At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As a small team, we’re all generalists that work across the full stack (built in Typescript end-to-end). We’re looking for experienced engineers that thrive in an environment of autonomy and individual responsibility to help us build the future of product development.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in the US and Europe. - Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, with experience across the full stack (Browser technologies, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
- Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features (not just incremental improvements and refactors) with visible impact on the product
- Product sensibility: you care about UX, speed, and polish, and you push back when something doesn't feel right
- Comfortable working without heavy PM overhead; you can help to shape the problem, not just implement a solution
- High ownership mentality: self-directed, full-lifecycle builder who takes a feature from idea to shipped
- Thrives in a remote, async-first environment with a lean, high-output team
- Experience at a startup or a company with a genuinely high engineering bar

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran needs an engineer-architect who can make the AI analyst experience real, dependable, and extensible. This role owns the architecture behind the analyst AI system, including metadata contracts, tool interfaces, context assembly, prompt and skill orchestration, evaluation loops, and the operational patterns that make agents useful in real workflows instead of isolated demos.
This is a systems role as much as an AI role. The challenge is not just getting an LLM to do something impressive once. The challenge is building a product-quality analyst system that can reason over schema and business context, use tools correctly, recover from ambiguity, and improve through disciplined evaluation and iteration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Define the architecture for the analyst AI stack across prompts, tools, metadata, memory and context strategies, evaluation, and runtime safety.
Build the abstractions and interfaces that allow product teams to add new agent capabilities without creating brittle prompt sprawl.
Design retrieval and context strategies that give the model the right information at the right time with strong cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Establish evaluation loops, benchmark suites, and review processes so model behavior can be measured, debugged, and improved systematically.
Partner with product, engineering, and analyst-domain experts to translate real analytical workflows into robust AI-assisted product capabilities.
Drive quality standards around correctness, trust, transparency, and failure handling in analyst-facing AI experiences.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building AI-enabled product systems, not just running experiments.
Strong software architecture skills, especially around APIs, contracts, orchestration, and system boundaries.
Practical understanding of LLM prompting, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation methods.
Ability to work fluently across backend engineering, product constraints, and user workflow design.
Clear judgment about where agent systems should be flexible and where they should be constrained.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where patterns are still being invented.
Why This Role Matters
The quality of the AI analyst experience will shape how differentiated Fivetran feels. This role determines whether the system is merely novel or actually reliable enough to become part of an analyst's day-to-day workflow. Strong architecture here reduces product risk and creates leverage for the rest of the team.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we are building the global operating system for distributed, heterogeneous AI hardware. We believe that as LLM and multi-modal workloads scale, the network is the computer. We are looking for foundational engineers to lead our GPU Networking efforts, making RDMA a first-class building block in our infrastructure and unlocking the next generation of distributed inference optimizations.
Networking and compute are no longer separate disciplines; they are converging. The massive throughput of H100, B200, and NVL72 architectures enables and demands a new approach where communication is co-optimized alongside computation. We are entering an era where the network is an active accelerator, leveraging smart hardware offloads and direct interconnects to ensure that data movement operates at wire-speed.
In this role, you will go beyond network configuration to architect the software fabric that unifies thousands of GPUs into a cohesive operating system. While you will leverage the best of the open-source ecosystem, you won't be limited by it. Where off-the-shelf solutions stop, you will build from scratch, engineering the primitives required to co-optimize communication and compute for Disaggregated Serving, Wide Expert Parallelism (WideEP), and lightening cold starts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make RDMA First-Class: You will work on integrating RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand capabilities directly into our inference stack, helping us move beyond TCP/IP to unlock order-of-magnitude improvements in bandwidth and latency.
- Optimize Distributed Inference: You will implement and tune the networking layers necessary for efficient Disaggregated KV Cache Offload and WideEP, ensuring seamless communication across NVLink and InfiniBand for our MoE models.
- Enable Serverless-Grade Startup Speeds for LLMs: You will work deeply with checkpointing and storage mechanisms to enable sub-10-second startup for trillion-parameter models.
- Deep-Dive into Hardware: You will characterize and validate networking performance on bleeding-edge clusters (H100/H200, B200/B300, GB200/300 NVL72), writing the acceptance tests that ensure our hardware delivers peak achievable throughput and minimal latency.
- Build Observability: You will design the tools that let us visualize packet flow, congestion, and effective bandwidth across the GPU interconnects, helping us diagnose complex distributed system behaviors.
- Optimize Kernels: You will work with communication libraries (NCCL, NVSHMEM) and potentially write custom communication kernels to overlap compute and data transfer.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have deep experience with high-performance networking protocols (InfiniBand, RoCE v2) and understand the physics of data movement.
- You are fluent in C++ or Python, with the ability to bridge the gap between high-level logic and hardware. You have a deep understanding of the memory hierarchy in modern NVIDIA architectures (H100/Blackwell) and know how to optimize for it.
- You like going deep. You aren't afraid to dive into TensorRT-LLM source code, write custom C++ / Python bindings, or debug NVLink topology issues.
- You know when to use an off-the-shelf solution and when we need to build a custom solution because the upstream tools (like standard Kubernetes networking) are too slow for our needs.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep knowledge of NCCL, NVSHMEM, and UCX.
- Experience with Rust for systems-level or performance-critical networking code is a strong plus
- Experience with GPUDirect Storage (GDS) or high-performance filesystems like Weka or 3FS.
- Familiarity with TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, or SGLang.
- Experience running low-level benchmarks to "qualify" new hardware clusters.
THE TEAM
- Bleeding Edge Hardware: We are preparing to bring Blackwell (B200/B300) and then Rubin architectures online. You will be one of the first engineers in the industry optimizing networking for NVL72/GB300 racks.
- We go deep: We operate at every depth. Whether it’s tuning hardware interconnects, writing custom communication kernels, or designing distributed inference strategies, we work across the entire stack to deliver performance that goes far and beyond.
- High Impact: The networking optimizations you build will directly enable features that no one else in the industry has fully mastered yet, like seamless multi-node WideEP and instant model hydration.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
1. Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
2. Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
3. Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
4. Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
5. Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
6. Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
7. Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
8. Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
- AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
- Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
- Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams
Nice to Haves
1. Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale; understanding of what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation stick
2. Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows
3. Demonstrated commercial impact — expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached
4. Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
5. Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
6. High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change

- Partner with Tech Enablement to drive system implementation, integration, automation, and optimization.
- Evaluate and implement new tools as the organization scales.
- Oversee and evolve the internal recruiting “help desk” into a scalable, automated support function.
- Headcount Planning & Governance
- Own execution and operational tracking of the company’s headcount plan in partnership with finance.
- Build systems to monitor hiring progress, recruiter capacity, and forecasting.
- Interview Operations & Scheduling
- Own end-to-end interview operations, including scheduling infrastructure.
- Build scalable processes and tooling to support high-volume, complex hiring.

- Own and scale core recruiting programs, including interviewer enablement, referrals, and candidate experience, ensuring they drive hiring excellence at scale.
- Define success metrics and lead ongoing optimization to improve quality of hire, engagement, and overall recruiting performance.
- Compliance & Global Hiring Expansion
- Ensure recruiting processes meet compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Partner with People Ops & Legal to support international hiring expansion.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of relevant operations experience; 3+ years in talent/recruiting operations a plus.

- Experience supporting a large, complex recruiting organization (30+ recruiters preferred).
- Strong headcount planning, workforce planning, and reporting experience.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable processes in high-growth environments.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
About the Role: We are looking for an GTM Engineer where you won’t just be using our tools—you’ll be the "First Customer," building the AI-native systems that power our technical support, onboarding, and customer success engines.
You will own the technical roadmap for how LangChain supports its users. Your goal is to drive massive case deflection and a premium onboarding experience by building autonomous agents that solve complex technical problems before a human ever needs to step in. This is a role for a builder-operator who can identify a friction point in the customer journey and ship a production-grade agentic solution to fix it.
YOU WILL:
- Architect Customer Agents: Design and deploy production-grade agents (using LangGraph and LangSmith) that handle technical support queries, troubleshoot integrations, and guide users through complex onboarding flows.
- Drive Case Deflection: Analyze customer friction points and build self-service AI systems that significantly reduce support volume while improving the quality of the customer experience.
- Own the Domain: Act as the product owner and the technical muscle proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, propose architectures, and own the full lifecycle of the systems you build.
- Dogfood the Stack: Be a key member of the feedback loop for our product team. As you build complex systems for our customers, you’ll identify gaps in our frameworks and contribute back to the LangChain and LangGraph open-source ecosystem.
- Build Onboarding Workflows: Develop "AI-native onboarding" experiences that help enterprise customers move from prototypes to production faster by automating documentation retrieval and code generation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- AI-Native Developer: You have a deep understanding of the LLM stack: prompting, retrieval (RAG), cognitive architectures, and agentic loops. You have likely already built with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Engineering Foundation: You are a strong software engineer (typically 3+ years) with at least 1 year of experience specifically shipping LLM systems in production.
- Self-Directed "Founder" Mentality: You don't need a ticket to tell you what to fix. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying high-impact problems, and driving them to completion autonomously.
- Full-Stack Capability: Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both) and the ability to build end-to-end applications.
- Customer-Centric: You enjoy the intersection of high-level engineering and direct customer impact. You can translate a customer's technical pain point into a scalable system architecture.
Nice to Haves:
- Expertise with LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring.
- Experience building or maintaining open-source projects.
- A background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or high-growth GTM teams.
Compensation:
- We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Benefits include things like medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
- Salary: $160K - $180K
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
