Manage full sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and closing across both existing customers and prospects, including product demos and user enablement.
Engage high-intent accounts and users through consultative discovery, product demos, trainings, and multi-threading across stakeholders and teams.
Execute post-trial and post-engagement follow-up strategies to increase conversion, drive adoption, and pipeline growth.
Work with customers across Southern Europe and LATAM, using Portuguese and/or Spanish regularly in customer conversations.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

The position is open for an immediate starting date, for a six-month internship.
CTO Founder Associates support the CTO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy and building new processes/standards internally and externally. It is a unique chance to work on many tasks in a different and non traditional environment.
You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support high added value tasks for Alan.
⭐ DETAILED MISSIONS ⭐
As such, you can’t be exhaustive on the missions you will perform as a CTO FA, as you can be asked to help on almost any subject.
Possible projects include:
- Tech: Exploring new technologies and their applications for Alan
- Artificial Intelligence: Implementing internal solutions that leverage AI to optimize processes
- Strategy: Contributing to company vision, market analysis, and growth modelling
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic opportunities
- Corporate & Governance: Supporting board packs, legal research, and public affairs
- Brand & Communication: Developing corporate presence at events and on social media
- Growth: Coordinating RFPs, supporting marketing and partnerships
- Recurring tasks: Coordinating the weekly internal communication, supporting the CTO with his weekly social posts, organizing the monthly event gathering all the Alaners, recruiting the next batch of FAs.
- And many more...
⭐ KEY OUTCOMES ⭐
By the end of the internship period, the intern will have:
- Created new processes and resources, and contributed innovative ideas to improve Founders Associates team efficiency and autonomy
- Gained skills to start your own company as a CTO
- Met incredibly talented and smart people
- Collaborated with the CTO and other Senior Alaners
- Interacted with most of Alan’s communities (Engineers, Product, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Talent)
- Gained a 360 view of Alan
- Contributed to at least one strategic company project (new product launch, AI model implementation, etc.).
⭐ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES ⭐
- Analytical sense and critical thinking: FAs possess strong abilities to frame the right questions, objectively analyze problems, and simulate possible outcomes.
- Business and product sense: FAs need excellent understanding to think at the company level, assess cross-cutting impacts, and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Execution and collaboration: The ability to orchestrate and direct people towards objectives is key, given the scope and timeline of work.
- Versatility and education: given the scope of work, FAs should be able to jump from one topic to another with similar impact.
- Organization, time management and autonomy: FAs must excel in managing projects precisely and reliably with minimal external assistance.
- Effective communication: FAs interact with numerous Alaners daily, and therefore need to clearly express their needs, and inspire action in others.
- Always looking for the extra mile: FAs are expected to deliver tasks quickly and well while proactively proposing new initiatives and anticipating future needs.
- Growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow as an FA in your early professional life.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. All our communications are written and in English.
- High agency: FAs seek problems in their environment to solve and are committed to making things happen, whether by building projects, organizing events, mobilizing people towards an idea, etc. When faced with an unfamiliar problem, FAs' first instinct is to find a solution, not to wait for someone else to show them how.
- AI fluency: FAs are comfortable building with AI tools and have artifacts to show -- a tool, a prototype, a workflow, etc
- Technical conceptual understanding: FAs are not necessarily software engineers, but they do have a strong grasp on how technical systems work at a conceptual level. FAs are oftentimes the connection between technical and non-technical teams, so they need to be able to brainstorm with engineers, evaluate tradeoffs, and own technical projects end to end

We are looking for a
Commercial & Pricing Analyst.
In this role, you will work daily with sales dynamics and margin performance across markets, suppliers, and partners. It is not just about reviewing numbers — it is about understanding what stands behind them: which processes, decisions, and business factors drive the trends. You will identify the root causes of performance changes, develop well-reasoned recommendations within existing pricing models, and support their implementation together with the commercial team. This position requires a data-driven mindset, confidence in working with large data sets, and the ability to structure information and make balanced decisions. The role involves a high level of autonomy and personal responsibility for the accuracy of conclusions and their financial impact on the business.
This is a remote position.
Monitor daily sales dynamics across multiple segments: brand, country, supplier, key company partners, suppliers, and business lines.
Analyze multiple core metrics in combination to get a comprehensive picture.
Work confidently with large datasets; identify key events and business changes behind the numbers and graphs.
Deeply immerse yourself in business processes and identify root causes for metric changes.
Develop solutions that drive positive trend-level changes.
Collaborate with other teams to implement agreed-upon decisions, provide well-reasoned justification for proposed measures, build action plans, and monitor results.
Present results clearly using charts and numbers.
Defend the company’s interests and provide well-reasoned refusals under pressure, when required.
Communicate daily with the commercial team, dive into the specifics of each market, collect feedback, structure and aggregate received information, and present it in summary form.
Ensure the quality of collected data, clarify and verify suspicious or potentially inaccurate information with related teams.
Process internal requests regarding price discrepancies with competitors, verify data accuracy, make pricing decisions, and issue discounts.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related functions.
English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher (both spoken and written).
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with multiple metrics and analytical tools simultaneously, understand business processes behind the numbers, pay close attention to details and identify root causes of changes.
Advanced Excel skills (cubes, pivot tables, complex formulas, charts).
Basic SQL skills: ability to read and modify existing queries, write simple queries to extract data from multiple tables.
Experience working with large data sets, high attention to detail, and structured/systematic thinking.
Experience with BI tools is a plus.
Benefits
Flexible schedules and the opportunity to work remotely.
An ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
Internal programs for onboarding and training, development of soft skills and leadership abilities.
Partial compensation for participation in external training and conferences.
Corporate English school: group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
Corporate rates on hotels and travel services.
MyTime Day Off – an extra non-working day with full compensation.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a VP, Mid-Market Sales in the East / Mid-Atlantic region, you’ll report directly to the SVP, Mid-Market Sales.
As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 9,999 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success.
What you will do
Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the East Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers and partners in your region
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas
Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + commission) range for this role is $375,000 – $410,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you.

Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

Drive implementation of new initiatives while ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate impact and identify further improvement opportunities.
Help standardize processes, improve operational efficiency, and share best practices across markets.
Review post launch performance of initiatives - identifying opportunities to improve further and course correcting in a timely manner.
Facilitate customer feedback on projects following launch - ensuring feedback loops are developed to pass information back to relevant teams.
Own deep dives on specific topics and leading updates with executive and senior stakeholders on specific issues (e.g. performance gaps, project updates).
Our humble expectations
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments, and gets excited about turning ideas into measurable improvements.
Ideally, you'll bring:

What we offer
This is an opportunity to work on initiatives that have a real impact across Wolt's Support organization. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across multiple functions and countries, help shape how Support operates at scale, and see your ideas translated into meaningful improvements for both our teams and customers.
You'll join a collaborative environment where data, experimentation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work—and where you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow your skills, expand your scope, and influence the future of Support operations.
Next steps
If qualified, our recruitment process begins with an initial screening conversation conducted by the Talent Acquisition team, followed by a role-specific interview to assess your experience and problem-solving approach.
If you progress to the next stage, you will receive a take-home assignment. You will then present your assignment in a follow-up meeting with the Hiring Manager and a Subject Matter Expert, where we’ll discuss your approach, reasoning, and recommendations in more detail. We aim to keep the process transparent, structured, and focused on giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and thinking.
If you are service-minded, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in an environment where you proactively identify solutions rather than wait for direction — we’d love to hear from you! 💙

Job Summary
We are a fast-growing performance lead generation company specializing in the legal vertical. We provide high-intent leads and signed retainers to personal injury law firms across the U.S. As we scale, we are looking for a high-level Client Operations Manager to own the entire lifecycle of a client relationship—from the moment a contract is signed to the successful, ongoing delivery of high-quality results.
This is a critical hire designed to remove operational bottlenecks. You will be the primary engine driving campaign launches, managing technical lead distribution, and serving as the authoritative point of contact for our law firm clients and wholesale partners. If you are a data-driven operator who thrives at the intersection of client success and technical performance marketing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Ownership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for law firm clients and partners; own the tone, quality, and frequency of all client-facing messaging.
Campaign Launch Management:
Build the bridge between sales and delivery by driving new orders from paperwork to first lead, ensuring all criteria, delivery methods, and intake requirements are documented and met.
Technical Distribution:
Act as the hands-on owner of LeadDistro, managing campaign builds, routing logic, filters, caps, integrations, and daily QA/QC.
Data-Driven Dispute Resolution:
Independently manage lead quality disputes by reconciling delivery exports against client data, classifying defects, and deciding on credits or replacements based on established policy.
Team Leadership:
Manage a small team including an Account Manager and Admin Support to ensure a high-velocity daily operating cadence where no task sits without an owner.
System Integrity:
Maintain Monday.com as the live source of truth for all campaign statuses and keep SOPs current as products and processes evolve.
Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with fulfillment partners and call centers to monitor volume, pacing, and quality, holding them accountable to strict specifications.
Requirements
Industry Experience:
4+ years in client-facing operations or account management within performance marketing, lead generation, or a call center environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Professional experience administering lead distribution or call routing software (e.g., LeadDistro, Boberdoo, LeadsPedia, Phonexa, Trackdrive, etc.).
Professional Communication:
Exceptional written English skills; you must be comfortable communicating with attorneys and law firm owners with high levels of polish.
Analytical Rigor:
Advanced spreadsheet skills; ability to analyze large CSV exports to produce defensible, data-backed answers to client queries.
Leadership:
Prior experience managing at least 1–2 direct reports.
Operational Demeanor:
Calm under pressure, particularly during quality disputes, with a focus on leading with data rather than apologies.
