where to spend your time.
Strong plus
Experience selling AI/ML, data or cloud services.
Experience working partner-referred leads from Anthropic, AWS, GCP or Azure.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Leads arrive every day, so your time goes into closing rather than prospecting.
You learn enterprise AI consulting sales in two regulated industries.
You close with support: our architects scope the work with you, and the Chief Commercial Officer joins larger negotiations.
The delivery team can execute what you sell: 350+ people, 150+ certified architects, and 100+ customers in production.
Work at the intersection of two AI partnerships: Anthropic and AWS.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Compensation and benefits
Base $90–120K + commission, OTE range $140–170K. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance, and life insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
Location: United Kingdom
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver product updates and channel-specific campaigns that drive partner activation, product adoption, and lead generation.
Create and maintain partner-ready enablement and co-branded materials for distributors and resellers, and support engagement through the Huntress Hub partner portal.
Track and report on regional channel marketing KPIs, including partner engagement, pipeline, campaign conversion, and fund utilization.
Identify what distributors and resellers need to market Huntress successfully and bring those insights back to the Channel Programs team.
Support regional partner events, distributor business reviews, and partner communications.

Hands-on experience running co-marketing programs through distributors and resellers in EMEA.
Experience building and running partner or reseller recruitment campaigns.
Working knowledge of the EMEA channel landscape, including how distribution models and reseller tiers differ by country and region.

- Make sure enrolment and plan data flow correctly between our HRIS and benefits providers, and catch issues before they reach employees
- Analyse benefits data, utilization, inquiry trends, and cost, to find gaps in our programs
- Turn what you learn into ideas and recommendations for our plans and future offerings, working with the Benefits Lead and Director, Total Rewards
- Manage ongoing relationships with our benefits vendors, resolving service issues and ensuring a high-quality experience for our employees
- Find ways to simplify and automate our benefits processes

- Use AI tools to speed up responses and analysis
SKILLS YOU BRING

- Detail-oriented, because you know a small enrolment error can be a big deal for the person on the other end
- Discreet and steady when employees bring you sensitive situations
- A trusted partner to employees, your People Operations teammates, and our benefits providers
- Curious and quick to try new ideas and tools, including AI, to make the work simpler
- Comfortable with a role that will evolve, you're excited to spend less time answering the same question and more time improving the programs behind it

- Team Collaboration: A proactive self-starter who excels at working alongside peers. You will actively collaborate, share knowledge, and support broader team objectives.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You excel at taking complex technical or compliance concepts and explaining them in plain, actionable language for business stakeholders.
