Location: Limassol, Cyprus
We are an international financial group founded in 2016, regulated by CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus, combining the personalized approach of a family office with the infrastructure of a modern financial institution. With over €350 million in assets under management, the Group operates across Cyprus, the UAE, Switzerland, and the United States.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Finance team and looking for a Financial Analyst to support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the Group. This role is not about maintaining what already exists; we are building our analytics and reporting infrastructure largely from scratch, and we need someone who can own that process end to end.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain strong exposure to group-wide financial strategy, work closely with senior leadership, and build a clear career path within Finance.
What You Will Do
Assist the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple business lines
Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning
Design and build dashboards that pull data automatically from source systems (1C, accounting platforms, banking/crypto platforms), rather than relying on manual data entry
Set up and maintain automated data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation processes across systems, ensuring data accuracy from the ground up
Prepare and present financial reports and materials for management, with clear, well-designed data visualization
Collaborate with other departments to gather data, analyze performance, and report on operational effectiveness
Own a range of reports, including financial performance, budget variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
Calculate transfer pricing and assess the efficiency of business units
Build data cubes and optimize data reporting structures for group-wide analysis, including consolidation across multiple business lines
Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL/Power Query for data visualization and automation
Proactively identify where manual processes can be automated and bring solutions, not just flag the problem
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, with recent, active experience, ideally within the last 2-3 years, in building reporting and analytics (not just managing a team that does)
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Practical experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), Power Query, and/or SQL; comfort pulling and transforming data from multiple systems rather than working from pre-built reports
Experience with 1C is a strong advantage
A genuine interest in using AI tools and automation in day-to-day financial work, not just awareness that they exist
Ability to work independently within a given task: plan your own approach, know who to ask for what, escalate when needed, and deliver a complete result without being micromanaged
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple reporting deadlines across different business lines
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Good to Know
At interview stage, we'll ask you to walk us through real examples of your work, dashboards you've built, automations you've set up, so please come prepared to show, not just describe
Based in Limassol, Cyprus is preferred, but we're open to remote candidates (CIS, Europe, Middle East) for the right fit, with an initial on-site visit expected at the start and periodic visits afterward
Benefits
Competitive salary
Annual performance bonus
Access to our Limassol offices, including daily drinks and snacks, as well as parking facilities
Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, with a shorter day on Fridays until 16:30
24 working days of paid annual leave, in addition to statutory public and bank holidays in Cyprus
14 working days of paid sick leave per calendar year
Work permit sponsorship and full support with all related arrangements
The opportunity to participate in corporate sports activities and events, and receive corporate gifts

About Xenon7
Where elite tech talent meets world-class opportunities! At Xenon7, we work with leading enterprise clients and innovative startups on high-impact projects across Data, AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering. Our expertise in AI solution architecture and specialized technical talent allows us to partner with enterprise leaders on transformative initiatives, driving innovation and business growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber
Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)
to sit at the intersection of enterprise AI platforms and executive Finance business functions for our Fortune 100 enterprise client. This role bridges advanced AI platform engineering with direct business impact—translating ambiguous financial challenges into working AI applications, deploying them into regulated client environments, and iterating in tight loops to drive measurable ROI.
Rather than building static models or waiting for formal spec sheets, you will operate as a product-minded technical lead. You will prototype user-facing tools in days, deploy agentic and RAG workflows on top of enterprise data stacks (Databricks Genie), and ensure high adoption across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and CFO leadership.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End AI Application Prototyping & Delivery
Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions for Finance business units—from initial discovery with CFO stakeholders to production deployment, user adoption, and ROI measurement.
Rapidly prototype vertical applications using Streamlit, Databricks Apps, FastAPI/Flask, or lightweight React interfaces within 1–2 weeks to gather real user feedback.
Handle "last mile" execution: edge cases, data quirks, business rule exceptions, and user training to turn prototypes into sticky enterprise products.
Agentic Systems & LLM Engineering
Build production-grade vertical AI tools leveraging Databricks Genie (Genie Spaces, semantic models).
Construct robust RAG pipelines incorporating advanced chunking, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Azure AI Search, Cortex Search), retrieval evaluation, grounding, and citation.
Implement LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) and apply rigorous prompt engineering with hallucination and accuracy evaluation discipline.
Enterprise Data & Regulated Integration
Deploy applications inside heavily regulated enterprise environments, adhering strictly to RBAC, data residency, audit, and compliance constraints (SOX, GxP).
Connect solutions to governed datasets, semantic models, and core enterprise platforms (SAP, Workday, Coupa, ERP) via secure REST APIs.
Instrument all deployed apps with usage metrics, telemetry, and business outcome tracking from day one.
Strategic Stakeholder Advisory & Pattern Extraction
Work directly with senior Finance leadership (CFO office, FP&A, Controllership) to translate ambiguous operational friction into crisp technical roadmaps.
Extract reusable code components, prompt templates, evaluation harnesses, and retrieval patterns into shared enterprise assets for broader deployment.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on software development and full-stack AI application deployment.
Product-Shaped Builder:
Strong bias for action; comfortable shipping rough prototypes in Week 1 over polished spec documents in Week 4.
Ambiguity Tolerance:
Proven ability to navigate vague business problems without predefined specifications.
Stakeholder Communication:
Outstanding ability to interface directly with senior business leaders without requiring intermediary Business Analysts.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks:
Python, FastAPI/Flask, SQL, and UI frameworks (Streamlit, Databricks Apps, React).
AI Platforms:
Direct hands-on experience with
Databricks Genie
.
LLM Engineering:
Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector search engines, and prompt evaluation harnesses.
Cloud & DevOps:
Deep working knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable), modern Git workflows, CI/CD, and basic MLOps awareness (observability, versioning via LangSmith, Datadog, etc.).
Domain Competency (Finance Focus)
Solid foundational understanding of core Finance business processes (FP&A, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, close cycles) and common financial metrics (OPEX, EBITDA, gross margin, working capital).
Nice-to-Haves & Certifications
Prior FDE, Solutions Engineer, or Field Engineer experience at high-growth AI/Data companies (Palantir, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic).
Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or CPG enterprise Finance.
Experience with enterprise Finance software (SAP S/4HANA, Veeva, Workday Adaptive, Oracle Financials).
Certifications: Databricks Certified, or Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
What This Role Is NOT
Not a pure Data Scientist or ML Researcher:
You will not be training or fine-tuning foundation models from scratch; you are applying existing models to business problems.
Not a non-coding Architect:
This is a 100% hands-on builder role.
Not a pure Backend or MLOps Engineer:
You must be comfortable owning the user-facing interface and direct business interaction.

CloudLinux builds Linux infrastructure and security products. You will join our Automation & Management Services cell, working closely with Technical Program Manager to solve problems across teams and services: cloud-cost data, infrastructure inventory, network policies and capacity workflows.
Check out our website for more information
https://cloudlinux.com/
We are looking for a
Senior Automation Engineer
to join the Infrastructure team. You will independently own agreed outcomes—from clarifying the need with engineering teams, Finance or Security to delivering and operating a useful system. The work includes new development, improvements, repairs and maintenance. There is no traditional on-call rotation; you respond to alerts from your own systems during working hours.
What you will do
Turn an incomplete brief into an agreed result and workable plan. Track cross-team dependencies, explain tradeoffs, raise blockers early and communicate changes to estimates. Confirm completion with the users.
Build maintainable software and cloud/infrastructure API integrations. Handle credentials, pagination, retries, partial failures and repeated execution so unattended workflows remain safe and reliable.
Transform billing, usage and inventory data into repeatable outputs. Reconcile totals and periods, apply agreed allocation rules and make missing or uncertain mappings visible.
Extend inventory, network-policy and capacity automation using existing systems. Retain necessary human decisions and verify the operational result.
Deliver changes through version-controlled code and CI. Understand live state, test recovery and release safely; diagnose failures across code, Linux, APIs, data and networking.
Own monitoring, actionable alerts, documentation and maintenance. Leave systems another engineer can operate, and use coding agents while remaining responsible for design, code, tests and outcomes.
Requirements
Must have
Senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in software, infrastructure, platform or automation engineering. You can explain your own design decisions, implementation and operational results.
Strong production Python, software design, testing, debugging and API integration skills. You can understand unfamiliar code and improve existing systems.
Hands-on AWS experience and solid Linux/networking fundamentals, including diagnosis across host, service, network and cloud boundaries.
Practical SQL and data validation: joins, units, periods, ownership mappings and reconciliation. You distinguish evidence from assumptions.
Safe infrastructure delivery through IaC and CI: state, drift, idempotency, dependencies and rollback, using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.
Demonstrated advanced coding-agent workflows for real engineering tasks. You plan and delegate substantial work, supply context, run agents without continuous supervision within defined permissions and stop conditions, and independently explain, debug, test and verify their output.
Autonomous delivery and clear collaboration: investigate problems, obtain decisions, challenge unsafe or unnecessarily complex approaches and follow through. English B2 or higher for technical discussions, written decisions and internal customer communication.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud billing or FinOps tooling (e.g. AWS CUR/FOCUS, Athena), inventory or event-driven integrations (e.g. NetBox or similar), network policies, flow monitoring, identity and access management, capacity tooling, additional cloud platforms, OpenNebula, Kubernetes, Go, or self-service systems.
Our environment includes Python, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, and related observability tools. Prior experience with every tool or domain is not required. We value the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, products, and internal business rules.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.

Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list https://www.forbes.com/companies/clickhouse/?list=cloud100, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 4,000 customers and $250M ARR https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-tops-250m-arr-and-4000-customers, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.
The company's sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-raises-400-million-series-d-acquires-langfuse-launches-postgres. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.
We're on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
We're hiring a Product Manager to own partner integrations at ClickHouse. This role owns how ClickHouse shows up inside the platforms our customers already use: embedded, native experiences across the hyperscalers and developer platforms, and deeper technical integrations with strategic partners like dbt, Fivetran, Hex, and Sigma. There is a growing surface of partner work already in motion, and this role shapes where we invest in co-innovation opportunities.
This is one of the most cross-functional roles at ClickHouse. You'll work across multiple engineering teams, our partnerships and solutions teams, and the partners themselves to deliver meaningful co-innovation and integrations with complementary technologies. You'll own the technical side of our House Mates partner program and be the person who navigates the multi-org reality of getting an integration certified, listed, and live. This is a hands-on role: you'll write the specs, run the partner calls, drive certification processes, and coordinate across teams to get things over the line.
YOU WILL
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse's Cloud integrations with strategic partners
- Seek out complementary innovation opportunities with partners. Define what a "better together" integration looks like with each strategic partner, and drive it from joint roadmap through launch.
- Navigate the trade-offs of embedded integrations: billing and metering, identity and auth, security and data residency, and coordination across ClickHouse and partner teams.
- Project-manage complex, multi-org launches: marketplace listings, certification processes, partner co-marketing, and GA timelines across multiple organizations.
- Own the technical standards and certification criteria for integrations submitted through the House Mates partner program.
- Measure and communicate co-innovation business impact, adoption and product strategy to executive leadership.
- Represent ClickHouse externally at partner events and in joint content.
YOU BRING
- Experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms before: hyperscaler marketplaces, embedded or native integrations, ISV partnerships, or OEM/white-label work.
- An understanding of the trade-offs that make or break a partner integration, billing, auth, security, cross-team dependencies, and have made those decisions in the past.
- A strong project management lens and are comfortable owning a launch that depends on five teams across two companies.
- Patience and resilience with partners who are unresponsive or have their own competing priorities, and you find creative ways to keep things moving anyway.
- Technical ability to understand an integration end to end, from provisioning and auth to billing and data flow, and to hold a credible conversation with engineers about APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs.
- Energy and excitement for external-facing work: partner calls, customer conversations, and representing the product publicly.
- Hands-on and high ownership ability. You write the specs, run the partner calls, and stay close to the details.
- Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience building partner integrations with hyperscalers and modern technology companies.
- Experience running or supporting a technology partner program.
- Background at a database or data infrastructure company; familiarity with ClickHouse or peers like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience working in remote, multi-timezone environments.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a software engineer who ships fast without dropping quality. You'll own features end-to-end with support from senior engineers, learn how AI systems behave in production, and see your work reach customers within days rather than quarters. The Bengaluru team is product engineering, so everything you build is customer-facing.
What You'll Do
- Development & Implementation - Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered features using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Collaboration & Learning - Work closely with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical and architecture discussions.
- Product Integration - Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate requirements into robust, customer-facing solutions.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build and ship features end-to-end, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.
- Work on AI-powered workflows: prompt design, evaluation, and the systems that make LLMs reliable in production.
- Build integrations with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and third-party communication tools.
- Fix real customer problems, often with a short loop between report and fix going live.
- Write comprehensive tests, add monitoring, and take ownership of what you ship after it ships.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure system reliability.
- Take loosely defined problems, ask the right questions, and drive them to done with minimal hand-holding.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid, based in Bengaluru - regular office presence expected for collaboration and team coordination.
- Some overlap with US business hours may be needed for client coordination and project work.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack, including at least 1 year in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong programming skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and modern deployment practices.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and understanding of service-oriented architectures.
- Comfort working with SQL databases at scale.
- A track record of fast, high-quality execution - you move quickly and your work holds up.
- Self-driven: you unblock yourself, chase down context, and don't need work broken into small pieces.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements in a fast-moving startup.
- Curiosity about AI and LLMs - direct experience is a plus, appetite to learn is required.
- Low ego, high energy, and a bias toward shipping.
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, or conversational AI systems.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Previous startup experience or exposure to rapid scaling.
- Contributions to open source or active developer community participation.
- Experience with real-time systems, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker/containerization and orchestration tools.
Why Avoca
- Compensation in line with industry standards and above.
- Direct impact - your code powers thousands of businesses and millions of customer interactions.
- Accelerated learning - work on cutting-edge AI technology with experienced mentors.
- Clear paths for advancement as the company and team scale.
- A fast-moving, collaborative culture built for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.

An overview of this role
As a Public Sector Solutions Architect, you'll be a trusted advisor to U.S. government customers, helping them understand how GitLab's Enterprise Edition and DevSecOps platform can address real business and mission outcomes. You'll own the technical evaluation and validation stages of the sales cycle, guide customers through proofs of concept and value, and connect GitLab's modern software development, operations, and cloud capabilities to measurable value. In this role, you'll work closely with sales and cross-functional GitLab teams, provide technical guidance from first conversation through successful deployment, and act as a customer advocate back into Product, Sales, and Marketing.
What you'll do
Engage with public sector customers, both onsite and remotely, to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the pre-sales process, including tailored demos, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops.
Collaborate with the sales team to shape and execute account strategies that drive GitLab adoption within government environments.
Own the technical evaluation process, including proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV) design and delivery, tender and audit support, and technical input into proposals.
Lead the creation of Customer Success Plans that capture technical success criteria and handoff details from the pre-sales process, ensuring a smooth path to deployment and adoption.
Build and deepen relationships with technical and business stakeholders so they become advocates for GitLab within their organizations.
Serve as the customer advocate internally by channeling feedback and insights to Product, Sales, Marketing, and other GitLab teams to influence roadmap and messaging.
Maintain and expand your expertise in GitLab and related technologies, including modern software development, operations, and cloud practices, and create reusable examples and assets for customers and partners.
Run Value Stream Assessments to identify opportunities for customers to improve their software delivery with GitLab.
What you'll bring
Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, or information technology roles, ideally with U.S. public sector or federal customers, where you guided customers through evaluations and solution design
Hands-on experience using GitLab and familiarity with modern software development and operations practices, such as CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation
Experience with cloud computing platforms and related technologies in regulated or security-conscious environments.
Ability to connect technical solutions to measurable business or mission outcomes and to advise senior stakeholders on tradeoffs and options.
Strong, confident communication and relationship-building skills, including leading customer meetings, demos, and value-focused conversations in close partnership with sales and cross-functional teams
Openness to learning, seeking feedback, and building new skills, including familiarity with GitLab's Solutions Architect handbook and related resources.
About the team
The Public Sector Solutions Architect role is part of GitLab's Solutions Architect team, a group of trusted technical advisors who help government customers understand, evaluate, and adopt the GitLab DevSecOps platform. The team is distributed and collaborates asynchronously across time zones using GitLab and our handbook-first practices to share knowledge, reusable examples, and best practices. You'll help the team address unique public sector challenges such as security, compliance, and mission-critical software delivery, and contribute customer insights that shape our product direction.
