An overview of this role
The AI Transformation Owner drives the end-to-end AI agenda for the field organization, translating emerging AI capabilities into concrete enablement roadmaps, field use cases, and org-level strategy. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to pilot and scale AI solutions, own the operational transformation plan needed to embed AI into day-to-day field workflows, and establish the governance framework that keeps AI adoption safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from strategy to execution without heavy oversight.
This role reports to the Vice President, Enablement & AI.
What You’ll Do
AI Enablement Roadmap:
Own and continuously evolve the roadmap for AI-driven enablement initiatives, prioritizing based on field impact, feasibility, and alignment with broader Enterprise AI team and strategy..
AI Field Use Cases:
Identify, scope, and execute on high-value AI use cases for the field (e.g., deal support, prospecting, content generation, guided selling, skills, change management), working with stakeholders to define success criteria and measure impact.
AI Field Champions:
build relationships with champions in the field organization to activate power-usage and drive peer-led adoption; track this adoption (e.g., usage, proficiency, behavior change) with our AI Ops Specialist and Enablement Analyst.
Ops Transformation Plan:
Design and drive the operational plan that turns AI pilots into scaled, repeatable processes, coordinating across enablement, ops, and technical teams to remove execution bottlenecks.
AI Governance:
Influence and lead governance standards for AI tool adoption in the field, including data usage, risk review, tool vetting, and alignment with company-wide AI policy.
What You’ll Bring
Mid-Senior Experience:
Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function, with a track record of owning initiatives end-to-end.
AI Solutions Experience:
Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context, with a solid technical understanding of how they work and where they add value. Act as the field's primary advocate for AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted prospecting, call intelligence, forecasting copilots, RFP/proposal generation).
Cross-Functional Fluency:
Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams, translating field needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Self-Sufficiency:
Comfortable operating with significant autonomy — able to define scope, structure ambiguous problems, and drive work forward without needing detailed direction.
Organization & Execution:
Strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple workstreams (roadmap, use cases, ops transformation, governance) in parallel without dropping details.
Innovative Mindset:
A builder's orientation toward new technology — curious about what's possible, willing to experiment, and able to separate genuine opportunity from hype.
Enablement/Sales Background:
Familiarity with field or sales enablement motions (onboarding, tool adoption, content, coaching) and how AI can realistically augment them.
GitLab Values Alignment:
Ability to work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, leaning heavily on transparency and collaboration as defined in the GitLab Handbook.

An overview of this role
The Tech Operations Specialist keeps the field organization's AI tooling running smoothly day to day. You will maintain a clear inventory of AI tools in use across the field, manage an index of use cases and field needs, track adoption and utilization, manage access requests, and keep the underlying data feeding these tools clean and well-organized. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing order to a fast-moving tool landscape and wants to build a foundation in Tech operations.
This role reports to the Vice President, Enablement & AI.
What You’ll Do
Tool Inventory & Consolidation:
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools used across the field org, identify overlap or redundancy, and support consolidation efforts to reduce tool sprawl.
Tool Adoption & Use Case Index:
Formalize a library of field-adopted and -requested use cases for our AI tools, in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner, CRO.
Utilization & Tracking:
Monitor usage of AI tools across teams, build simple reporting to track adoption trends, and flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders.
Comms & Enablement:
draft internal announcements for tool rollouts and create micro-enablement programs to engage the field in AI tools.
Tool Access Requests/Management:
Own the intake and processing of access requests for AI tools, ensuring provisioning is timely, accurate, and aligned with licensing and approval requirements.
AI Data Management:
Support the organization, quality, and hygiene of data used by or generated from AI tools, working with relevant teams to keep gDrive/datasets accurate and properly maintained.

Process-Minded:
Comfortable following and improving structured processes (intake forms, access workflows, tracking dashboards) rather than needing to build strategy from scratch.
Collaborative:
Able to work with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve access or data issues efficiently.
Data Comfort:
Basic comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools to track utilization and maintain data quality.

Workplace: none
About us
At
Praktika.ai
, we're on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors. We've done this by building a fully automated language tutoring experience powered by generative AI avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series A funding, we're growing and looking for a Creative Strategist to join us. We're a small, global team pushing the boundaries of what's possible in language learning. We like independent self-starters who work well in a team and on their own, and who enjoy the pace of an early-stage startup.
About the role
You'll join our creative team, reporting directly to our Creative Manager. This is a strategist and producer role. You'll own our paid creative from first idea to live test: what we make, how good it is, and making sure every piece gets shipped and tested. You'll run all production across UGC, AI video and statics, and work closely with UA and media buyers to learn from the results.
This is a performance role first, not a design role. You'll be judged on what the creative does in-market, not on how it looks. You don't need to be a media buyer, but you do need to understand UA well enough to make creative decisions from the numbers.
What you'll do
Ideas and strategy
Own the creative ideas behind our paid campaigns across web, web-to-app and app (iOS and Android) on Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Snapchat
Turn performance data, competitor ads and audience research into the next round of concepts
Test hooks, angles and formats, each with a clear hypothesis, and feed the results back into briefs
Production and quality
Own all creative production: UGC, AI video and statics
Write briefs for designers and UGC creators that spell out the angle, audience, references, models, tools and specs, so nobody has to come back with questions
Specify the right AI model for each shot. Different models win at different things, and you'll know which one to call for.
Hold the quality bar and keep the brand consistent across everything that ships
Full cycle, brief to test
Take every creative from brief through production to a live test
Work with UA and media buyers on test structure and on what to scale or kill
Read the results across the full funnel (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and know which metric is misleading you on a given creative
Making it faster
Build automated processes, prompt libraries, templates and batch pipelines that increase output and cut repetitive work
Keep up with new models and bring the good ones into the workflow
Document the processes so the team can run them
What we're looking for
2+ years in creative strategy for paid acquisition, ideally as a creative manager, creative lead or creative strategist working alongside a performance or UA team
Strong creative judgement: you come up with the ideas and hold a high quality bar
You've owned creative production end to end, including directing designers, editors and UGC creators
You've owned creative against a CPA or ROAS target and can walk us through specific numbers
Solid UA knowledge: account structure, testing frameworks, learning phase, creative fatigue, how the algorithm allocates spend, and why a creative with great upper-funnel metrics can still be the worst in the account
You understand how channels differ: web vs web-to-app vs app install, iOS vs Android, and Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Snapchat. You know why the same creative can win on one and lose on another, and how ATT and iOS attribution change what you can read from the numbers.
Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
AI-native. You know the current video, image and voice models and what each is good at:
Video: Veo, Kling, Seedance, Sora, Runway, Wan and Hailuo
Image: Nano Banana, Midjourney and Flux
Voice: ElevenLabs
You can explain why you'd pick one over another for lip-sync, character consistency, product close-ups, motion or cost per second.
Hands-on with agentic AI tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity. You use them to build automations and small scripts, not just to chat.
A portfolio of ad work you briefed or directed at volume, with results attached. When you apply, include at least two ads with the platform, spend, hook rate, CTR and CPA for each. We won't review applications without numbers.
It would be great if you have
Scripting or automation experience (APIs, batch pipelines, no-code tools)
Experience at a subscription app or in edtech
A film or production background
Why join Praktika
We expect dedication and hard work, and we reward it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring.
Top-tier salary
Equity that grows with your impact through stock options
26 days' holiday plus bank holidays (34 days a year)
Yearly offsites (recent ones were in Istanbul and Morocco)
Health and wellness benefits through SafetyWing
A full AI toolkit, including Claude, Cursor and Codex
An annual learning budget of up to $1,000
Interview process
Application review (with the numbers above)

Portfolio deep dive with our Creative Manager
Practical task

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer in GitLab’s Platform Enablement organization, you will help make GitLab easier to deploy, validate, and operate across environments. This team is centered on two major areas: Cloud Native deployment guidance and ephemeral environments.
You’ll help shape GitLab’s next generation of self-managed deployment guidance as Reference Architectures evolve toward a model based on deployment patterns, workload characterization, component requirements, topology guidance, and scaling principles.
You’ll also help improve production-like ephemeral environments so teams can validate changes earlier, test against infrastructure and deployment conditions that more closely reflect real-world operation, and reduce drift between development, CI, and production. This includes shaping the tooling, workflows, and platform contracts that make these environments more consistent, more repeatable, and more useful to engineers building and shipping across GitLab’s different deployment models.
Current projects
Deployment Environments is currently focused on:
Evolving GitLab’s self-managed deployment guidance beyond legacy Reference Architectures into a clear Cloud Native model.
Improving production-like ephemeral environments for earlier, higher-confidence validation.
Supporting a platform model where services declare requirements, operators satisfy them, and shared artifacts work across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
Build tooling and workflows for cloud-native and self-managed deployment environments.
Contribute to Cloud Native deployment guidance, including component requirements, architecture patterns, topology guidance, and scaling principles.

They empower MedSpas and premium clinics across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond to scale toward high-revenue milestones through a specialized growth framework. Rather than focusing on simple lead generation, the team implements high-level positioning and conversion systems that turn high-ticket treatments—such as advanced lasers, body sculpting, and facial balancing—into predictable revenue drivers.
The company operates at the intersection of performance marketing and business strategy, offering both specialized consulting and done-for-you implementation. Key Responsibilities
Perform deep-dive audits of Meta Ads accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks and creative fatigue.
Develop comprehensive creative strategies and write detailed briefs for production teams, UGC creators, and editors.
Optimize lead generation funnels from the initial ad click through to the final booked appointment.
Build and manage structured testing roadmaps to ensure continuous performance improvement.
Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns in lead quality and conversion rates, moving beyond surface-level metrics like CPL.

Proactively create recovery plans for underperforming accounts and scale winning campaigns through data-backed recommendations.

Extensive expertise in Meta Ads specifically focused on lead generation.
