OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix builds more products for more customer segments, faster than before. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are the go-to-market partner embedded into a product team, from the first discovery conversation to scaling. You’re not just handed a final product to talk about it. You bring customer, market and competitive evidence into the decisions that shape what gets built from day one: which segments to target, what features to prioritize, how to create Aha moments. You influence what the product does, how it wins and whether people will pay. You also build the systems that keep this work running: from automated competitor and customer insights generation, to agentic workflows that let product teams run smaller launches themselves at high quality.
You work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Growth Marketing and Paid Acquisition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Taking one (or many) of our big bets to market. With high level of responsibility, autonomy and direct support from senior leaders and domain experts, you will help us launch assisted and AI-native experiences that customers truly love.
- Bring the market into product decisions. Turn customer, market and competitive evidence into clear recommendations for the product team. Join discovery work and design sprints where market specifics shape what gets built.
- Choose who to serve, and who not to. Break users and products down into needs, pains, and functional and emotional value. Define sharp ICPs and decide which segment to win first and later.
- Position the product to win. Define the competitive alternatives, what makes the product different and why it wins. Turn that into a sharp messaging and shape the pricing and packaging inputs.
- Run launches as tests. Run lean tests early, report what the measures show, and adapt the product, the positioning and the go-to-market. You gather evidence that improves our GTM decision quality, not tick off a launch checklist.
- Align the people around the work. Bring structure to complex go-to-market work: clear owners, milestones, decision points and success measures. Facilitate decisions across Product, Engineering, Data, Growth and commercial teams.
- Build the insight engine. Replace ad hoc research with automated flows of competitor and customer insight that product and marketing teams use every week.
- Own part of the context system. Turn each go-to-market decision and artifact into governed context that empowers people and agents alike.
- Build with AI. Build your own prototypes, applets and automations for the opportunities you prioritize, and help product teams self-serve lower-tier launches at quality.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of bringing tech products to market. You have successfully taken complex products or features from discovery to launch and adoption, in a fast-paced environment.
- Data- and evidence-driven over opinion. You set clear targets, success definitions and guardrails. You analyze data and derive actionable next steps. When evidence contradicts the plan, you say so, including to senior stakeholders.
- Customer insight and craft. You stay close enough to users to quote them. You turn what they said into why they behave as they do, and into a narrative people remember.
- AI as a builder. You build agents, automated workflows, prototypes and context towards clear milestones or outcomes.
- Communication and project leadership. You write and speak with precision, align several teams at once and keep many moving pieces on track.
- High agency and curiosity. You find the problem and solve it without waiting to be told, and you carry it like an owner.
- Bias for action. You prioritize speed of learning and progress over perfection.
- English and German. You use German to write customer-facing messaging and English to work with the wider team.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.

An overview of this role
Help us build the next generation of authentication services at GitLab. As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Authentication team, you'll build authentication features across the Rails monolith and GATE. GATE is our new service for issuing and validating tokens and managing identities, designed to support every GitLab deployment model.
You'll expand authentication mechanisms, including support for identities used by artificial intelligence (AI) agents. You'll also help keep GitLab and its customers secure by building access management tooling and addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
GATE will become the foundation for token issuance, validation, and identity services across GitLab.com multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS), Self-Managed, Dedicated, and air-gapped environments. Your work will affect core components that customers, users, and GitLab teams rely on.
Some of our projects include:
Building GATE as the centralized service for token issuance and validation
Consolidating tokens and migrating authentication paths out of the Rails monolith
Building passkeys and passwordless authentication
Developing composite identities that combine machine and human authorization for AI
Improving service accounts and secure automation
Enhancing Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) capabilities for automated user provisioning and single sign-on (SSO)
What you'll do
Shape the roadmap for GATE and GitLab's authentication services with the team.
Design and implement token issuance, validation, and identity services in Go and Ruby across the Rails monolith and GATE, including new authentication mechanisms such as Workload Identity Federation.
Migrate authentication and token management paths from the monolith into GATE while maintaining reliability across all deployment models.
Build authentication mechanisms from the ground up, such as Workload Identity Federation.
Strengthen security for users and organizations through access management tooling and by addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
Define and improve standards for style, maintainability, and engineering practices in a high-scale environment, and advocate for them through code review.
Communicate publicly about GitLab initiatives, projects, and contributions from people not working for GitLab Inc. Reflect GitLab's values in these communications.
Ship moderately sized features and improvements with moderate guidance and support from other team members, and collaborate on larger projects, including the build-out of GATE.
Participate in the maintainer trainee program at your own comfortable pace while working toward becoming a project maintainer.
What you'll bring
Professional experience with Go and/or Ruby in scaling or mission-critical SaaS products.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies or techniques, such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, SCIM, LDAP, JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), role-based access control (RBAC), or identity and access management (IAM).
Knowledge of token systems, cryptographic signing, and key management.
Experience building or contributing to a service from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
Proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly in a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
Experience diagnosing, preventing, and resolving performance and optimization problems.
Experience working in an iterative software development process, managing your work effectively, staying organized, and following through on priorities.
About the team
Our mission is to empower GitLab system administrators with the toolkit they need to create their desired balance of security and accessibility for their GitLab experience.
Authentication is the first impression a new customer has when they configure a new GitLab instance. We aim to make it as seamless as possible, from that first login to onboarding users and managing security rules for their instance in a secure, flexible, and scalable way.

ABOUT BASETEN

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams.
As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders.
As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective.
Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have.
You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way.
- Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership.
- Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides.
- Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides.
Activate partner field teams
- Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so.
- Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter.
- Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team.
- Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute.
Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run.
- Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes.
- Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one.
Measure and evolve programs
- Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests.
- Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar).
- You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting.
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly.
- You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers.
- ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA.
- Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume.
- A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs.
- Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company.
- Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers, across our own products and the world’s largest cloud platforms, with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. The stack that makes this possible is deep and tightly coupled: accelerator kernels, an in-house inference engine that manages the entire token path for both production and research workloads, distributed routing, autoscaling, and capacity management. Every layer affects the others, often in ways that are hard to see in isolation. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of building, testing, and shipping inference software grows with every platform we add.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the programs that scale it. The work spans four closely coupled areas:
Scaling and infrastructure.
Routing, autoscaling, and capacity management for the serving fleet, and bringing new capacity online.
Velocity.
The toolchains, development environments, and CI/CD that let inference engineers build, test, and ship across every accelerator platform.
Inference engine.
The software between the accelerator kernels and the routing layer that serves every request.
Performance.
Improving throughput, latency, cost, and reliability across the stack, with correctness treated as part of performance.
This is not a status-tracking role. You'll own outcomes end to end, often where no single team is accountable for the whole picture. Much of your value comes from crossing boundaries into Research, Safeguards, Security, Compute, Infrastructure, API, and our cloud and silicon partners, and bringing back the requirements and dependencies that no team sees from inside its own space. There is little process to inherit, and we want to keep it that way: you'll build the minimum machinery the work needs and remove it when it stops helping. And because this is Anthropic, you'll have Claude as a collaborator. We expect TPMs on this team to push hard on what AI-assisted program management and fleet operations can look like.
Key responsibilities
Own the programs that scale Claude’s serving fleet across accelerator and cloud platforms, from early direction through delivery.
Drive new capacity online end to end, working across compute, infrastructure, security, networking, and inference teams so one person is accountable for the whole path.
Build visibility into supply, demand, and utilization with capacity and finance partners, and drive trade-offs among utilization, cost, latency, and reliability to a clear decision.
Lead reliability programs and large migrations without disrupting production traffic or research, and make sure incident follow-ups land in team roadmaps.
Drive the programs that make inference engineers faster: define the productivity metrics that matter, find the bottlenecks, and improve how software is built, tested, and released across platforms, in step with Anthropic’s central Infrastructure org.
Coordinate roadmaps and priorities across the production, research, and safeguards needs that depend on the same teams.
Track performance and efficiency work from opportunity to measured impact in production, with correctness held as a release criterion.
Own inference readiness for model launches alongside our launch TPMs.
Minimum qualifications
7+ years of experience as a TPM, or in an equivalent engineering or SRE lead role, owning large multi-team infrastructure programs end to end in production distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms. You can speak to the outcomes in detail, including where a program slipped and what you did about it.
Technical fluency in large-scale serving infrastructure, including request routing and load balancing, autoscaling, capacity planning, cluster orchestration, deployment and rollout, and observability. You know enough to challenge a design, find the real risk, and add value beyond tracking.
A working understanding of how LLM inference uses hardware (prefill and decode, batching, caching, compute versus memory bandwidth versus interconnect), or a track record of getting deep in an unfamiliar technical domain quickly.
A track record of building program mechanisms from scratch on ambiguous, fast-moving efforts, and of retiring process that has stopped earning its keep.
The ability to drive outcomes across organizations you don't manage, with competing priorities and unclear decision ownership. You read people and rooms well, know when to push and when to listen, and earn the trust of senior engineers and researchers.
Strong written communication, including plans, reviews, and executive updates that many teams depend on.
Low ego and high ownership. You do whatever the program needs, whether that is writing a script, running an incident bridge, or chasing a quota, and you care more about the outcome than about scope or credit.
Care about Anthropic's mission and about serving frontier AI safely and reliably.
Preferred qualifications
Direct experience with LLM or ML inference serving at scale, such as model servers, batching and scheduling, KV caching, quantization, speculative decoding, or multi-model routing.
Experience with accelerator infrastructure (GPU, TPU, or Trainium), including cluster bring-up, hardware qualification, or running one workload across more than one accelerator platform.
Experience managing capacity across multiple clouds or regions, including demand forecasting, headroom policy, cost modeling, or unit economics for compute-heavy services.
Experience with developer productivity, release engineering, or CI/CD at scale, especially for hardware-dependent workloads, and with using engineering metrics to measurably raise velocity.
Experience running performance or efficiency programs, with enough grounding in rooflines, kernels, ML compilers (XLA, Triton, Neuron), numerics, or collective communication to reason about trade-offs with the engineers doing the work.
Familiarity with Kubernetes-based orchestration and job scheduling.
Experience working with research teams and turning their needs into infrastructure requirements.
Practical experience using AI tools in your own workflow, including building automations or agents, and clear ideas about where they help and where they don't.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$290,000
—
$435,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer.
THE ROLE
Container runtimes were designed for general-purpose software workloads. AI inference is not a general-purpose workload.
Running large models at production scale exposes cracks in every layer of the container stack: runtimes unaware of GPU memory constraints, images that take minutes to pull when a model needs to scale to thousands of replicas, and isolation mechanisms that weren’t designed for the multi-tenant serving environments that production AI requires. The tools the industry has relied on for a decade weren’t built for this, and patching around those limitations at higher layers only goes so far.
Baseten owns the entire pipeline, from the moment a developer pushes a model to the moment a request gets a response. That vertical ownership means we can fix these problems at the root. The Runtime Fabric team is doing exactly that: purpose-building the container runtime and storage layers for AI inference workloads, led by some of the world’s top containerd maintainers.
As Engineering Manager for Storage Products on the Runtime Fabric team, you will lead the engineers who build and run the storage products behind that stack: the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN), which sits in the cold start path of every model on the platform, the snapshotters and filesystems that expose model weights and container images to a running container, and the storage that model deployment and training need next. The team is advancing the next generation of caching for inference workloads, from the origin tier to the GPU host. You will own reliability for the area as a measured outcome, report to the head of Runtime Fabric, and stay close to the code through design and code review. If you’ve managed systems engineers and have hands-on experience with caching, content-addressable storage, or distributed filesystems, we’d love to talk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- How the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN) makes cold starts fast https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-the-baseten-delivery-network-bdn-makes-cold-starts-fast/
- Extending BDN from model weights to container image layers, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts
- Lazy-loading snapshotters and block-level delivery (EROFS, FUSE, ublk) so a container can start before the full image or model has arrived
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Culture
- Hire and grow a team of 5 to 10 systems engineers with storage, caching, and Linux expertise
- Run the team’s planning and delivery: scope work against the Runtime Fabric roadmap, set priorities, and ship on a predictable cadence
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support to your direct reports
- Own on-call health for the team’s services, including escalation paths and follow-through on incidents
Technical Direction
- Guide the architecture and evolution of the Baseten Delivery Network: the tiered caching and weight delivery product that makes cold starts 2-3x faster and eliminates thundering herd failures during burst scaling events
- Shape storage products tailored to Baseten’s workloads: extend BDN from model weights to container images, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts, and define the interfaces that model deployment, training, and customers use to reach them
- Oversee the on-host side of delivery: lazy-loading snapshotters, EROFS and overlayfs layouts, and block-level delivery (FUSE, ublk) for multi-gigabyte files
- Own reliability of the delivery path as a measured outcome: end-to-end instrumentation from snapshotter initialization to first inference request, targets for cold start and cache behavior, tolerance for failing upstream registries and object stores, and safe rollout of changes to a path every customer depends on
- Make the delivery path work across heterogeneous clusters and cloud providers, each with its own object store and network
- Review designs and code across the area, and take on hands-on work where it unblocks the team
- Champion the team’s contributions back to containerd and the snapshotter ecosystem alongside the maintainers on the Runtime Fabric team
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the point of contact for storage across Baseten, ensuring model deployment, training, and platform teams have the integration support they need
- Optimize requirements for the underlying storage platforms with the infrastructure team: object storage, local NVMe and block storage, and network bandwidth per cluster, so that capacity and provider decisions account for what the delivery path needs
- Manage the team’s dependencies in both directions: sequence work that model deployment, training, and infrastructure teams block on, and negotiate interfaces and timelines with the teams and upstream projects the storage path depends on
- Work with the head of Runtime Fabric and product stakeholders to prioritize storage investments based on customer impact and infrastructure reliability
- Communicate team progress, technical trade-offs, and incidents clearly to the team and to leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing a team of engineers in a systems, infrastructure, or storage context, including hiring and performance management
- Hands-on background in distributed storage systems, content-addressable storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Strong systems programming background in Go, Rust, and/or C/C++, with the ability to engage credibly in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Working knowledge of the Linux storage stack: filesystems, the page cache, block devices, and mounts
- Understanding of how container images are structured, stored, and delivered at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across teams
NICE TO HAVE
- Contributions to containerd/containerd, snapshotter projects (stargz, soci, nydus, overlaybd), distribution/distribution, or closely related open-source projects
- Familiarity with lazy-loading snapshotters or peer-to-peer image distribution
- Experience with EROFS, FUSE, ublk, or io_uring
- Experience building or operating CDN, object storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Experience running storage services on Kubernetes

Operating through our global business lines of Energy Solutions, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, and Lifting Solutions, we provide a broad range of specialist services including cranes, lifting, fluid power, training, equipment rental, pipeline, process, subsea, and valve services.
At EnerMech, we are driven by operational excellence, innovation, and technical expertise, delivering value through integrated solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance performance for our customers worldwide.
About the role
Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) is EnerMech’s global transformation and technology function. It supports 25 legal entities across four regions and covers infrastructure, cybersecurity, application management, service desk support, transformation initiatives, and enterprise data and intelligence.
As PMO Manager, you will be at the center of how EBS decides what to work on and how that work gets delivered. You will run demand intake and prioritization, give leadership a clear view of the portfolio and capacity, and keep our governance forums working well. You’ll do this while the function delivers major technology and data platform programs. Reporting to the VP Transformation & EBS, this is a hands-on role for someone who brings structure and rigor and still makes governance easy for the business to engage with.
Key responsibilities:
Demand management: Own the EBS demand management process. Make sure every business request is captured, assessed, prioritized, resourced and governed to delivery. Work with business and technology leaders to help them make prioritization decisions that weigh demand against capacity, strategy and operational need.
Portfolio management: Keep a complete, accurate view of the EBS project portfolio, covering status, milestones, risks, budget, benefits and delivery performance. Lead portfolio health reviews that bring dependencies, resource constraints and delivery risks to the surface early and drive mitigation.
Resource management: Plan and optimize resourcing across EBS teams, contractors and third-party partners. Support annual technology planning, budgeting and roadmap development with demand forecasting and capacity modelling.
Application change management: Oversee the full lifecycle of application change requests and defects. Make sure changes are assessed, approved, controlled and implemented through governance. Coordinate with support partners, project managers and technical teams so that enhancements, releases and fixes are delivered on time.
Governance: Run the EBS governance forums, including schedules, agendas, action logs, decision registers and communications. Work with project managers and sponsors so that business cases, benefits plans and investment proposals are robust and aligned to strategy.
Reporting: Build and maintain portfolio, demand, capacity and performance dashboards that support decision-making. Prepare clear, high-quality papers and packs for the Technology Committee, Architecture Review Board, Change Advisory Board, Data Governance Council, Design Authorities and the EBS Leadership Team.
Continuous improvement: Improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, reporting and portfolio practices to raise delivery performance and the experience of the stakeholders who use them.
Requirements
About you:
You are an experienced PMO and portfolio management professional who has run governance and managed technology portfolios in complex, multi-entity or global organizations. You can bring order to competing priorities and are comfortable challenging diverse stakeholders constructively. Your reporting turns data into decisions. You are structured and disciplined, and you can adapt when priorities change.

Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Typically 7+ years in PMO, portfolio or project management roles, including 3+ years leading or managing a PMO within an IT function

Experience in resource and capacity planning across multiple teams
A track record of producing reporting and papers for executive and steering committees

What you'll do
Provide 1:1 virtual fitness coaching through video sessions and in-app chat, working within each client's allotted credits.
Conduct a baseline assessment (PAR-Q, fitness/injury history, and GP clearance for relevant chronic conditions) before building any plan.
Design personalized or templated workout programs tailored to the client's goals, fitness level, and equipment access.
Educate clients on strength, cardio, flexibility, and recovery principles, and cue proper form via live video.
Track progress and close out each presenting issue with a clear outcome before starting a new one.
Tag each session with the single Main PI that best matches the client's focus, plus up to three Secondary PIs, per the Q3 2026 PI taxonomy (see the Holistics PI Manual).
Recognize when a client's needs go beyond fitness coaching and refer to the appropriate licensed professional or Intellect service.
Respond to in-app chat within the 12-hour SLA and complete session notes within 24 hours.

Personalized/templated training plans and virtual fitness assessments.
Live-session coaching, form cues, and technique demonstrations.
Progress tracking, goal setting, and motivation/adherence support.
General education on warm-up, cool-down, recovery, sleep, and hydration.
What's out of scope
Diagnosing or treating any injury, illness, or chronic condition.
Physical therapy, rehab protocols, or “corrective” treatment.
Recommending or prescribing supplements or performance-enhancing substances.
Meal plans or specific dietary prescriptions (refer to Nutrition).
Counselling on disordered eating or mental health concerns (refer to Intellect's mental health professionals).
Promising specific outcomes, timelines, or guaranteed results.
Requirements
Proven experience as a personal trainer / fitness coach (typically 5+ years of active practice).
Bachelor's in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, plus a recognized certification (e.g., ACE / NASM / NCSF / NSCA / ACSM / NESTA / ISSA), current or renewal in progress.
Strong communication in English and local language; able to simplify concepts for non-experts.
Language: Must speak Portuguese.
Comfortable working within a structured, credit-based consultation model — even if your background involved longer-term or clinical care.
Clear judgment about when to refer a client out, and willingness to do so even when it means the engagement ends.
Tech-savvy: video conferencing, fitness-tracking tools, comfortable documenting session notes on a platform.
