About the Role
We're hiring a Product Manager for Supabase Realtime https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime. You'll own the surface area developers use to build live, collaborative and event-driven apps on Supabase: Broadcast https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/broadcast, Presence https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/presence, Postgres Changes https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/postgres-changes, and the capabilities we build next.
You'll work closely with the Realtime Engineering team and with partners across Product Management, Design and GTM.
This role is ideal for someone who's excited about building tools for millions of developers and who has a passion for the types of user experiences unlocked by simple, scalable real-time channels. You should have a nuanced understanding of full-stack application development, including existing and emerging real-time and sync patterns.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- You'll collaborate with customers of all sizes and expertise levels: from an indie developer adding live updates to a side project, to startups building collaborative SaaS, to enterprise teams streaming live data to dashboards.

- You'll keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned. You'll own the plan of record for what's coming, why, and in what order.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with equivalent depth. You're comfortable commenting on an architecture doc, following a design discussion, and advocating for the user when trade-offs are required.
- Have owned an app development platform, feature or framework where real-time was core to the developer experience.
- Get your own answers from data. You know what you care about in terms of product instrumentation and are comfortable querying and cleaning your own findings.
- Are comfortable with Postgres and familiar with logical replication.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
STRONG SIGNAL

- Worked with gaming, AR or collaborative-tool customers.

About the job
This isn't a role that inherits an existing playbook — it's a role that writes one. Twilio is building a highly visible, cross-functional operations & governance team dedicated to optimizing its telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem. Reporting into leadership that maintains regular cadences with Twilio's CEO, CFO, CRO, and Audit Committee, you will serve as the primary owner of critical end-to-end improvements spanning multiple areas of the business, and build internal operating models that unlock new levels of operational maturity and rigor.

You will own the creation and stand-up of the team operating model, cadences, and runbooks while taking direct ownership of the team's internal Run-the-Business (RTB) engine.
If you thrive in high-visibility environments, love designing systems from first principles, and want to own program execution end-to-end, this opportunity is built for you.
Responsibilities

Maintain Executive Visibility:

Implement Core Infrastructure:
Lead end-to-end process improvements across carrier operations — understanding, synthesizing, and deploying cohesive policies, workflows, systems/tools, and data-driven controls.
Operating Model, Enablement & Team Infrastructure
Build Team Foundations:
Design and stand up the new Carrier Operations & Governance operating model, operational cadences, and internal team structures.
Author Runbooks & Standards:
Author, maintain, and roll out standard operational runbooks, supply policies, and Rules of Engagement (ROEs) for internal stakeholders and carrier partners.
Design Enablement & Change Management:
Design and create comprehensive enablement programs, training materials, and frameworks to accelerate organizational transformation — actively shifting teams from relationship- and assumption-driven decision-making to a rigorously governed, data-informed operating model.
Insights & Reporting
Business Intelligence:
Leverage quantitative research, machine learning models, performance monitoring, and scalable data foundations that enable fast, economically sound insights.
Data & Reporting Quality:
Execute analytical requests from IRSG, Legal, Finance, and GTM stakeholders, delivering accurate data pulls, ad-hoc analyses, and structured summaries. Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting pipelines.
Design Enablement & Change Management:
Design and create comprehensive enablement programs, training materials, and frameworks to accelerate organizational transformation — actively shifting teams from relationship- and assumption-driven decision-making to a rigorously governed, data-informed operating model.
Drive Team RTB Engine:
Own and manage the day-to-day Run-the-Business (RTB) cadence at the team level, ensuring operational momentum and accountability.
Facilitate Operational Rhythms:
Facilitate regular operational forums, including team OKR tracking, and deal approval workflows.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As we scale our product surface area, we’re looking for Product Managers who are excited to own a variety of high-impact products, and drive outsized outcomes in hard-to-solve and ambiguous problem spaces. This is a role designed for builders who thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex user and workflow problems, and take full ownership of outcomes - from defining the problem space to shipping, scaling, and driving real customer and business impact.
As a Product Manager, you will be accountable for setting the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of one or more core product areas. This is not a “manage the roadmap” role—it’s a “make it successful” role. You’ll develop a deep understanding of users, their day-to-day workflows, and the broader ecosystem they operate in. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems to solve and turn messy, real-world complexity into simple, scalable experiences. You will hold the standard on quality, and not rest until your product is creating the level of impact in the field that you expect.
You’ll work closely with design, engineering, customer-facing teams, and other product managers. You will lead product discovery, define clear requirements, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and push products from 0→1 and from 1→scale with urgency and clarity. This is a highly cross-functional and user-centered role—ideal for someone who loves building foundational experiences that make complex work feel effortless.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the success of one or more core product areas, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact - not just outputs, timelines, or feature delivery.
- Define and drive product vision and strategy by synthesizing user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a clear, scalable roadmap.
- Lead product discovery through user interviews, workflow mapping, usability testing, shadowing, and qualitative/quantitative research.
- Translate ambiguous, messy problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and intuitive experiences.
- Build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities from 0→1 and from 1→scale, ensuring fast learning cycles and high-quality execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with design and engineering to translate product vision into intuitive user experiences that are technically feasible and built to scale.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure strong product adoption, clarity of value, and real customer impact.
- Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, workflow-heavy products, or operationally complex environments.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous product ideas from concept to launch and from prototype to real-world usage, with thoughtful prioritization of the highest-impact problems.
- Strong user instincts: You care deeply about how products feel, flow, and fit into people’s daily work and can uncover user needs through strong product discovery practices.
- Technical fluency: Able to break down how complex systems work under the hood, distill technical needs and constraints, and partner with engineering to make smart tradeoffs.
- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate product decisions, tradeoffs, and priorities to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative leader: demonstrated ability to lead across design, engineering, CX, and go-to-market teams to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum.
- Bias to action: energized by moving fast, testing ideas, learning from feedback, and iterating.
- Ownership mindset: accountable for outcomes, comfortable operating in low-structure environments, and eager to lead end-to-end.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We're hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) who has already done this job at a SaaS company: someone who has led implementations, owned enterprise accounts and knows what it takes to drive adoption in complex organizations. You'll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our customers, combining strong relationship management with deep knowledge of ClickUp's platform. This role sits where customer success, solution strategy and technical enablement meet, and it drives long-term growth, adoption and measurable business outcomes.

That starts with implementation and onboarding and continues through ongoing managed services, strategic expansion and renewal outcomes across your book of business. This role requires an AI-native professional who doesn't just use AI tools but designs, builds and scales AI-powered workflows and agents, and brings that hands-on expertise to customers.
TAMs lead with a customer-first mindset. You'll build success plans, guide onboarding and adoption and make sure stakeholders keep seeing value throughout their lifecycle. You'll support technical initiatives like process optimization, workflow design and AI enablement, and you'll also own the overall health, engagement and strategic direction of your accounts. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Support so each customer's success story is long-term, scalable and impactful.

Account Health Management
- Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends and Champion/Stakeholder engagement.
- Build and run adoption plans and account reviews to maintain or improve health.
- Spot risks early and build recovery plans with the account team.
- Deliver ongoing change management and enablement so customers keep maturing on the platform.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Run Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for key workflows.
- Lead discovery sessions that map current-state and future-state processes.
- Recommend optimizations and create workflow templates that scale across teams.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and build custom workflow Agents tied to customer use cases.

- Provide technical training and consultation on AI and automation best practices, including prompt design, agent architecture and scaling use cases across teams.
