We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the role:
An indispensable component of Clipboard's marketplace is its workplace customers. The Account Manager ensures the continued success of the partnership between Clipboard and its workplace partners, working to deliver an optimal experience at every level of their organizations. The job encompasses being a resource to workplaces when issues arise, liaising with building- and corporate-level contacts, and keeping abreast of a litany of important business metrics for each account.
Your week will be balanced between high-touch customer engagement and internal account strategy, with a laser focus on net revenue retention. You are an avid problem-solver, a strategic communicator, and a diligent executor who can navigate complex relationships to sharpen your business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow your portfolio: Own a book of business with accountability for "Same-Store Shift Postings" (SSSP, which measures utilization) and "Same-Store Net Revenue" (SSNR, which measures profitability). In your pursuit of driving those numbers higher, you will identify churn risks, mitigate issues, and proactively uncover opportunities for commercial expansion.
- Strategic account planning: Build and maintain detailed account plans. Forecast performance accurately and provide regular insights to internal leadership regarding pipeline health and account stability.
- Drive executive value: Establish trust with both clinical and non-clinical executives. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings to demonstrate value, align on business goals, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.

Beyond the basics, what will make you successful:
- Extreme ownership: The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
- Extreme curiosity: You ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
- Scrappiness: You look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’
- Fast-paced: You thrive on moving quickly and are highly adaptable to a market that evolves quickly.
Our interview process:
1. Application (where you are now!)
2. Case study
3. Interview 1 with a hiring manager
4. Interview 2 with Head of Account Management
5. Culture chat with a partner on our People Team

Specifically, we’re looking at how you interpret written context, navigate ambiguity, and identify opportunities independently. This ensures our first conversation is grounded in your actual work style rather than just a resume walkthrough.
Qualifications:
- Relationship management experience not required but strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to try / lack of fear
- Bachelor's Degree
Benefits:
- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Every dollar Anthropic earns and every dollar it spends on compute has to reach the books correctly, and the volume grows with Claude usage. That data comes from across the company and from partners: usage and billing, compute, infrastructure assets, leases. Products and pricing models keep launching, and each one adds another path into the books. Our goal is a continuous close with zero material issues, with audit-grade controls.
You’ll build the platform that gets us there: one front door for every finance event, an append-only ledger, and an accounting engine that posts each event exactly once. This is a distributed systems problem with an unusually high correctness bar. The system has to be right to the cent, replay cleanly and explain any number as of any date, at that volume. You will shape its architecture. Its users include Claude agents, which read and write through the same APIs and controls as people.
You’ll work closely with SWEs in Billing, Compute and Infra on shared contracts and APIs, and with product owners, finance operations and internal audit to turn accounting and controls requirements into designs. You don’t need a finance background. If you have built backend systems where correctness matters, we will teach you the domain.
Responsibilities
Design and build the front door into finance and its governed contracts: APIs for apps and agents, an event bus for systems that publish, adapters for vendor apps and reports, data-quality gates, and processing that posts every event exactly once, with replay and backfill
Drive the build of the accounting ledger and engine: an append-only ledger with idempotent posting, a rules framework that turns business events into journal entries, translation into the ERP, and period locks
Design and build the SDKs and frameworks that finance apps and agents build on
Build controls into the platform as code: immutable audit trail, maker-checker, scoped access and segregation of duties
Build and run the production services that other engineering teams call in real time, such as the tax and collections services in the billing flow, and own their reliability: uptime, latency, throughput and correctness targets agreed with those teams
Shape the platform’s technical direction: architecture, engineering standards and design reviews
Minimum qualifications
Strong backend engineering in a statically typed language such as Go, Java or Rust, or Python at scale
Experience designing and running high-volume, event-driven systems (publish/subscribe, streaming) with idempotent processing, replay and backfill
Experience designing relational data models and writing SQL for complex, versioned data
Experience designing APIs, SDKs and service-to-service integrations used by other teams
Experience building systems with auditability, access control or compliance requirements
Experience turning requirements from non-engineering partners into technical designs
Strong written and verbal communication, including design docs
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of experience
Experience building developer platforms or paved paths
Experience with streaming systems such as Pub/Sub or Kafka
Experience building with LLMs and agents, including MCP
Built a ledger, sub-ledger, billing or payments system
Familiarity with accounting concepts: double-entry, journal entries
Familiarity with internal controls and audit concepts: audit trails, segregation of duties, change management
Exposure to ERP or financial systems, such as Workday Financials
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
AI is being built by many companies at once. Model labs train more capable models, hyperscalers provide infrastructure and distribution, developers build new AI products, and a growing set of tools gives agents more to work with. Baseten sits at the center of all of it, as the inference platform that developers and large companies use to run AI in production.
We're hiring Software Engineers with strong product and customer sense to join our Product Platform organization. This team builds the enterprise-hardened products that sit on top of our inference platform. These are the surfaces customers, partners, and their agents touch every day. We also build systems and products for developer productivity, including agentic platforms.
We're hiring across several areas:
- Commercialization, billing, and partnerships.
- Developer productivity and agentic development.
- Enterprise controls: identity, access, governance, and account lifecycle management.
You'll own customer-facing features end to end. That means talking to customers to define the problem, designing and shipping the solution, and iterating once it's in production. You'll work closely with product and design as a peer.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
You'll get to work on these types of projects as part of our Product Platform team:
- How we built RBAC that scales for the enterprise https://www.baseten.co/blog/rbac-from-the-ground-up-solving-for-autonomy-vs-control/
- Announcing our partnership with OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-openai-partnership/
- Introducing Baseten Hosted Tools https://www.baseten.co/blog/introducing-baseten-hosted-tools/
- How leading platforms ensure observability for LLM inference https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-leading-platforms-ensure-observability-for-llm-inference/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own customer-facing features end to end, from understanding who you're building for through design, launch, and iteration.
- Build platforms and systems that scale and perform well in production, not one-off features or scaffolding.
- Ship in phases, working directly with internal and external customers to validate and iterate along the way instead of betting on a single big launch.
- Weigh competing customer requests and make clear prioritization calls based on impact.
- Work closely with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams as a peer, contributing ideas rather than just implementing specs.
- Build the systems behind how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten, across billing, partnerships, and developer and agentic tooling.
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to completion with little process.
- Pick up new problem areas quickly and grow your scope as the team and product expand.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineers who build the platform that gets us there: one front door for every finance event, an append-only ledger, and an accounting engine that posts each event exactly once. You’ll hire and grow the team, and hold the bar for how the platform is built and run in production. Its users include Claude agents, which read and write through the same APIs and controls as people.
You'll partner with engineering teams in Billing, Compute and Infra on shared contracts and APIs, and with product owners and finance operations, who set the priorities and define the needs. You don't need a finance background. If you have led teams that build backend systems where correctness matters, we will teach you the domain.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of engineers: hire, coach and hold a high bar for engineering quality
Own delivery of the front door for finance events and its governed contracts, and the accounting ledger and engine, so every event is posted exactly once and can be traced back to its source
Be accountable for the production services that other engineering teams call in real time, such as the tax and collections services in the billing flow
Make sure finance apps and agents have the platform support they need: SDKs and frameworks, scoped access, SOX guardrails, observability, and the capabilities finance needs that claude products do not provide out of the box
Define and own the reliability and correctness bar: SLOs on the services other teams call, tests that check key upstream calculations on every change, and daily accuracy and completeness checks from source to books
Align on technical design, data contracts and APIs with engineering leaders in Billing, Compute and Infra
Drive down the time it takes finance to support a new product, program or compute buildout
Minimum qualifications
Have led teams that build and run high-volume backend systems where correctness matters, such as ledgers, billing, payments, metering or other systems of record
Have built or run event-driven systems with idempotent processing, replay and backfill, and know what it takes to keep them correct in production
Have sound judgment on platform boundaries, data contracts and API design
Have hired and grown engineers, and set engineering standards for platforms
Work well across functions, with upstream engineering teams, finance and auditors, and explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-engineering partners, in writing and in the room
Preferred qualifications
Have 3+ years of engineering management experience, with 8+ years total in the industry
Built developer platforms or paved paths used by other builders
Worked with Go and with streaming systems such as Pub/Sub or Kafka
Built with LLMs and agents, including MCP
Built or run a ledger or sub-ledger, with a working knowledge of double-entry accounting
Managed teams through audit and compliance work, such as SOX change management, segregation of duties and audit trails
Worked with ERP or financial systems, such as Workday Financials or Oracle Financials

Our client is an international TravelTech company developing technology solutions for the global travel industry. The company builds digital products that help businesses streamline and automate complex travel-related operations.
One of the company's key areas is crew travel management for the maritime and aviation industries, where customers need to coordinate frequent and often last-minute travel changes across international teams and locations.
As the company continues to grow, it is building its Sales Development function from the ground up and is looking for a
Sales Development Representative
(SDR) focused on Maritime & Aviation.
This is a unique opportunity to become the first SDR in the company, help establish the outbound sales process, and build the foundation for a growing SDR team. The role also offers a clear development path toward Account Executive, based on performance and the quality of the pipeline you generate.
The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the EU.
Your tasks on the position:
Own a portfolio of named accounts within the maritime or aviation industry
Research target companies, decision-makers, and relevant business triggers to identify high-potential prospects
Build and execute personalized multichannel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone
Conduct cold outreach and initiate conversations with operational decision-makers
Qualify prospects through meaningful two-way conversations and identify genuine business needs and sales potential
Generate qualified opportunities and hand them over to Account Executives for further development and closing
Use research and data to personalize outreach rather than relying on generic mass messaging
Use AI tools for lead enrichment, research, and first-draft outreach, adding your own judgment and personalization before engaging prospects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM
Track your pipeline and performance against agreed targets
Analyze which messages, channels, and approaches generate the strongest conversion
Share market and prospect feedback with the Sales team and contribute to improving the outbound playbook
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth opportunity handover and strong pipeline quality
The role is designed around proactive outbound prospecting rather than inbound lead follow-up
Requirements
At least 8-12 months of hands-on SDR/BDR experience in cold outbound sales
Proven experience generating pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting rather than primarily working with inbound leads
Ability to demonstrate previous pipeline targets and attainment with specific results or metrics
Strong research-led prospecting skills and the ability to identify relevant business triggers and build personalized outreach around them
Recent hands-on experience with cold calling and confidence speaking with prospects by phone
Experience running outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone
Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
Experience with prospecting and data-enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms
Strong CRM discipline and understanding of the importance of accurate pipeline data
Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote-first environment
Research-driven and personalized approach to prospecting
Strong communication skills and a positive, confident phone presence
Fluent business English
Current location within the European Union
Ability to work extended hours several days per week to provide overlap with US Eastern business hours, which may mean working until approximately 19:00-21:00 local time
Availability for a full-time contractor role
Will be an advantage:
Previous experience in the maritime, aviation, or travel industry
Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers
Understanding of crew travel, fleet operations, manning agencies, flight departments, or other operational travel environments
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lemlist, or similar sales engagement tools
Experience incorporating AI tools into prospect research, enrichment, or outreach workflows
