About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our mission on the Connectivity team is to make Claude the most connected AI. As agents take on more real-world work, we're taking a leading role in defining how they get access to external systems — safely, with the right permissions, and in ways enterprises can trust. We ship standards and services used by claude.ai, Claude Code, Cowork, and the API. We own the MCP proxy that routes every tool call and the OAuth and token management that keeps connections authenticated. We're also core contributors to the MCP spec — now an open standard under the Linux Foundation — and maintain the official Python and TypeScript SDKs.
We're looking for experienced software engineers to join Connectivity. The team spans San Francisco and London, and you'll work closely with partner teams across Anthropic to deliver impact across all of our products. You'll work on problems where reliability and enterprise trust are critical. This means OAuth at scale, admin controls that let IT govern what agents can do, and proxy infrastructure that is reliable by default.
What you'll do
You'll design, build, and operate the core connectivity infrastructure behind external tool calls — the MCP proxy and the OAuth and token management systems that keep connections authenticated. You'll own reliability for infrastructure that other teams and external partners depend on, including SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems. You'll build the admin controls and permission models that let enterprise IT govern what agents can do, and contribute to the MCP standard and its ecosystem, including the spec and the official Python and TypeScript SDKs. You'll turn ambiguous outcomes into shipped, scoped work, dogfooding what you build in the products that consume it.
You'll independently scope complex, multi-month projects, drive cross-org alignment through ambiguous problem spaces, and make architectural decisions that shape how Anthropic builds and scales its products. You'll partner directly with research to productize cutting-edge capabilities, and will have lasting impact on the platform that hundreds of thousands of companies and internal/external engineers depend on every day.
You might be a good fit if you:
Experience as a backend or platform engineer
Familiarity with using AI tools as part of the software development process
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
Take full ownership of your work — from design through build, deployment, and operations, to iterating on and improving your product
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and have ideally operated in both 0 → 1 and more mature team or company settings
Experience operating production distributed systems, with an understanding of what reliability, observability, and incident response require at scale
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build consensus across teams and time zones
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Location Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates based in NY, SEA, SF or the Bay Area given the current location of team.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We build and run the secure execution environment behind Claude's agentic capabilities. When Claude writes and runs code, browses the web, or uses a computer, that happens on infrastructure our team owns. We work at the intersection of systems engineering and security. The goal is to make untrusted code execution safe, fast, and reliable enough that product teams don't have to think about it. This is the layer between the model and the outside world, and it has to hold up at scale for every Anthropic product. We're hiring engineers who have experience building for containerized workloads and have a keen eye for building products used by millions of customers.
What you'll do
You'll independently scope complex, multi-month projects, drive cross-org alignment through ambiguous problem spaces, and make architectural decisions that shape how Anthropic builds and scales its products. You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally operating at tech lead level or equivalent distributed systems, cloud-native products, developer tools, or external developer facing products
Have strong fundamentals in service-oriented architectures, networking, and systems design, ideally having owned both the technical vision and execution of a foundational platform system end to end
Are proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems languages
Have experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and/or multi-cloud networking
Take full ownership of your work—from design through deployment and operations
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and have ideally operated in 0 to 1 and more mature team or company settings
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to us

We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

What will I be doing?

A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.

You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.
Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model and keep GTM partners current on project state.
Lead discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans.
Own the hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—spanning automation, workflows, and analytics—while orchestrating technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security protocols.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy over the vast majority of platform implementation.
Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is looking for an Enterprise Developer Advocate to build a new motion from the ground up: education-first technical sessions inside our largest accounts. Most enterprise customers know LaunchDarkly for one thing. Inside those same companies are teams shipping AI features, running experiments, and managing risky releases who have never met us. You'll design and run sessions that teach those engineers something genuinely useful, build internal champions alongside our account teams, and surface expansion opportunities the field can act on. This starts as a pilot, and how it scales will be shaped by what you prove. It's a role for someone who wants to own a motion, not a queue.
Responsibilities:
Build the motion: design the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot to repeatable practice, including session formats, account selection criteria, readouts, and measurement
Run sessions inside target accounts: deliver education-first technical sessions (agents and AgentControl, safe rollouts, experimentation, runtime control) tailored to each account's stack and use cases
Build champions with the field: partner with AEs, SEs, and CS to identify accounts, find and develop internal champions, and hand off what surfaces cleanly to the teams who should own it
Keep it credible: protect the non-promotional, education-first nature of the sessions; this motion works because it isn't a sales pitch
Prove it with evidence: instrument the pilot, produce session readouts, debrief with reps, and make the scale, adjust, or stop recommendation based on what the data shows
Shape what comes next: as the motion proves out, define how it scales, including the playbook future advocates would run
Qualifications:
A background spanning at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, technical marketing
Comfortable in enterprise rooms: you can teach a technical session to fifty engineers and handle hardball questions from a skeptical principal architect
Hands-on technical credibility: you build, demo, and teach, and senior engineers take you seriously
Strong operational instincts: you can run a repeatable program, prioritize incoming demand, and keep commitments to the field
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
(Bonus) Experience with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tooling
(Bonus) You've built a customer-facing technical program (workshops, DevDays, office hours) from scratch
(Bonus) Deep enterprise software background: you understand how large engineering organizations make platform decisions
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 5:
Zone 1:
San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle
-
$171,200
- $235,400

*
LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
**Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.

Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and process flowcharts.
Experience coaching and mentoring members of the team
Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Prior work experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology.

Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Tax Lead to join our global Tax and Treasury team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help Notion navigate a complex global tax environment, create tangible value, strengthen our tax operations, and work collaboratively to develop tax-efficient strategies that enable business expansion and innovation. Your work will be pivotal to building a world-class tax function and making a lasting impact on Notion’s success and growth.
This role is based San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, proactively identifying risks and advising leadership on tax implications of special projects.
- Direct all U.S. federal, state, local, GAAP, and SEC tax reporting requirements; prepare and review quarterly and year-end tax provisions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Drive operational efficiency by building out a modern tax roadmap to automate processes, streamline close procedures, and enhance SOX internal controls.
- Support IPO-readiness tax work streams, including SEC reporting requirements, audit coordination, and effective tax rate modeling.
- Oversee and manage key global tax compliance requirements, ensuring timely and accurate filings, withholding tax obligations, transfer pricing documentation, and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
- Develop and execute audit defense strategies supported by robust technical documentation.
- Advise leadership on controversy risk, audit developments, and resolution strategies, including financial statement implications (e.g., FIN 48).
- Partner closely with Legal, FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury to assist in implementing tax-efficient global structures while ensuring compliance.
- Build tax forecasts and reporting cadences that support leadership decision-making.
- Mentor a high-performing tax team through day-to-day guidance and coaching, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and accountability.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or Master of Taxation is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive tax experience across public accounting and/or in-house at a multinational, high-growth company.
- Hands-on experience with preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions.
- Experience reviewing tax due diligence materials or supporting M&A transactions from a tax perspective.
- Extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls, tax compliance, and audits.
- Experience partnering effectively across Accounting, Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business stakeholders to solve complex tax and operational problems.
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, review complex technical work, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Public company experience, including exposure to SEC reporting, SOX controls, and 10-Q/10-K tax disclosures.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales teams to shape product goals, roadmaps, and priorities while driving fixes and new features.
Participate in regular weekday and weekend on-call rotations during daytime hours, providing emergency support for self-managed GitLab and software as a service customers and coordinating incident communications with the GitLab.com Production team.
Participate in hiring by reviewing applications and assessments and joining interviews to help grow the Support team.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning complex, customer-facing technical cases from initial contact through triage, reproduction, bug reporting, resolution, and clear customer communication, including difficult or escalated interactions.
Strong experience with Linux systems administration, scripting, Git, and continuous integration and continuous delivery in production or customer environments, with the ability to investigate issues at both the infrastructure and application levels.
Ability to mentor teammates on complex troubleshooting and customer communication through pairing sessions, case reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to turn customer feedback into product fixes, feature improvements, and roadmap priorities.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and technologies such as Kubernetes and serverless computing, and an understanding of how different GitLab implementations operate and affect customers.
Demonstrated ability to learn, collaborate across teams, and apply transferable skills from related technical support or engineering roles.

Help Us Build The Future of Travel
At Airalo, we're making it easier for people to stay connected wherever they travel. As the world's first eSIM store, we help millions of travelers access affordable mobile data in 200+ countries and regions around the world.
Today, we're a team of 400+ people across 60+ countries, building a product used by travelers every day. We've grown quickly, but we've worked hard to keep what matters: trust, ownership, and the freedom for people to do great work without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
We're fully remote by design, genuinely global, and united by a shared mission to make travel simpler for everyone.
Your Next Destination
Location: Remote.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Benefits: Learn more about our benefits here in this link - https://airalo-public.notion.site/Benefits-25396a97ffca81fb9bc1f0be479f1be3?pvs=74
Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Pricing to build the analytical and machine learning capability that pricing runs on, from demand modelling through to the systems that recommend price.
You won't be starting from zero. We've invested in the foundational data and infrastructure that pricing decisions depend on. What's missing is the capability on top: models the business trusts, experiments that settle pricing questions with evidence, and economics defined once so they hold consistently across Commercial, Product and the customer experience.
The arc of the role runs from measurement to prediction to prescription - understanding how demand responds to price, forecasting how it will respond, and ultimately building the models that recommend the price itself.
What You'll Do:
Build and own the demand and elasticity modelling capability, quantifying how price affects volume across destination, duration, data tier, and customer segment.
Develop machine learning models for demand forecasting and willingness-to-pay, and take them from exploration through to production with the monitoring and retraining that keeps them honest.
Move us from predictive to prescriptive by building the optimisation layer that turns forecasts and elasticities into recommended prices under margin, competitive and partner constraints.
Design and analyse pricing experiments with statistical rigour, and apply causal methods where clean randomisation isn't possible.
Define pricing within our data ecosystem, owning the governed definitions of price, cost and package economics that reporting, analysis and product surfaces all read from.
Partner with Commercial and Finance to connect pricing decisions to margin and revenue, and to size opportunities before we commit.
Set the analytical standard for pricing at Airalo, from what counts as evidence through to how a model or recommendation gets validated before it influences live pricing.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years in data science, quantitative economics, or applied research, including pricing, monetisation, or marketplace economics work that demonstrably changed decisions.
Experience with dynamic or algorithmic pricing systems in production.
An advanced degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research or similar, or equivalent applied depth in demand estimation and the identification problems that make naive price-quantity regressions wrong.
Hands-on machine learning experience across the full lifecycle, from feature engineering and model selection through to deployment
Familiarity with optimisation and decision-science methods that turn predictions into recommended actions, whether through constrained optimisation, bandits, or reinforcement learning approaches.
Proven experimentation expertise, having designed and defended experiments with a clear view on decision frameworks and common failure modes.
Experience building analytical capability where none existed before, turning raw data and a business question into something a commercial team uses repeatedly.
Strong data modelling instincts, thinking in reusable definitions and single sources of truth rather than standalone analyses.
The ability to move comfortably between financial, product and operational data and connect the analysis to a financial outcome.
Genuine partnership instincts, translating between analytical rigour and commercial reality so that Commercial and Product come to you early rather than after the decision.
Fluency in the Python ML stack alongside strong SQL, with the engineering hygiene to hand over code that others can run and maintain.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make a methodological argument to people who won't check your standard errors.
A self-starter mindset that thrives in ambiguity and brings structure without waiting for permission.
Comfort using AI tools to augment analytical work, with a point of view on where they help and where they don't
Nice to have:
Experience in marketplace, telecom, travel, or subscription/usage-based businesses.
Bayesian or hierarchical modelling for sparse segments and long-tail SKUs.
Competitive price response modelling, or working with scraped competitor pricing data.
Familiarity with dbt, LightDash, or similar semantic/BI layers.
Experience designing semantic or metric layers consumed by both analytics and production systems.
Experience working in cross-functional teams spanning commercial, finance and product disciplines.
If you are interested in this position, please apply via the link.
