Location: Commercial Point, OH
Weekly Pay | 35% Babylist Discount | Paid Holidays | Paid Healthcare Benefits
What the Role Is
Own the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center — front desk, facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and workplace safety. This is a build role: the operating playbook doesn't exist yet — spend tracking, vendor terms, a furniture-request process — and you'll define them. You'll own real recurring budgets (kitchen, office supplies, engagement spend), partner on-site with the Safety Committee, and co-own culture programming across all three shifts with FC leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
, reporting to the General Manager, Fulfillment Operations.
About Pay
We pay competitive market rates.
Starting salary for this position is
$68,138 to $81,755 annually
Holidays Observed
The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days for this shift in 2026:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Years Day (2027)
All shifts receive
4 floating holidays
in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be.
Who You Are
You've owned a recurring operating budget and vendor relationships
— you've tracked spend, negotiated directly with suppliers, and reported against a budget, not just placed reorders.
You build process where none exists
— you've created the tracker, the policy, the workflow, not just run one you were handed.
You're self-directed
— you catch what the building needs before someone flags it, and you close the loop without being chased.
You know the rhythm of a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment
and move through it with confidence.
You're genuinely energized by building culture
— not just tolerating the "plan the events" part of the job.
You have strong written and verbal communication and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
You're proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and comfortable with basic inventory/order-management tools.
You have 2+ years in office administration, facilities coordination, or operations.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own the front desk and guest experience
— be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and scheduled guests, and keep reception clean, professional, and running smoothly.
Own supplies and vendor relationships end-to-end
— keep the kitchen and office-supply areas fully stocked, manage deliveries, restocks, and quality, and negotiate terms directly with suppliers.
Own the budgets
— track and report monthly on the kitchen and office-supply budgets (plus engagement and furniture spend as it comes online), staying within budget and keeping spend transparent.
Build the processes that don't exist yet
— spend tracking, a furniture-request policy, vendor terms — and document them so they outlast you.
Partner with the Safety Committee
as on-site support, reinforcing a culture of safety and compliance across the FC.
Co-own FC culture
— co-lead the "Fun Committee" with FC leadership (GM + HRBP) to plan events, recognition, and wellness, and keep the experience consistent across day, night, and weekend shifts.
Own internal comms
for the events calendar so every shift stays informed and engaged.
Why This Role
You're building the operational playbook for this FC from scratch — the spend tracking, vendor terms, and furniture process don't exist yet; you define them.
Real ownership from day one — your own budgets, your own vendor relationships, your own culture programming, not a support seat.
Your impact is felt daily, on every shift, in a building where a well-run workplace shows.

Location: Valencia
Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Engineering Satellite Build Lead
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Department: Space Systems Testing Team, Engineering
- Reports to: Testing Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid per company policy (up to 2 days/week remote); in practice, this hands-on, technical-managerial role requires being onsite at our Valencia office most of the time
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
You own the end-to-end build, integration, testing and delivery of the developmental satellites, starting with early preparation and alignment with designers, procurement and operations teams, through the Qualification Model (QM) and Flight Model (FM). You plan the AIT timeline, lead the build team, and keep build documentation, configuration tracking and lessons learned flowing back to designers, so every future unit is faster and easier to build.
This position sits within the Testing Team. It is important to note that this is developmental, prototype satellite work rather than repeat-production integration: requirements are not yet frozen, designs evolve frequently, and the Lead is expected to resolve novel problems rather than execute a fixed procedure.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations, including sovereign and turnkey ISR missions built on ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, alongside access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities let partners detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth, day or night and in any weather, with ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defence, intelligence, security and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, integration and delivery ownership (EC, Engineering Configuration)
- Own end-to-end build, integration, testing and delivery of the R&D satellite system, across QM and FM units
- Plan all AIT activities and the AIT timeline for R&D build
- Manage the build team and actively participate in build execution
- Own build documentation, including build records, configuration tracking (parts traceability) and high-level build procedures
- Document lessons learned and give structured feedback to designers to improve build efficiency and testability
QM and FM build and system-level testing
- Plan and own the QM system build and its system qualification activities
- Own system-level integration and testing of FM satellites, verifying functional performance, capturing any required modifications, and maintaining close traceability to support knowledge transfer to the production line
- Define system-level test blocks and flows with technical owners, and plan, schedule and coordinate execution of functional tests, SLC, Mock Ops and other required system-level test activities (FM)
- Across both QM and FM: accountable for test execution readiness and progress, but do not define test cases, test scenarios or test acceptance criteria (owned by Test Engineering / relevant technical owners)
Scope boundaries
- Does not own unit-level testing or qualification (owned by project leads / technical owners)
- Does not own documentation updates resulting from future design changes (owned by designers); this role's build documentation, including Production documentation, reflects as-built execution only
- Does not define system functional requirements or system test definitions, including test cases, scenarios or acceptance criteria (owned by systems engineers / test engineers)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Broad, hands-on technical depth across mechanical, electronics, RF and software domains, with deep expertise in at least one area and the ability to engage effectively and make sound decisions in the others
- Proven track record planning and executing hardware build, integration and test (AIT) campaigns for complex electromechanical or electronic systems, ideally satellites or other high-reliability aerospace/defence hardware
- Strong understanding of configuration management and parts traceability, and comfort owning build documentation and build records end to end
- Experience managing a build or AIT team, including day-to-day task planning and hands-on participation in build execution
- Ability to plan and hold a realistic AIT schedule across build, qualification (QM) and flight (FM) units, coordinating with test engineering, and systems engineering
- Systematic, first-principles approach to build and integration problems, comfortable working across mechanical, electrical and software interfaces
- Clear written and verbal communication, able to turn build lessons learned into structured, actionable feedback for designers
- Maintain strong interpersonal connections and a collaborative spirit, bringing a steady presence to fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Excel at building positive workplace relationships and navigating high-stress situations with composure and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with SIGINT, SAR or other RF/payload satellite systems
- Prior people management experience, or clear readiness to grow into a team lead role
- Familiarity with system-level test activities such as functional tests, SLC (System Level Checks) or Mock Ops
GROWTH PATH
This role starts hands-on. In the first phase, you'll share the responsibilities described above with the Testing Team Lead while you build context on our systems, processes and team.
As you grow into the role, you'll take it on more independently, owning AIT planning, build execution and team management end to end. Over time, the role is expected to evolve toward team leadership, potentially leading the build team directly. Even so, you'll stay hands-on with build execution and technical problem-solving rather than moving fully into management.
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Talent Acquisition screening
2. Hiring Manager interview
3. Take-home task and panel interview
4. (on-site) Technical / systems discussion with the SIGINT Testing Team
5. (on-site) Behavioural interview to assess cultural fit

Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Business Development Manager, Missions - Portugal
- Location: Portugal
- Department: Mission Sales
- Reports to: VP Missions Sales Spain & Portugal, dotted line to CEO Portugal
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (Lisbon office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. Portuguese national security clearance and SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Business Development Manager, Missions – Portugal, you’ll help accelerate ICEYE’s sovereign satellite and ISR mission growth in Portugal.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action: engaging customers, following up opportunities, building pipeline, keeping Salesforce accurate, supporting bid activity, and helping ICEYE show up strongly in the regional defence, space, and dual-use government ecosystem. It is also a thinking role: you define the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO, ground it in analysis, and execute it with discipline. We are looking for someone analytical and paranoid about disciplined sales execution: every opportunity qualified, every follow-up on time, every record accurate.
You will work closely with the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal as a trusted partner in day-to-day commercial execution, with dotted-line collaboration with the ICEYE Portugal CEO to ensure strong local alignment. By helping manage customer engagement, regional opportunities, events, and cross-functional collaboration, you will directly support ICEYE’s ambition to become the global provider of turnkey ISR infrastructure to allied nations. While Missions is your line of business, you represent ICEYE as a single company: you quickly identify opportunities outside Missions – satellite data, analytics solutions – follow up on them, and connect them to the right ICEYE teams.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-develop the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO and VP Missions Sales, and translate it into campaign plans, target accounts, and a disciplined execution rhythm.
- Develop and qualify commercial opportunities in Portugal, supporting the growth of ICEYE’s Missions pipeline.
- Engage with government, defence, space, and industry dual-use stakeholders, end-users, including ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, primes, associations, and commercial partners.
- Support the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal with customer follow-up, meeting preparation, opportunity tracking, and regional account activity.
- Maintain accurate and timely Campaign plans and Salesforce records, including pipeline updates, meeting notes, next steps, and opportunity status. Run a disciplined execution cadence: no stale opportunities, no missed follow-ups.
- Quickly identify and follow up on opportunities outside the Missions line of business (e.g., satellite data and analytics solutions), and bring in the right ICEYE teams so nothing is dropped – ensuring customers always experience ICEYE as one company.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering and other internal experts to support bids, proposals, customer presentations, and technical-commercial responses.
- Help coordinate ICEYE’s Portugal commercial presence at regional events, sectorial associations, regional or local exhibitions, industry forums, and customer-facing activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Missions, and other teams to ensure joined-up customer engagement and strong regional positioning.
- Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support regional planning and prioritisation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or capture within defence, aerospace, space, ISR, NATO, or other high-technology environments.
- Experience working with both government/public-sector customers and commercial or industry partners.
- Familiarity with the defence and space ecosystem in Portugal, including relevant government bodies, agencies, primes, integrators, or industry associations.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage opportunities in a structured way, including lead qualification, stakeholder mapping, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical by default: you build the territory and account case with data, qualify rigorously, and are paranoid about disciplined sales execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, technical, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal, Finland or other ICEYE locations.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, capture plans, gate reviews, or proposal development.
Nice to haves:
- Previous military, government, or defence-sector experience.
- Exposure to earth observation, satellite systems, or defence intelligence solutions.
- Existing network across ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, local primes, or defence and space associations.
- Experience applying GenAI or AI-enabled tooling to business development, sales, market intelligence, CRM hygiene, proposal preparation, stakeholder mapping, or other commercial workflows.
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley or similar.

Mayflower is a technology company building high-load products used by millions of people worldwide. Operating at the scale of one of the world's top-50 websites, we solve complex engineering challenges and create solutions that power real-time entertainment for a global audience.
We are looking for a Lead ML Engineer to own a new ML stream focused on fast delivery of applied machine learning solutions across different product and business domains.
The stream will work with a broad range of ML challenges. Some initiatives may be relatively small and delivered within a few weeks, while others may prove their value and grow into larger dedicated projects.
This role combines hands-on ML engineering with end-to-end technical delivery ownership. You will receive product problems and expected outcomes from Product or internal stakeholders, clarify the technical requirements and constraints, define the implementation approach, coordinate execution within the stream, and bring solutions to production readiness and launch.
This is a highly hands-on role. The stream will not have a dedicated software engineer for every initiative, so we expect Data Scientists and ML Engineers to be comfortable working beyond experimentation and contributing directly to production code.
The role is not tied to a single ML domain. We value strong ML fundamentals, engineering skills, pragmatism, and the ability to quickly understand new problem areas more than deep specialization in one particular class of models.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Ownership
Turn product and business problems into concrete ML implementation plans.
Clarify requirements, constraints, available data, integrations, and success criteria together with Product and relevant stakeholders.
Define technical scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery estimates.
Select appropriate ML approaches and determine the fastest reliable way to validate and implement them.
Drive technical delivery through experimentation, implementation, integration, deployment, and launch readiness.
Keep delivery on track, proactively identify blockers, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
Provide Product with clear technical options, trade-offs, estimates, risks, and experiment results required for product decisions.
Support production rollout and iteration based on observed results.
Hands-on ML & Engineering
Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models across different domains and problem types.
Write production-quality Python and contribute directly to implementation.
Build APIs, batch jobs, data-processing pipelines, and ML services required to deliver solutions where appropriate.
Work with classical ML, deep learning, and foundation-model-based approaches depending on the problem.
Process and transform large production datasets using Python and SQL.
Integrate models into existing production systems.
Implement appropriate testing, monitoring, logging, and observability for delivered ML solutions.
Work within the shared ML infrastructure, architecture, and engineering practices used across the company.
Collaborate with Data Science, Backend, Data Engineering, and MLOps specialists when deeper domain expertise or infrastructure changes are required.
Stream Execution
Break initiatives down into concrete technical tasks and coordinate execution within the stream.
Coordinate the work of Data Scientists and ML Engineers contributing to stream initiatives.
Review technical approaches, experiments, and implementation.
Keep the team focused on the agreed scope, priorities, and delivery timeline.
Identify technical risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
Escalate architectural, infrastructure, or methodological questions when broader alignment is required.
Help prepare successful initiatives for scaling or transition into longer-term ownership if they grow beyond the scope of the stream.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Independently gather the technical details and constraints required to execute on a product request.
Communicate estimates, dependencies, technical trade-offs, and delivery status clearly.
Work directly with Engineering and other internal teams to unblock implementation.
Challenge technically unclear, contradictory, or infeasible requirements and propose practical alternatives.
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
Strong hands-on Python programming and software engineering skills.
Experience taking ML solutions from a product requirement through experimentation, implementation, integration, and production.
Strong understanding of machine learning methods, statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation.
Experience writing maintainable production code rather than working exclusively in notebooks.
Experience building APIs, services, batch processing, or data pipelines.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large production datasets.
Practical experience with Docker and production deployment environments.
Ability to turn partially defined problems into concrete technical plans.
Ability to estimate work, identify dependencies and risks, and drive technical execution against a timeline.
Experience owning technical delivery involving several contributors and coordinating work across dependencies.
Experience reviewing code and technical approaches.
Ability to work effectively within established engineering and ML practices while independently owning delivery within a stream.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with Product and technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance speed and engineering quality: validate ideas quickly when uncertainty is high and build robust solutions when moving towards production.
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Stream Lead, or technical owner of ML initiatives.
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms.
Experience with Airflow, MLflow, experiment tracking, model monitoring, or similar tooling.
Experience building real-time or high-load ML services.
Experience with FastAPI or similar Python service frameworks.
Experience across several ML domains, such as recommendation systems, ranking, NLP/LLMs, Computer Vision, anomaly detection, forecasting, or classification.
Experience with LLM inference, fine-tuning or other GenAI systems.
Experience in teams where Data Scientists and ML Engineers own a substantial part of production implementation themselves.
