The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
Your main goal will be to make n8n's Core Platform ready for the company's next stage of growth: more scalable, reliable, secure, and flexible as customer usage and technical complexity increase. You'll own the foundations that everything else, including our AI and agent capabilities, is built on.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
OWN THE CORE PLATFORM STRATEGY & ROADMAP
- Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform in partnership with Engineering and Product leadership.
- Prioritize foundational investments based on customer impact, enterprise needs, technical risk, and engineering effort, and make trade-offs between near-term customer needs, technical debt, and long-term architecture explicit.
- Lead product discovery for technically complex problems, engaging directly with enterprise customers and internal customer-facing teams.
SCALABILITY, RELIABILITY & EXECUTION ENGINE
- Drive work on the scalability and reliability of n8n's execution engine, including areas like worker pools and distributed execution.
- Improve the reliability of triggers and execution behaviour across complex deployment setups, from multi-main Cloud environments to self-hosted enterprise installations.
- Shape a more secure and flexible approach to executing code within n8n.
MAJOR RELEASES & CROSS-ORG ALIGNMENT
- Drive the planning and release of major or breaking platform versions, including migration strategy, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Establish clear success measures and keep the squad accountable for outcomes, not only delivery.
- Act as the bridge between the Core team and the wider org: Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support, making platform trade-offs legible without oversimplifying them.
- Treat internal product teams as customers of the platform: proactively mine their roadmaps for implicit platform requirements and turn cross-cutting needs into explicit Core Platform work before they become blockers.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- Platform product experience: You have 5+ years in Product, with at least 2 to 3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products.
- Technical depth: You're credible with senior engineers. You can reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs, and hold your own in an architecture discussion. You're at home with non-functional requirements, where the details are the product.
- Complex delivery track record: You've led cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk, ideally including a migration or breaking change.
- Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or technical-debt work to customer and commercial outcomes.
- Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without being asked, fix what you see broken, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
- Exceptional communication: You make complex platform topics understandable for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Enterprise platform reality: You understand what running software in customer-controlled environments means, including self-hosted, air-gapped, and restricted deployments
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on ability: You can read code or prototype, even if you're not shipping it.
- Enterprise exposure: You've worked with B2B SaaS requirements like security, compliance, or deployment complexity.
- Security partnership: You're comfortable working with security teams on code execution, isolation, or compliance topics.
- Domain familiarity: You know workflow automation, orchestration, or open-source / developer-community products.
- Writing culture: You default to writing things down to create clarity and alignment.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

The team operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, priding themselves on being early adopters of AI to drive measurable growth. With a strategic, results-focused culture, they offer an environment where innovation is prioritized to help clients outperform local competition. This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling, specialist firm that values transparent performance and is dedicated to transforming how healthcare providers manage their digital growth and sales pipelines.
Job Type:
Full-time (Exclusive)
Job Summary
We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.

About the Team
We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to help us deliver exceptional support for Rain's platform and integrations. You'll work directly with the fintechs, platforms, and partners building card programs and stablecoin products on Rain — troubleshooting complex API integrations, reading logs, and querying data to resolve issues that touch real money movement at scale. You'll partner closely with almost every team in the company on escalations, and turn what you learn on the ground into fixes that pushes Rain forward.
What you’ll do
- Investigate and resolve advanced customer and partner issues across Rain's systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex API integrations directly with partners, walking them through clear steps to resolve issues on their end.
- Own incidents in your queue as part of the team's 24x7 coverage: triage promptly, communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, and consistently hit your SLA, CSAT, and quality targets.
- Escalate effectively by partnering closely with other teams to get to a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and build troubleshooting guides and knowledge base content, supporting both self-serve resolution for customers and onboarding for the team.
- Feed insights back to Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with Engineering on testing, monitoring, and alerting improvements, and support new feature rollouts and integrations as they ship.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer- or partner-facing support role — ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or another high-growth, API-first environment.
- Hands-on experience with API products, plus comfort reading logs and writing SQL queries to investigate issues
- Familiarity with support processes and case management best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented, root-cause mindset.
- Clear writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex cases at once
Bonus attributes:
- A strategic, collaborative, results-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in payments or other areas of fintech.
- A collaborative mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and a knack for building long-lasting relationships.
- scripting or lightweight automation experience is a plus.
