Help build and nurture valuable relationships with founders, senior leaders, and decision-makers in businesses, demonstrating strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to achieving performance metrics.

- Growth & Scale-Up Mindset: Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Able to cope with the ambiguity of scaling a team, sometimes with lean resources.
- Strategic Execution: Possesses a strategic mindset combined with an ability to adopt a hands-on approach and be close to the detail when needed. Belkins is the most reviewed B2B appointment setting company in the USA, with over 300 5-star reviews, and is ranked among the Top-3 best professional service firms in the world 2024 by Clutch.
Trusted by industry leaders, including General Electric, Nvidia, UC Berkeley, Zendesk, Cloudflare, and over 1,000 other businesses in the USA — from startups to Fortune 500, empowering companies across 50+ industries with a results-oriented full-funnel outreach, boasting a staggering average of $10 return on every $1 spent with Belkins.
We foster long-term partnerships to unlock the full potential of B2B clients, allowing them to scale steadily regardless of market shifts.
Now we're looking for a driven Middle FP&A Analyst — someone who owns financial reporting end-to-end and turns numbers into insight the business can act on.
The role
You’ll own financial reporting and business-facing analytics across our largest brand scope (Belkins); working alongside our finance team in a peer/support relationship, not a managerial one.
You’ll report directly to Olha Boyko, and your analysis will feed straight into decisions made at the C-level.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing monthly management reporting packages (P&L, CF) with variance analysis and business insights
Taking full ownership of the budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
Improving and automating reporting processes, including data consolidation and dashboard development
Developing and maintaining financial models for new and existing business directions, supporting leadership decision-making
Staying closely connected to the business day to day — tracking Delivery and Sales KPIs that move revenue, flagging risks before they surface, and staying on top of invoice deadlines and month-end close
What you bring
3+ years
of experience in financial analysis, preferably in IT, SaaS, or marketing-driven businesses
Solid grounding in accounting principles (US GAAP), with hands-on experience across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Advanced Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, QUERY, pivot tables, data structuring)
Business-oriented mindset — you interpret numbers into insight, not just report them
Upper-Intermediate English
or higher
Bonus points:
SQL experience & AI tools
What’s special about working at Belkins
Direct visibility into C-level decision-making — your analysis isn’t filed away, it’s acted on
A real path to seniority: growth here means more business impact and scope — no people-management track required to get there.
A dynamic, modern environment that keeps evolving its tools and processes (AI included) and leans on knowledge-sharing
A motivated team that’s building the finance function as the company scales
You’re our kind of person if you
You take ownership without waiting for a ticket to tell you what’s next — you flag risks before anyone asks
You’re structured and detail-oriented, but flexible when priorities shift fast
You look at a spreadsheet and think what does this mean for the business, not just is this accurate
You partner easily across teams — Delivery, Sales, Accounting — without needing a rigid handoff process
What to expect in our process
Screening call with the recruiter
(30–45 min) — background, motivation, English level, comp expectations.
Test task (up to 1h)
— a practical case on modeling, budgeting, and data structuring
Interview with the Hiring Manager
(Olha) — competency deep-dive on financial modeling, business-oriented thinking, and ownership
Final interview — Heads & Culture
— leadership alignment and the bigger picture
If this all sounds like the right challenge, go ahead and apply.
If you’re ready to take on a high-impact challenge, lead a transformation, and be rewarded for aggressive growth, we want to hear from you. At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.
Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.
Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.
Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ROLE SUMMARY
As our Account Executive for the Nordics Public Sector, based in Sweden, you will be instrumental in shaping Mistral AI's adoption across government, healthcare, education, and other public-sector institutions throughout Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
You will own the full deal cycle end-to-end — from strategic prospecting and the first intro call through to closing, deployment, and expansion — working in close partnership with our dedicated implementation specialists, technical and legal teams.
This is a unique opportunity to bring sovereign, high-performance, and cost-efficient AI to the institutions that shape everyday life in the Nordics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Territory & lead development
- Own the Nordics public-sector territory and build a multi-year, account-based plan covering central and local government, agencies, healthcare, and higher education across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
- Drive strategic outbound and qualified inbound outreach to public-sector buyers and the consultancies/integrators that influence their decisions.
- Convert inbound demand where upselling, framework agreements, or bespoke contracts can be achieved.
Public-sector procurement & value validation
- Guide customers through Proof of Concept (POC) phases, ensuring a smooth and successful evaluation, including alignment with security, compliance, and sovereignty requirements typical of Nordic public tenders.
- Navigate procurement frameworks and translate successful POCs into long-term, revenue-generating framework or call-off agreements.
- Translate Mistral's value proposition into public-sector outcomes: efficiency, transparency, cost control, language coverage, data residency and ethical AI.
Deal management & closing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert leads into valued, long-term public-sector customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for all external stakeholders — coordinating customer engineering, product, commercial, procurement and C-level stakeholders on both operational and executive levels.
- Lead customer negotiation end-to-end, in partnership with our legal and implementation specialist teams, including framework contracts, data-processing agreements and public-sector compliance requirements.
Executive engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and Director-level executives across government agencies, regions/municipalities, hospitals, and universities — as well as heads of innovation, AI and digitalization.
- Understand their specific policy, regulatory, and operational challenges, and position Mistral's platform as an integral part of their strategic digitalization and AI initiatives.
Technical aptitude
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical intricacies of our products and articulate their value to both technical and non-technical public-sector audiences.
- Work side-by-side with our implementation team to ensure customer questions, concerns, and challenges are handled during pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment — including reference architectures for sovereign deployments.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to address security, data-residency and integration inquiries
Training & enablement
- Empower internal teams with the knowledge, win-loss insights and market feedback gathered in customer conversations to drive product roadmap priorities and go-to-market alignment for the public sector.
- Contribute to building reusable playbooks, references and case studies that accelerate public-sector adoption across the Nordics and broader Europe.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise sales or consultative selling, ideally selling a highly complex, technical product to large organizations.
- Public-sector track record: demonstrable experience selling to or partnering with Nordic governments, agencies, regions/municipalities, healthcare, or higher-education institutions — including familiarity with public procurement processes and frameworks.
- Nordics market knowledge: strong existing network and cultural fluency across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
- Significant work experience within the AI ecosystem or a related data/infrastructure/cloud field.
- Experience at a successful, fast-growing startup — ideally in deep-tech.
- Strong technical skills to navigate quickly evolving products and steer technical discussions confidently.
- Excellent academics: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent English and fluent Swedish; additional Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) are a strong plus. Other European languages welcome.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills — with the credibility to engage both technical teams and senior public-sector decision-makers.
- Comfortable operating in a low-ego, fast-moving, and highly collaborative environment; a self-starter comfortable working remote-first with regular travel across the Nordics and to Mistral hubs.

Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Acceleration team’s mission is to make Perplexity the best place to build and ship software with AI agents. We build the infrastructure that engineers and agents rely on, and develop new ways for agents to write, test, review, and ship code. Our work helps teams move from an idea to production faster, without compromising quality or reliability.
We own the end-to-end development experience at Perplexity, from the environment where code is written to the systems that ship it to production. That includes local and cloud coding environments, build and test infrastructure, code review, and release management. We’re also building autonomous software development systems, where agents take on increasingly complex engineering work with explicit evaluation, verification, and safety controls. We own both the infrastructure these systems depend on and the workflows that make them useful.
As an AI Acceleration Engineer, you’ll turn emerging agent capabilities into dependable systems used across Perplexity. You’ll work directly with engineers to understand where development slows down, experiment with new approaches, and take promising ideas through to production. This role combines systems engineering, developer experience, and hands-on agent development, with a direct measure of success: helping teams spend less time on delivery overhead and more time building products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver the highest-impact opportunities to accelerate how Perplexity builds and ships software with AI.
- Work directly with engineering and business teams to understand their workflows, constraints, and bottlenecks, and build solutions that address how they actually work.
- Build and operate the infrastructure that engineers and agents depend on, including development environments, build and test systems, code review, and release tooling.
- Make our codebases, systems, and internal knowledge easier for agents to navigate, understand, and use through better tooling, interfaces, documentation, and context.
- Take agent-driven workflows from prototype to production, building the evaluations, verification, and controls needed to delegate increasingly complex engineering work safely.
- Improve delivery speed and software quality together. Measure the impact of your work on development time, review effort, and production reliability, and use those results to guide what comes next.
- Evaluate emerging models, tools, and approaches through hands-on experimentation. Turn the evidence into clear technical decisions, and drive adoption of the technologies that prove useful.
- Use AI extensively in your own engineering work, share what works, and help colleagues adopt effective practices. Partner with engineering leadership and recruiting to strengthen how we hire and develop engineers who work effectively with AI.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with substantial work in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer productivity in technically complex environments.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI models and coding tools, with practical judgment about where they perform well, where they fail, and how to verify their output.
- Strong proficiency in one of the languages – Python, Go or Rust, along with the willingness to learn other languages as the work requires.
- Broad familiarity with the systems used by AI product and applied research teams, including cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML tooling. You don’t need deep expertise in every layer, but you should understand how they fit together.
- An ability to understand how engineers and researchers across disciplines work, paired with curiosity about the needs of business and operations teams. You build tools around users’ actual workflows and constraints.
- A drive to make codebases, systems, and processes easier to understand, operate, and change. You look for ways to replace brittle workflows and implicit knowledge with clear interfaces and reliable automation.
- Sound technical judgment about when to experiment, when to commit, and when to ship a pragmatic solution. You can balance immediate delivery with investments that make future work faster and more reliable.
