Who You Are:
You're a product leader who has spent years in the trenches with institutional clients, guiding them through complex technical integrations — and you've come out the other side knowing where those efforts succeed, stall, or fall apart. As Director, Product Manager Institutional Platform, you will own the end-to-end experience of enterprise clients integrating with Galaxy's institutional custody and trading services. Collaborate closely with engineering, trading, operations, and compliance to ensure the platform's APIs, workflows, and tooling meet the real-world needs of institutional clients integrating for custody, staking, and trading.

Define and track metrics for onboarding health (time-to-integration, support ticket volume, client satisfaction) and report progress and blockers to product and business leadership.
Represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring product and engineering prioritization reflects real integration/usage pain points and institutional client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or a related technical role, with a meaningful portion of that in digital assets.
Direct, hands-on experience managing enterprise clients through technically complex integrations.
Familiarity with custody and staking workflows in the digital assets industry, and the operational and security considerations unique to them.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or highly technical client requirements into clear specifications, documentation, and product priorities.
Track record of building or substantially improving client-facing documentation, developer guides, or support resources.
Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable working directly with client technical teams and internal engineering, trading, and operations stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships without losing sight of the details.

Experience at a crypto exchange, custodian, prime broker, or institutional trading platform.
Background in technical writing or developer experience (DX) roles.

Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)

Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in transaction processing and documentation. Prepare audit and tax schedules, pull supporting documentation, and respond to auditor and tax preparer requests. Support ERP system maintenance — help clean up chart of accounts, standardize coding, and improve reporting accuracy.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

About seQura
seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers. We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear and Travel. We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR. Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there.
About the role
🤓
Finance at SeQura has evolved to building the infrastructure that powers forward-looking, insight-driven decisions. We are looking for builders, not classic FP&A profiles: people who have worked hands-on with AI tools, structured real databases, understand the business deeply, and get energy from turning messy manual processes into clean, automated ones. If you are excited by the idea of building an AI-first finance data platform for forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision-making, this role is for you.
What challenges you'll be solving
🚀
Build the financial data backbone of SeQura.
Help design, build, and maintain the single source of financial truth across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics; the data layer that everything else relies on.
Build tools, not reports.
Use AI (Claude), automation, and our data stack to create the models, pipelines, and tools that replace manual work and make insight available in real time.
Proactively find and kill inefficiency.
Proactively hunt down slow, manual, or fragile processes and re-engineer them. Own the problem end to end from spotting it to shipping the fix that sticks.
Partner with the business.
Work as a true finance partner through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, but with the goal of building the systems that make this faster and sharper every cycle.
Move to continuous, driver-based planning.
Help shift to rolling, driver-based forecasts and dynamic scenario analysis, powered by the infrastructure you build.
Turn data into decisions.
Prepare Board-, leadership-, and investor-ready materials that turn complex data into clear recommendations and build the tooling that makes producing them near-automatic.
Raise the bar on the stack.
Drive adoption of our finance and analytics tools (AI, Abacum, BI, automation, anomaly detection) to improve scalability, reduce manual work, and increase trust in analytics. Proactively identifying opportunities to automate before being asked to do so.
Help build a real-time decision engine.
Contribute to a Strategic Finance function that runs on ownership, automation, and analytical rigor, not manual reporting.
What we offer
😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.
In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops or seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.
Urban mobility by using your own bike with Kleta.
Free access to healthy, organic, and sustainable fruits.
Moreover, we offer a
Wellness Program
that embraces a holistic approach by covering 6 areas (occupational, physical, financial, emotional, social, and environmental consciousness). Each area will include various activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.
What you’ll need 🤝
Genuinely curious and relentless; someone who actively questions existing processes, experiments with new tools (including AI), and has a track record of finding better ways to do things without being asked. We're not looking for someone who waits for permission to improve.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a similarly analytical role in a high-growth fintech, SaaS, lending, or other complex environment.
Proven ability to build and run driver-based financial models across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics.
Strong bias for action, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure, decisions, and adopted solutions.
Systems thinker with strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear business insight.
Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, not just awareness, but genuine integration into how you work. Someone who has already replaced manual tasks with automation and who keeps looking for the next one.
Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with NetSuite, Abacum, and Embat is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
We kindly ask that you submit your
CV in English,
as it is the official language of our community.
We promote equal opportunity to all, regardless of age, color, gender identity, medical condition, physical or mental disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, or other characteristics. We have an inclusive environment, and respect is above all.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as a primary point of accountability for customer trust enablement, including participation in customer meetings, security reviews and AI governance.
- Contribute to AI Governance including building guardrails to align with AI regulations (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF and local EU laws).
- Partner closely with Legal and Privacy to interpret regulatory requirements and support complex, security-sensitive contractual discussions, escalating risks and tradeoffs appropriately.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure expectations are reflected in system design and operational effectiveness.
- Translate regulatory and privacy expectations into scalable, region-aware technical controls across model governance, agent security and safety, and data handling.
- Own and evolve customer-facing trust materials and narratives related to AI, privacy, and security.
- Represent Sierra in customer audits and formal assessments, clearly explaining security posture, governance decisions, and risk management approaches.
- Support resilience and response expectations as part of broader governance, with an emphasis on learning and continuous improvement.
- Continuously improve trust by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, increase automation, and improve signal quality, while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and quality.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will act as a strategic partner to Platform, Security, Product, Agent Development, Legal, and GTM, ensuring security and compliance requirements are embedded into architecture decisions, product roadmaps, and go to market execution while supporting product velocity and technical complexity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of experience in security compliance, privacy, or regulatory roles in SaaS, fintech, or AI companies.
- Deep experience with EU regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, DORA, EU AI Act and emerging AI regulations, paired with strong awareness of US and APAC regulatory norms.
- Demonstrated ability to operate globally understanding where requirements must diverge and where alignment is possible.
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise and regulated customers as a trusted representative of security, privacy, and compliance.
- Ability to translate abstract or evolving regulatory requirements into defensible, real-world practices.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, making reasoned judgment calls, and clearly articulating rationale and tradeoffs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including close collaboration with Legal and external stakeholders.
EVEN BETTER...
- Direct experience preparing for or operationalizing DORA, EU AI Act or ISO/IEC 42001.
- Experience working in and/or supporting fintech or AI companies globally
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or CSA AI controls.
- Experience navigating cross-border data transfer, residency, and localization consideration in a multi-cloud environment.
- Prior experience in customer-facing, sales-adjacent, or deal-support contexts.
- Experience automating global security and compliance workflows.

We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
