Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Fluency in Italian
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.

- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.

You'll report to Mojtaba Hosseini https://www.linkedin.com/in/mojtaba-hosseini-7a6666/, VP of Engineering at Kit. Day to day, you'll work most closely with Kris Hamoud https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristopher-hamoud-17b34665/ and Ivan Mora Perez https://www.linkedin.com/in/ivan-mora-p%C3%A9rez-ab460b45/.
You'll also partner with product engineers across Kit, and with teams outside engineering who rely on infrastructure to get their work done. Once you're ramped up, you'll join a three-person on-call rotation, which works out to roughly one week in three.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First Week: Get access to our AWS accounts, Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines. Read through our runbooks and architecture docs. Take part in Get To Know Yous (GTKYs) with Kris, Ivan, and the engineering teams you'll support.
- First Month: Pick up day-to-day infrastructure support requests and start working through them with Kris and Ivan as backup. Ship your first improvement, such as a version upgrade or a fix to a gap in monitoring. Shadow on-call shifts. Write down what you learn along the way, especially the parts that only lived in someone's head or those that can be automated or improved.
- First Six Months: Own core infrastructure areas end to end: databases, Kubernetes, version upgrades, and platform tooling. Take your full share of on-call, which you'll start by the end of your first quarter. Become the go-to person for day-to-day infrastructure questions. Find one recurring source of pages and make it go away. Ship a first paved path, such as a sandbox environment where AI agents or non-engineers can safely build and test changes.
- First Year: You're the primary owner of a large part of Kit's core infrastructure, and you lead projects in it without needing direction. Uptime stays at 99.9% or better, page volume is down, and you've found real cost savings. Your paved paths are in regular use by engineers, non-engineers, and AI agents. You've built observability good enough for AI agents to handle some on-call load. You've documented your decisions so others can build on your work.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Running production infrastructure on AWS at scale, including managed relational databases, networking, and load balancing
- Operating Kubernetes in production: upgrades, capacity planning, and troubleshooting
- Managing infrastructure as code and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that engineers trust
- Building monitoring and alerting that catches real problems early and doesn't page people for noise
- Diagnosing complex, multi-service incidents calmly, then fixing the underlying cause
- Cutting cloud costs through right-sizing and reserved capacity without hurting reliability
- Writing clear runbooks, docs, and decision write-ups
- Nice to have: experience with Cloudflare, ephemeral or sandbox environments, or email sending infrastructure
Experiences
- Around 7 or more years in infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE roles
- Owning production infrastructure for a product where downtime costs customers money
- Carrying a pager for systems you owned, and making that on-call rotation quieter over time
- Leading a major upgrade or migration, such as a database or Kubernetes version upgrade, with little or no customer impact
- Building self-service tooling or paved paths that other engineers actually adopted
- Working on a small infrastructure team where you couldn't hand problems off to a specialist
Traits
- You own what you run. You spot infrastructure debt and fix it without waiting to be asked, and you follow through until it's done.
- You build quality into the work. Upgrades have rollback plans, maintenance windows are planned around customers, and "good enough" is a decision, not a default.
- You leverage AI effectively. AI helps you increase quality and velocity where it matters most. You know when to delegate and when to dive in, while holding accountability.
- You make work easier for everyone else. You'd rather build a tool or write a guide once than answer the same question ten times.
- You teach what you know. You write things down so the next person, or the next AI agent, can build on your work.
- You work in public. You share context and tradeoffs openly, including during incidents and when things go wrong.
- You use AI thoughtfully. It's part of how you work, and you help others adopt it without creating new risks.
- You remember who's on the other end. An outage means a creator's launch email doesn't go out, and that shapes how you prioritize.
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Wanting a well-defined backlog handed to you each week. Here, you'll find much of the work yourself and set priorities with Kris.
- Preferring not to be on call. On-call is a core part of this role, shared across a team of three.
- You are skeptical of AI’s capabilities, or conversely use AI without good judgement and accountability.
- Wanting mostly greenfield architecture. A lot of this work is running, upgrading, and improving systems that already exist.
- Needing layers of approval before acting.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. We work mostly on East Coast time—so if you're based on the West Coast of the United States, Europe, or Asia, you might have a few early mornings or late evenings. We do our best to keep things reasonable, but a little time zone juggling comes with the territory.
This role is part of a three-person on-call rotation, so during your on-call week you'll need to be able to respond to pages outside your usual working hours.
We believe PTO should always take priority over on-call. We schedule on-call around people's lives, not the other way around. On-call is a shared responsibility, but taking time off should never be a challenge

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the Role
Operating Principals are Higgsfield’s general problem solvers. They work directly with the CEO and senior executives on the company’s key initiatives — owning several projects at a time, with no fixed lane: a new market this month, a broken process or a stalled product launch the next. The job is to take an undefined problem from zero to a working outcome, hand it off, and move to the next one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities across products, markets, and partners.
- Building and optimising processes that can scale with a company growing this fast.
- Leading and executing priority company initiatives end to end — analysis, decision, execution, follow-through.
- Pulling engineering, product, growth, and partnerships into one plan and unblocking whatever stalls.
- Preparing the numbers, models, and one-pagers behind leadership, board, and investor decisions.
Scope
- Based in San Francisco, with regular trips to Almaty and travel to partners and markets as projects require.
- Direct access to the CEO; high ownership, minimal process — no team underneath, no playbook.
What You’ll Need
- A degree from a top-tier university — ideally STEM or another highly quantitative field.
- A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas — olympiads, case competitions, elite scholarships, building something that worked.
- 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank / PE, Big Tech, or a fast-growing global technology company.
- Experience working abroad, as an expat, or inside a global organisation as a non-native speaker.
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable ones and enjoy working with data.
- Writing and presenting at a level that goes straight to the board or a Fortune 500 partner without editing.
- Natural curiosity, speed, and a will to make an impact.
- Right to work in the US; based in San Francisco or ready to relocate.
Nice to Have
- A chief-of-staff, founder’s-office, or BizOps stint after consulting / banking.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or Gen AI tooling.
- Background in AI, consumer tech, or media.
Screening / Interview Topics
- Hardest Problem Owned – an ambiguous project taken from zero to outcome, and what the candidate personally did
- Cross-Functional Delivery – moving engineering, product, and business teams without formal authority
- Analytical Depth – building and defending a model or business case under time pressure
- Executive Communication – a board deck, investor update, or CEO memo they wrote themselves
- Pace & Ambiguity – handling a priority flip mid-project
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategy and roadmap
for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability.
Build one platform for three brands.
Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market.
Shape our model portfolio
across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month.
Make agents production-ready.
Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale.
Own the evaluation strategy
so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after.
Stay close to your customers.
Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap.
Lead at a senior level,
presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years.
A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use.
The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader.
A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones.
Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls.
What Success Looks Like
A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone.
Why Join Us?
Real scale from day one.
Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands.
Frontier work, real constraints.
You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production.
Visible impact.
Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.
💰 Share in the success you help create Competitive salary and equity options, so you’re rewarded for the impact you make.

- You're constantly learning and looking for ways to improve your skills and workflow.
- You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and other GenAI tools in your work.
- You play and love video games.
- Experience with Cocos, Unity, Niagara, or programming languages would be a plus.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Research Engineer on the Latency & Throughput team, you will push the frontier of LLM inference by researching and prototyping techniques that reduce latency and increase throughput — from speculative decoding and quantization to KV compression and new attention variants. The team sits at the intersection of research and production: you will take ideas from recent literature, form hypotheses, run experiments, and ship the techniques that prove out into our serving stack.
This role sits between our inference engineers, who own the production serving stack, and our research scientists, who focus on paper-level contributions. You will be more science-focused than a pure engineer: you are expected to generate new ideas, keep up with the state of the art, and implement proof-of-concepts that bridge the gap between academic results and production impact. Some techniques you explore will be lossy or require integration into training — retraining models, tuning architectures, or training auxiliary models to improve inference.
You will work closely with the Inference Foundation and Kernels teams, who turn your validated techniques into production recipes, and with pretraining and RL teams when your work touches model training. Success is measured by demonstrated latency or throughput gains, first at small scale, then adopted in production.
What You Will Do
- Research and prototype inference techniques — speculative decoding, quantization, KV compression, watermarking, and new model architectures — by reading recent literature and forming testable hypotheses.
- Design and run experiments to validate or refute ideas, iterating quickly on small-scale setups before proposing production integration. Demonstrate clear latency or throughput gains without unacceptable quality loss.
- Collaborate with the Inference Foundation team to integrate validated techniques into the vLLM-based serving stack.
- Partner with pretraining and RL teams when techniques require co-training, retraining, or training auxiliary models to improve inference.
Build the right tooling and validation platforms to facilitate AI-driven inference research.
What We're Looking For
- A strong ML background with solid knowledge of LLM training techniques — architecture, tokenization, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Python and PyTorch; you write clean, experimental code and iterate fast. JAX is acceptable with strong Python proficiency. C++ and Rust are not required, CUDA and GPU knowledge is expected but hands-on experience is not required.
- Research experience of some form: a thesis, publications, a dedicated research project, or efficiency-oriented work in a lab or industry research setting. A PhD is not required, but we are looking for genuine research depth.
- A track record of conducting experiments: forming hypotheses, designing controlled comparisons, and drawing clear conclusions from results.
- Familiarity with the state of the art in LLM inference — you know what has been tried, what works, and where the open problems are.
- Self-starter, low-ego, and collaborative. You are comfortable with ambiguity, negative results, and are eager to take matters into your own hands.
- Inference or serving experience is a plus, not a requirement. Prior work with vLLM, production LLM deployments, or serving systems will help you ramp up faster.

Are you comfortable navigating complex software systems, working with coding agents, and defining what makes developer tools actually useful? Do you want to shape how developers and AI work together inside IDEs?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Agentic development is changing how software gets built. Developers no longer just chat with AI – they delegate tasks, run parallel agent sessions, and steer autonomous changes. As agents take on more work, reviewing and owning the output is becoming the hardest part of the process.
JetBrains Air is our open system for agentic development. It brings tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Agent, Gemini, and Junie directly into JetBrains IDEs, providing an agentic-first user experience.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key areas of Air. You’ll take ownership of high-impact workflows, work closely with cross-functional teams (including software engineers, designers, ML researchers, analysts, DevRel, and product marketing), and turn technical complexity into clear product direction.
Day to day, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of key parts of Air in JetBrains IDEs, driving work from problem framing and discovery to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
Define and refine core agentic workflows, including task delegation, session monitoring, steering, and code review.
Model complex user flows, system states, permissions, and integration schemes to guide engineering and design decisions.
Maintain a transparent roadmap that balances quick improvements with long-term strategic investments.
Define telemetry, design experiments, analyze product data, and make evidence-based roadmap decisions.
Study how developers interact with leading AI agents and tools to inform product priorities.
Engage with the Agent Client Protocol (ACP) ecosystem and collaborate with partners building on it.
Partner with enterprise sales and support teams to address governance, privacy, and control requirements.
What you’ll bring
A systems-thinking mindset that easily breaks down complex architectures, workflows, and dependencies.
A data-driven approach to product decisions, including hands-on experience querying and analyzing telemetry.
Active personal experience using coding agents and clear perspectives on where current AI tools succeed and fail.
Strong product intuition for complex technical user experiences and developer workflows.
Clear, concise, and collaborative communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and build alignment across diverse groups of stakeholders.
Comfort navigating fast-changing technical landscapes with high ambiguity.
What you’ll need
Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager or in a similar role.
Strong technical grounding in software development workflows, including IDEs, git, code review, CI/CD, and package management.
A hands-on technical background sufficient to collaborate closely with software and ML engineers.
An understanding of core AI and agent concepts, including tool use, protocols (MCP/ACP), context retrieval, evaluations, and latency/cost trade-offs.
The ability to write SQL or Python to analyze product metrics and experiment results independently.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
What success looks like
In your first 6 to 12 months, success in this role means:
Driving measurable growth in active Air users and improving weekly/monthly retention (D7/D30).
Increasing agent session completion rates and the proportion of agent-generated changes accepted by developers.
Establishing clear, telemetry-backed decisions across your product roadmap areas.
Delivering validated product hypotheses consistently each quarter.
Contributing directly to JetBrains AI revenue growth and overall IDE value.
